Evanjelium podľa Jána

1 (HEM) ויהי בעברו וירא איש והוא עור מיום הולדו׃
1 (KAT) Ako šiel, videl človeka, ktorý bol od narodenia slepý.
1 (UKJV) And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.

2 (HEM) וישאלו אתו תלמידיו לאמר רבי מי הוא אשר חטא הזה אם ילדיו כי נולד עור׃
2 (KAT) Jeho učeníci sa ho spýtali: „Rabbi, kto zhrešil - on, alebo jeho rodičia -, že sa narodil slepý?“
2 (UKJV) And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?

3 (HEM) ויען ישוע לא זה חטא ולא יולדיו אך למען יגלו בו מעללי אל׃
3 (KAT) Ježiš odpovedal: „Nezhrešil ani on, ani jeho rodičia, ale majú sa na ňom zjaviť Božie skutky.
3 (UKJV) Jesus answered, Neither has this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

4 (HEM) עלי לעשות מעשי שלחי בעוד יום יבוא הלילה אשר בו לא יוכל איש לפעל׃
4 (KAT) Musíme konať skutky toho, ktorý ma poslal, dokiaľ je deň. Ide noc, keď nik nebude môcť pracovať.
4 (UKJV) I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night comes, when no man can work.

5 (HEM) בהיותי בעולם אור העולם אני׃
5 (KAT) Kým som na svete, som svetlo sveta.“
5 (UKJV) As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

6 (HEM) ויהי כדברו זאת וירק על הארץ ויעש טיט מן הרוק וימרח את הטיט על עיני העור׃
6 (KAT) Keď to povedal, napľul na zem, urobil zo sliny blato, blatom mu potrel oči
6 (UKJV) When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,

7 (HEM) ויאמר אליו לך ורחץ בברכת השלח פרושו שלוח וילך וירחץ ויבא ועיניו ראות׃
7 (KAT) a povedal mu: „Choď, umy sa v rybníku Siloe,“ čo v preklade znamená: Poslaný. On šiel, umyl sa a vrátil sa vidiaci.
7 (UKJV) And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.

8 (HEM) ויאמרו שכניו ואשר ראו אתו לפנים כי עור הוא הלא זה הוא הישב ומשאל׃
8 (KAT) Susedia a tí, čo ho predtým vídali žobrať, hovorili: „Nie je to ten, čo tu sedával a žobral?“
8 (UKJV) The neighbours therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged?

9 (HEM) אלה אמרו כי הוא זה ואלה אמרו אך דומה לו והוא אמר אני הוא׃
9 (KAT) Jedni tvrdili: „Je to on.“ Iní zasa: „Nie je, len sa mu podobá.“ On vravel: „Ja som to.“
9 (UKJV) Some said, This is he: others said, He is like him: but he said, I am he.

10 (HEM) ויאמרו אליו במה אפו נפקחו עיניך׃
10 (KAT) Pýtali sa ho teda: „Ako to, že sa ti otvorili oči?“
10 (UKJV) Therefore said they unto him, How were your eyes opened?

11 (HEM) ויען ויאמר איש אשר נקרא שמו ישוע עשה טיט וימרח על עיני ויאמר אלי לך ורחץ בברכת השלח ואלך וארחץ ותארנה עיני׃
11 (KAT) On odpovedal: „Človek, ktorý sa volá Ježiš, urobil blato, potrel mi oči a povedal mi: »Choď k Siloe a umy sa!« Šiel som teda, umyl som sa a - vidím.“
11 (UKJV) He answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight.

12 (HEM) ויאמרו אליו איו ויאמר לא ידעתי׃
12 (KAT) Pýtali sa ho: „Kde je ten človek?“ Odpovedal: „Neviem.“
12 (UKJV) Then said they unto him, Where is he? He said, I know not.

13 (HEM) ויביאו את האיש אשר היה עור לפנים אל הפרושים׃
13 (KAT) Zaviedli ho, toho, čo bol predtým slepý, k farizejom.
13 (UKJV) They brought to the Pharisees him that in old times was blind.

14 (HEM) והיום אשר עשה בו ישוע את הטיט ויפקח את עיניו שבת היה׃
14 (KAT) Ale v ten deň, keď Ježiš urobil blato a otvoril mu oči, bola práve sobota.
14 (UKJV) And it was the sabbath day when Jesus made the clay, and opened his eyes.

15 (HEM) ויוסיפו לשאל אתו גם הפרושים איך נפקחו עיניו ויאמר אליהם טיט שם על עיני וארחץ והנני ראה׃
15 (KAT) Preto sa ho aj farizeji pýtali, ako to, že vidí. On im povedal: „Priložil mi na oči blato, umyl som sa a vidím.“
15 (UKJV) Then again the Pharisees also asked him how he had received his sight. He said unto them, He put clay upon mine eyes, and I washed, and do see.

16 (HEM) ויאמרו מקצת הפרושים זה האיש לא מאלהים הוא כי לא ישמר את השבת ואחרים אמרו איכה יוכל איש חטא לעשות אתות כאלה ויהי ריב ביניהם׃
16 (KAT) Niektorí farizeji hovorili: „Ten človek nie je od Boha, lebo nezachováva sobotu.“ Iní vraveli: „Ako môže hriešny človek robiť takéto znamenia?“ A rozštiepili sa.
16 (UKJV) Therefore said some of the Pharisees, This man is not of God, because he keeps not the sabbath day. Others said, How can a man that is a sinner do such miracles? And there was a division among them.

17 (HEM) ויוסיפו ויאמרו אל העור מה תאמר אתה עליו אשר פקח עיניך ויאמר נביא הוא׃
17 (KAT) Znova sa teda pýtali slepého: „Čo hovoríš o ňom ty? Veď tebe otvoril oči!?“ On odpovedal: „Je prorok.“
17 (UKJV) They say unto the blind man again, What say you of him, that he has opened your eyes? He said, He is a prophet.

18 (HEM) ולא האמינו היהודים עליו כי עור היה וארו עיניו עד אשר קראו אל יולדי הנרפא׃
18 (KAT) Židia však neverili, že bol slepý a teraz vidí, kým si nezavolali jeho rodičov.
18 (UKJV) But the Jews did not believe concerning him, that he had been blind, and received his sight, until they called the parents of him that had received his sight.

19 (HEM) וישאלו אתם לאמר הזה הוא בנכם אשר אמרתם כי נולד עור ואיכה הוא ראה עתה׃
19 (KAT) Opýtali sa ich: „Je to váš syn? A hovoríte, že sa narodil slepý? Ako to, že teraz vidí?“
19 (UKJV) And they asked them, saying, Is this your son, who all of you say was born blind? how then does he now see?

20 (HEM) ויענו אתם יולדיו ויאמרו ידענו כי זה הוא בננו וכי נולד עור׃
20 (KAT) Rodičia odpovedali: „Vieme, že je to náš syn a že sa narodil slepý.
20 (UKJV) His parents answered them and said, We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind:

21 (HEM) אבל איך הוא ראה עתה או מי פקח את עיניו אנחנו לא ידענו הלא בן דעת הוא שאלו את פיהו והוא יגיד מה היה לו׃
21 (KAT) Ale ako to, že teraz vidí, to nevieme, ani nevieme, kto mu otvoril oči. Jeho sa spýtajte. Má svoje roky, nech hovorí sám za seba.“
21 (UKJV) "But by what means he now sees, we know not; or who has opened his eyes, we know not: he is of age; ask him: he shall speak for himself. "

22 (HEM) כזאת דברו יולדיו מיראתם את היהודים כי היהודים כבר נועצו לנדות את כל אשר יודה כי הוא המשיח׃
22 (KAT) Jeho rodičia hovorili tak preto, že sa báli Židov. Židia sa už totiž uzniesli, že každý, kto by ho uznal za Mesiáša, má byť vylúčený zo synagógy.
22 (UKJV) These words spoke his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.

23 (HEM) על כן אמרו יולדיו בן דעת הוא שאלו את פיהו׃
23 (KAT) Preto jeho rodičia povedali: „Má svoje roky, jeho sa spýtajte.“
23 (UKJV) "Therefore said his parents, He is of age; ask him. "

24 (HEM) ויקראו שנית לאיש אשר היה עור ויאמרו אליו תן כבוד לאלהים אנחנו ידענו כי האיש הזה חטא הוא׃
24 (KAT) Znovu teda zavolali človeka, čo bol predtým slepý, a povedali mu: „Vzdaj Bohu slávu! My vieme, že ten človek je hriešnik.“
24 (UKJV) Then again called they the man that was blind, and said unto him, Give God the praise: we know that this man is a sinner.

25 (HEM) ויען ויאמר אם האיש חטא הוא אינני ידע אחת ידעתי כי עור הייתי ועתה הנני ראה׃
25 (KAT) On odvetil: „Či je hriešnik, neviem. Ale jedno viem: že som bol slepý a teraz vidím.“
25 (UKJV) He answered and said, Whether he be a sinner or no, I know not: one thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see.

26 (HEM) ויאמרו אליו עוד מה עשה לך איכה פקח עיניך׃
26 (KAT) Spýtali sa ho teda: „Čo urobil s tebou? Ako ti otvoril oči?“
26 (UKJV) Then said they to him again, What did he to you? how opened he your eyes?

27 (HEM) ויען אתם כבר אמרתי לכם הלא שמעתם ומה לכם לשמע שנית התאבו גם אתם להיות תלמידיו׃
27 (KAT) Odpovedal im: „Už som vám povedal, a nepočuli ste. Prečo to chcete počuť znova? Chcete sa aj vy stať jeho učeníkmi?“
27 (UKJV) He answered them, I have told you already, and all of you did not hear: wherefore would all of you hear it again? will all of you also be his disciples?

28 (HEM) ויחרפו אתו ויאמרו אתה תלמידו ואנחנו תלמידיו של משה׃
28 (KAT) Vynadali mu a povedali: „Ty si jeho učeník, my sme Mojžišovi učeníci.
28 (UKJV) "Then they reviled him, and said, You are his disciple; but we are Moses' disciples. "

29 (HEM) אנחנו יודעים כי אל משה דבר האלהים ואת זה לא ידענו מאין הוא׃
29 (KAT) My vieme, že Mojžišovi hovoril Boh, a o tomto nevieme ani to, odkiaľ je.“
29 (UKJV) We know that God spoke unto Moses: as for this fellow, we know not from whence he is.

30 (HEM) ויען האיש ויאמר אליהם זאת היא הפלא ופלא כי לא ידעתם מאין הוא והוא פקח את עיני׃
30 (KAT) Ten človek im odpovedal: „Práve to je čudné, že vy neviete, odkiaľ je, a mne otvoril oči.
30 (UKJV) The man answered and said unto them, Why herein is a marvellous thing, that all of you know not from whence he is, and yet he has opened mine eyes.

31 (HEM) והנה ידענו כי את החטאים לא ישמע אל כי אם את ירא האלהים ועשה רצונו אתו ישמע׃
31 (KAT) Vieme, že hriešnikov Boh nevyslyší; ale vyslyší toho, kto si Boha ctí a plní jeho vôľu.
31 (UKJV) Now we know that God hears not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and does his will, him he hears.

32 (HEM) מעולם לא נשמע כי פקח איש עיני עור מרחם׃
32 (KAT) Od vekov nebolo počuť, že by bol niekto otvoril oči slepému od narodenia.
32 (UKJV) Since the world began was it not heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind.

33 (HEM) לולא היה זה מאת אלהים לא היה יכל לעשות מאומה׃
33 (KAT) Keby on nebol od Boha, nemohol by nič také urobiť.“
33 (UKJV) If this man were not of God, he could do nothing.

34 (HEM) ויענו ויאמרו אליו הן בחטאים נולדת כלך ואתה תלמדנו ויהדפהו החוצה׃
34 (KAT) Povedali mu: „Celý si sa v hriechoch narodil a nás poúčaš?!“ A vyhnali ho von.
34 (UKJV) They answered and said unto him, You were altogether born in sins, and do you teach us? And they cast him out.

35 (HEM) וישמע ישוע כי הדפהו החוצה ויפגשהו ויאמר אליו התאמין בבן האדם׃
35 (KAT) Ježiš sa dopočul, že ho vyhnali, vyhľadal ho a povedal mu: „Ty veríš v Syna človeka?“
35 (UKJV) "Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Do you believe on the Son of God? "

36 (HEM) ויען ויאמר מי הוא זה אדני למען אאמין בו׃
36 (KAT) On vravel: „A kto je to, Pane, aby som v neho uveril?“
36 (UKJV) He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him?

37 (HEM) ויאמר אליו ישוע הן ראית אתו והמדבר אליך הנה זה הוא׃
37 (KAT) Ježiš mu povedal: „Už si ho videl - a je to ten, čo sa rozpráva s tebou.“
37 (UKJV) And Jesus said unto him, You have both seen him, and it is he that talks with you.

38 (HEM) ויאמר אני מאמין אדני וישתחו לו׃
38 (KAT) On povedal: „Verím, Pane,“ a klaňal sa mu.
38 (UKJV) And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him.

39 (HEM) ויאמר ישוע אני לדין באתי לעולם הזה למען יראו העורים והראים יכו בעורון׃
39 (KAT) Ježiš povedal: „Súdiť som prišiel na tento svet: aby tí, čo nevidia, videli, a tí, čo vidia, aby oslepli.“
39 (UKJV) "And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind. "

40 (HEM) ואשר היו עמו מן הפרושים שמעו דבריו ויאמרו אליו הגם אנחנו עורים׃
40 (KAT) Začuli to farizeji, čo boli pri ňom, a povedali mu: „Sme azda aj my slepí?!“
40 (UKJV) And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?

41 (HEM) ויאמר אליהם אם עורים הייתם לא היה בכם חטא ועתה כי אמרתם פקחים אנחנו חטאתכם תעמד׃
41 (KAT) Ježiš im odpovedal: „Keby ste boli slepí, nemali by ste hriech. Vy však hovoríte: »Vidíme.« A tak váš hriech ostáva.
41 (UKJV) "Jesus said unto them, If all of you were blind, all of you should have no sin: but now all of you say, We see; therefore your sin remains. "
