1 (KJV) Then they told David, saying, Behold, the Philistines fight against Keilah, and they rob the threshingfloors.
1 (SVD) فاخبروا داود قائلين هوذا الفلسطينيون يحاربون قعيلة وينهبون البيادر.
1 (B21) Tehdy bylo Davidovi oznámeno: "Filištíni oblehli Keilu. Už plení obilí na humnech."

2 (KJV) Therefore David inquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go and smite these Philistines? And the LORD said unto David, Go, and smite the Philistines, and save Keilah.
2 (SVD) فسأل داود من الرب قائلا أأذهب واضرب هؤلاء الفلسطينيين. فقال الرب لداود اذهب واضرب الفلسطينيين وخلص قعيلة.
2 (B21) David se tedy ptal Hospodina: "Mám jít? Porazím Filištíny?" "Jdi," odpověděl mu Hospodin. "Filištíny porazíš a Keilu osvobodíš."

3 (KJV) And David's men said unto him, Behold, we be afraid here in Judah: how much more then if we come to Keilah against the armies of the Philistines?
3 (SVD) فقال رجال داود له ها نحن ههنا في يهوذا خائفون فكم بالحري اذا ذهبنا الى قعيلة ضد صفوف الفلسطينيين.
3 (B21) Davidovi muži ale namítali: "Vždyť se bojíme už tady v Judsku. To máme ještě ke všemu jít do Keily proti filištínským šikům?"

4 (KJV) Then David inquired of the LORD yet again. And the LORD answered him and said, Arise, go down to Keilah; for I will deliver the Philistines into thine hand.
4 (SVD) فعاد ايضا داود وسأل من الرب فاجابه الرب وقال قم انزل الى قعيلة فاني ادفع الفلسطينيين ليدك.
4 (B21) David se tedy ptal Hospodina znovu a Hospodin mu odpověděl: "Vstaň a táhni na Keilu. Filištíny ti vydám do rukou."

5 (KJV) So David and his men went to Keilah, and fought with the Philistines, and brought away their cattle, and smote them with a great slaughter. So David saved the inhabitants of Keilah.
5 (SVD) فذهب داود ورجاله الى قعيلة وحارب الفلسطينيين وساق مواشيهم وضربهم ضربة عظيمة وخلّص داود سكان قعيلة.
5 (B21) A tak David se svými muži přišel do Keily, pustil se s Filištíny do boje a na hlavu je porazil. Odehnal jejich stáda a osvobodil obyvatele Keily.

6 (KJV) And it came to pass, when Abiathar the son of Ahimelech fled to David to Keilah, that he came down with an ephod in his hand.
6 (SVD) وكان لما هرب ابياثار بن اخيمالك الى داود الى قعيلة نزل وبيده افود.
6 (B21) Abiatar, syn Achimelechův, utekl za Davidem do Keily a vzal s sebou efod.

7 (KJV) And it was told Saul that David was come to Keilah. And Saul said, God hath delivered him into mine hand; for he is shut in, by entering into a town that hath gates and bars.
7 (SVD) فأخبر شاول بان داود قد جاء الى قعيلة. فقال شاول قد نبذه الله الى يدي لانه قد أغلق عليه بالدخول الى مدينة لها ابواب وعوارض.
7 (B21) Když bylo Saulovi oznámeno, že David vstoupil do Keily, řekl si: "Teď mi ho Bůh vydal do rukou! Sám se uvěznil, když vešel do města s vraty a závorami."

8 (KJV) And Saul called all the people together to war, to go down to Keilah, to besiege David and his men.
8 (SVD) ودعا شاول جميع الشعب للحرب للنزول الى قعيلة لمحاصرة داود ورجاله.
8 (B21) A tak Saul nechal všechen lid svolat k válečnému tažení do Keily, aby oblehl Davida i jeho muže.

9 (KJV) And David knew that Saul secretly practised mischief against him; and he said to Abiathar the priest, Bring hither the ephod.
9 (SVD) فلما عرف داود ان شاول منشئ عليه الشر قال لابياثار الكاهن قدم الافود.
9 (B21) David se ale dozvěděl, jakou pohromu na něj Saul chystá, a řekl knězi Abiatarovi: "Přines efod."

10 (KJV) Then said David, O LORD God of Israel, thy servant hath certainly heard that Saul seeketh to come to Keilah, to destroy the city for my sake.
10 (SVD) ثم قال داود يا رب اله اسرائيل ان عبدك قد سمع بان شاول يحاول ان يأتي الى قعيلة لكي يخرب المدينة بسببي.
10 (B21) Potom se David ptal: "Hospodine, Bože Izraele, tvůj služebník se dozvěděl, že se Saul chystá dorazit do Keily, aby kvůli mně to město zničil.

11 (KJV) Will the men of Keilah deliver me up into his hand? will Saul come down, as thy servant hath heard? O LORD God of Israel, I beseech thee, tell thy servant. And the LORD said, He will come down.
11 (SVD) فهل يسلمني اهل قعيلة ليده. هل ينزل شاول كما سمع عبدك. يا رب اله اسرائيل اخبر عبدك. فقال الرب ينزل.
11 (B21) Přitáhne Saul, jak tvůj služebník slyšel? Hospodine, Bože Izraele, oznam to prosím svému služebníkovi." "Ano, přitáhne," odpověděl Hospodin.

12 (KJV) Then said David, Will the men of Keilah deliver me and my men into the hand of Saul? And the LORD said, They will deliver thee up.
12 (SVD) فقال داود هل يسلمني اهل قعيلة مع رجالي ليد شاول. فقال الرب يسلمون.
12 (B21) David se tedy zeptal: "A vydali by Keilští mě a mé muže Saulovi do rukou?" "Ano, vydali," odpověděl Hospodin.

13 (KJV) Then David and his men, which were about six hundred, arose and departed out of Keilah, and went whithersoever they could go. And it was told Saul that David was escaped from Keilah; and he forbare to go forth.
13 (SVD) فقام داود ورجاله نحو ست مئة رجل وخرجوا من قعيلة وذهبوا حيثما ذهبوا. فأخبر شاول بان داود قد افلت من قعيلة فعدل عن الخروج.
13 (B21) A tak David se svými asi šesti sty muži opustil Keilu a přesunovali se z místa na místo. Když Saulovi bylo oznámeno, že David unikl z Keily, ukončil tažení.

14 (KJV) And David abode in the wilderness in strong holds, and remained in a mountain in the wilderness of Ziph. And Saul sought him every day, but God delivered him not into his hand.
14 (SVD) واقام داود في البرية في الحصون ومكث في الجبل في برية زيف. وكان شاول يطلبه كل الايام ولكن لم يدفعه الله ليده
14 (B21) David pak pobýval v pouštních úkrytech na horách pouště Zif. Saul ho sice pořád hledal, ale Bůh mu ho nevydal do rukou.

15 (KJV) And David saw that Saul was come out to seek his life: and David was in the wilderness of Ziph in a wood.
15 (SVD) فرأى داود ان شاول قد خرج يطلب نفسه. وكان داود في برية زيف في الغاب.
15 (B21) Když byl David v Choreši na poušti Zif, zjistil, že Saul vytáhl a usiluje mu o život.

16 (KJV) And Jonathan Saul's son arose, and went to David into the wood, and strengthened his hand in God.
16 (SVD) فقام يوناثان بن شاول وذهب الى داود الى الغاب وشدد يده بالله.
16 (B21) Saulův syn Jonatan se tehdy vydal za Davidem do Choreše a pomohl mu najít sílu v Bohu.

17 (KJV) And he said unto him, Fear not: for the hand of Saul my father shall not find thee; and thou shalt be king over Israel, and I shall be next unto thee; and that also Saul my father knoweth.
17 (SVD) وقال له لا تخف لان يد شاول ابي لا تجدك وانت تملك على اسرائيل وانا اكون لك ثانيا وشاول ابي ايضا يعلم ذلك.
17 (B21) "Neboj se," řekl mu, "ruka mého otce Saula tě nenajde. Ty budeš kralovat Izraeli a ve mně budeš mít pobočníka. Však i můj otec Saul to dobře ví."

18 (KJV) And they two made a covenant before the LORD: and David abode in the wood, and Jonathan went to his house.
18 (SVD) فقطعا كلاهما عهدا امام الرب. واقام داود في الغاب واما يوناثان فمضى الى بيته
18 (B21) Ti dva tehdy spolu před Hospodinem uzavřeli smlouvu. David pak zůstal v Choreši a Jonatan se vrátil domů.

19 (KJV) Then came up the Ziphites to Saul to Gibeah, saying, Doth not David hide himself with us in strong holds in the wood, in the hill of Hachilah, which is on the south of Jeshimon?
19 (SVD) فصعد الزيفيون الى شاول الى جبعة قائلين أليس داود مختبئا عندنا في حصون في الغاب في تل حخيلة التي الى يمين القفر.
19 (B21) K Saulovi do Gibeje se ale vypravili Zifejci a řekli: "David se přece ukrývá u nás! Opevnil se v Choreši na kopci Chakila jižně od Ješimonu.

20 (KJV) Now therefore, O king, come down according to all the desire of thy soul to come down; and our part shall be to deliver him into the king's hand.
20 (SVD) فالآن حسب كل شهوة نفسك ايها الملك في النزول انزل وعلينا ان نسلمه ليد الملك.
20 (B21) Nechť tedy král vytáhne, kdykoli se mu zlíbí, a my se postaráme, aby padl králi do rukou."

21 (KJV) And Saul said, Blessed be ye of the LORD; for ye have compassion on me.
21 (SVD) فقال شاول مباركون انتم من الرب لانكم قد اشفقتم عليّ.
21 (B21) Saul na to řekl: "Hospodin vám žehnej, že jste se mnou cítili.

22 (KJV) Go, I pray you, prepare yet, and know and see his place where his haunt is, and who hath seen him there: for it is told me that he dealeth very subtilly.
22 (SVD) فاذهبوا اكّدوا ايضا واعلموا وانظروا مكانه حيث تكون رجله ومن رآه هناك. لانه قيل لي انه مكرا يمكر.
22 (B21) Ještě si to ale jděte přesně ověřit a obhlédněte místo, kde se zdržuje. Kdo ho tam viděl? Bylo mi řečeno, že se chová velmi vychytrale.

23 (KJV) See therefore, and take knowledge of all the lurking places where he hideth himself, and come ye again to me with the certainty, and I will go with you: and it shall come to pass, if he be in the land, that I will search him out throughout all the thousands of Judah.
23 (SVD) فانظروا واعلموا جميع المختبآت التي يختبئ فيها ثم ارجعوا اليّ على تأكيد فاسير معكم ويكون اذا وجد في الارض اني افتش عليه بجميع الوف يهوذا.
23 (B21) A tak si obhlédněte a prověřte všechny úkryty, kde by se mohl skrývat. Až si budete jistí, vraťte se ke mně a vypravím se s vámi. Jestliže je v kraji, já ho mezi všemi judskými rody vypátrám!"

24 (KJV) And they arose, and went to Ziph before Saul: but David and his men were in the wilderness of Maon, in the plain on the south of Jeshimon.
24 (SVD) فقاموا وذهبوا الى زيف قدام شاول. وكان داود ورجاله في برية معون في السهل عن يمين القفر.
24 (B21) Vydali se tedy před Saulem zpátky do Zifu. David byl se svými muži na poušti Maon v údolí Arava jižně od Ješimonu.

25 (KJV) Saul also and his men went to seek him. And they told David: wherefore he came down into a rock, and abode in the wilderness of Maon. And when Saul heard that, he pursued after David in the wilderness of Maon.
25 (SVD) وذهب شاول ورجاله للتفتيش فاخبروا داود فنزل الى الصخر واقام في برية معون. فلما سمع شاول تبع داود الى برية معون.
25 (B21) Saul a jeho muži se pustili do hledání, ale Davidovi to bylo oznámeno, a tak se přesunul do skal na poušti Maon, kde zůstal. Když se to Saul dozvěděl, začal Davida v maonské poušti pronásledovat.

26 (KJV) And Saul went on this side of the mountain, and David and his men on that side of the mountain: and David made haste to get away for fear of Saul; for Saul and his men compassed David and his men round about to take them.
26 (SVD) فذهب شاول عن جانب الجبل من هنا وداود ورجاله عن جانب الجبل من هناك وكان داود يفر في الذهاب من امام شاول وكان شاول ورجاله يحاوطون داود ورجاله لكي ياخذوهم.
26 (B21) Saul postupoval po jednom úbočí hory a David se svými muži po druhém. David se snažil před Saulem rychle uniknout, neboť Saul se svými muži už Davida a jeho muže obkličovali, aby je zajali.

27 (KJV) But there came a messenger unto Saul, saying, Haste thee, and come; for the Philistines have invaded the land.
27 (SVD) فجاء رسول الى شاول يقول اسرع واذهب لان الفلسطينيين قد اقتحموا الارض.
27 (B21) Vtom k Saulovi dorazil posel: "Rychle přijď. Do země vtrhli Filištíni."

28 (KJV) Wherefore Saul returned from pursuing after David, and went against the Philistines: therefore they called that place Sela-hammahlekoth.
28 (SVD) فرجع شاول عن اتباع داود وذهب للقاء الفلسطينيين. لذلك دعي ذلك الموضع صخرة الزّلقات
28 (B21) Saul tedy přestal pronásledovat Davida a vytáhl proti Filištínům. Proto se tomu místu říká Sela-machlekot, Skála rozdělení.

29 (KJV) And David went up from thence, and dwelt in strong holds at En-gedi.
29 (SVD) وصعد داود من هناك واقام في حصون عين جدي
