Rim 3, 1-31

1 (UKJV) What advantage then has the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?
1 (ROH) Čo má tedy viacej Žid? Alebo jaký je užitok z obriezky?

2 (UKJV) Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.

3 (UKJV) For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
3 (ROH) Lebo veď čože, ak niektorí neverili?! Či azda ich nevera zmarí vernosť Božiu?

4 (UKJV) "God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That you might be justified in your sayings, (o. logos) and might overcome when you are judged. "

5 (UKJV) But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who takes vengeance? (I speak as a man)

6 (UKJV) God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world?
6 (ROH) Nech sa nestane! Lebo veď ako by potom súdil Bôh svet?

7 (UKJV) "For if the truth of God has more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner? "

8 (UKJV) And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.

9 (UKJV) "What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin; "
9 (ROH) Čo tedy? Či máme nejakú prednosť? Nijakým činom, lebo tu prv sme obvinili i Židov i Grékov, že všetci sú pod hriechom,

10 (UKJV) As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
10 (ROH) ako je napísané: Nieto spravedlivého ani jedného;

11 (UKJV) There is none that understands, there is none that seeks after God.
11 (ROH) niet toho, kto by rozumel, niet, kto by vážne hľadal Boha;

12 (UKJV) "They are all gone out of the way, they are together become useless; there is none that does good, no, not one. "
12 (ROH) všetci sa odchýlili, napospol stali sa neužitočnými; niet toho, kto by činil dobro, niet ani jedného.

13 (UKJV) "Their throat is an open tomb; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: "
13 (ROH) Ich hrdlo otvorený hrob; svojimi jazyky hovorili lesť, jed ľútych hadov pod ich rtami;

14 (UKJV) Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
14 (ROH) ktorých ústa sú plné kliatby a horkosti;

15 (UKJV) Their feet are swift to shed blood:
15 (ROH) ich nohy rýchle vyliať krv;

16 (UKJV) Destruction and misery are in their ways:
16 (ROH) skrúšenie a bieda je na ich cestách,

17 (UKJV) And the way of peace have they not known:
17 (ROH) a cesty pokoja nepoznali.

18 (UKJV) There is no fear of God before their eyes.
18 (ROH) Niet bázne Božej pred ich očami.

19 (UKJV) Now we know that what things whatsoever the law says, it says to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
19 (ROH) A vieme, že všetko, čo hovorí zákon, vraví tým, ktorí sú pod zákonom, aby boly zapchaté každé ústa, a celý svet aby bol vinný Bohu,

20 (UKJV) Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
20 (ROH) pretože zo skutkov zákona nebude ospravedlnené pred ním niktoré telo, lebo skrze zákon poznanie hriechu.

21 (UKJV) "But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; "
21 (ROH) No, teraz je zjavená spravedlivosť Božia bez zákona, osvedčovaná zákonom i prorokmi,

22 (UKJV) Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
22 (ROH) avšak spravedlivosť to Božia skrze vieru Ježiša Krista cieľom všetkých a na všetkých veriacich.

23 (UKJV) "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; "
23 (ROH) Lebo nieto rozdielu, lebo všetci zhrešili a postrádajú slávy Božej

24 (UKJV) Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
24 (ROH) ospravedlňovaní súc darmo jeho milosťou, skrze vykúpenie, vykúpenie v Kristu Ježišovi,

25 (UKJV) "Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; "

26 (UKJV) To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believes in Jesus.

27 (UKJV) Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
27 (ROH) Kde je potom chvála človeka? Je vylúčená. Jakým zákonom? Zákonom skutkov? Nie! Ale zákonom viery.

28 (UKJV) Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

29 (UKJV) Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
29 (ROH) Alebo či je Bôh len Bohom Židov? A či nie je aj Bohom pohanov? Áno aj pohanov,

30 (UKJV) Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

31 (UKJV) Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.
31 (ROH) Či tedy maríme zákon vierou? Nijakým činom! Ale zákon staviame v platnosť.

Gal 3:22 - But the scripture has concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

Verš 10
As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Ž 14:3 - They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that does good, no, not one.
Ž 53:3 - "Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that does good, no, not one. "

Verš 20
Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Gal 2:16 - Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

Heb 7:18 - For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.

Verš 21
"But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; "
Rim 1:17 - For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Flp 3:9 - And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

Verš 25
"Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; "
2Kor 5:19 - "To know, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word (o. logos) of reconciliation. "

Ex 25:17 - And you shall make a mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.

Sk 13:38 - Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
Rim 8:3 - For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
Gal 2:16 - Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Heb 7:25 - Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them.

Rim 3,21 - "Ospravedlnenie" znamená odpustenie hriechov a získanie milosti.
