Zjavenie apoštola Jána

1 (UKJV) "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: "
1 (ROH) Zjavenie Ježiša Krista, ktoré mu dal Bôh, aby ukázal svojim sluhom, čo sa musí udiať naskore, a on pošlúc ho po svojom anjelovi ukázal v znameniach svojmu sluhovi Jánovi,
1 (RIV) La rivelazione di Gesù Cristo, che Dio gli ha data per mostrare ai suoi servitori le cose che debbono avvenire in breve; ed egli l’ha fatta conoscere mandandola per mezzo del suo angelo al suo servitore Giovanni,

2 (UKJV) Who bare record of the word (o. logos) of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.
2 (ROH) ktorý svedčil slovo Božie a svedoctvo Ježiša Krista a všetko, čo videl.
2 (RIV) il quale ha attestato la parola di Dio e la testimonianza di Gesù Cristo, tutto ciò ch’egli ha veduto.

3 (UKJV) Blessed is he that reads, and they that hear the words (o. logos) of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.
3 (ROH) Blahoslavený, kto číta a tí, ktorí čujú slová tohoto proroctva a ostríhajú to, čo je napísané v ňom, lebo čas je blízko.
3 (RIV) Beato chi legge e beati coloro che ascoltano le parole di questa profezia e serbano le cose che sono scritte in essa, poiché il tempo è vicino!

4 (UKJV) "John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits (o. pneuma) which are before his throne; "
4 (ROH) Ján siedmim sborom, ktoré sú v Ázii: milosť vám a pokoj od toho, ktorý je, ktorý bol a ktorý prijde, a od siedmich duchov, ktorí sú pred jeho trónom,
4 (RIV) Giovanni alle sette chiese che sono nell’Asia: Grazia a voi e pace da Colui che è, che era e che viene, e dai sette Spiriti che son davanti al suo trono,

5 (UKJV) And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the First-Born of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
5 (ROH) a od Ježiša Krista, ktorý je verný svedok, prvorodený z mŕtvych a Knieža kráľov zeme. Tomu, ktorý nás zamiloval a umyl nás od našich hriechov svojou krvou
5 (RIV) e da Gesù Cristo, il fedel testimone, il primogenito dei morti e il principe dei re della terra. A lui che ci ama, e ci ha liberati dai nostri peccati col suo sangue,

6 (UKJV) "And has made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. "
6 (ROH) a učinil nás kráľmi a kňazmi Bohu a svojmu Otcovi - jemu sláva a sila na veky vekov. Ameň.
6 (RIV) e ci ha fatti essere un regno e sacerdoti all’Iddio e Padre suo, a lui siano la gloria e l’imperio nei secoli dei secoli. Amen.

7 (UKJV) "Behold, he comes with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all families of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. "

7 (RIV) Ecco, egli viene colle nuvole; ed ogni occhio lo vedrà; lo vedranno anche quelli che lo trafissero, e tutte le tribù della terra faranno cordoglio per lui. Sì, Amen.

8 (UKJV) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, says the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
8 (ROH) Ja som Alfa i Omega, počiatok i koniec, hovorí Pán, Bôh, ktorý je a ktorý bol a ktorý prijde, ten Všemohúci.

9 (UKJV) I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word (o. logos) of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

9 (RIV) Io, Giovanni, vostro fratello e partecipe con voi della tribolazione, del regno e della costanza in Gesù, ero nell’isola chiamata Patmo a motivo della parola di Dio e della testimonianza di Gesù.

10 (UKJV) I was in the Spirit (o. pneuma) on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
10 (ROH) Bol som v duchu v deň Pánov a počul som za sebou veľký hlas ako hlas trúby,
10 (RIV) Fui rapito in Ispirito nel giorno di Domenica, e udii dietro a me una gran voce, come d’una tromba, che diceva:

11 (UKJV) "Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What you see, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea. "
11 (ROH) ktorý hovoril: Ja som Alfa i Omega, prvý aj posledný, a čo vidíš, píš do knihy a pošli siedmim sborom, ktoré sú v Ázii: do Efezu, do Smyrny, do Pergamu, do Tyatír, do Sárd, do Filadelfie a do Laodicee.
11 (RIV) Quel che tu vedi, scrivilo in un libro e mandalo alle sette chiese: a Efeso, a Smirne, a Pergamo, a Tiatiri, a Sardi, a Filadelfia e a Laodicea.

12 (UKJV) "And I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; "
12 (ROH) A obrátil som sa, aby som videl hlas, ktorý hovoril so mnou. A keď som sa obrátil, videl som sedem zlatých svietnikov
12 (RIV) E io mi voltai per veder la voce che mi parlava; e come mi fui voltato, vidi sette candelabri d’oro;

13 (UKJV) And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the breast with a golden girdle.
13 (ROH) a v prostredku medzi siedmimi svietnikmi som videl podobného Synovi človeka, oblečeného v dlhom rúchu až po nohy a prepásaného na prsiach zlatým pásom.
13 (RIV) e in mezzo ai candelabri Uno somigliante a un figliuol d’uomo, vestito d’una veste lunga fino ai piedi, e cinto d’una cintura d’oro all’altezza del petto.

14 (UKJV) "His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; "
14 (ROH) A jeho hlava a jeho vlasy boly biele jako biela vlna, jako sneh, a jeho oči boly jako plameň ohňa,
14 (RIV) E il suo capo e i suoi capelli erano bianchi come candida lana, come neve; e i suoi occhi erano come una fiamma di fuoco;

15 (UKJV) "And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. "
15 (ROH) a jeho nohy boly podobné mosadzi, jako rozžeravenej v peci, a jeho hlas bol ako hlas mnohých vôd.
15 (RIV) e i suoi piedi eran simili a terso rame, arroventato in una fornace; e la sua voce era come la voce di molte acque.

16 (UKJV) And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shines in his strength.
16 (ROH) A vo svojej pravej ruke mal sedem hviezd, a z jeho úst vychádzal ostrý dvojsečný meč, a jeho tvár bola jako slnko, keď svieti vo svojej moci.
16 (RIV) Ed egli teneva nella sua man destra sette stelle; e dalla sua bocca usciva una spada a due tagli, acuta, e il suo volto era come il sole quando splende nella sua forza.

17 (UKJV) "And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: "
17 (ROH) A keď som ho uvidel, padol som k jeho nohám ako mŕtvy, a položil na mňa svoju pravú ruku a povedal mi: Neboj sa! Ja som prvý a posledný
17 (RIV) E quando l’ebbi veduto, caddi ai suoi piedi come morto; ed egli mise la sua man destra su di me, dicendo: Non temere;

18 (UKJV) "I am he that lives, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. "
18 (ROH) a ten Živý. A bol som mŕtvy, ale hľa, som živý na veky vekov. Ameň. A mám kľúče pekla i smrti.
18 (RIV) io sono il primo e l’ultimo, e il Vivente; e fui morto, ma ecco son vivente per i secoli dei secoli, e tengo le chiavi della morte e dell’Ades.

19 (UKJV) "Write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter; "
19 (ROH) A tedy napíš, čo si videl a čo je a čo sa má diať po tomto.
19 (RIV) Scrivi dunque le cose che hai vedute, quelle che sono e quelle che devono avvenire in appresso,

20 (UKJV) The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which you saw are the seven churches.
20 (ROH) Tajomstvo siedmich hviezd, ktoré si videl na mojej pravici, a sedem zlatých svietnikov je toto: Sedem hviezd sú anjeli siedmich sborov, a sedem svietnikov, ktoré si videl, je sedem sborov.
20 (RIV) il mistero delle sette stelle che hai vedute nella mia destra, e dei sette candelabri d’oro. Le sette stelle sono gli angeli delle sette chiese, e i sette candelabri sono le sette chiese.
