1 (UKJV) Lord, who shall abide in your tabernacle? who shall dwell in your holy hill?
1 (KAR) Dávid zsoltára.
2 (UKJV) He that walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart.
2 (KAR) A ki tökéletességben jár, igazságot cselekszik, és igazat szól az õ szívében.
3 (UKJV) He that backbites not with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbour, nor takes up a reproach against his neighbour.
3 (KAR) Nem rágalmaz nyelvével; nem tesz rosszat felebarátjának, és nem szerez gyalázatot rokonainak.
4 (UKJV) "In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honors them that fear the LORD. He that swears to his own hurt, and changes not. "
4 (KAR) A megbélyegzett útálatos az õ szemeiben, de az Urat félõket tiszteli: a ki kárára esküszik, és meg nem változtatja.
5 (UKJV) He that puts not out his money to interest, nor takes reward against the innocent. He that does these things shall never be moved.
5 (KAR) Pénzét nem adja uzsorára, és nem vesz el ajándékot az ártatlan ellen. A ki ezeket cselekszi, nem rendül meg soha örökké.

Verš 2
He that walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart.
Ž 24:4 - "He that has clean hands, and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. "
Iz 33:15 - "He that walks righteously, and speaks uprightly; he that despises the gain of oppressions, that shakes his hands from holding of bribes, that stops his ears from hearing of blood, and shuts his eyes from seeing evil; "
Z 15 - Ako svedčí titul žalmu, žalm je od Dávida. Aj zmienka o stánku svedčí, že žalm je starý. Pre podobnosť so žalmom 24, ktorý bol napísaný pri príležitosti prenesenia archy zmluvy na Sion, mohol byť žalm napísaný v tých istých okolnostiach (2 Sam 12,6 a n.). Je zbierkou mravných príkazov; porov. Desatoro Ex 20,1-17.
Z 15,4 - "Bohabojní" - častý výraz v žalmoch a znamená ľudí veriacich, oddaných Bohu; neskôr aj pohanov, ktorí sympatizovali so Židmi, porov. Sk 2,11; 10,2.
