Evanjelium podľa Lukáša

Biblia - Sväté písmo

(UKJV - Anglický - Updated King James)

Lk 7, 1-50

1 (UKJV) Now when he had ended all his sayings (o. rhema) in the audience of the people, he entered into Capernaum.
1 (ROH) A keď dovŕšil všetky svoje slová v uši ľudu, vošiel do Kafarnauma.

2 (UKJV) And a certain centurion's servant, who was dear unto him, was sick, and ready to die.

3 (UKJV) And when he heard of Jesus, he sent unto him the elders of the Jews, beseeching him that he would come and heal his servant.
3 (ROH) A keď počul o Ježišovi, poslal ku nemu starších zo Židov prosiac ho, žeby prišiel a uzdravil jeho sluhu.

4 (UKJV) And when they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly, saying, That he was worthy for whom he should do this:
4 (ROH) A oni prijdúc k Ježišovi prosili ho naliehave a hovorili: Hoden je toho, ktorému to vykonáš,

5 (UKJV) For he loves our nation, and he has built us a synagogue.
5 (ROH) lebo miluje náš národ, aj synagógu nám on vystavil.

6 (UKJV) Then Jesus went with them. And when he was now not far from the house, the centurion sent friends to him, saying unto him, Lord, trouble not yourself: for I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof:
6 (ROH) A Ježiš išiel s nimi. A keď už bol neďaleko od domu, poslal k nemu stotník svojich priateľov a povedal mu: Pane, neunúvaj sa, lebo nie som hoden, aby si vošiel pod moju strechu,

7 (UKJV) Wherefore neither thought I myself worthy to come unto you: but say in a word, (o. logos) and my servant shall be healed.
7 (ROH) a preto som ani sám seba nepovažoval za hodného prijsť k tebe; ale povedz slovom, a môj sluha bude uzdravený.

8 (UKJV) "For I also am a man set under authority, having under me soldiers, and I say unto one, Go, and he goes; and to another, Come, and he comes; and to my servant, Do this, and he does it. "
8 (ROH) Lebo veď i ja som človek, postavený pod moc iných, majúc pod sebou vojakov a keď poviem tomuto: Idi! tak ide, a inému: Prijdi! a prijde, a svojmu sluhovi: Učiň toto! a činí.

9 (UKJV) When Jesus heard these things, he marvelled at him, and turned him about, and said unto the people that followed him, I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

10 (UKJV) And they that were sent, returning to the house, found the servant whole that had been sick.
10 (ROH) A keď sa poslaní navrátili do domu, našli nemocného sluhu zdravého.

11 (UKJV) "And it came to pass the day after, that he went into a city called Nain; and many of his disciples went with him, and much people. "

12 (UKJV) Now when he came nigh to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow: and much people of the city was with her.

13 (UKJV) And when the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not.
13 (ROH) A keď ju videl Pán, bol pohnutý ľútosťou nad ňou a povedal jej: Neplač!

14 (UKJV) And he came and touched the bier: and they that bare him stood still. And he said, Young man, I say unto you, Arise.
14 (ROH) A pristúpiac dotknul sa már, a tí, ktorí niesli mŕtveho, zastáli, a Ježiš povedal: Mládenče, tebe hovorím, vstaň!

15 (UKJV) And he that was dead sat up, and began to speak. And he delivered him to his mother.

16 (UKJV) "And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet has risen up among us; and, That God has visited his people. "
16 (ROH) Vtedy pojala bázeň všetkých a oslavovali Boha a hovorili: Veliký prorok povstal medzi nami, a Bôh vraj navštívil svoj ľud.

17 (UKJV) And this rumour (o. logos) of him went forth throughout all Judaea, and throughout all the region round about.

18 (UKJV) And the disciples of John showed him of all these things.
18 (ROH) A Jánovi zvestovali jeho učeníci o tom o všetkom. A Ján si zavolal ktorýchsi dvoch zo svojich učeníkov

19 (UKJV) And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Are you he that should come? or look we for another?
19 (ROH) a poslal ich k Ježišovi a kázal sa opýtať: Či si ty ten, ktorý má prijsť, a či máme čakať iného?

20 (UKJV) When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist has sent us unto you, saying, Are you he that should come? or look we for another?
20 (ROH) A keď prišli tí mužovia k nemu, povedali: Ján Krstiteľ nás poslal k tebe a kázal sa opýtať: Či si ty ten, ktorý má prijsť, a či máme čakať iného?

21 (UKJV) "And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues, and of evil spirits; (o. pneuma) and unto many that were blind he gave sight. "
21 (ROH) A v tú istú hodinu uzdravil mnohých od neduhov a od iných rozličných trápení a od zlých duchov a mnohým slepým daroval zrak.

22 (UKJV) "Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things all of you have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached. "
22 (ROH) A Ježiš odpovedal a riekol im: Iďte a zvestujte Jánovi, čo ste videli a počuli, že slepí zase vidia, chromí chodia, malomocní sa čistia, hluchí čujú, mŕtvi vstávajú z mŕtvych, chudobným sa zvestuje evanjelium,

23 (UKJV) And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

24 (UKJV) And when the messengers of John were departed, he began to speak unto the people concerning John, What went all of you out into the wilderness in order to see? A reed shaken with the wind?
24 (ROH) A keď odišli poslovia Jánovi, začal hovoriť zástupom o Jánovi: Čo ste vyšli na púšť vidieť? Trstinu, ktorá sa kláti vetrom?

25 (UKJV) But what went all of you out in order to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? Behold, they which are gorgeously apparelled, and live delicately, are in kings' courts.
25 (ROH) Alebo čo ste vyšli vidieť? Človeka, odiateho mäkkým rúchom? Veď hľa, takí, ktorí chodia v nádhernom rúchu a žijú v rozkoši, sú v kráľovských domoch.

26 (UKJV) But what went all of you out in order to see? A prophet? Yea, I say unto you, and much more than a prophet.
26 (ROH) Alebo čo ste vyšli vidieť? Proroka?

27 (UKJV) This is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before your face, which shall prepare your way before you.

28 (UKJV) For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.

29 (UKJV) And all the people that heard him, and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John.
29 (ROH) A všetok ľud počujúc to, i publikáni, uznali Boha za spravedlivého pokrstiac sa krstom Jánovým.

30 (UKJV) But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him.
30 (ROH) Ale farizeovia a zákonníci pohŕdli radou Božou sami proti sebe nie súc pokrstení od neho.

31 (UKJV) And the Lord said, Unto which then shall I liken the men of this generation? and to what are they like?
31 (ROH) A Pán pokračujúc povedal: Komu teda pripodobním ľudí tohoto pokolenia, a čomu sú podobní?

32 (UKJV) "They are like unto children sitting in the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying, We have piped unto you, and all of you have not danced; we have mourned to you, and all of you have not wept. "
32 (ROH) Podobní sú deťom, sediacim na námestí, ktoré privolávajú jedny druhým a hovoria: Pískali sme vám, a netancovali ste; žalostne jako nad mŕtvym sme nariekali, a neplakali ste.

33 (UKJV) "For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and all of you say, He has a devil. "
33 (ROH) Lebo prišiel Ján Krstiteľ nejediac chleba ani nepijúc vína, a hovoríte: Má démona.

34 (UKJV) "The Son of man has come eating and drinking; and all of you say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a wine indulger, a friend of publicans and sinners! "
34 (ROH) Prišiel Syn človeka jediac a pijúc, a hovoríte: Hľa, človek žráč a pijan vína, priateľ publikánov a hriešnikov.

35 (UKJV) But wisdom is justified of all her children.

36 (UKJV) And one of the Pharisees desired him that he would eat with him. And he went into the Pharisee's house, and sat down to food.
36 (ROH) A prosil ho ktorýsi z farizeov, žeby jedol s ním.

37 (UKJV) And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at food in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster box of ointment,

38 (UKJV) And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.
38 (ROH) a stanúc si odzadu k jeho nohám a plačúc začala slzami kropiť jeho nohy a vlasmi svojej hlavy utierala a bozkávala jeho nohy a mazala masťou.

39 (UKJV) Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spoke within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that touches him: for she is a sinner.

40 (UKJV) And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon, I have somewhat to say unto you. And he says, Master, say on.
40 (ROH) A Ježiš odpovedal a riekol mu: Šimone, mám ti niečo povedať. A on riekol: Učiteľu, povedz!

41 (UKJV) There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty.
41 (ROH) Istý veriteľ mal dvoch dlžníkov. Jeden bol dlžen päťsto denárov, druhý päťdesiat.

42 (UKJV) And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
42 (ROH) A keď nemali jako zaplatiť, odpustil obidvom. Ktorý teda z nich, povedz, bude ho viacej milovať?

43 (UKJV) Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, You have rightly judged.
A on mu povedal: Dobre si rozsúdil.

44 (UKJV) And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, See you this woman? I entered into your house, you gave me no water for my feet: but she has washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.
44 (ROH) A obrátiac sa k žene povedal Šimonovi: Či vidíš túto ženu? Vošiel som do tvojho domu, a vody na moje nohy si nedal; ale táto slzami skropila moje nohy a vlasmi svojej hlavy poutierala;

45 (UKJV) You gave me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in has not ceased to kiss my feet.
45 (ROH) bozkať nebozkal si ma; ale táto, odkedy som vošiel, neprestala bozkávať moje nohy;

46 (UKJV) My head with oil you did not anoint: but this woman has anointed my feet with ointment.
46 (ROH) olejom si nepomazal mojej hlavy; ale táto masťou pomazala moje nohy.

47 (UKJV) "Wherefore I say unto you, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little. "
47 (ROH) A preto ti hovorím, že sú jej odpustené tie mnohé hriechy, lebo mnoho milovala. Komu sa málo odpúšťa, málo miluje.

48 (UKJV) And he said unto her, Your sins are forgiven.
48 (ROH) A povedal jej: Odpustené sú tvoje hriechy.

49 (UKJV) And they that sat at food with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgives sins also?

50 (UKJV) "And he said to the woman, Your faith has saved you; go in peace. "
50 (ROH) A on povedal žene: Tvoja viera ťa zachránila. Choď v pokoji!
