And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples,

"And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but all of you have made it a den of thieves. "
1Kr 8:29 - That your eyes may be open toward this house night and day, even toward the place of which you have said, My name shall be there: that you may hearken unto the prayer which your servant shall make toward this place.
Iz 56:7 - "Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people. "

"And said unto him, Hear you what these say? And Jesus says unto them, Yea; have all of you never read, Out of the mouth of babes and infants you have perfected praise? "

Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered.

"Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If all of you have faith, and doubt not, all of you shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if all of you shall say unto this mountain, Be you removed, and be you cast into the sea; it shall be done. "
Mt 17:20 - "And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If all of you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, all of you shall say unto this mountain, Remove behind to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. "

And all things, whatsoever all of you shall ask in prayer, believing, all of you shall receive.

Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and dug a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country:

And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.

Jesus says unto them, Did all of you never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
Ž 118:22 - The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.
Iz 8:14 - "And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a animal trap and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. "
Iz 28:16 - Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believes shall not make haste.
Mk 12:10 - "And have all of you not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner: "
Lk 20:17 - And he beheld them, and said, What is this then that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner?

Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.
Ex 32:10 - Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of you a great nation.
Mt 8:12 - But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
Iz 8:15 - And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
Za 12:3 - And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.

And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spoke of them.
Lk 20:19 - "And the chief priests and the scribes the same hour sought to lay hands on him; and they feared the people: for they perceived that he had spoken this parable against them. "

But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet.
Lk 7:16 - "And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet has risen up among us; and, That God has visited his people. "
Jn 7:40 - Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, (o. logos) said, Truthfully this is the Prophet.
