1 (UKJV) There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.
1 (ROH) Toho istého času tam boli prítomní niektorí, ktorí mu rozprávali o tých Galileanoch, ktorých krv smiešal Pilát s ich obeťami.
2 (UKJV) And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose all of you that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?
2 (ROH) A Ježiš odpovedal a riekol im: A či sa domnievate, že tí Galileania boli hriešni nad všetkých Galileanov, že pretrpeli také veci?
3 (UKJV) I tell you, Nay: but, except all of you repent, all of you shall all likewise perish.
3 (ROH) Nie, hovorím vám; ale ak nebudete činiť pokánie, všetci podobne zahyniete.
4 (UKJV) Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think all of you that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?
4 (ROH) Alebo tí osemnásti, na ktorých padla veža v Siloe a zabila ich, či sa nazdáte, že oni boli vinní nad všetkých ľudí, ktorí bývajú v Jeruzaleme?
5 (UKJV) I tell you, Nay: but, except all of you repent, all of you shall all likewise perish.
5 (ROH) Nie, hovorím vám; ale ak nebudete činiť pokánie, všetci zrovna tak zahyniete.
6 (UKJV) "He spoke also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. "
6 (ROH) A povedal toto podobenstvo: Niekto mal fík, zasadený vo svojej vinici. A prišiel hľadajúc na ňom ovocie, ale nenašiel.
7 (UKJV) "Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbers it the ground? "
7 (ROH) Vtedy povedal vinárovi: Hľa, toto už po tri roky prichádzam hľadajúc ovocie na tomto fíku a nenachádzam. Vytni ho; načo ešte i tú zem kazí!
8 (UKJV) And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:
8 (ROH) A on odpovedal a riekol mu: Pane, ponechaj ho ešte i tento rok, až ho okopem a pohnojím,
9 (UKJV) And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that you shall cut it down.
9 (ROH) či by na budúce nedoniesol ovocia; a keď nie, potom ho vytneš.
10 (UKJV) And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.
10 (ROH) A po tie soboty učil v jednej z tých synagóg.
11 (UKJV) And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit (o. pneuma) of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.
11 (ROH) A hľa, bola tam žena, ktorá mala osemnásť rokov ducha nemoci a bola zohnutá a nemohla sa vzpriamiť nijakým spôsobom.
12 (UKJV) And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.
12 (ROH) A keď ju videl Ježiš, zavolal ju k sebe a povedal jej: Ženo, sprostená si svojej nemoci!
13 (UKJV) And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.
13 (ROH) A položil na ňu ruky, a naskutku sa narovnala a oslavovala Boha.
14 (UKJV) And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.
14 (ROH) Vtedy predstavený synagógy, namrzený, že Ježiš uzdravoval v sobotu, odpovedal a vravel zástupu: Šesť dní jesto, v ktorých sa má pracovať, teda v tých prichádzajte a uzdravujte sa, a nie v sobotný deň!
15 (UKJV) The Lord then answered him, and said, You hypocrite, does not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?
15 (ROH) A Pán mu odpovedal a riekol: Pokrytče, či každý z vás neodväzuje v sobotu svojho vola alebo osla od jasieľ a nevodí napájať?
16 (UKJV) And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?
16 (ROH) Nuž a táto, ktorá je dcérou Abrahámovou, ktorú bol poviazal satan, hľa, toto už osemnásť rokov, nemala byť vyprostená z toho puta v sobotný deň?
17 (UKJV) And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.
17 (ROH) A keď to hovoril, hanbili sa všetci jeho protivníci, a celý zástup sa radoval všetkým tým slávnym skutkom, ktoré sa dialy od neho.
18 (UKJV) Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and unto which shall I resemble it?
18 (ROH) A tedy vravel: Čomu je podobné kráľovstvo Božie, a čomu ho pripodobním?
19 (UKJV) "It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it. "
19 (ROH) Podobné je horčičnému zrnu, ktoré vzal človek a vrhol do svojej zahrady, a vzrástlo a stalo sa veľkým stromom, a na jeho letorastoch si spravili nebeskí vtáci hniezda.
20 (UKJV) And again he said, Unto which shall I liken the kingdom of God?
20 (ROH) A zase povedal: Čomu mám pripodobniť kráľovstvo Božie?
21 (UKJV) It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
21 (ROH) Podobné je kvasu, ktorý vzala žena a zarobila ho do troch mierok múky, až všetko skyslo.
22 (UKJV) And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.
22 (ROH) A chodil po mestách a mestečkách učiac a bol na ceste do Jeruzalema.
23 (UKJV) Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them,
23 (ROH) A ktosi mu povedal: Pane, či je málo tých, ktorí budú spasení? A on im povedal:
24 (UKJV) Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
24 (ROH) Snažte sa vojsť tesnou bránou, lebo mnohí, hovorím vám, budú hľadať vojsť, ale nebudú môcť.
25 (UKJV) "When once the master of the house has risen up, and has shut to the door, and all of you begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence all of you are: "
25 (ROH) Lebo od tej chvíle, keď vstane domáci pán a zamkne dvere, začnete vonku stáť a klepať na dvere a hovoriť: Pane, Pane, otvor nám! A odpovediac povie vám: Neznám vás, odkiaľ ste.
26 (UKJV) Then shall all of you begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in your presence, and you have taught in our streets.
26 (ROH) Vtedy začnete hovoriť: Jedávali sme pred tebou a pili, a na našich uliciach si učil.
27 (UKJV) "But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence all of you are; depart from me, all you workers of iniquity. "
27 (ROH) A povie: Hovorím vám, neznám vás, odkiaľ ste. Odstúpte odo mňa všetci, činitelia neprávosti!
28 (UKJV) There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when all of you shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.
28 (ROH) Tam bude plač a škrípanie zubami, keď uvidíte Abraháma, Izáka, Jakoba a všetkých prorokov v kráľovstve Božom a seba von vyhodených.
29 (UKJV) And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.
29 (ROH) A prijdú od východu aj od západu, od severa aj od juhu a budú stolovať v kráľovstve Božom.
30 (UKJV) And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.
30 (ROH) A hľa, sú poslední, ktorí budú prví, a sú prví, ktorí budú poslední.
31 (UKJV) The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get you out, and depart behind: for Herod will kill you.
31 (ROH) Toho istého dňa pristúpili niektorí farizeovia a vraveli mu: Vyjdi a idi odtiaľto, lebo Heródes ťa chce zabiť.
32 (UKJV) And he said unto them, Go all of you, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and tomorrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.
32 (ROH) A on im povedal: Iďte a povedzte tej líške, že hľa, vyháňam démonov a uzdravujem dnes i zajtra a tretieho dňa dokončím.
33 (UKJV) Nevertheless I must walk to day, and tomorrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.
33 (ROH) Avšak musím i dnes i zajtra i pozajtre chodiť, lebo nie je možné, aby zahynul prorok inde než v Jeruzaleme.
34 (UKJV) "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which kill the prophets, and stone them that are sent unto you; how often would I have gathered your children together, as a hen does gather her brood under her wings, and all of you would not! "
34 (ROH) Ó, Jeruzalem, Jeruzalem, ty, ktorý vraždíš prorokov a kameňuješ tých, ktorí bývajú poslaní k tebe! Koľko ráz som chcel shromaždiť tvoje deti tak, ako sliepka svoje kurence pod svoje krýdla! A nechceli ste!
35 (UKJV) Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, All of you shall not see me, until the time come when all of you shall say, Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord.
35 (ROH) Hľa, zanecháva sa vám váš dom pustý. A ameň vám hovorím, že ma už nikdy neuvidíte, dokiaľ neprijde čas, keď poviete: Požehnaný, ktorý prichádza v mene Pánovom!

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which kill the prophets, and stone them that are sent unto you; how often would I have gathered your children together, as a hen does gather her brood under her wings, and all of you would not! "
Mt 23:37 - O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you that kill the prophets, and stone them which are sent unto you, how often would I have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, and all of you would not!
Ž 17:8 - Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of your wings,
Ž 91:4 - He shall cover you with his feathers, and under his wings shall you trust: his truth shall be your shield and buckler.

Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, All of you shall not see me, until the time come when all of you shall say, Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord.
Ž 69:25 - "Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents. "
Iz 1:7 - Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.
Jer 7:34 - Then will I cause to cease from the cities of Judah, and from the streets of Jerusalem, the voice of delight, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride: for the land shall be desolate.
Mi 3:12 - Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
Mt 23:38 - Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
Sk 1:20 - For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.
Ž 118:26 - Blessed be he that comes in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.

And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.

Dt 5:13 - Six days you shall labour, and do all your work:
Ez 20:12 - Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.

The Lord then answered him, and said, You hypocrite, does not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?
Ex 23:5 - If you see the ass of him that hates you lying under his burden, and would forbear to help him, you shall surely help with him.
Dt 22:4 - You shall not see your brother's ass or his ox fall down by the way, and hide yourself from them: you shall surely help him to lift them up again.
Lk 14:5 - And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not immediately pull him out on the sabbath day?

Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and unto which shall I resemble it?
Mt 13:31 - Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
Mk 4:30 - And he said, Unto which shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?

And again he said, Unto which shall I liken the kingdom of God?
Mt 13:33 - "Another parable spoke he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. "
Verš 22
And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.
Mt 9:35 - And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.
Mk 6:6 - And he marvelled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the villages, teaching.

Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
Mt 7:13 - Enter all of you in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

"When once the master of the house has risen up, and has shut to the door, and all of you begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence all of you are: "
Mt 25:11 - Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

Mt 25:12 - But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

"But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence all of you are; depart from me, all you workers of iniquity. "

There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when all of you shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.
Mt 8:12 - But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mt 13:42 - And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Mt 24:51 - And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mt 8:11 - And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.

Mal 1:11 - "For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, says the LORD of hosts. "
Mt 8:11 - And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
Verš 30
And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.
Mt 19:30 - "But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first. "
Mt 20:16 - So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.
Mk 10:31 - "But many that are first shall be last; and the last first. "
Lk 13,1-5 - Židia videli v nešťastí trest za zvlášť ťažké hriechy. Ježiš sa otázkou podrobnejšie nezaoberá. Vyzýva iba na to, aby nešťastie iných viedlo ľudí k pokániu.
Lk 13,6-9 - Figovník predstavuje židovský národ, o ktorý sa Boh trpezlivo stará. "Tri roky" podľa niektorých sú tri roky Ježišovho účinkovania.
Lk 13,10-17 - Uzdravenie chorej ženy je znakom, že sa blíži spása. Predstavený synagógy nechcel rozpoznať znamenia čias.
Lk 13,18-19 - Mt 13, 31-32; Mk 4, 30-32.
Lk 13,20-21 - Mt 13, 33.
Lk 13,22-30 - Mt 7, 13-14. 22-23; 25, 11-12; 8, 11-12.
Lk 13,23-24 - Porov. poznámku k Mt 7, 13-14.
Lk 13,30 - Mt 19, 30; 20, 16; Mk 10, 31.
Lk 13,31 - Bol to kráľ Herodes Antipas.
Lk 13,33 - Ježiš najprv splní svoju úlohu v stanovenom čase, ktorý mu určil Otec, a len potom ho stihne osud prorokov, smrť v Jeruzaleme.
