1. kniha Samuelova

Biblia - Sväté písmo

(UKJV - Anglický - Updated King James)

1Sam 3, 1-21

1 (UKJV) "And the child Samuel ministered unto the LORD before Eli. And the word of the LORD was precious in those days; there was no open vision. "
1 (ROH) A mládenček Samuel posluhoval Hospodinovi pred Élim. A slovo Hospodinovo bolo vzácne v tých dňoch, a len málokde mal niekto prorocké videnie.

2 (UKJV) "And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could not see; "
2 (ROH) A stalo sa toho času, raz keď ležal Éli na svojom mieste, a jeho oči boly začaly slabnúť, takže nemohol vidieť,

3 (UKJV) "And before the lamp of God went out in the temple of the LORD, where the ark of God was, and Samuel was laid down to sleep; "
3 (ROH) a lampa Božia nebola ešte vyhasla, a keď ležal Samuel v chráme Hospodinovom, kde bola truhla Božia,

4 (UKJV) That the LORD called Samuel: and he answered, Here am I.

5 (UKJV) "And he ran unto Eli, and said, Here am I; for you called me. And he said, I called not; lie down again. And he went and lay down. "
A on mu povedal: Nevolal som. Idi zpät, ľahni si. A odíduc ľahol si.

6 (UKJV) "And the LORD called yet again, Samuel. And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for you did call me. And he answered, I called not, my son; lie down again. "
6 (ROH) A Hospodin zase volal na Samuela. A Samuel vstal a išiel k Élimu a povedal: Tu som, lebo si ma volal. A povedal: Nevolal som, môj synu: len idi zpät a lež.

7 (UKJV) Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, neither was the word of the LORD yet revealed unto him.
7 (ROH) A Samuel ešte neznal Hospodina, ani mu nebolo dovtedy zjavené slovo Hospodinovo.

8 (UKJV) "And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for you did call me. And Eli perceived that the LORD had called the child. "
A on vstal a išiel k Élimu a povedal: Tu som, lebo si ma volal. Vtedy porozumel Éli, že Hospodin volá chlapca.

9 (UKJV) "Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call you, that you shall say, Speak, LORD; for your servant hears. So Samuel went and lay down in his place. "

10 (UKJV) "And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for your servant hears. "
10 (ROH) Potom prišiel Hospodin a stál. A Samuel odpovedal: Hovor, lebo tvoj služobník čuje!

11 (UKJV) And the LORD said to Samuel, Behold, I will do a thing in Israel, at which both the ears of every one that hears it shall tingle.

12 (UKJV) In that day I will perform against Eli all things which I have spoken concerning his house: when I begin, I will also make an end.

13 (UKJV) "For I have told him that I will judge his house for ever for the iniquity which he knows; because his sons made themselves vile, and he restrained them not. "

14 (UKJV) And therefore I have sworn unto the house of Eli, that the iniquity of Eli's house shall not be purged with sacrifice nor offering for ever.
14 (ROH) Preto som prisahal domu Éliho, že nebude pokrytá neprávosť domu Éliho ani bitnou obeťou ani obilnou obeťou až na veky.

15 (UKJV) And Samuel lay until the morning, and opened the doors of the house of the LORD. And Samuel feared to show Eli the vision.
15 (ROH) A Samuel ležal až do rána a potom otvoril dvere domu Hospodinovho. A Samuel sa bál oznámiť Élimu videnie.

16 (UKJV) Then Eli called Samuel, and said, Samuel, my son. And he answered, Here am I.
16 (ROH) Ale Éli zavolal Samuela a povedal: Samuel, môj synu! Ktorý odpovedal: Tu som.

17 (UKJV) And he said, What is the thing that the LORD has said unto you? I pray you hide it not from me: God do so to you, and more also, if you hide any thing from me of all the things that he said unto you.
17 (ROH) A povedal: Aká je to vec, ktorú ti hovoril? Netaj, prosím, predo mnou. Nech ti tak učiní Bôh a tak nech pridá, ak zatajíš predo mnou niečo zo všetkého toho, čo ti hovoril.

18 (UKJV) And Samuel told him everything, and hid nothing from him. And he said, It is the LORD: let him do what seems him good.
18 (ROH) Vtedy mu oznámil Samuel všetko a nezatajil ničoho pred ním.

19 (UKJV) And Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground.

20 (UKJV) And all Israel from Dan even to Beersheba knew that Samuel was established to be a prophet of the LORD.

21 (UKJV) And the LORD appeared again in Shiloh: for the LORD revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD.
21 (ROH) A Hospodin sa znova a znova ukazoval v Síle, lebo Hospodin sa zjavil Samuelovi v Síle v slove Hospodinovom.

1Sam 3, 1-21

Verš 2
"And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could not see; "
1Sam 4:15 - "Now Eli was ninety and eight years old; and his eyes were dim, that he could not see. "

Verš 11
And the LORD said to Samuel, Behold, I will do a thing in Israel, at which both the ears of every one that hears it shall tingle.
2Kr 21:12 - Therefore thus says the LORD God of Israel, Behold, I am bringing such evil upon Jerusalem and Judah, that whosoever hears of it, both his ears shall tingle.
Jer 19:3 - "And say, Hear all of you the word of the LORD, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, the which whosoever hears, his ears shall tingle. "

Verš 12
In that day I will perform against Eli all things which I have spoken concerning his house: when I begin, I will also make an end.
1Sam 2:31 - Behold, the days come, that I will cut off your arm, and the arm of your father's house, that there shall not be an old man in your house.
