1 (UKJV) These be the words which Moses spoke unto all Israel on this side Jordan in the wilderness, in the plain opposite to the Red sea, between Paran, and Tophel, and Laban, and Hazeroth, and Dizahab.
1 (ROH) Toto sú slová, ktoré hovoril Mojžiš celému Izraelovi za Jordánom na púšti, na rovine naproti Červenému moru, medzi Fáranom a Tofelom, medzi Lábanom a Chacerótom a medzi Dí-zahábom.
1 (RIV) Queste sono le parole che Mosè rivolse a Israele di là dal Giordano, nel deserto, nella pianura dirimpetto a Suf, fra Paran, Tofel, Laban, Hatseroth e Di-Zahab.

2 (UKJV) (There are eleven days' journey from Horeb by the way of mount Seir unto Kadeshbarnea.)
2 (ROH) Je to jedenásť dní cesty od Horeba cestou cez vrch Seir po Kádeš-barneu.
2 (RIV) (Vi sono undici giornate dallo Horeb, per la via del monte Seir, fino a Kades-Barnea).

3 (UKJV) "And it came to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spoke unto the children of Israel, according unto all that the LORD had given him in commandment unto them; "
3 (ROH) A stalo sa štyridsiateho roku, jedenásteho mesiaca, prvého dňa toho mesiaca, že hovoril Mojžiš synom Izraelovým všetko, čo mu prikázal Hospodin o nich,
3 (RIV) Il quarantesimo anno, l’undecimo mese, il primo giorno del mese, Mosè parlò ai figliuoli d’Israele, secondo tutto quello che l’Eterno gli aveva ordinato di dir loro.

4 (UKJV) After he had slain Sihon the king of the Amorites, which dwelt in Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, which dwelt at Astaroth in Edrei:
4 (ROH) potom, keď už bol porazil Síchona, amorejského kráľa, ktorý býval v Chešbone, a Óga, bázanského kráľa, ktorý býval v Aštaróte, v Edrei.
4 (RIV) Questo avvenne dopo ch’egli ebbe sconfitto Sihon, re degli Amorei che abitava in Heshbon, e Og, re di Basan che abitava in Astaroth e in Edrei.

5 (UKJV) On this side Jordan, in the land of Moab, began Moses to declare this law, saying,
5 (ROH) Za Jordánom, v Moábskej zemi, začal Mojžiš vysvetľovať tento zákon a povedal:
5 (RIV) Di là dal Giordano, nel paese di Moab, Mosè cominciò a spiegare questa legge, dicendo:

6 (UKJV) The LORD our God spoke unto us in Horeb, saying, All of you have dwelt long enough in this mount:
6 (ROH) Hospodin, náš Bôh, nám hovoril na Horebe a riekol takto: Už ste sa dosť nabývali na tomto vrchu.
6 (RIV) L’Eterno, l’Iddio nostro, ci parlò in Horeb e ci disse: "Voi avete dimorato abbastanza in queste montagne;

7 (UKJV) Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates.
7 (ROH) Obráťte sa, rušajte sa a vojdite do vrchov Amoreja a na všetky jeho súsedné miesta na rovine, na vrchu a na nížine, na juhu a na pobreží mora, do zeme Kananeja a k Libanonu až po veľkú rieku, po rieku Eufrates.
7 (RIV) voltatevi, partite e andate nella contrada montuosa degli Amorei e in tutte le vicinanze, nella pianura, sui monti, nella regione bassa, nel mezzogiorno, sulla costa del mare, nel paese dei Cananei ed al Libano, fino al gran fiume, il fiume Eufrate.

8 (UKJV) Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD swore unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.
8 (ROH) Vidz, dal som zem pred vami! Vojdite a zaujmite zem dedične, o ktorej prisahal Hospodin vašim otcom, Abrahámovi, Izákovi a Jakobovi, že ju dá im a ich semenu po nich. -
8 (RIV) Ecco, io v’ho posto il paese dinanzi; entrate, prendete possesso del paese che l’Eterno giurò di dare ai vostri padri, Abrahamo, Isacco e Giacobbe, e alla loro progenie dopo di loro".

9 (UKJV) And I spoke unto you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone:
9 (ROH) A povedal som vám toho času: Nemôžem vás samotný uniesť.
9 (RIV) In quel tempo io vi parlai e vi dissi: "Io non posso da solo sostenere il carico del popolo.

10 (UKJV) The LORD your God has multiplied you, and, behold, all of you are this day as the stars of heaven for multitude.
10 (ROH) Hospodin, váš Bôh, vás rozmnožil, že hľa, je vás dnes čo do množstva jako hviezd na nebi.
10 (RIV) L’Eterno, ch’è il vostro Dio, vi ha moltiplicati, ed ecco che oggi siete numerosi come le stelle del cielo.

11 (UKJV) (The LORD God of your fathers make you a thousand times so many more as all of you are, and bless you, as he has promised you!)
11 (ROH) Hospodin, Bôh vašich otcov, nech ráči pridať k vám ešte tisíckrát toľko, koľko vás je, a nech vás požehná, tak ako hovoril o vás.
11 (RIV) L’Eterno, l’Iddio de’ vostri padri vi aumenti anche mille volte di più, e vi benedica come vi ha promesso di fare!

12 (UKJV) How can I myself alone bear your cumbrance, and your burden, and your strife?
12 (ROH) Akože ponesiem samotný vašu ťarchu, vaše bremä a vašu zvadu?!
12 (RIV) Ma come posso io, da solo, portare il vostro carico, il vostro peso e le vostre liti?

13 (UKJV) Take you wise men, and understanding, and known among your tribes, and I will make them rulers over you.
13 (ROH) Vyberte si mužov, múdrych, rozumných a známych, zo svojich pokolení, a ustanovím ich za hlavy nad vami.
13 (RIV) Prendete nelle vostre tribù degli uomini savi, intelligenti e conosciuti, e io ve li stabilirò come capi".

14 (UKJV) And all of you answered me, and said, The thing which you have spoken is good for us to do.
14 (ROH) A na to ste mi odpovedali a riekli ste: To je dobrá vec, o ktorej hovoríš, aby sme ju učinili.
14 (RIV) E voi mi rispondeste, dicendo: "E’ bene che facciamo quel che tu proponi".

15 (UKJV) So I took the chief of your tribes, wise men, and known, and made them heads over you, captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, and captains over fifties, and captains over tens, and officers among your tribes.
15 (ROH) A tedy som vzal hlavy vašich pokolení, mužov to múdrych a známych, a dal som ich za hlavy nad vami, za náčelníkov nad tisícami, za náčelníkov nad stami, za náčelníkov nad päťdesiatimi a za náčelníkov nad desiatimi a za správcov vašich pokolení.
15 (RIV) Allora presi i capi delle vostre tribù, uomini savi e conosciuti, e li stabilii sopra voi come capi di migliaia, capi di centinaia, capi di cinquantine, capi di diecine, e come ufficiali nelle vostre tribù.

16 (UKJV) And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him.
16 (ROH) A prikázal som vašim sudcom toho času povediac: Vypočuť obe strany svojich bratov a budete súdiť spravedlivo medzi človekom a medzi jeho bratom a medzi jeho pohostínom.
16 (RIV) E in quel tempo detti quest’ordine ai vostri giudici: "Ascoltate le cause de’ vostri fratelli, e giudicate con giustizia le questioni che uno può avere col fratello o con lo straniero che sta da lui.

17 (UKJV) "All of you shall not respect persons in judgment; but all of you shall hear the small as well as the great; all of you shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it. "
17 (ROH) Nebudete hľadieť v súde na osobu, ale vypočujete ako malého tak veľkého, nebudete sa báť nikoho, lebo súd je Boží. A vec, ktorá by vám bola priťažká, donesiete ku mne, a ja ju vypočujem.
17 (RIV) Nei vostri giudizi non avrete riguardi personali; darete ascolto al piccolo come al grande; non temerete alcun uomo, poiché il giudicio appartiene a Dio; e le cause troppo difficili per voi le recherete a me, e io le udirò".

18 (UKJV) And I commanded you at that time all the things which all of you should do.
18 (ROH) A toho času som vám prikázal všetky veci, ktoré máte činiť.
18 (RIV) Così, in quel tempo, io vi ordinai tutte le cose che dovevate fare.

19 (UKJV) "And when we departed from Horeb, we went through all that great and terrible wilderness, which all of you saw by the way of the mountain of the Amorites, as the LORD our God commanded us; and we came to Kadeshbarnea. "
19 (ROH) Potom sme sa rušali od Horeba a prešli sme celú tú púšť, veľkú a strašnú, ktorú ste videli, cestou k vrchu Amoreja, tak ako nám prikázal Hospodin, náš Bôh, a prišli sme až do Kádeš-barnee.
19 (RIV) Poi partimmo dallo Horeb e attraversammo tutto quel grande e spaventevole deserto che avete veduto, dirigendoci verso la contrada montuosa degli Amorei, come l’Eterno, l’Iddio nostro, ci aveva ordinato di fare, e giungemmo a Kades-Barnea.

20 (UKJV) And I said unto you, All of you are come unto the mountain of the Amorites, which the LORD our God does give unto us.
20 (ROH) A povedal som vám: Prišli ste až po vrch Amoreja, ktorý nám dá Hospodin, náš Bôh.
20 (RIV) Allora vi dissi: Siete arrivati alla contrada montuosa degli Amorei, che l’Eterno, l’Iddio nostro, ci dà.

21 (UKJV) "Behold, the LORD your God has set the land before you: go up and possess it, as the LORD God of your fathers has said unto you; fear not, neither be discouraged. "
21 (ROH) Nože vidz, Hospodin, tvoj Bôh, dal pred tebou zem, vyjdi hore a zaujmi dedične, tak ako hovoril Hospodin, Bôh tvojich otcov, o tebe. Neboj sa ani sa nestrachuj!
21 (RIV) Ecco, l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, t’ha posto il paese dinanzi; sali, prendine possesso, come l’Eterno, l’Iddio de’ tuoi padri, t’ha detto; non temere, e non ti spaventare".

22 (UKJV) And all of you came near unto me every one of you, and said, We will send men before us, and they shall search us out the land, and bring us word again by what way we must go up, and into what cities we shall come.
22 (ROH) Potom ste prišli ku mne všetci a povedali ste: Pošlime mužov pred sebou, ktorí nám prezkúmajú zem a podajú nám zprávu, aj o ceste, ktorou máme ísť hore do nej, ako aj o mestách, ku ktorým prijdeme.
22 (RIV) E voi vi accostaste a me tutti quanti, e diceste: "Mandiamo degli uomini davanti a noi, che ci esplorino il paese, e ci riferiscano qualcosa del cammino per il quale noi dovremo salire, e delle città alle quali dovremo arrivare".

23 (UKJV) And the saying pleased me well: and I took twelve men of you, one of a tribe:
23 (ROH) To slovo sa mi ľúbilo, a vzal som z vás dvanástich mužov, po jednom mužovi z každého pokolenia.
23 (RIV) La cosa mi piacque, e presi dodici uomini tra voi, uno per tribù.

24 (UKJV) And they turned and went up into the mountain, and came unto the valley of Eshcol, and searched it out.
24 (ROH) A obrátiac sa išli hore na vrchy a prišli až po dolinu Eškol a prešpehovali zem.
24 (RIV) Quelli s’incamminarono, salirono verso i monti, giunsero alla valle d’Eshcol, ed esplorarono il paese.

25 (UKJV) And they took of the fruit of the land in their hands, and brought it down unto us, and brought us word again, and said, It is a good land which the LORD our God does give us.
25 (ROH) A vzali so sebou z ovocia zeme a doniesli dolu k nám a podali nám zprávu a povedali: Je to dobrá zem, ktorú nám dá Hospodin, náš Bôh.
25 (RIV) Presero con le loro mani de’ frutti del paese, ce li portarono, e ci fecero la loro relazione dicendo: "Quello che l’Eterno, il nostro Dio, ci dà, è un buon paese".

26 (UKJV) Notwithstanding all of you would not go up, but rebelled against the commandment of the LORD your God:
26 (ROH) Avšak nechceli ste ísť hore, ale vzbúrili ste sa proti rozkazu Hospodina, svojho Boha,
26 (RIV) Ma voi non voleste salirvi, e vi ribellaste all’ordine dell’Eterno, del vostro Dio;

27 (UKJV) And all of you murmured in your tents, and said, Because the LORD hated us, he has brought us forth out of the land of Egypt, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us.
27 (ROH) a reptali ste vo svojich stánoch a povedali ste: Preto, že nás nenávidí Hospodin, preto nás vyviedol z Egyptskej zeme, aby nás vydal do ruky Amoreja, aby nás zahladil.
27 (RIV) mormoraste nelle vostre tende, e diceste: "L’Eterno ci odia, per questo ci ha fatti uscire dal paese d’Egitto per darci in mano agli Amorei e per distruggerci.

28 (UKJV) "Where shall we go up? our brethren have discouraged our heart, saying, The people is greater and taller than we; the cities are great and walled up to heaven; and moreover we have seen the sons of the Anakims there. "
28 (ROH) Kam pojdeme hore? Naši bratia veľmi zmalátnili naše srdce hovoriac: Je to veľký ľud a vyšší, ako sme my; a mestá sú veľké a ohradené až do neba, ba ešte aj synov Enákových sme tam videli.
28 (RIV) Dove saliam noi? I nostri fratelli ci han fatto struggere il cuore, dicendo: Quella gente è più grande e più alta di noi; le città vi sono grandi e fortificate fino al cielo; e abbiam perfino visto colà de’ figliuoli degli Anakim".

29 (UKJV) Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be afraid of them.
29 (ROH) A povedal som vám: Nedeste sa ani sa ich nebojte.
29 (RIV) E io vi dissi: "Non vi sgomentate, e non abbiate paura di loro.

30 (UKJV) "The LORD your God which goes before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes; "
30 (ROH) Hospodin, váš Bôh, ktorý ide pred vami, on bude bojovať za vás, zrovna tak, ako učinil s vami v Egypte pred vašimi očami,
30 (RIV) L’Eterno, l’Iddio vostro che va davanti a voi, combatterà egli stesso per voi, come ha fatto tante volte sotto gli occhi vostri, in Egitto,

31 (UKJV) And in the wilderness, where you have seen how that the LORD your God bare you, as a man does bear his son, in all the way that all of you went, until all of you came into this place.
31 (ROH) i na púšti, kde si videl, že ťa niesol Hospodin, tvoj Bôh, ako nosieva človek svojho syna, na celej ceste, ktorou ste išli, až ste i prišli na toto miesto.
31 (RIV) e nel deserto, dove hai veduto come l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, ti ha portato come un uomo porta il suo figliuolo, per tutto il cammino che avete fatto, finché siete arrivati a questo luogo".

32 (UKJV) Yet in this thing all of you did not believe the LORD your God,
32 (ROH) Ale ani v tejto veci neverili ste Hospodinovi, svojmu Bohu,
32 (RIV) Nonostante questo non aveste fiducia nell’Eterno, nell’Iddio vostro,

33 (UKJV) Who went in the way before you, to search you out a place to pitch your tents in, in fire by night, to show you by what way all of you should go, and in a cloud by day.
33 (ROH) ktorý išiel pred vami cestou, aby vám vyhľadal miesto, kde by ste sa mohli rozložiť táborom, vnoci v ohni, aby vám ukazoval cestu, ktorou ste mali ísť, a v oblaku vodne.
33 (RIV) che andava innanzi a voi nel cammino per cercarvi un luogo da piantar le tende: di notte, nel fuoco per mostrarvi la via per la quale dovevate andare, e, di giorno, nella nuvola.

34 (UKJV) And the LORD heard the voice of your words, and was angry, and swore, saying,
34 (ROH) A Hospodin počul hlas vašich rečí a rozhneval sa a prisahal povediac:
34 (RIV) E l’Eterno udì le vostre parole, si adirò gravemente, e giurò dicendo:

35 (UKJV) Surely there shall not one of these men of this evil generation see that good land, which I swore to give unto your fathers.
35 (ROH) Prisahám, že niktorý z týchto mužov, toto zlé pokolenie, neuvidí tej krásnej zeme dobrej, o ktorej som prisahal, že ju dám vašim otcom,
35 (RIV) "Certo, nessuno degli uomini di questa malvagia generazione vedrà il buon paese che ho giurato di dare ai vostri padri,

36 (UKJV) "Save Caleb the son of Jephunneh; he shall see it, and to him will I give the land that he has trodden upon, and to his children, because he has wholly followed the LORD. "
36 (ROH) krome Kálefa, syna Jefunneho; ten ju uvidí, a jemu dám zem, po ktorej chodil, i jeho synom, pretože cele nasledoval Hospodina.
36 (RIV) salvo Caleb, figliuolo di Gefunne. Egli lo vedrà; e a lui e ai suoi figliuoli darò la terra che egli ha calcato, perché ha pienamente seguito l’Eterno".

37 (UKJV) Also the LORD was angry with me for your sakes, saying, You also shall not go in thither.
37 (ROH) Ešte i na mňa sa nahneval Hospodin pre vás a riekol: Ani ty ta nevojdeš!
37 (RIV) Anche contro a me l’Eterno si adirò per via di voi, e disse: "Neanche tu v’entrerai;

38 (UKJV) But Joshua the son of Nun, which stands before you, he shall go in thither: encourage him: for he shall cause Israel to inherit it.
38 (ROH) Jozua, syn Núnov, ktorý stojí pred tebou, ten ta vojde; jeho posilni, lebo on ju rozdelí Izraelovi do dedičstva.
38 (RIV) Giosuè, figliuolo di Nun, che ti serve, v’entrerà; fortificalo, perch’egli metterà Israele in possesso di questo paese.

39 (UKJV) Moreover your little ones, which all of you said should be a prey, and your children, which in that day had no knowledge between good and evil, they shall go in thither, and unto them will I give it, and they shall possess it.
39 (ROH) A vaše deti, o ktorých ste povedali, že budú za lúpež, a vaši synovia, ktorí ešte dneská nevedia, čo je dobré a čo zlé, tí ta vojdú, a im ju dám, a oni ju zdedia.
39 (RIV) E i vostri fanciulli, de’ quali avete detto: Diventeranno tanta preda! e i vostri figliuoli, che oggi non conoscono né il bene né il male, sono quelli che v’entreranno; a loro lo darò, e saranno essi che lo possederanno.

40 (UKJV) But as for you, turn you, and take your journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea.
40 (ROH) A vy sa obráťte a rušajte sa na púšť cestou smerom k Červenému moru.
40 (RIV) Ma voi, tornate indietro e avviatevi verso il deserto, in direzione del mar Rosso".

41 (UKJV) Then all of you answered and said unto me, We have sinned against the LORD, we will go up and fight, according to all that the LORD our God commanded us. And when all of you had girded on every man his weapons of war, all of you were ready to go up into the hill.
41 (ROH) Na to ste mi odpovedali: Zhrešili sme proti Hospodinovi, my pojdeme hore a budeme bojovať celkom tak, ako nám prikázal Hospodin, náš Bôh. A opásali ste si každý svoju vojennú zbraň a majúc to za ľahkú vec išli ste hore na vrch.
41 (RIV) Allora voi rispondeste, dicendomi: "Abbiam peccato contro l’Eterno; noi saliremo e combatteremo, interamente come l’Eterno, l’Iddio nostro, ci ha ordinato". E ognun di voi cinse le armi, e vi metteste temerariamente a salire verso i monti.

42 (UKJV) "And the LORD said unto me, Say unto them. Go not up, neither fight; for I am not among you; lest all of you be smitten before your enemies. "
42 (ROH) Ale Hospodin mi riekol: Povedz im: Nechoďte hore a nebojujte, lebo nie som medzi vami, aby ste neboli porazení pred svojimi nepriateľmi.
42 (RIV) E l’Eterno mi disse: "Di’ loro: Non salite, e non combattete, perché io non sono in mezzo a voi; voi sareste sconfitti davanti ai vostri nemici".

43 (UKJV) "So I spoke unto you; and all of you would not hear, but rebelled against the commandment of the LORD, and went presumptuously up into the hill. "
43 (ROH) A hovoril som vám to, a neposlúchli ste, ale ste sa sprotivili rozkazu Hospodinovmu a v spúre ste sa odvážili a išli ste hore na vrch.
43 (RIV) Io ve lo dissi, ma voi non mi deste ascolto; anzi foste ribelli all’ordine dell’Eterno, foste presuntuosi, e vi metteste a salire verso i monti.

44 (UKJV) And the Amorites, which dwelt in that mountain, came out against you, and chased you, as bees do, and destroyed you in Seir, even unto Hormah.
44 (ROH) Vtedy vyšiel Amorej, ktorý býval na tom vrchu, proti vám, a honili vás, ako robievajú včely, a zbili vás na Seire a bijúc prenasledovali až do Hormy.
44 (RIV) Allora gli Amorei, che abitano quella contrada montuosa, uscirono contro a voi, v’inseguirono come fanno le api, e vi batterono in Seir fino a Horma.

45 (UKJV) "And all of you returned and wept before the LORD; but the LORD would not hearken to your voice, nor give ear unto you. "
45 (ROH) A keď ste sa navrátili, plakali ste pred Hospodinom, ale Hospodin neuslyšal vášho hlasu ani nenaklonil k vám svojho ucha.
45 (RIV) E voi tornaste e piangeste davanti all’Eterno; ma l’Eterno non dette ascolto alla vostra voce e non vi porse orecchio.

46 (UKJV) So all of you abode in Kadesh many days, according unto the days that all of you abode there.
46 (ROH) A tak ste bývali v Kádeši mnoho dní, toľko, koľko ste bývali.
46 (RIV) Così rimaneste in Kades molti giorni; e ben sapete quanti giorni vi siete rimasti.
