1 (KJV) And after Abimelech there arose to defend Israel Tola the son of Puah, the son of Dodo, a man of Issachar; and he dwelt in Shamir in mount Ephraim.
1 (SVD) وقام بعد ابيمالك لتخليص اسرائيل تولع بن فواة بن دودو رجل من يساكر. كان ساكنا في شامير في جبل افرايم.
1 (B21) Po Abimelechovi povstal k záchraně Izraele Tola, syn Puy, syna Dodova, muž z pokolení Isachar. Bydlel v Šamiru v Efraimských horách

2 (KJV) And he judged Israel twenty and three years, and died, and was buried in Shamir.
2 (SVD) فقضى لاسرائيل ثلاثا وعشرين سنة ومات ودفن في شامير.
2 (B21) a soudil Izrael třiadvacet let. Pak zemřel a byl pohřben v Šamiru.

3 (KJV) And after him arose Jair, a Gileadite, and judged Israel twenty and two years.
3 (SVD) ثم قام بعده يائير الجلعادي فقضى لاسرائيل اثنتين وعشرين سنة.
3 (B21) Po něm povstal Jair Gileádský. Ten soudil Izrael dvaadvacet let.

4 (KJV) And he had thirty sons that rode on thirty ass colts, and they had thirty cities, which are called Havoth-jair unto this day, which are in the land of Gilead.
4 (SVD) وكان له ثلاثون ولدا يركبون على ثلاثين جحشا ولهم ثلاثون مدينة. منهم يدعونها حووث يائير الى هذا اليوم. هي في ارض جلعاد.
4 (B21) Měl třicet synů, kteří jezdili na třiceti oslech a patřilo jim třicet měst v Gileádu. Až dodnes se jim říká Chavot-jair, Jairovy vesnice.

5 (KJV) And Jair died, and was buried in Camon.
5 (SVD) ومات يائير ودفن في قامون
5 (B21) Jair pak zemřel a byl pohřben v Kamonu.

6 (KJV) And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim, and Ashtaroth, and the gods of Syria, and the gods of Zidon, and the gods of Moab, and the gods of the children of Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines, and forsook the LORD, and served not him.
6 (SVD) وعاد بنو اسرائيل يعملون الشر في عيني الرب وعبدوا البعليم والعشتاروث وآلهة ارام وآلهة صيدون وآلهة موآب وآلهة بني عمون وآلهة الفلسطينيين وتركوا الرب ولم يعبدوه.
6 (B21) Synové Izraele znovu jednali v Hospodinových očích zle. Sloužili baalům a aštartám, bohům aramejským a sidonským, bohům moábským, amonským i bohům filištínským. Hospodina opustili a nesloužili mu.

7 (KJV) And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he sold them into the hands of the Philistines, and into the hands of the children of Ammon.
7 (SVD) فحمي غضب الرب على اسرائيل وباعهم بيد الفلسطينيين وبيد بني عمون.
7 (B21) Proto Hospodin vzplanul proti Izraeli hněvem a vydal je napospas Filištínům a Amoncům,

8 (KJV) And that year they vexed and oppressed the children of Israel: eighteen years, all the children of Israel that were on the other side Jordan in the land of the Amorites, which is in Gilead.
8 (SVD) فحطّموا ورضّضوا بني اسرائيل في تلك السنة. ثماني عشرة سنة. جميع بني اسرائيل الذين في عبر الاردن في ارض الاموريين الذين في جلعاد.
8 (B21) kteří je toho roku porobili. Osmnáct let pak sužovali všechny Izraelce na emorejském území za Jordánem v Gileádu.

9 (KJV) Moreover the children of Ammon passed over Jordan to fight also against Judah, and against Benjamin, and against the house of Ephraim; so that Israel was sore distressed.
9 (SVD) وعبر بنو عمون الاردن ليحاربوا ايضا يهوذا وبنيامين وبيت افرايم فتضايق اسرائيل جدا.
9 (B21) Amonci dokonce překročili Jordán, aby napadli také Judu, Benjamína a dům Efraimův. Na Izrael přišlo veliké soužení.

10 (KJV) And the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, saying, We have sinned against thee, both because we have forsaken our God, and also served Baalim.
10 (SVD) فصرخ بنو اسرائيل الى الرب قائلين اخطأنا اليك لاننا تركنا الهنا وعبدنا البعليم.
10 (B21) Synové Izraele tehdy volali k Hospodinu: "Zhřešili jsme proti tobě. Ano, opustili jsme svého Boha a sloužili baalům!"

11 (KJV) And the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Did not I deliver you from the Egyptians, and from the Amorites, from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines?
11 (SVD) فقال الرب لبني اسرائيل أليس من المصريين والاموريين وبني عمون والفلسطينيين خلصتكم.
11 (B21) Hospodin synům Izraele odpověděl: "Když vás sužovali Egypťané, Emorejci, Amonci, Filištíni,

12 (KJV) The Zidonians also, and the Amalekites, and the Maonites, did oppress you; and ye cried to me, and I delivered you out of their hand.
12 (SVD) والصيدونيون والعمالقة والمعونيين قد ضايقوكم فصرختم اليّ فخلصتكم من ايديهم.
12 (B21) Sidonci, Amalekovci a Maonci, volali jste ke mně, a cožpak jsem vás z jejich ruky nevysvobodil?

13 (KJV) Yet ye have forsaken me, and served other gods: wherefore I will deliver you no more.
13 (SVD) وانتم قد تركتموني وعبدتم آلهة اخرى. لذلك لا اعود اخلصكم.
13 (B21) Vy jste mě ale opustili a sloužili jste cizím bohům! Proto vás už vysvobozovat nebudu.

14 (KJV) Go and cry unto the gods which ye have chosen; let them deliver you in the time of your tribulation.
14 (SVD) امضوا واصرخوا الى الآلهة التي اخترتموها. لتخلصكم هي في زمان ضيقكم.
14 (B21) Jděte si volat k bohům, které jste si zvolili; jen ať vás zachrání v dobách soužení."

15 (KJV) And the children of Israel said unto the LORD, We have sinned: do thou unto us whatsoever seemeth good unto thee; deliver us only, we pray thee, this day.
15 (SVD) فقال بنو اسرائيل للرب اخطأنا فافعل بنا كل ما يحسن في عينيك. انما انقذنا هذا اليوم.
15 (B21) Synové Izraele na to Hospodinu řekli: "Zhřešili jsme. Udělej s námi, cokoli uznáš za dobré, ale vysvoboď nás, prosím, ještě tentokrát!"

16 (KJV) And they put away the strange gods from among them, and served the LORD: and his soul was grieved for the misery of Israel.
16 (SVD) وازالوا الآلهة الغريبة من وسطهم وعبدوا الرب فضاقت نفسه بسبب مشقة اسرائيل
16 (B21) Pak ze svého středu odstranili cizí bohy a sloužili Hospodinu. A ten už nemohl strádání Izraele dále snášet.

17 (KJV) Then the children of Ammon were gathered together, and encamped in Gilead. And the children of Israel assembled themselves together, and encamped in Mizpeh.
17 (SVD) فاجتمع بنو عمون ونزلوا في جلعاد واجتمع بنو اسرائيل ونزلوا في المصفاة.
17 (B21) Amonci se tehdy sešikovali a utábořili se v Gileádu. Také Izraelci se shromáždili a utábořili se v Micpě.

18 (KJV) And the people and princes of Gilead said one to another, What man is he that will begin to fight against the children of Ammon? he shall be head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.
18 (SVD) فقال الشعب رؤساء جلعاد الواحد لصاحبه ايّ هو الرجل الذي يبتدئ بمحاربة بني عمون فانه يكون راسا لجميع سكان جلعاد
18 (B21) Velitelé gileádského vojska se spolu domluvili: "Kdo půjde jako první do boje s Amonci, ten bude vůdcem všech obyvatel Gileádu."
