1. kniha Samuelova

1 (KJV) And it came to pass, when Samuel was old, that he made his sons judges over Israel.
1 (SVD) وكان لما شاخ صموئيل انه جعل بنيه قضاة لاسرائيل.
1 (B21) Když potom Samuel zestárl, ustanovil za soudce v Izraeli své syny.

2 (KJV) Now the name of his firstborn was Joel; and the name of his second, Abiah: they were judges in Beer-sheba.
2 (SVD) وكان اسم ابنه البكر يوئيل واسم ثانيه ابيا كانا قاضيين في بئر سبع.
2 (B21) Jeho prvorozený syn se jmenoval Joel, druhý Abiáš a byli soudci v Beer-šebě.

3 (KJV) And his sons walked not in his ways, but turned aside after lucre, and took bribes, and perverted judgment.
3 (SVD) ولم يسلك ابناه في طريقه بل مالا وراء المكسب واخذا رشوة وعوّجا القضاء.
3 (B21) Nechodili však po cestách svého otce. Šlo jim o zisk, brali úplatky a překrucovali právo.

4 (KJV) Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah,
4 (SVD) فاجتمع كل شيوخ اسرائيل وجاءوا الى صموئيل الى الرامة
4 (B21) Všichni stařešinové Izraele se tehdy sešli a vydali se za Samuelem do Rámy.

5 (KJV) And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.
5 (SVD) وقالوا له هوذا انت قد شخت وابناك لم يسيرا في طريقك. فالآن اجعل لنا ملكا يقضي لنا كسائر الشعوب.
5 (B21) "Pohleď," řekli mu, "ty už jsi starý a tví synové nechodí po tvých cestách. Raději nám tedy ustanov krále, ať nás vede - tak je to přece u všech národů."

6 (KJV) But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the LORD.
6 (SVD) فساء الأمر في عيني صموئيل اذ قالوا اعطنا ملكا يقضي لنا. وصلى صموئيل الى الرب.
6 (B21) Když ale řekli: "Dej nám krále, ať nás vede," Samuelovi se to nelíbilo. Modlil se proto k Hospodinu

7 (KJV) And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.
7 (SVD) فقال الرب لصموئيل اسمع لصوت الشعب في كل ما يقولون لك. لانهم لم يرفضوك انت بل اياي رفضوا حتى لا املك عليهم.
7 (B21) a Hospodin Samuelovi řekl: "Poslechni hlas lidu ve všem, co ti říkají. Nepohrdli přece tebou, ale mnou, abych nebyl jejich králem.

8 (KJV) According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt even unto this day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served other gods, so do they also unto thee.
8 (SVD) حسب كل اعمالهم التي عملوا من يوم اصعدتهم من مصر الى هذا اليوم وتركوني وعبدوا آلهة اخرى هكذا هم عاملون بك ايضا.
8 (B21) Přesně jako se chovali ode dne, kdy jsem je vyvedl z Egypta, až dodnes - když mě opouštěli a sloužili cizím bohům - tak se zachovali i k tobě.

9 (KJV) Now therefore hearken unto their voice: howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them, and shew them the manner of the king that shall reign over them.
9 (SVD) فالآن اسمع لصوتهم. ولكن أشهدنّ عليهم واخبرهم بقضاء الملك الذي يملك عليهم
9 (B21) Proto je teď poslechni. Důrazně je ale varuj a vylož jim, jakým způsobem nad nimi bude král vládnout."

10 (KJV) And Samuel told all the words of the LORD unto the people that asked of him a king.
10 (SVD) فكلم صموئيل الشعب الذين طلبوا منه ملكا بجميع كلام الرب
10 (B21) Samuel tedy pověděl všechna Hospodinova slova lidu, který se na něm dožadoval krále.

11 (KJV) And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots.
11 (SVD) وقال هذا يكون قضاء الملك الذي يملك عليكم. يأخذ بنيكم ويجعلهم لنفسه لمراكبه وفرسانه فيركضون امام مراكبه.
11 (B21) "Toto je způsob, jakým nad vámi bude král vládnout," řekl. "Vezme vám syny, aby mu dělali vozataje a jezdce a aby běhali před jeho vozem.

12 (KJV) And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots.
12 (SVD) ويجعل لنفسه رؤساء الوف ورؤساء خماسين فيحرثون حراثته ويحصدون حصاده ويعملون عدّة حربه وأدوات مراكبه.
12 (B21) Některé ustanoví za velitele nad tisíci nebo nad padesáti, jiné nechá orat jeho pole a sklízet jeho sklizeň a další pro něj budou vyrábět válečnou výzbroj a vozovou výstroj.

13 (KJV) And he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks, and to be bakers.
13 (SVD) ويأخذ بناتكم عطارات وطباخات وخبازات.
13 (B21) Vezme vám dcery, aby mu vařily, pekly a připravovaly voňavky.

14 (KJV) And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants.
14 (SVD) ويأخذ حقولكم وكرومكم وزيتونكم اجودها ويعطيها لعبيده.
14 (B21) Vezme vám nejlepší pole, vinice i olivy a rozdá je svým dvořanům.

15 (KJV) And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants.
15 (SVD) ويعشّر زروعكم وكرومكم ويعطي لخصيانه وعبيده.
15 (B21) Vaši setbu i vaše vinice zdaní desátkem a ten rozdá svým komorníkům a dvořanům.

16 (KJV) And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work.
16 (SVD) ويأخذ عبيدكم وجواريكم وشبانكم الحسان وحميركم ويستعملهم لشغله.
16 (B21) Vezme si vaše služebníky i vaše děvečky, váš nejlepší dobytek i vaše osly, aby pracovali pro něj.

17 (KJV) He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants.
17 (SVD) ويعشّر غنمكم وانتم تكونون له عبيدا.
17 (B21) Vaše ovce a kozy zdaní desátkem. I vy sami nakonec budete jeho otroky.

18 (KJV) And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day.
18 (SVD) فتصرخون في ذلك اليوم من وجه ملككم الذي اخترتموه لانفسكم فلا يستجيب لكم الرب في ذلك اليوم.
18 (B21) Přijde den, kdy budete naříkat, že jste se rozhodli pro krále, ale Hospodin tehdy vaše volání nevyslyší."

19 (KJV) Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;
19 (SVD) فأبى الشعب ان يسمعوا لصوت صموئيل وقالوا لا بل يكون علينا ملك.
19 (B21) Lid ale odmítl Samuele poslechnout. "Ne, ne!" prohlásili. "Chceme mít nad sebou krále.

20 (KJV) That we also may be like all the nations; and that our king may judge us, and go out before us, and fight our battles.
20 (SVD) فنكون نحن ايضا مثل سائر الشعوب ويقضي لنا ملكنا ويخرج امامنا ويحارب حروبنا.
20 (B21) Ať jsme jako všechny národy; ať nám vládne vlastní král, ať nás vede, ať za nás bojuje!"

21 (KJV) And Samuel heard all the words of the people, and he rehearsed them in the ears of the LORD.
21 (SVD) فسمع صموئيل كل كلام الشعب وتكلم به في اذني الرب.
21 (B21) Samuel tedy vyslechl všechna slova lidu a oznámil je Hospodinu.

22 (KJV) And the LORD said to Samuel, Hearken unto their voice, and make them a king. And Samuel said unto the men of Israel, Go ye every man unto his city.
22 (SVD) فقال الرب لصموئيل اسمع لصوتهم وملّك عليهم ملكا. فقال صموئيل لرجال اسرائيل اذهبوا كل واحد الى مدينته
22 (B21) "Poslechni je," odpověděl mu Hospodin; "ustanov jim krále." Samuel pak Izraelcům řekl: "Vraťte se všichni domů."
