5 (UKJV) And he said, Who are you, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom you persecute: it is hard for you to kick against the pricks.
5 (ROH) A on povedal: Kto si, Pane? A Pán povedal: Ja som Ježiš, ktorého ty prenasleduješ, tvrdo ti bude proti ostňu sa vzpečovať.

6 (UKJV) And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what will you have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told you what you must do.
6 (ROH) A on trasúc a desiac sa povedal: Pane, čo chceš, aby som učinil? A Pán jemu: Vstaň a vojdi do mesta, a povie sa ti, čo máš robiť.

7 (UKJV) And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.
7 (ROH) A mužovia, ktorí s ním spolu cestovali, stáli ohromení, bez slova, ktorí síce hlas počuli, ale nevideli nikoho.

8 (UKJV) "And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus. "

13 (UKJV) Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he has done to your saints at Jerusalem:
13 (ROH) A Ananiáš odpovedal: Pane, počul som od mnohých ľudí o tomto mužovi, jako mnoho zlého učinil tvojim svätým v Jeruzaleme.

14 (UKJV) And here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on your name.
14 (ROH) A má aj tu moc od najvyšších kňazov poviazať všetkých, ktorí vzývajú tvoje meno.

15 (UKJV) But the Lord said unto him, Go your way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:
15 (ROH) Ale Pán mu povedal: Iď, lebo on mi je vyvolenou nádobou, aby zaniesol moje meno i pred pohanov i pred kráľov i pred synov Izraelových.

16 (UKJV) For I will show him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.
16 (ROH) Lebo ja mu ukážem, ako mnoho musí on pretrpieť za moje meno.

17 (UKJV) "And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto you in the way as you came, has sent me, that you might receive your sight, and be filled with the Holy Spirit. (o. pneuma) "
17 (ROH) Vtedy odišiel Ananiáš a vošiel do domu a položiac na neho ruky povedal: Saule, bratu, Pán ma poslal, Ježiš, ktorý sa ti ukázal na ceste, ktorou si išiel sem, aby si prezrel a bol naplnený Svätým Duchom.

18 (UKJV) And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.

21 (UKJV) "But all that heard him were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came here for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests? "
A sem tiež prišiel nato, aby ich poviazaných odviedol pred najvyšších kňazov.

22 (UKJV) But Saul increased the more in strength, and confounded the Jews which dwelt at Damascus, proving that this is very Christ.

23 (UKJV) And after that many days were fulfilled, the Jews took counsel to kill him:
23 (ROH) A keď už bolo pominulo hodne dní, uradili sa medzi sebou Židia zabiť ho.

24 (UKJV) But their laying await was known of Saul. And they watched the gates day and night to kill him.
24 (ROH) Ale Saul zvedel o ich úklade. A striehli aj brány vodne i vnoci, aby ho zabili.

25 (UKJV) Then the disciples took him by night, and let him down by the wall in a basket.
25 (ROH) Ale učeníci ho pojali vnoci a spustili cez múr spustiac ho po povraze v pletenci.

26 (UKJV) And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple.

28 (UKJV) And he was with them coming in and going out at Jerusalem.
28 (ROH) A bol s nimi vchádzajúc a vychádzajúc, v Jeruzaleme.

29 (UKJV) And he spoke boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, and disputed against the Grecians: but they went about to slay him.
29 (ROH) A hovoril smele v mene Pána Ježiša a vravel a hádal sa s hellenistami, a oni sa pokúšali zabiť ho.

30 (UKJV) Which when the brethren knew, they brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.
30 (ROH) Ale keď o tom zvedeli bratia, zaviedli ho dolu do Cezáree a vyslali ho do Tarzu.

31 (UKJV) "Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, (o. pneuma) were multiplied. "

32 (UKJV) And it came to pass, as Peter passed throughout all quarters, he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.

33 (UKJV) And there he found a certain man named Aeneas, which had kept his bed eight years, and was sick of the palsy.

34 (UKJV) And Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ makes you whole: arise, and make your bed. And he arose immediately.
34 (ROH) A Peter mu povedal: Eneášu, Ježiš Kristus ťa uzdravuje. Vstaň a posteľ si. A hneď vstal.

35 (UKJV) And all that dwelt at Lydda and Saron saw him, and turned to the Lord.
35 (ROH) A videli ho všetci, ktorí bývali v Lydde a v Sárone, ktorí sa obrátili k Pánovi.

36 (UKJV) Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and kind acts which she did.

37 (UKJV) And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber.
A keď ju umyli, položili ju vo vrchnom príbytku.

38 (UKJV) And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them.

39 (UKJV) Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.
39 (ROH) A Peter vstal a išiel s nimi. A keď ta prišiel, vyviedli ho do vrchného príbytku, a obstúpily ho všetky tie vdovy plačúc a ukazovaly sukne a plášte, ktoré im robila Dorkas, dokiaľ bola s nimi.

40 (UKJV) "But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up. "
40 (ROH) Vtedy vyhnal Peter všetkých von a skloniac kolená modlil sa a obrátiac sa k mŕtvemu telu povedal: Tabita, vstaň! A ona otvorila oči, a keď videla Petra, posadila sa.

41 (UKJV) And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.
41 (ROH) A on jej podal ruku a zodvihol ju. Potom zavolal svätých a vdovy a postavil ju pred nich živú.

42 (UKJV) "And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord. "

43 (UKJV) And it came to pass, that he tarried many days in Joppa with one Simon a tanner.
