1 (CPDV) The Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
1 (ROH) A Hospodin hovoril Mojžišovi a riekol:
2 (CPDV) “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: When you will have entered into the land of your habitation, which I will give you,
2 (ROH) Hovor synom Izraelovým a povieš im: Keď vojdete do zeme svojich bydlísk, ktorú vám ja dám,
3 (CPDV) and you make an offering to the Lord, as a holocaust or as a victim, paying your vows, or as a voluntary offering of gifts, or in your solemnities, burning a sweet odor to the Lord, whether from the oxen or from the sheep:
3 (ROH) a pripravíte Hospodinovi ohňovú obeť, zápal, alebo bitnú obeť plniac nejaký zvláštny sľub alebo za dobrovoľnú obeť alebo obetujúc pri svojich výročitých slávnostiach, aby ste učinili upokojujúcu vôňu Hospodinovi z hoviad alebo z drobného dobytka,
4 (CPDV) whoever immolates the victim shall offer a sacrifice of fine wheat flour, the tenth part of an ephah, sprinkled with oil, which shall have the measure of the fourth part of a hin,
4 (ROH) vtedy bude obetovať ten, kto bude obetovať svoj obetný dar, Hospodinovi, a to obilnú obeť, bielej múky jemnej desatinu efy, zamiesenej vo štvrtine hína oleja.
5 (CPDV) and he shall give the same measure of wine, poured out as libations, whether as a holocaust or as a victim.
5 (ROH) A vína na liatu obeť štvrtinu hína budeš obetovať na zápal alebo k bitnej obeti, k jednému baránkovi.
6 (CPDV) With each lamb and each ram, there shall be a sacrifice of fine wheat flour, of two tenths, which shall be sprinkled with one third part of a hin of oil.
6 (ROH) Alebo k baranovi budeš obetovať obilnú obeť, bielej múky jemnej dve desatiny, zamiesenej v oleji, v tretine hína.
7 (CPDV) And he shall offer the same measure, one third part of wine, for the libation, as a sweet odor to the Lord.
7 (ROH) A vína na liatu obeť, tretinu hína, budeš obetovať na upokojujúcu vôňu Hospodinovi.
8 (CPDV) Yet truly, when you will offer, from the oxen, a holocaust or a victim, in order to fulfill your vow or for peace-offering victims,
8 (ROH) A keď budeš obetovať junca na zápal alebo na bitnú obeť plniac nejaký zvláštny sľub alebo pokojnú obeť Hospodinovi,
9 (CPDV) you shall give, for each ox, three tenths of fine wheat flour, sprinkled with oil, which has the measure of one half of one hin,
9 (ROH) vtedy bude obetovať obetujúci na junca obilnú obeť, bielej múky jemnej tri desatiny efy, zamiesenej v oleji pol hína.
10 (CPDV) and the wine, poured out as libations, shall be of the same measure, as an oblation of most sweet odor to the Lord.
10 (ROH) A vína budeš obetovať na liatu obeť pol hína. To bude ohňová obeť upokojujúcej vône Hospodinovi.
11 (CPDV) So shall you do
11 (ROH) Tak sa učiní jednému volovi alebo jednému baranovi alebo drobnému dobytčaťu, už či bude z oviec a či z kôz.
12 (CPDV) for each ox, and ram, and lamb, and young goat.
12 (ROH) Podľa počtu kusov, koľko ich budete obetovať, učiníte tak jednému každému, podľa ich počtu.
13 (CPDV) Both natives and sojourners
13 (ROH) Každý zrodený doma učiní tak, tie veci, obetujúc ohňovú obeť upokojujúcej vône Hospodinovi,
14 (CPDV) shall offer sacrifices by the same rituals.
14 (ROH) Ak bude u vás pohostíniť pohostín alebo už ktokoľvek, kto bude medzi vami po vašich pokoleniach a učiní ohňovú obeť upokojujúcej vône Hospodinovi, jako to vy robíte, tak urobí aj on.
15 (CPDV) There shall be one precept and one judgment, as much for yourselves as for newcomers to the land.”
15 (ROH) Čo do shromaždenia, jedno a to isté ustanovenie bude vám i pohostínovi, ktorý by pohostínil medzi vami. Bude to večným ustanovením po vašich pokoleniach, ako ste vy, tak bude aj pohostín pred Hospodinom.
16 (CPDV) And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
16 (ROH) Jeden zákon a jedno a to isté právo bude vám i pohostínovi, ktorý bude pohostíniť u vás.
17 (CPDV) “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them:
17 (ROH) A Hospodin hovoril Mojžišovi a riekol:
18 (CPDV) When you will arrive in the land which I will give to you,
18 (ROH) Hovor synom Izraelovým a povieš im: Keď vojdete do zeme, do ktorej vás ja vovediem,
19 (CPDV) and when you will eat from the bread of that region, you shall separate the first-fruits to the Lord
19 (ROH) a budete už jesť z chleba zeme, budete obetovať obeť pozdvihnutia Hospodinovi,
20 (CPDV) from the foods that you eat. Just as you separate the first-fruits of your threshing floors,
20 (ROH) prvotinu svojho cesta, koláč budete obetovať obeťou pozdvihnutia. Ako obeť pozdvihnutia z humna, tak ju budete pozdvihujúc obetovať.
21 (CPDV) so also shall you give the first-fruits of your cooked grains to the Lord.
21 (ROH) Z prvotiny svojho cesta budete dávať Hospodinovi obeť pozdvihnutia po svojich pokoleniach.
22 (CPDV) And if, through ignorance, you neglect any of these things, which the Lord has spoken to Moses,
22 (ROH) A keby ste poblúdili a neučinili by ste všetkých tých prikázaní, ktoré hovoril Hospodin Mojžišovi,
23 (CPDV) and which he has commanded through him for you, from the day that he began to command and thereafter,
23 (ROH) všetkého toho, čo vám prikázal Hospodin skrze Mojžiša, od toho dňa, v ktorý to prikázal Hospodin, i potom, po vašich pokoleniach,
24 (CPDV) and if the multitude will have forgotten to do it, then they shall offer a calf from the herd, a holocaust as a most sweet odor to the Lord, and its sacrifice and libations, just as the ceremonies ask, and a he-goat for sin.
24 (ROH) a bude, ak by bolo vykonané tak, že by to bolo skryté pred očami obce, z poblúdenia, vtedy obetovať budú, celá obec, junca, z hoviad, a to jedného zápalnou obeťou na upokojujúcu vôňu Hospodinovi a jej obilnú obeť a jej liatu obeť podľa ustanoveného poriadku, a jedného kozla, z kôz, obeťou za hriech.
25 (CPDV) And the priest shall pray for the entire multitude of the sons of Israel, and it shall be forgiven them, because they did not sin willfully. Nevertheless, they shall offer incense to the Lord for themselves, and for sin, as well as for their error.
25 (ROH) Tak prikryje kňaz hriech na celej obci synov Izraelových, a odpustí sa im, lebo to bolo poblúdenie. A tedy oni donesú svoj obetný dar, ohňovú obeť Hospodinovi, a svoju obeť za hriech pred Hospodina za svoje poblúdenie,
26 (CPDV) And it shall be forgiven all the people of the sons of Israel, as well as the newcomers who sojourn among them, for it is the culpability of all the people through neglect.
26 (ROH) a odpustí sa celej obci synov Izraelových i pohostínovi, ktorý pohostíni medzi nimi. Lebo je to pre všetok ľud za poblúdenie.
27 (CPDV) But if one soul will have sinned by not knowing, he shall offer a one-year-old she-goat for his sin.
27 (ROH) A keby zhrešila jednotlivá duša z poblúdenia, vtedy bude obetovať ročnú kozu obeťou za hriech.
28 (CPDV) And the priest shall pray for him, because he sinned unknowingly before the Lord. And he shall obtain pardon for him, and it will be forgiven him.
28 (ROH) A kňaz pokryje hriech na poblúdivšej duši, keď zhrešila z poblúdenia, pred Hospodinom; pokryť má na ňom hriech, a odpustí sa mu.
29 (CPDV) One law shall be for all who sin by ignorance, as much for natives as for newcomers.
29 (ROH) A či už zrodený doma, niekto medzi synmi Izraelovými, a či pohostín, ktorý pohostíni medzi nimi, jeden a ten istý zákon budete mať pre toho, kto bude obetovať za poblúdenie.
30 (CPDV) Yet truly, the soul who commits any of these acts through arrogance, whether he is a citizen or a sojourner, because he has rebelled against the Lord, shall perish from among his people.
30 (ROH) Ale duša, ktorá by povýšenou rukou vykonala zlé, zo spupnosti, už či niekto z tých, ktorí sú zrodení doma a či niekto z pohostínov, taký človek hrubo urazil Hospodina, a tedy tá duša bude vyťatá zprostred svojho ľudu,
31 (CPDV) For he has despised the word of the Lord, and he has nullified his precept. For this reason, he shall be destroyed, and he shall bear his iniquity.”
31 (ROH) lebo pohŕdnul slovom Hospodinovým a zrušil jeho prikázanie; cele iste bude tá duša vyťatá; jej neprávosť zostane na nej.
32 (CPDV) And it happened that, when the sons of Israel were in the wilderness, and they had found a man collecting wood on the day of the Sabbath,
32 (ROH) A stalo sa, keď boli synovia Izraelovi na púšti, že našli muža, ktorý sbieral drevo v sobotný deň.
33 (CPDV) they brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to the whole multitude.
33 (ROH) A tí, ktorí ho našli sbierať drevo, priviedli ho k Mojžišovi a k Áronovi a k celej obci.
34 (CPDV) And they enclosed him in a prison, not knowing what they should do with him.
34 (ROH) A dali ho do väzenia, lebo sa nevedelo, čo sa mu má učiniť.
35 (CPDV) And the Lord said to Moses, “Let that man be put to death; let the entire crowd crush him with stones, outside the camp.”
35 (ROH) A Hospodin riekol Mojžišovi: Ten človek zomrie! Celá obec ho ukameňuje vonku za táborom.
36 (CPDV) And when they had led him out, they overwhelmed him with stones, and he died, just as the Lord had instructed.
36 (ROH) Vtedy ho vyviedli, celá obec, von za tábor a ukameňovali ho, aj zomrel, tak ako prikázal Hospodin Mojžišovi.
37 (CPDV) The Lord also said to Moses:
37 (ROH) A Hospodin povedal Mojžišovi a riekol:
38 (CPDV) “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall tell them to make for themselves hems at the corners of their cloaks, placing in them ribbons of hyacinth,
38 (ROH) Hovor synom Izraelovým a povieš im, aby si robili kytky na okraje svojich rúch po všetkých svojich pokoleniach a dajú na kytku okraja svojho rúcha hyacintovomodrý motúzok.
39 (CPDV) so that, when they see these, they may remember all the commandments of the Lord, and they may not follow their own thoughts and eyes, fornicating in various ways,
39 (ROH) A bude vám za kytku na pamäť, aby ste, keď ho uvidíte, rozpamätali sa na všetky prikázania Hospodinove, aby ste ich činili a nechodili za svojím srdcom ani za svojimi očima, za čím vy odchádzajúc smilníte.
40 (CPDV) but instead, they, being more mindful of the precepts of the Lord, may do them and may be holy to their God.
40 (ROH) Ale aby ste pamätali na všetky moje prikázania a činili ich a aby ste tak boli svätí svojmu Bohu.
41 (CPDV) I am the Lord your God, who led you away from the land of Egypt, so that I may be your God.”
41 (ROH) Ja som Hospodin, váš Bôh, ktorý som vás vyviedol z Egyptskej zeme, aby som vám bol Bohom. Ja Hospodin, váš Bôh.

Verš 34
And they enclosed him in a prison, not knowing what they should do with him.
Lv 24:12 - And they sent him to prison, until they might know what the Lord would command,
Verš 3
and you make an offering to the Lord, as a holocaust or as a victim, paying your vows, or as a voluntary offering of gifts, or in your solemnities, burning a sweet odor to the Lord, whether from the oxen or from the sheep:
Lv 22:21 - The man who will have offered a victim of peace offerings to the Lord, either fulfilling his vows or offering spontaneously, whether of oxen, or of sheep, shall offer what is immaculate, so that it may be acceptable. There shall be no blemish in it.
Ex 29:18 - And you shall offer the entire ram as a burnt offering upon the altar. It is an oblation to the Lord, a most sweet odor of the victim of the Lord.

Lv 2:1 - When a soul will offer an oblation of sacrifice to the Lord, his oblation shall be of fine wheat flour, and he shall pour oil over it, and he shall set down frankincense,
Lv 6:14 - This is the law of the sacrifice and the libations, which the sons of Aaron shall offer in the sight of the Lord, and before the altar.

“Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall tell them to make for themselves hems at the corners of their cloaks, placing in them ribbons of hyacinth,
Dt 22:12 - You shall make strings along the hem, at the four corners of your cloak, which covers you.
Mt 23:5 - Truly, they do all their works so that they may be seen by men. For they enlarge their phylacteries and glorify their hems.
Verš 15
There shall be one precept and one judgment, as much for yourselves as for newcomers to the land.”
Ex 12:49 - The law shall be the same for the native born and for the settler who sojourns with you.”
Nm 9:14 - Likewise, the sojourner and the newcomer, if they are among you, shall observe the Passover to the Lord according to its ceremonies and justifications. The same precept shall be with you, as much for the newcomer as for the native.”
Verš 27
But if one soul will have sinned by not knowing, he shall offer a one-year-old she-goat for his sin.
Lv 4:27 - But if a soul from the people of the land will have sinned through ignorance, so as to have done any of those things that the law of the Lord prohibits, and so commit a transgression,
Nm 15,1 - Od 15. hlavy po 29. sú zachytené udalosti z doby trvajúcej skoro tridsaťsedem rokov. Lež Mojžiš z celého tohto času podáva len niekoľko zákonov rázu náboženského. Generácia, ktorú Pán odsúdil na zánik, vymiera a o novej generácii, ktorá nastupuje, hovorí sa iba bezprostredne pred vstupom do zasľúbenej zeme. Je dosť možné, že tieto zákony dostala už nová generácia, a to v ostatných rokoch pobytu na púšti, totižto potom, čo Izraeliti, odíduc od Kádeša, sťahovali sa tridsaťsedem rokov púšťou od Červeného mora smerom východným, pokým opäť nedošli ku Kádešu na počiatku štyridsiateho roku po odchode z Egypta (Dt 1,45; 2,1).
Nm 15,17-21 - O týchto predpisoch porov. Ex 22,29; 23,19; 34,26; Nm 18,12 n.; Dt 18,4.
Nm 15,22-31 - Porov. Lv 4,13 – 5,13. V Lv je reč o prestúpení zákona, tu však o zanedbaní niektorých predpisov. Verše 22–26 majú na mysli previnenie celej pospolitosti, verše 27–29 však previnenia jednotlivcov. Porov. Lv 4,27–33 a 5,7–13. Vyhubený (v. 30), t. j. vyobcovaný.
Nm 15,32-36 - Za porušenie sobotňajšieho pokoja už v Ex 31,15 sa ustanovuje trest smrti. Tu sa vec rieši znovu, pravdepodobne bola pochybnosť, čo s takým previnilcom urobiť, akou smrťou ho potrestať.
Nm 15,37-41 - Aj za časov Ježiša Krista sa tieto kystky ešte nosievali (Mt 9,20; 14,36). Farizeji nosievali dlhé, aby sa tým vystatovali svojou oddanosťou zákonu (Mt 23,5).
