1Jn 2, 1-29

1 (KJV) My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
1 (KAT) Deti moje, toto vám píšem, aby ste nehrešili. Ale keby niekto zhrešil, máme u Otca zástancu: Ježiša Krista, spravodlivého.

2 (KJV) And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
2 (KAT) On je zmiernou obetou za naše hriechy; a nielen za naše, ale aj za hriechy celého sveta.

3 (KJV) And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
3 (KAT) Podľa toho vieme, že sme ho poznali, ak zachovávame jeho prikázania.

4 (KJV) He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
4 (KAT) Kto hovorí: „Poznám ho,“ a nezachováva jeho prikázania, je luhár a niet v ňom pravdy.

5 (KJV) But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
5 (KAT) Kto však zachováva jeho slovo, v tom je Božia láska naozaj dokonalá. A podľa toho vieme, že sme v ňom.

6 (KJV) He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
6 (KAT) Kto hovorí, že ostáva v ňom, má aj sám žiť, ako žil on.

7 (KJV) Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.
7 (KAT) Milovaní, nepíšem vám nové prikázanie, ale staré prikázanie, ktoré ste mali od začiatku: staré prikázanie je slovo, ktoré ste počuli.

8 (KJV) Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.
8 (KAT) A predsa vám píšem nové prikázanie, ktoré je pravdivé v ňom aj vo vás, lebo tma odchádza a už svieti pravé svetlo.

9 (KJV) He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.
9 (KAT) Kto hovorí, že je vo svetle, a nenávidí svojho brata, je ešte stále vo tme.

10 (KJV) He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.
10 (KAT) Kto miluje svojho brata, ostáva vo svetle a nie je preň pohoršením.

11 (KJV) But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.
11 (KAT) Ale kto nenávidí svojho brata, je vo tme a chodí vo tme a nevie, kam ide, lebo tma mu zaslepila oči.

12 (KJV) I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.
12 (KAT) Píšem vám, deti: Pre jeho meno máte odpustené hriechy.

13 (KJV) I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
13 (KAT) Otcovia, vám píšem: Poznali ste toho, ktorý je od počiatku. Mládenci, vám píšem: Premohli ste Zlého.

14 (KJV) I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
14 (KAT) Napísal som vám, deti: Poznali ste Otca. Napísal som vám, otcovia: Poznali ste toho, ktorý je od počiatku. Napísal som vám, mládenci: Ste silní, Božie slovo ostáva vo vás a premohli ste Zlého.

15 (KJV) Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
15 (KAT) Nemilujte svet, ani to, čo je vo svete. Ak niekto miluje svet, nie je v ňom Otcova láska.

16 (KJV) For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
16 (KAT) Veď nič z toho, čo je vo svete, ani žiadostivosť tela, ani žiadostivosť očí, ani honosenie sa bohatstvom nie je z Otca, ale zo sveta.

17 (KJV) And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
17 (KAT) A svet sa pominie, aj jeho žiadostivosť. Kto však plní Božiu vôľu, ostáva naveky.

18 (KJV) Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
18 (KAT) Deti moje, je posledná hodina. A ako ste počuli, že príde antikrist, tak teraz vystúpilo mnoho antikristov. Z toho poznávame, že je tu posledná hodina.

19 (KJV) They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
19 (KAT) Spomedzi nás vyšli, ale neboli z nás. Lebo keby boli z nás, boli by zostali s nami. No malo sa ukázať, že tí všetci nie sú z nás.

20 (KJV) But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.
20 (KAT) Ale vy máte pomazanie od Svätého a viete to všetci.

21 (KJV) I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.
21 (KAT) Nenapísal som vám, akoby ste nepoznali pravdu, ale že ju poznáte, a preto, že nijaká lož nie je z pravdy.

22 (KJV) Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
22 (KAT) Kto je luhár, ak nie ten, kto popiera, že Ježiš je Kristus!? To je antikrist, kto popiera Otca i Syna.

23 (KJV) Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
23 (KAT) Kto popiera Syna, nemá ani Otca. Kto vyznáva Syna, má aj Otca.

24 (KJV) Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
24 (KAT) Nech zostáva vo vás, čo ste počuli od začiatku. Ak vo vás zostane to, čo ste počuli od začiatku, aj vy ostanete v Synovi aj v Otcovi.

25 (KJV) And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.
25 (KAT) A prisľúbenie, ktoré nám dal on, je večný život.

26 (KJV) These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.
26 (KAT) Toto som vám napísal o tých, čo vás zvádzajú.

27 (KJV) But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
27 (KAT) A pomazanie, ktoré ste od neho dostali, ostáva vo vás a nepotrebujete, aby vás niekto poúčal. Ale ako jeho pomazanie vás poúča o všetkom - a je pravdivé, nie je lžou - teda ako vás poučilo, ostávate v ňom.

28 (KJV) And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
28 (KAT) A teraz, deti moje, ostávajte v ňom, aby sme mali dôveru, keď sa zjaví, a aby sme pri jeho príchode neboli ním zahanbení.

29 (KJV) If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.
29 (KAT) Ak viete, že je spravodlivý, vedzte, že každý, kto koná spravodlivo, z neho sa narodil.

Verš 1

My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

1Tim 2:5 - For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Heb 7:25 - Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Verš 2

And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Rim 3:25 - Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

2Kor 5:18 - And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

Kol 1:20 - And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

1Jn 4:10 - Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Jn 4:42 - And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.

1Jn 4:14 - And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.

Verš 4

He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

1Jn 4:20 - If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

Verš 5

But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

Jn 13:35 - By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Verš 6

He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

Jn 13:15 - For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.

1Pt 2:21 - For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:

Verš 7

Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.

2Jn 1:5 - And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.

Verš 8

Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.

Jn 13:34 - A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

Jn 15:12 - This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

Verš 10

He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.

1Jn 3:14 - We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

Jn 12:35 - Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

Verš 12

I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.

Lk 24:47 - And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Sk 4:12 - Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Sk 13:38 - Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:

Verš 15

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Rim 12:2 - And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Gal 1:10 - For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

Jak 4:4 - Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

Verš 17

And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Ž 90:10 - The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.

Iz 40:6 - The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:

1Kor 7:31 - And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away.

Jak 1:10 - But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.

Jak 4:14 - Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

1Pt 1:24 - For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

Mt 24:5 - For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

2Sol 2:3 - Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

Ž 41:9 - Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me.

Sk 20:30 - Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

1Kor 11:19 - For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.

Verš 20

But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.

Ž 45:7 - Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

Ž 133:2 - It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;

2Kor 1:21 - Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;

Heb 1:9 - Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

Lk 12:9 - But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.

2Tim 2:12 - If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:

Verš 27

Jer 31:34 - And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD; for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Heb 8:11 - And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

Verš 28

And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Mk 8:38 - Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

1Jn 3:2 - Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
