1 (KAT) Potom Pán povedal Noemovi: „Vojdi ty a celá tvoja rodina do korába, lebo som videl, že iba ty si spravodlivý predo mnou v tomto pokolení.
1 (UKJV) "And the LORD said unto Noah, Come you and all your house into the ark; for you have I seen righteous before me in this generation. "
1 (LS) L'Eternel dit à Noé: Entre dans l'arche, toi et toute ta maison; car je t'ai vu juste devant moi parmi cette génération.

2 (KAT) Zo všetkých čistých zvierat vezmi po sedem samcov a samíc, zo zvierat čo sú nečisté, po dvoch, samca a samicu.
2 (UKJV) Of every clean beast you shall take to you by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female.
2 (LS) Tu prendras auprès de toi sept couples de tous les animaux purs, le mâle et sa femelle; une paire des animaux qui ne sont pas purs, le mâle et sa femelle;

3 (KAT) Aj z nebeského vtáctva vezmi po sedem samcov a samíc, aby sa zachovalo nažive semä na celej zemi.
3 (UKJV) "Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth. "
3 (LS) sept couples aussi des oiseaux du ciel, mâle et femelle, afin de conserver leur race en vie sur la face de toute la terre.

4 (KAT) Lebo už len sedem dní - a potom dám pršať na zem štyridsať dní a štyridsať nocí a vyhubím z povrchu zeme všetky bytosti, ktoré som urobil.“
4 (UKJV) "For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth. "
4 (LS) Car, encore sept jours, et je ferai pleuvoir sur la terre quarante jours et quarante nuits, et j'exterminerai de la face de la terre tous les êtres que j'ai faits.

5 (KAT) A Noe urobil všetko tak, ako mu rozkázal Pán.
5 (UKJV) And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him.
5 (LS) Noé exécuta tout ce que l'Eternel lui avait ordonné.

6 (KAT) Noe mal šesťsto rokov, keď bola potopa vôd na zemi.
6 (UKJV) And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth.
6 (LS) Noé avait six cents ans, lorsque le déluge d'eaux fut sur la terre.

7 (KAT) I vošiel Noe a s ním aj jeho synovia, jeho žena a ženy jeho synov pred zátopou vody do korába.
7 (UKJV) And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.
7 (LS) Et Noé entra dans l'arche avec ses fils, sa femme et les femmes de ses fils, pour échapper aux eaux du déluge.

8 (KAT) Aj z čistých i z nečistých zvierat, z vtáctva a zo všetkého, čo sa hýbe na zemi,
8 (UKJV) Of clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean, and of fowls, and of every thing that creeps upon the earth,
8 (LS) D'entre les animaux purs et les animaux qui ne sont pas purs, les oiseaux et tout ce qui se meut sur la terre,

9 (KAT) vošlo po dvoch, samec a samica, do korába s Noemom, ako mu prikázal Pán.
9 (UKJV) There went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah.
9 (LS) il entra dans l'arche auprès de Noé, deux à deux, un mâle et une femelle, comme Dieu l'avait ordonné à Noé.

10 (KAT) Po siedmich dňoch sa privalili na zem vody potopy.
10 (UKJV) And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth.
10 (LS) Sept jours après, les eaux du déluge furent sur la terre.

11 (KAT) V šesťstom roku Noemovho života, v druhom mesiaci, na sedemnásty deň mesiaca vyvalili sa všetky pramene veľkej hlbočiny a otvorili sa nebeské priepusty.
11 (UKJV) In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.
11 (LS) L'an six cent de la vie de Noé, le second mois, le dix-septième jour du mois, en ce jour-là toutes les sources du grand abîme jaillirent, et les écluses des cieux s'ouvrirent.

12 (KAT) A pršalo na zem štyridsať dní a štyridsať nocí.
12 (UKJV) And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.
12 (LS) La pluie tomba sur la terre quarante jours et quarante nuits.

13 (KAT) A práve v ten deň vošiel do korába Noe, jeho synovia: Sem, Cham a Jafet, jeho žena a ženy jeho synov s nimi.
13 (UKJV) "In the very same day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark; "
13 (LS) Ce même jour entrèrent dans l'arche Noé, Sem, Cham et Japhet, fils de Noé, la femme de Noé et les trois femmes de ses fils avec eux:

14 (KAT) Oni a všetky zvieratá podľa svojho druhu i všetky plazy, čo sa plazia po zemi, podľa svojho druhu a všetko vtáctvo podľa svojho druhu - všetky operence a okrídlence -
14 (UKJV) They, and every beast after his kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort.
14 (LS) eux, et tous les animaux selon leur espèce, tout le bétail selon son espèce, tous les reptiles qui rampent sur la terre selon leur espèce, tous les oiseaux selon leur espèce, tous les petits oiseaux, tout ce qui a des ailes.

15 (KAT) vošli k Noemovi do korába po páre z každého tela, v ktorom bol dych života.
15 (UKJV) And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life.
15 (LS) Ils entrèrent dans l'arche auprès de Noé, deux à deux, de toute chair ayant souffle de vie.

16 (KAT) A čo vošlo, bol samec a samica z každého živočícha, ako mu prikázal Boh. A Pán zavrel Noema zvonku.
16 (UKJV) And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.
16 (LS) Il en entra, mâle et femelle, de toute chair, comme Dieu l'avait ordonné à Noé. Puis l'Eternel ferma la porte sur lui.

17 (KAT) I nastala štyridsaťdenná potopa na zemi. Vody pribúdali a vyzdvihli koráb zo zeme do výšky.
17 (UKJV) "And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth. "
17 (LS) Le déluge fut quarante jours sur la terre. Les eaux crûrent et soulevèrent l'arche, et elle s'éleva au-dessus de la terre.

18 (KAT) Vody veľmi stúpali a zaplavili všetko na zemskom povrchu, koráb však plával na vodách.
18 (UKJV) "And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark went upon the face of the waters. "
18 (LS) Les eaux grossirent et s'accrurent beaucoup sur la terre, et l'arche flotta sur la surface des eaux.

19 (KAT) A vody vzrastali ďalej na zemi, takže zaliali všetky, aj vysoké vrchy, ktoré sú pod šírym nebom.
19 (UKJV) "And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven, were covered. "
19 (LS) Les eaux grossirent de plus en plus, et toutes les hautes montagnes qui sont sous le ciel entier furent couvertes.

20 (KAT) Voda prevyšovala o pätnásť lakťov vrchy, ktoré pokrývala.
20 (UKJV) "Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail; and the mountains were covered. "
20 (LS) Les eaux s'élevèrent de quinze coudées au-dessus des montagnes, qui furent couvertes.

21 (KAT) I zahynulo každé telo, ktoré sa pohybovalo na zemi: vtáctvo, dobytok, zver, plazy, čo sa plazia po zemi, aj všetci ľudia.
21 (UKJV) And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beast, and of every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth, and every man:
21 (LS) Tout ce qui se mouvait sur la terre périt, tant les oiseaux que le bétail et les animaux, tout ce qui rampait sur la terre, et tous les hommes.

22 (KAT) Všetko, čo malo v nozdrách dych života, všetko, čo žilo na suchu, zomrelo.
22 (UKJV) All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died.
22 (LS) Tout ce qui avait respiration, souffle de vie dans ses narines, et qui était sur la terre sèche, mourut.

23 (KAT) Zahubil všetky bytosti, čo boli na zemi: ľudí aj dobytok, plazy i nebeské vtáctvo, a boli vyhubené zo zeme. Ostal iba Noe a to, čo bolo s ním v korábe.
23 (UKJV) "And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark. "
23 (LS) Tous les êtres qui étaient sur la face de la terre furent exterminés, depuis l'homme jusqu'au bétail, aux reptiles et aux oiseaux du ciel: ils furent exterminés de la terre. Il ne resta que Noé, et ce qui était avec lui dans l'arche.

24 (KAT) A vody ovládali zem ešte stopäťdesiat dní.
24 (UKJV) And the waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty days.
24 (LS) Les eaux furent grosses sur la terre pendant cent cinquante jours.
