Biblia - Sväté písmo

(UKJV - Anglický - Updated King James)

Lk 24, 1-53

1 (UKJV) Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.
1 (KAT) V prvý deň týždňa zavčas ráno prišli k hrobu a priniesli voňavé oleje, čo si pripravili.

2 (UKJV) And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb.
2 (KAT) Kameň našli od hrobu odvalený,

3 (UKJV) And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.
3 (KAT) vošli dnu, ale telo Pána Ježiša nenašli.

4 (UKJV) And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:
4 (KAT) Ako nad tým rozpačito uvažovali, zastali pri nich dvaja mužovia v žiarivom odeve.

5 (UKJV) And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek all of you the living among the dead?

6 (UKJV) He is not here, but has risen: remember how he spoke unto you when he was yet in Galilee,
6 (KAT) Niet ho tu.

7 (UKJV) Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.
7 (KAT) »Syna človeka musia vydať do rúk hriešnych ľudí a ukrižovať, ale on tretieho dňa vstane z mŕtvych.«“

8 (UKJV) And they remembered his words, (o. rhema)
8 (KAT) Tu sa rozpamätali na jeho slová,

9 (UKJV) And returned from the tomb, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest.

10 (UKJV) It was Mary Magdalene and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles.
10 (KAT) Bola to Mária Magdaléna, Jana a Mária Jakubova. A s nimi aj iné to rozprávali apoštolom.

11 (UKJV) And their words (o. rhema) seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not.

12 (UKJV) "Then arose Peter, and ran unto the tomb; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass. "
12 (KAT) No Peter vstal a bežal k hrobu. Keď sa nahol dnu, videl tam len plachty. I vrátil sa domov a čudoval sa, čo sa stalo.

13 (UKJV) And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.

14 (UKJV) And they talked together of all these things which had happened.
14 (KAT) a zhovárali sa o všetkom, čo sa prihodilo.

15 (UKJV) And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.

16 (UKJV) But their eyes were held that they should not know him.
16 (KAT) Ich oči boli zastreté, aby ho nepoznali.

17 (UKJV) And he said unto them, What manner of communications (o. logos) are these that all of you have one to another, as all of you walk, and are sad?
17 (KAT) I spýtal sa ich: „O čom sa to cestou zhovárate?“ Zastavili sa zronení

18 (UKJV) And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Are you only a stranger in Jerusalem, and have not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?

19 (UKJV) And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word (o. logos) before God and all the people:
19 (KAT) On im povedal: „A čo?“ Oni mu vraveli: „No s Ježišom Nazaretským, ktorý bol prorokom, mocným v čine i v reči pred Bohom aj pred všetkým ľudom;

20 (UKJV) And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him.
20 (KAT) ako ho veľkňazi a naši poprední muži dali odsúdiť na smrť a ukrižovali.

21 (UKJV) But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.
21 (KAT) A my sme dúfali, že on vykúpi Izrael.

22 (UKJV) "Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the tomb; "
22 (KAT) Niektoré ženy z našich nás aj naľakali. Pred svitaním boli pri hrobe,

23 (UKJV) And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.

24 (UKJV) And certain of them which were with us went to the tomb, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not.

25 (UKJV) Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
25 (KAT) On im povedal: „Vy nechápaví a ťarbaví srdcom uveriť všetko, čo hovorili proroci!

26 (UKJV) Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?

27 (UKJV) And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

28 (UKJV) And they drew nigh unto the village, where they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.

29 (UKJV) But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
29 (KAT) Ale oni naň naliehali: „Zostaň s nami, lebo sa zvečerieva a deň sa už schýlil!“ Vošiel teda a zostal s nimi.

30 (UKJV) And it came to pass, as he sat at food with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
30 (KAT) A keď sedel s nimi pri stole, vzal chlieb a dobrorečil, lámal ho a podával im ho.

31 (UKJV) "And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight. "
31 (KAT) Vtom sa im otvorili oči a spoznali ho. Ale on im zmizol.

32 (UKJV) And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?
32 (KAT) Tu si povedali: „Či nám nehorelo srdce, keď sa s nami cestou rozprával a vysvetľoval nám Písma?“

33 (UKJV) And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,
33 (KAT) A ešte v tú hodinu vstali a vrátili sa do Jeruzalema. Tam našli zhromaždených Jedenástich a iných s nimi

34 (UKJV) Saying, The Lord has risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon.
34 (KAT) a tí im povedali: „Pán naozaj vstal z mŕtvych a zjavil sa Šimonovi.“

35 (UKJV) And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.

36 (UKJV) And as they thus spoke, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and says unto them, Peace be unto you.
36 (KAT) Kým o tom hovorili, on sám zastal uprostred nich a povedal im: „Pokoj vám.“

37 (UKJV) But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. (o. pneuma)
37 (KAT) Zmätení a naľakaní si mysleli, že vidia ducha.

38 (UKJV) And he said unto them, Why are all of you troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?
38 (KAT) On im povedal: „Čo sa ľakáte a prečo vám srdcia zachvacujú také myšlienky?

39 (UKJV) "Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit (o. pneuma) has not flesh and bones, as all of you see me have. "

40 (UKJV) And when he had thus spoken, he showed them his hands and his feet.
40 (KAT) Ako to povedal, ukázal im ruky a nohy.

41 (UKJV) And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have all of you here any food?
41 (KAT) A keď tomu stále od veľkej radosti nemohli uveriť a len sa divili, povedal im: „Máte tu niečo na jedenie?“

42 (UKJV) And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
42 (KAT) Oni mu podali kúsok pečenej ryby.

43 (UKJV) And he took it, and did eat before them.
43 (KAT) I vzal si a jedol pred nimi.

44 (UKJV) And he said unto them, These are the words (o. logos) which I spoke unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

45 (UKJV) Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
45 (KAT) Vtedy im otvoril myseľ, aby porozumeli Písmu,

46 (UKJV) And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it was essential for Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
46 (KAT) a povedal im: „Tak je napísané, že Mesiáš bude trpieť a tretieho dňa vstane z mŕtvych

47 (UKJV) And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

48 (UKJV) And all of you are witnesses of these things.
48 (KAT) Vy ste toho svedkami.

49 (UKJV) And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry all of you in the city of Jerusalem, until all of you be imbued with power from on high.
49 (KAT) Hľa, ja na vás zošlem, čo môj Otec prisľúbil. Preto zostaňte v meste, kým nebudete vystrojení mocou z výsosti!“

50 (UKJV) And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.

51 (UKJV) And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.

52 (UKJV) And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
52 (KAT) Oni sa mu klaňali a s veľkou radosťou sa vrátili do Jeruzalema.

53 (UKJV) And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
53 (KAT) Stále boli v chráme a velebili Boha.
