Zjv 11, 1-19

1 (UKJV) And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
1 (ROH) A bola mi daná trstina, podobná prútu, a anjel stál a povedal: Vstaň a zmeraj chrám Boží aj oltár aj tých, ktorí sa modlia v ňom.

2 (UKJV) "But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. "
2 (ROH) A dvor, ktorý je z vonku chrámu, vyhoď von a nemeraj ho, lebo je daný pohanom, i to sväté mesto budú šliapať štyridsaťdva mesiacov.

3 (UKJV) And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
3 (ROH) A dám svojim dvom svedkom, a budú prorokovať tisíc dvesto šesťdesiat dní, oblečení v smútočných vreciach.

4 (UKJV) These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
4 (ROH) Toto sú tie dve olivy a dva svietniky, ktoré stoja pred Bohom, Pánom zeme.

5 (UKJV) And if any man will hurt them, fire proceeds out of their mouth, and devours their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
5 (ROH) A keby im chcel niekto ublížiť, vyjde oheň z ich úst a zožerie ich nepriateľov. A keby im chcel niekto ublížiť, musí byť tak zabitý.

6 (UKJV) These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
6 (ROH) Tí majú moc a právo zavrieť nebo, aby nepršal dážď vo dňoch ich proroctva. A majú moc nad vodami, aby ich obrátili na krv a bili zem každou ranou koľkokoľvek ráz by chceli.

7 (UKJV) And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
7 (ROH) A keď dokonajú svoje svedoctvo, šelma, ktorá vystupuje z priepasti, bude bojovať s nimi a zvíťazí nad nimi a zabije ich.

8 (UKJV) And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
8 (ROH) A ich mŕtve telá budú ležať na ulici toho veľkého mesta, ktoré sa duchovne volá Sodoma a Egypt, kde bol i náš Pán ukrižovaný.

9 (UKJV) And they of the people and families and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
9 (ROH) A mnohí z ľudí a z pokolení a z jazykov a národov budú vidieť ich mŕtve telá tri a pol dňa, a nedovolia pochovať ich mŕtve telá do hrobu.

10 (UKJV) "And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. "
10 (ROH) A obyvatelia zeme sa budú radovať nad nimi a budú sa veseliť a budú si navzájom posielať dary, lebo títo dvaja proroci trápili bývajúcich na zemi.

11 (UKJV) "And after three days and an half the spirit (o. pneuma) of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. "
11 (ROH) Ale po tých troch a pol dňa vošiel do nich duch života od Boha, a stali na svoje nohy, a veľká bázeň padla na tých, ktorí ich videli.

12 (UKJV) "And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up here. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. "
12 (ROH) A počuli veľký hlas z neba, ktorý im hovoril: Vystúpte sem hore! A vystúpili do neba v oblaku. A ich nepriatelia hľadeli na nich.

13 (UKJV) And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
13 (ROH) A v tú hodinu povstalo veľké zemetrasenie, a desiata čiastka mesta padla, a v tom zemetrasení bolo pobité sedem tisíc ľudí, a ostatní sa nastrašili a vzdali slávu Bohu neba.

14 (UKJV) "The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe comes quickly. "
14 (ROH) Druhé beda pominulo, hľa, tretie beda prijde skoro.

15 (UKJV) "And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. "
15 (ROH) A siedmy anjel zatrúbil, a povstaly veľké hlasy na nebi, ktoré hovorily: Kráľovstvá sveta sa staly kráľovstvami nášho Pána a jeho Krista, a bude kraľovať na veky vekov.

16 (UKJV) And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
16 (ROH) A dvadsiati štyria starci, ktorí sedia pred Bohom na svojich trónoch, padli každý na svoju tvár a klaňali sa Bohu

17 (UKJV) "Saying, We give you thanks, O LORD God Almighty, which are, and were, and are to come; because you have taken to you your great power, and have reigned. "
17 (ROH) a hovorili: Ďakujeme ti, Pane, všemohúci Bože, ktorý si a ktorý si bol a ktorý prijdeš, pretože si prevzal svoju velikú moc a kraľuješ.

18 (UKJV) "And the nations were angry, and your wrath has come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that you should give reward unto your servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear your name, small and great; and should destroy them which destroy the earth. "
18 (ROH) A rozhnevaly sa národy, a prišiel tvoj hnev a čas mŕtvych, aby boli súdení, ako i čas dať odplatu tvojim sluhom, prorokom, a svätým a tým, ktorí sa boja tvojho mena, malým i veľkým, aby boli zkazení tí, ktorí kazia zem.

19 (UKJV) And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
19 (ROH) A otvoril sa chrám Boží, ktorý je na nebi, a ukázala sa truhla jeho smluvy v jeho chráme, a povstalo blýskanie, a zavznely hlasy, a zaburácaly hromy, a bolo zemetrasenie a veľké krupobitie.

And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.

Ez 40:3 - "And he brought me thither, and, behold, there was a man, whose appearance was like the appearance of brass, with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate. "

Ez 41:1 - Afterward he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.

Ez 42:1 - Then he brought me forth into the utter court, the way toward the north: and he brought me into the chamber that was opposite to the separate place, and which was before the building toward the north.

Ez 43:1 - Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looks toward the east:

Verš 2

"But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. "

Zjv 13:5 - "And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. "

Verš 4

These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

Za 4:3 - And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.

Za 4:14 - Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the LORD of the whole earth.

Verš 6

These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

1Kr 17:1 - And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel lives, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.

Ex 7:1 - And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made you a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet.

Ex 8:1 - And the LORD spoke unto Moses, Go unto Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus says the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

Ex 12:1 - And the LORD spoke unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt saying,

Verš 7

And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

Dan 7:21 - "I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; "

Zjv 13:7 - And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all families, and tongues, and nations.

Zjv 13:11 - "And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon. "

Verš 8

And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

Zjv 7:2 - And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

Zjv 7:5 - Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.

Zjv 18:10 - Standing far off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is your judgment come.

"The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe comes quickly. "

Zjv 8:13 - And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the citizens of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

Zjv 9:12 - "One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter. "

Zjv 15:1 - "And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. "

Verš 17

"Saying, We give you thanks, O LORD God Almighty, which are, and were, and are to come; because you have taken to you your great power, and have reigned. "

Zjv 1:4 - "John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits (o. pneuma) which are before his throne; "

Zjv 1:8 - I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, says the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Zjv 4:8 - "And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, LORD God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. "

Zjv 16:5 - And I heard the angel of the waters say, You are righteous, O Lord, which are, and were, and shall be, because you have judged thus.

Verš 19

And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

Zjv 15:5 - And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
