Kniha Deuteronómium

1 (KJV) These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth.
1 (HEM) אלה החקים והמשפטים אשר תשמרון לעשות בארץ אשר נתן יהוה אלהי אבתיך לך לרשתה כל הימים אשר אתם חיים על האדמה׃
1 (KAT) Toto sú zákony a nariadenia, ktoré máte zachovať v krajine, ktorú vám dá Pán, Boh vašich otcov, aby si ju vlastnil po všetky dni, kým budete žiť na zemi.

2 (KJV) Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:
2 (HEM) אבד תאבדון את כל המקמות אשר עבדו שם הגוים אשר אתם ירשים אתם את אלהיהם על ההרים הרמים ועל הגבעות ותחת כל עץ רענן׃
2 (KAT) Zničte všetky miesta, kde národy, ktorých vlastníctvo prevezmete, uctievajú svojich bohov: na vysokých vrchoch, na kopcoch a pod každým zeleným stromom.

3 (KJV) And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.
3 (HEM) ונתצתם את מזבחתם ושברתם את מצבתם ואשריהם תשרפון באש ופסילי אלהיהם תגדעון ואבדתם את שמם מן המקום ההוא׃
3 (KAT) Pováľajte ich oltáre, porozbíjajte ich sochy, popáľte ich modly a polámte ich vytesaných bohov, a takto vyničte ich meno z tých miest!

4 (KJV) Ye shall not do so unto the LORD your God.
4 (HEM) לא תעשון כן ליהוה אלהיכם׃
4 (KAT) Vy tak nebudete robiť Pánovi, svojmu Bohu!

5 (KJV) But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come:
5 (HEM) כי אם אל המקום אשר יבחר יהוה אלהיכם מכל שבטיכם לשום את שמו שם לשכנו תדרשו ובאת שמה׃
5 (KAT) Ale nájdete miesto, ktoré si vyvolí Pán, váš Boh, zo všetkých kmeňov, aby tam uložil svoje meno a tam prebýval. Ta budete prichádzať.

6 (KJV) And thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks:
6 (HEM) והבאתם שמה עלתיכם וזבחיכם ואת מעשרתיכם ואת תרומת ידכם ונדריכם ונדבתיכם ובכרת בקרכם וצאנכם׃
6 (KAT) Tam obetujete svoje celostné žertvy a svoje obety, svoje desiatky a ponuky svojich rúk, svoje sľuby i svoje dary a prvotiny svojho dobytka a svojich oviec.

7 (KJV) And there ye shall eat before the LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the LORD thy God hath blessed thee.
7 (HEM) ואכלתם שם לפני יהוה אלהיכם ושמחתם בכל משלח ידכם אתם ובתיכם אשר ברכך יהוה אלהיך׃
7 (KAT) A tam máte jesť pred tvárou Pána, svojho Boha, a máte sa tešiť zo všetkého, k čomu priložíte ruky vy sami i vaše rodiny, lebo Pán, váš Boh, vás bude požehnávať.

8 (KJV) Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.
8 (HEM) לא תעשון ככל אשר אנחנו עשים פה היום איש כל הישר בעיניו׃
8 (KAT) Nebudete nič robiť tak, ako to robíme teraz tu, každý podľa svojej predstavy.

9 (KJV) For ye are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which the LORD your God giveth you.
9 (HEM) כי לא באתם עד עתה אל המנוחה ואל הנחלה אשר יהוה אלהיך נתן לך׃
9 (KAT) Veď doteraz ste nedošli k odpočinku a k vlastníctvu, ktoré vám dá Pán, váš Boh.

10 (KJV) But when ye go over Jordan, and dwell in the land which the LORD your God giveth you to inherit, and when he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety;
10 (HEM) ועברתם את הירדן וישבתם בארץ אשר יהוה אלהיכם מנחיל אתכם והניח לכם מכל איביכם מסביב וישבתם בטח׃
10 (KAT) Ale keď prejdete cez Jordán a budete bývať v krajine, ktorú vám dá Pán, váš Boh, do dedičstva, a keď vám zaistí pokoj pred všetkými nepriateľmi, ktorí vás obkľučujú, a keď už budete bývať bezpečne,

11 (KJV) Then there shall be a place which the LORD your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall ye bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto the LORD:
11 (HEM) והיה המקום אשר יבחר יהוה אלהיכם בו לשכן שמו שם שמה תביאו את כל אשר אנכי מצוה אתכם עולתיכם וזבחיכם מעשרתיכם ותרמת ידכם וכל מבחר נדריכם אשר תדרו ליהוה׃
11 (KAT) vtedy budete na mieste, ktoré si vyvolí Pán, váš Boh, aby tam spočívalo jeho meno, prinášať všetko, čo vám prikazujem: žertvy celostné, obete, desiatky, ponuky svojich rúk a všetko, čo je najlepšie zo sľubov, ktoré urobíte Pánovi.

12 (KJV) And ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God, ye, and your sons, and your daughters, and your menservants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that is within your gates; forasmuch as he hath no part nor inheritance with you.
12 (HEM) ושמחתם לפני יהוה אלהיכם אתם ובניכם ובנתיכם ועבדיכם ואמהתיכם והלוי אשר בשעריכם כי אין לו חלק ונחלה אתכם׃
12 (KAT) Tam budete hodovať pred Pánom, svojím Bohom; vy, vaši synovia a dcéry, vaši sluhovia a slúžky, i levita, ktorý býva vo vašom meste, lebo on nemá iného podielu ani vlastníctva medzi vami.

13 (KJV) Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that thou seest:
13 (HEM) השמר לך פן תעלה עלתיך בכל מקום אשר תראה׃
13 (KAT) Chráň sa obetovať svoje celostné žertvy na hocakom mieste, ktoré uvidíš;

14 (KJV) But in the place which the LORD shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee.
14 (HEM) כי אם במקום אשר יבחר יהוה באחד שבטיך שם תעלה עלתיך ושם תעשה כל אשר אנכי מצוך׃
14 (KAT) svoje celostné žertvy budeš obetovať na tom mieste, ktoré si v jednom z tvojich kmeňov vyvolí Pán, a tam budeš robiť všetko, čo ti prikazujem.

15 (KJV) Notwithstanding thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy gates, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart.
15 (HEM) רק בכל אות נפשך תזבח ואכלת בשר כברכת יהוה אלהיך אשר נתן לך בכל שעריך הטמא והטהור יאכלנו כצבי וכאיל׃
15 (KAT) Všetko, čo ti len duša zažiada, zabíjaj a jedz, mäso podľa požehnania Pána, svojho Boha, ktoré ti dá v tvojich bydliskách; môže z toho jesť čistý i nečistý ako gazelu alebo jeleňa.

16 (KJV) Only ye shall not eat the blood; ye shall pour it upon the earth as water.
16 (HEM) רק הדם לא תאכלו על הארץ תשפכנו כמים׃
16 (KAT) Len krv nesmiete jesť, vylejte ju na zem ako vodu!

17 (KJV) Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand:
17 (HEM) לא תוכל לאכל בשעריך מעשר דגנך ותירשך ויצהרך ובכרת בקרך וצאנך וכל נדריך אשר תדר ונדבתיך ותרומת ידך׃
17 (KAT) Vo svojich bydliskách nesmieš jesť desiatky zo svojho obilia a zo svojho muštu a svojho oleja, ani prvotiny svojho dobytka a oviec, ani nič, čo zasvätíš ako sľub, teda ani svoje dary, ani ponuky svojej ruky.

18 (KJV) But thou must eat them before the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto.
18 (HEM) כי אם לפני יהוה אלהיך תאכלנו במקום אשר יבחר יהוה אלהיך בו אתה ובנך ובתך ועבדך ואמתך והלוי אשר בשעריך ושמחת לפני יהוה אלהיך בכל משלח ידך׃
18 (KAT) Len pred Pánom, svojím Bohom, budeš jesť takéto veci na mieste, ktoré si vyvolí Pán, tvoj Boh; ty aj tvoj syn, tvoja dcéra, tvoj sluha i tvoja slúžka, ako i levita, ktorý býva v tvojom bydlisku a teší sa pred Pánom, svojím Bohom, zo všetkého, k čomu priložíš ruku.

19 (KJV) Take heed to thyself that thou forsake not the Levite as long as thou livest upon the earth.
19 (HEM) השמר לך פן תעזב את הלוי כל ימיך על אדמתך׃
19 (KAT) Chráň sa opustiť levitu po celý čas, čo budeš vo svojej krajine!

20 (KJV) When the LORD thy God shall enlarge thy border, as he hath promised thee, and thou shalt say, I will eat flesh, because thy soul longeth to eat flesh; thou mayest eat flesh, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.
20 (HEM) כי ירחיב יהוה אלהיך את גבולך כאשר דבר לך ואמרת אכלה בשר כי תאוה נפשך לאכל בשר בכל אות נפשך תאכל בשר׃
20 (KAT) Keď Pán, tvoj Boh, rozšíri tvoje hranice, ako ti prisľúbil, a ty si povieš: »Jedol by som mäso,« lebo sa ti žiada jesť mäso, jedz mäso, koľko sa ti žiada.

21 (KJV) If the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to put his name there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.
21 (HEM) כי ירחק ממך המקום אשר יבחר יהוה אלהיך לשום שמו שם וזבחת מבקרך ומצאנך אשר נתן יהוה לך כאשר צויתך ואכלת בשעריך בכל אות נפשך׃
21 (KAT) Keby bolo miesto, ktoré si vyvolí Pán, tvoj Boh, aby tam bolo jeho meno, veľmi ďaleko od teba, môžeš zabíjať zo svojho dobytka a oviec, ktoré ti dá Pán, ako som ti prikázal, a môžeš jesť vo svojich bydliskách, ako sa ti zapáči.

22 (KJV) Even as the roebuck and the hart is eaten, so thou shalt eat them: the unclean and the clean shall eat of them alike.
22 (HEM) אך כאשר יאכל את הצבי ואת האיל כן תאכלנו הטמא והטהור יחדו יאכלנו׃
22 (KAT) Môžeš z toho jesť tak, ako sa jedáva gazela alebo jeleň; nečistý to môže jesť tak ako čistý.

23 (KJV) Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh.
23 (HEM) רק חזק לבלתי אכל הדם כי הדם הוא הנפש ולא תאכל הנפש עם הבשר׃
23 (KAT) Len sa chráň jesť krv, lebo krv je život, a preto nesmieš jesť život s mäsom,

24 (KJV) Thou shalt not eat it; thou shalt pour it upon the earth as water.
24 (HEM) לא תאכלנו על הארץ תשפכנו כמים׃
24 (KAT) nesmieš ju jesť, vyleješ ju na zem ako vodu;

25 (KJV) Thou shalt not eat it; that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.
25 (HEM) לא תאכלנו למען ייטב לך ולבניך אחריך כי תעשה הישר בעיני יהוה׃
25 (KAT) nebudeš ju jesť, aby ti bolo dobre, aj tvojim synom po tebe, keď budeš konať to, čo je správne v Pánových očiach.

26 (KJV) Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which the LORD shall choose:
26 (HEM) רק קדשיך אשר יהיו לך ונדריך תשא ובאת אל המקום אשר יבחר יהוה׃
26 (KAT) Ale zasvätené veci, ktoré ty dáš, ako i veci sľúbené, tie vezmeš a prinesieš na miesto, ktoré si vyvolí Pán,

27 (KJV) And thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the altar of the LORD thy God: and the blood of thy sacrifices shall be poured out upon the altar of the LORD thy God, and thou shalt eat the flesh.
27 (HEM) ועשית עלתיך הבשר והדם על מזבח יהוה אלהיך ודם זבחיך ישפך על מזבח יהוה אלהיך והבשר תאכל׃
27 (KAT) a vykonáš celostnú žertvu s mäsom i krvou na oltári Pána, svojho Boha; krv pri krvavých žertvách vyleješ na oltár Pána, svojho Boha, a ich mäso môžeš jesť.

28 (KJV) Observe and hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee for ever, when thou doest that which is good and right in the sight of the LORD thy God.
28 (HEM) שמר ושמעת את כל הדברים האלה אשר אנכי מצוך למען ייטב לך ולבניך אחריך עד עולם כי תעשה הטוב והישר בעיני יהוה אלהיך׃
28 (KAT) Zachovávaj a počúvaj všetky tieto slová, ktoré ti prikazujem, aby bolo vždy dobre tebe i tvojim synom po tebe, lebo si konal to, čo je dobré a čnostné v očiach Pána, tvojho Boha.

29 (KJV) When the LORD thy God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land;
29 (HEM) כי יכרית יהוה אלהיך את הגוים אשר אתה בא שמה לרשת אותם מפניך וירשת אתם וישבת בארצם׃
29 (KAT) Keď Pán, tvoj Boh, vyhubí pred tebou národy, ku ktorým prídeš, aby si ich opanoval, a keď sa ich zmocníš a budeš bývať v ich krajine,

30 (KJV) Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou inquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.
30 (HEM) השמר לך פן תנקש אחריהם אחרי השמדם מפניך ופן תדרש לאלהיהם לאמר איכה יעבדו הגוים האלה את אלהיהם ואעשה כן גם אני׃
30 (KAT) dávaj si pozor, aby si sa nechytil do osídla, keby si ich nasledoval, keď budú pred tebou zničení, aby si nevyhľadával ich bohov a nepovedal: »Ako tieto národy slúžili svojim bohom, tak urobím aj ja.«

31 (KJV) Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.
31 (HEM) לא תעשה כן ליהוה אלהיך כי כל תועבת יהוה אשר שנא עשו לאלהיהם כי גם את בניהם ואת בנתיהם ישרפו באש לאלהיהם׃
31 (KAT) Nerob tak Pánovi, svojmu Bohu, lebo všetko, čo je Pánovi ohavné, čo on nenávidí, robili svojim bohom, veď aj svojich synov i svoje dcéry spaľovali svojim bohom v ohni.

32 (KJV) What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.
32 (HEM) את כל הדבר אשר אנכי מצוה אתכם אתו תשמרו לעשות לא תסף עליו ולא תגרע ממנו׃
