1 (UKJV) And Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.
1 (KAT) Mária a Áron hovorili však zle o Mojžišovi pre Kušiťanku, ktorú si vzal za ženu. Oženil sa totižto s kušitskou ženou.

2 (UKJV) And they said, Has the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses? has he not spoken also by us? And the LORD heard it.
2 (KAT) Vraveli tiež: „Vari Pán len Mojžišovi hovoril? A nehovoril aj nám?“ Pán to však počul.

3 (UKJV) (Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)
3 (KAT) Kým Mojžiš bol veľmi tichý muž, (tichší) ako všetci ostatní ľudia na svete.

4 (UKJV) And the LORD spoke suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out all of you three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out.
4 (KAT) A Pán hneď hovoril Mojžišovi, Áronovi a Márii: „Choďte všetci traja k stánku zjavenia!“ Keď oni traja prišli,

5 (UKJV) And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.
5 (KAT) Pán zostúpil v oblačnom stĺpe, vstúpil do vchodu stánku a zavolal Árona a Máriu. Oni dvaja predstúpili

6 (UKJV) And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.
6 (KAT) a riekol im: „Počúvajte moje slová: Ak je medzi vami prorok, tak sa mu zjavujem ja, Pán, vo videní a hovorím s ním vo sne!

7 (UKJV) My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.
7 (KAT) No nie tak s mojím služobníkom, Mojžišom! On je v celom mojom dome najvernejší.

8 (UKJV) "With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the embodiment of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were all of you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses? "
8 (KAT) Ja sa s ním rozprávam od úst k ústam, otvorene a nie v hádankách - a on môže hľadieť na Pánovu podobu. Prečo ste sa teda nebáli hovoriť proti môjmu služobníkovi Mojžišovi?“

9 (UKJV) "And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed. "
9 (KAT) I vybúšil proti nim Pánov hnev a odišiel.

10 (UKJV) "And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous. "
10 (KAT) Keď sa oblak vzdialil od stánku, Mária razom obelela malomocenstvom ako sneh. A keď sa Áron k nej obrátil, videl, že je malomocná.

11 (UKJV) And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I plead to you, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned.
11 (KAT) Vtedy Áron povedal Mojžišovi: „Pán môj, nedaj nám trpieť za hriech, ktorého sme sa dopustili vo svojej nerozumnosti!

12 (UKJV) Let her not be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother's womb.
12 (KAT) Nedopusť, aby bola ako mŕtve dieťa, ktorého telo býva pri východe z materského života napoly zhnité!“

13 (UKJV) And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, Heal her now, O God, I plead to you.
13 (KAT) Tu Mojžiš volal k Pánovi: „Bože, uzdrav ju, prosím!“

14 (UKJV) And the LORD said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received in again.
14 (KAT) A Pán mu odpovedal: „Keby jej otec napľul do tváre, nemusela by sa sedem dní červenať? Nech je teda sedem dní vylúčená z tábora! Potom sa vráti zasa späť.“

15 (UKJV) And Miriam was shut out from the camp seven days: and the people journeyed not till Miriam was brought in again.
15 (KAT) Mária teda bola sedem dní vylúčená z tábora. Ľud sa však nepohýnal ďalej, kým Máriu nepriviedli späť.

16 (UKJV) And afterward the people removed from Hazeroth, and pitched in the wilderness of Paran.
