Biblia - Sväté písmo

(UKJV - Anglický - Updated King James)

Mt 26, 1-75

1 (UKJV) And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, (o. logos) he said unto his disciples,
1 (ROH) A stalo sa, keď dokončil Ježiš všetky tieto reči, že povedal svojim učeníkom:

2 (UKJV) All of you know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.

3 (UKJV) Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,
3 (ROH) Vtedy sa sišli najvyšší kňazi, zákonníci a starší ľudu do dvorany najvyššieho kňaza, zvaného Kaifáša,

4 (UKJV) And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtlety, and kill him.
4 (ROH) a uradili sa, aby lapili Ježiša ľsťou a zabili,

5 (UKJV) But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people.

6 (UKJV) Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper,
6 (ROH) A keď bol Ježiš v Betánii, v dome Šimona Malomocného,

7 (UKJV) There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at food.

8 (UKJV) But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?
8 (ROH) A keď to videli jeho učeníci, mrzeli sa a vraveli: Načo táto ztrata?

9 (UKJV) For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.

10 (UKJV) When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble all of you the woman? for she has wrought a good work upon me.
10 (ROH) Ale keď to spozoroval Ježiš, povedal im: Načo trápite ženu? Lebo vykonala dobrý skutok naproti mne.

11 (UKJV) "For all of you have the poor always with you; but me all of you have not always. "
11 (ROH) Lebo chudobných máte vždycky so sebou, ale mňa nebudete mať vždycky.

12 (UKJV) For in that she has poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.

13 (UKJV) Verily I say unto you, Where ever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman has done, be told for a memorial of her.

14 (UKJV) Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests,
14 (ROH) Vtedy odišiel jeden z tých dvanástich, zvaný Judáš Iškariotský, k najvyšším kňazom

15 (UKJV) And said unto them, What will all of you give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.
15 (ROH) a povedal: Čo mi chcete dať, a ja vám ho zradím? A oni mu odčítali tridsať strieborných.

16 (UKJV) And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him.

17 (UKJV) Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where will you that we prepare for you to eat the passover?
17 (ROH) A v prvý deň nekvasených chlebov pristúpili učeníci k Ježišovi a povedali mu: Kde chceš, aby sme ti prihotovili, žeby si jedol baránka?

18 (UKJV) "And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master says, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at your house with my disciples. "
18 (ROH) A on povedal: Iďte do mesta k tomu a k tomu a povedzte mu: Učiteľ ti odkazuje: Môj čas je blízko; u teba budem jesť baránka so svojimi učeníkmi.

19 (UKJV) "And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover. "

20 (UKJV) Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve.

21 (UKJV) And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
21 (ROH) A keď jedli, povedal: Ameň vám hovorím, že jeden z vás ma zradí.

22 (UKJV) And they were exceeding sorrowful, and began every one of them to say unto him, Lord, is it I?
22 (ROH) A veľmi sa rmútiac začali mu hovoriť jeden každý z nich: Či som to azda ja, Pane?

23 (UKJV) And he answered and said, He that dips his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me.
23 (ROH) A on odpovedal a riekol: Ktorý omočil so mnou ruku v mise, ten ma zradí.

24 (UKJV) The Son of man goes as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born.

25 (UKJV) Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said unto him, You have said.
25 (ROH) A odpovedal Judáš, ktorý ho zrádzal, a riekol: Či som to azda ja, rabbi? A Ježiš mu riekol: Ty si povedal.

26 (UKJV) "And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. "
26 (ROH) A keď jedli, vzal Ježiš chlieb, a keď bol dobrorečil, lámal a dával učeníkom a povedal: Vezmite, jedzte: toto je moje telo.

27 (UKJV) "And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink all of you all of it; "
27 (ROH) Potom vzal kalich a poďakujúc dal im so slovami: Pite z neho všetci,

28 (UKJV) For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

29 (UKJV) But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.
29 (ROH) Ale hovorím vám, že odteraz nebudem nikdy piť z tohoto plodu viniča, až do toho dňa, keď ho budem piť s vami nový v kráľovstve svojho Otca.

30 (UKJV) And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
30 (ROH) A zaspievajúc pieseň vyšli na Olivový vrch.

31 (UKJV) Then says Jesus unto them, All you shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.

32 (UKJV) But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee.
32 (ROH) Ale keď vstanem z mŕtvych, predídem vás do Galilee.

33 (UKJV) Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of you, yet will I never be offended.

34 (UKJV) Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto you, That this night, before the cock crow, you shall deny me three times.
34 (ROH) Ježiš mu povedal: Ameň ti hovorím, že tejto noci, prv než zaspieva kohút, tri razy ma zaprieš.

35 (UKJV) Peter said unto him, Though I should die with you, yet will I not deny you. Likewise also said all the disciples.
35 (ROH) A Peter mu povedal: Ani keby som musel s tebou zomrieť, nikdy ťa nezapriem! Podobne hovorili aj všetci ostatní učeníci.

36 (UKJV) Then comes Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and says unto the disciples, Sit all of you here, while I go and pray yonder.
36 (ROH) Vtedy prišiel s nimi Ježiš na miesto, zvané Getsémane, a povedal učeníkom: Poseďte tu, až odídem a pomodlím sa tamto.

37 (UKJV) And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.
37 (ROH) A pojmúc so sebou Petra a dvoch synov Zebedeových začal sa rmútiť a veľmi teskniť.

38 (UKJV) Then says he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry all of you here, and watch with me.
38 (ROH) Vtedy im povedal: Moja duša je smutná až na smrť; zostaňte tu a bdejte so mnou!

39 (UKJV) And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as you will.

40 (UKJV) And he comes unto the disciples, and finds them asleep, and says unto Peter, What, could all of you not watch with me one hour?
40 (ROH) Potom prišiel k učeníkom a našiel ich spať a povedal Petrovi: Či ste takto nemohli so mnou bdieť jednu hodinu?

41 (UKJV) Watch and pray, that all of you enter not into temptation: the spirit (o. pneuma) indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

42 (UKJV) He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, your will be done.
42 (ROH) Opät odišiel po druhé a modlil sa a hovoril: Môj Otče, ak ma nemôže minúť tento kalich, len keď ho vypijem, nech sa stane tvoja vôľa!

43 (UKJV) And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy.
43 (ROH) A keď prišiel, zase ich našiel spať, lebo ich oči boly obtiažené.

44 (UKJV) And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. (o. logos)
44 (ROH) A nechajúc ich znova odišiel a modlil sa po tretie, povediac to isté slovo.

45 (UKJV) Then comes he to his disciples, and says unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
45 (ROH) Potom prišiel k učeníkom a povedal im: Teraz už spite a odpočívajte! Hľa, priblížila sa hodina, a Syna človeka zrádzajú do rúk hriešnikov.

46 (UKJV) Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that does betray me.

47 (UKJV) And while he yet spoke, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people.
47 (ROH) A kým ešte hovoril, hľa, prišiel Judáš, jeden z dvanástich, a s ním veliký zástup s mečami a kyjami od najvyšších kňazov a od starších ľudu.

48 (UKJV) Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast.

49 (UKJV) "And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him. "
49 (ROH) A hneď pristúpil k Ježišovi a povedal: Zdravím ťa, rabbi! A zbozkával ho.

50 (UKJV) And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore are you come? Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus and took him.
50 (ROH) A Ježiš mu povedal: Priateľu, načo si prišiel? Vtedy pristúpili, položili ruky na Ježiša a jali ho.

51 (UKJV) And, behold, one of them which were with Jesus stretched out his hand, and drew his sword, and struck a servant of the high priest's, and stroke off his ear.
51 (ROH) A hľa, zrazu jeden z tých, ktorí boli s Ježišom, vystrel ruku, vytiahnul svoj meč a uderiac sluhu najvyššieho kňaza odťal mu ucho.

52 (UKJV) Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again your sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.
52 (ROH) Vtedy mu povedal Ježiš: Daj svoj meč zpät na jeho miesto, lebo všetci, ktorí berú meč, zahynú mečom.

53 (UKJV) Think you that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
53 (ROH) Alebo či myslíš, že nemôžem teraz poprosiť svojho Otca, a pristavil by mi viacej než dvanásť legionov anjelov?

54 (UKJV) But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?

55 (UKJV) In that same hour said Jesus to the multitudes, Are all of you come out as against a thief with swords and staves in order to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and all of you laid no hold on me.
55 (ROH) V tú hodinu povedal Ježiš zástupom: Ako na lotra ste vyšli s mečami a kyjami, aby ste ma zajali. Každý deň som sedel u vás a učil v chráme, a nejali ste ma.

56 (UKJV) But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.
Vtedy ho opustili všetci učeníci a utiekli.

57 (UKJV) And they that had laid hold on Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled.
57 (ROH) A oni zajmúc Ježiša, odviedli ho ku Kaifášovi, najvyššiemu kňazovi, kde sa boli sišli zákonníci a starší.

58 (UKJV) But Peter followed him far off unto the high priest's palace, and went in, and sat with the servants, to see the end.
58 (ROH) A Peter išiel za ním zďaleka až do dvora najvyššieho kňaza a vojdúc do vnútra sadnul si so služobníkmi, aby videl koniec.

59 (UKJV) "Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death; "
59 (ROH) A najvyšší kňazi, starší a celá vysoká rada hľadali falošné svedoctvo proti Ježišovi, aby ho vydali na smrť,

60 (UKJV) But found none: yea, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none. At the last came two false witnesses,
A napokon predstúpili dvaja falošní svedkovia

61 (UKJV) And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.
61 (ROH) a riekli: Tento povedal: Ja môžem zboriť chrám Boží a za tri dni ho vystaviť.

62 (UKJV) And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answer you nothing? what is it which these witness against you?
62 (ROH) Na to povstal najvyšší kňaz a povedal mu: Či nič neodpovedáš, čo títo svedčia proti tebe?

63 (UKJV) But Jesus held his peace, And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure you by the living God, that you tell us whether you be the Christ, the Son of God.
63 (ROH) Ale Ježiš mlčal. A najvyšší kňaz odpovedal a riekol mu: Prísahou na živého Boha ťa zaväzujem, aby si nám povedal, či si ty Kristus, ten Syn Boží.

64 (UKJV) Jesus says unto him, You have said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall all of you see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
64 (ROH) A Ježiš mu riekol: Ty si povedal; len vám hovorím, že odteraz uvidíte Syna človeka sedieť po pravici Moci a prichádzať na nebeských oblakoch.

65 (UKJV) "Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He has spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now all of you have heard his blasphemy. "
65 (ROH) Vtedy roztrhol najvyšší kňaz svoje rúcho a povedal: Rúhal sa; čo ešte potrebujeme svedkov? Hľa, teraz ste počuli jeho rúhanie.

66 (UKJV) What think all of you? They answered and said, He is guilty of death.
66 (ROH) Čo sa vám zdá? A oni odpovedali a riekli: Vinný je smrti.

67 (UKJV) "Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others stroke him with the palms of their hands, "
67 (ROH) Vtedy mu pľuli do tvári a pohlavkovali ho, a iní ho zase bili palicami

68 (UKJV) Saying, Prophesy unto us, you Christ, Who is he that stroke you?
68 (ROH) a hovorili: Prorokuj nám, Kriste, kto ťa uderil!

69 (UKJV) Now Peter sat without in the palace: and a damsel came unto him, saying, You also were with Jesus of Galilee.
69 (ROH) A Peter sedel vonku na dvore. A pristúpila k nemu jedna dievčina a povedala: Aj ty si bol s tým galilejským Ježišom.

70 (UKJV) But he denied before them all, saying, I know not what you say.
70 (ROH) Ale on zaprel pred všetkými a povedal: Neviem, čo hovoríš.

71 (UKJV) And when he was gone out into the porch, another maid saw him, and said unto them that were there, This fellow was also with Jesus of Nazareth.

72 (UKJV) And again he denied with an oath, I do not know the man.
72 (ROH) A opät zaprel s prísahou: Neznám toho človeka.

73 (UKJV) "And after a while came unto him they that stood by, and said to Peter, Surely you also are one of them; for your speech betrayed you. "

74 (UKJV) Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew.
74 (ROH) Vtedy sa začal klnúť a prisahať, vraj neznám toho človeka. A hneď zaspieval kohút.

75 (UKJV) And Peter remembered the word (o. rhema) of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock crow, you shall deny me three times. And he went out, and wept bitterly.
A vyjdúc von plakal horko.
