1 (UKJV) These things have I spoken unto you, that all of you should not be offended.
1 (LS) Je vous ai dit ces choses, afin qu'elles ne soient pas pour vous une occasion de chute.
2 (UKJV) They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time comes, that whosoever kills you will think that he does God service.
2 (LS) Ils vous excluront des synagogues; et même l'heure vient où quiconque vous fera mourir croira rendre un culte à Dieu.
3 (UKJV) And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.
3 (LS) Et ils agiront ainsi, parce qu'ils n'ont connu ni le Père ni moi.
4 (UKJV) But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, all of you may remember that I told you of them. And these things I said not unto you at the beginning, because I was with you.
4 (LS) Je vous ai dit ces choses, afin que, lorsque l'heure sera venue, vous vous souveniez que je vous les ai dites. Je ne vous en ai pas parlé dès le commencement, parce que j'étais avec vous.
5 (UKJV) "But now I go my way to him that sent me; and none of you asks me, Where go you? "
5 (LS) Maintenant je m'en vais vers celui qui m'a envoyé, et aucun de vous ne me demande: Où vas-tu?
6 (UKJV) But because I have said these things unto you, sorrow has filled your heart.
6 (LS) Mais, parce que je vous ai dit ces choses, la tristesse a rempli votre coeur.
7 (UKJV) "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. "
7 (LS) Cependant je vous dis la vérité: il vous est avantageux que je m'en aille, car si je ne m'en vais pas, le consolateur ne viendra pas vers vous; mais, si je m'en vais, je vous l'enverrai.
8 (UKJV) And when he has come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
8 (LS) Et quand il sera venu, il convaincra le monde en ce qui concerne le péché, la justice, et le jugement:
9 (UKJV) "Of sin, because they believe not on me; "
9 (LS) en ce qui concerne le péché, parce qu'ils ne croient pas en moi;
10 (UKJV) "Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and all of you see me no more; "
10 (LS) la justice, parce que je vais au Père, et que vous ne me verrez plus;
11 (UKJV) Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
11 (LS) le jugement, parce que le prince de ce monde est jugé.
12 (UKJV) I have yet many things to say unto you, but all of you cannot bear them now.
12 (LS) J'ai encore beaucoup de choses à vous dire, mais vous ne pouvez pas les porter maintenant.
13 (UKJV) "Nevertheless when he, the Spirit (o. pneuma) of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. "
13 (LS) Quand le consolateur sera venu, l'Esprit de vérité, il vous conduira dans toute la vérité; car il ne parlera pas de lui-même, mais il dira tout ce qu'il aura entendu, et il vous annoncera les choses à venir.
14 (UKJV) He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you.
14 (LS) Il me glorifiera, parce qu'il prendra de ce qui est à moi, et vous l'annoncera.
15 (UKJV) All things that the Father has are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you.
15 (LS) Tout ce que le Père a est à moi; c'est pourquoi j'ai dit qu'il prend de ce qui est à moi, et qu'il vous l'annoncera.
16 (UKJV) A little while, and all of you shall not see me: and again, a little while, and all of you shall see me, because I go to the Father.
16 (LS) Encore un peu de temps, et vous ne me verrez plus; et puis encore un peu de temps, et vous me verrez, parce que je vais au Père.
17 (UKJV) Then said some of his disciples among themselves, What is this that he says unto us, A little while, and all of you shall not see me: and again, a little while, and all of you shall see me: and, Because I go to the Father?
17 (LS) Là-dessus, quelques-uns de ses disciples dirent entre eux: Que signifie ce qu'il nous dit: Encore un peu de temps, et vous ne me verrez plus; et puis encore un peu de temps, et vous me verrez? et: Parce que je vais au Père?
18 (UKJV) They said therefore, What is this that he says, A little while? we cannot tell what he says.
18 (LS) Ils disaient donc: Que signifie ce qu'il dit: Encore un peu de temps? Nous ne savons de quoi il parle.
19 (UKJV) Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do all of you enquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and all of you shall not see me: and again, a little while, and all of you shall see me?
19 (LS) Jésus, connut qu'ils voulaient l'interroger, leur dit: Vous vous questionnez les uns les autres sur ce que j'ai dit: Encore un peu de temps, et vous ne me verrez plus; et puis encore un peu de temps, et vous me verrez.
20 (UKJV) Verily, verily, I say unto you, That all of you shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and all of you shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.
20 (LS) En vérité, en vérité, je vous le dis, vous pleurerez et vous vous lamenterez, et le monde se réjouira: vous serez dans la tristesse, mais votre tristesse se changera en joie.
21 (UKJV) A woman when she is in travail has sorrow, because her hour has come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembers no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
21 (LS) La femme, lorsqu'elle enfante, éprouve de la tristesse, parce que son heure est venue; mais, lorsqu'elle a donné le jour à l'enfant, elle ne se souvient plus de la souffrance, à cause de la joie qu'elle a de ce qu'un homme est né dans le monde.
22 (UKJV) And all of you now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man takes from you.
22 (LS) Vous donc aussi, vous êtes maintenant dans la tristesse; mais je vous reverrai, et votre coeur se réjouira, et nul ne vous ravira votre joie.
23 (UKJV) And in that day all of you shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever all of you shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
23 (LS) En ce jour-là, vous ne m'interrogerez plus sur rien. En vérité, en vérité, je vous le dis, ce que vous demanderez au Père, il vous le donnera en mon nom.
24 (UKJV) Until now have all of you asked nothing in my name: ask, and all of you shall receive, that your joy may be full.
24 (LS) Jusqu'à présent vous n'avez rien demandé en mon nom. Demandez, et vous recevrez, afin que votre joie soit parfaite.
25 (UKJV) These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time comes, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall show you plainly of the Father.
25 (LS) Je vous ai dit ces choses en paraboles. L'heure vient où je ne vous parlerai plus en paraboles, mais où je vous parlerai ouvertement du Père.
26 (UKJV) At that day all of you shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
26 (LS) En ce jour, vous demanderez en mon nom, et je ne vous dis pas que je prierai le Père pour vous;
27 (UKJV) For the Father himself loves you, because all of you have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.
27 (LS) car le Père lui-même vous aime, parce que vous m'avez aimé, et que vous avez cru que je suis sorti de Dieu.
28 (UKJV) I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.
28 (LS) Je suis sorti du Père, et je suis venu dans le monde; maintenant je quitte le monde, et je vais au Père.
29 (UKJV) His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speak you plainly, and speak no proverb.
29 (LS) Ses disciples lui dirent: Voici, maintenant tu parles ouvertement, et tu n'emploies aucune parabole.
30 (UKJV) Now are we sure that you know all things, and need not that any man should ask you: by this we believe that you came forth from God.
30 (LS) Maintenant nous savons que tu sais toutes choses, et que tu n'as pas besoin que personne t'interroge; c'est pourquoi nous croyons que tu es sorti de Dieu.
31 (UKJV) Jesus answered them, Do all of you now believe?
31 (LS) Jésus leur répondit: Vous croyez maintenant.
32 (UKJV) Behold, the hour comes, yea, is now come, that all of you shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
32 (LS) Voici, l'heure vient, et elle est déjà venue, où vous serez dispersés chacun de son côté, et où vous me laisserez seul; mais je ne suis pas seul, car le Père est avec moi.
33 (UKJV) "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me all of you might have peace. In the world all of you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. "
33 (LS) Je vous ai dit ces choses, afin que vous ayez la paix en moi. Vous aurez des tribulations dans le monde; mais prenez courage, j'ai vaincu le monde.

Behold, the hour comes, yea, is now come, that all of you shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
Za 13:7 - Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, says the LORD of hosts: strike the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.
Mt 26:31 - Then says Jesus unto them, All you shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.
Mk 14:27 - And Jesus says unto them, All you shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.
Jn 8:29 - "And he that sent me is with me: the Father has not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him. "
Jn 14:10 - Believe you not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the (o. rhema) words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwells in me, he does the works.

"These things I have spoken unto you, that in me all of you might have peace. In the world all of you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. "
Iz 9:6 - For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Jn 14:27 - Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Rim 5:1 - Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Ef 2:13 - But now in Christ Jesus all of you who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
Kol 1:20 - " And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. "

They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time comes, that whosoever kills you will think that he does God service.
Jn 9:22 - These words spoke his parents, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had agreed already, that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue.
Jn 9:34 - They answered and said unto him, You were altogether born in sins, and do you teach us? And they cast him out.

And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.

Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
Jn 12:31 - Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
Jn 14:30 - Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world comes, and has nothing in me.

All things that the Father has are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you.

Jn 14:13 - And whatsoever all of you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

For the Father himself loves you, because all of you have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.
Jn 17:8 - "For I have given unto them the words (o. rhema) which you gave me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from you, and they have believed that you did send me. "

I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.
Jn 13:3 - "Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God; "
Verš 30
Now are we sure that you know all things, and need not that any man should ask you: by this we believe that you came forth from God.
Jn 21:17 - "He says unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, love you me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Love you me? And he said unto him, Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you. Jesus says unto him, Feed my sheep. "
Jn 16,5-15 - Pôsobenie Ducha Svätého sa prejaví v troch smeroch: v obvinení sveta z hriechu, že nechcel uznať Ježiša; v spravodlivosti, že jeho dielo je spravodlivé, inak by sa nemohol vrátiť k Otcovi; v súde, v ktorom bude zlomená moc diabla.
Jn 16,12-15 - Z týchto výrokov je zjavné, že Duch Svätý ako osoba závisí nielen od Otca, ale aj od Syna. To teologicky znamená, že tretia božská osoba pochádza od Otca i od Syna.
Jn 16,16-24 - "Ešte chvíľku", o ktorej Ježiš hovorí a ktorú apoštoli nevedeli pochopiť, je čas od Poslednej večere do rána Veľkej noci. Vtedy budú plakať a smútiť nad jeho smrťou, svet sa bude radovať, lebo si bude myslieť, že ho premohol.
Jn 16,25-33 - Na konci Pán Ježiš robí praktický záver svojej rozlúčkovej reči: treba v neho dúfať aj uprostred prenasledovaní, ťažkostí a utrpenia, lebo on premohol svet.
