1 (KJV) And the LORD spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,
1 (ROH) A Hospodin hovoril Mojžišovi na púšti Sinai v stáne shromaždenia prvého dňa druhého mesiaca druhého roku po ich vyjdení z Egyptskej zeme a riekol:

2 (KJV) Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of their names, every male by their polls;
2 (ROH) Spočítajte sumu celej obce synov Izraelových podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, podľa počtu mien každého, kto je mužského pohlavia, podľa ich hláv,

3 (KJV) From twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel: thou and Aaron shall number them by their armies.
3 (ROH) vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, každého, ktorý je súci ísť do vojska v Izraelovi. Spočítajte ich podľa ich vojsk, ty a Áron.

4 (KJV) And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one head of the house of his fathers.
4 (ROH) Budú s vami po jednom mužovi z každého pokolenia; každý ten, ktorý je hlavou domu svojich otcov.

5 (KJV) And these are the names of the men that shall stand with you: of the tribe of Reuben; Elizur the son of Shedeur.
5 (ROH) A toto sú mená mužov, ktorí budú stáť s vami: z Rúbena Elicúr, syn Šedeúrov

6 (KJV) Of Simeon; Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.
6 (ROH) zo Simeona Šelumiel, syn Cúrišaddajov,

7 (KJV) Of Judah; Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
7 (ROH) z Júdu Nachšon (čiže Názon), syn Amminadábov,

8 (KJV) Of Issachar; Nethaneel the son of Zuar.
8 (ROH) z Izachára Netaneel, syn Cuárov,

9 (KJV) Of Zebulun; Eliab the son of Helon.
9 (ROH) zo Zabulona Eliáb, syn Chelonov,

10 (KJV) Of the children of Joseph: of Ephraim; Elishama the son of Ammihud: of Manasseh; Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.
10 (ROH) zo synov Jozefových, z Efraima Elišáma, syn Ammihúdov, z Manassesa Gamaliel, syn Pedahcúrov

11 (KJV) Of Benjamin; Abidan the son of Gideoni.
11 (ROH) z Benjamina Abidan, syn Gideoniho,

12 (KJV) Of Dan; Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
12 (ROH) z Dána Achiezer, syn Ammišaddajov,

13 (KJV) Of Asher; Pagiel the son of Ocran.
13 (ROH) z Asera Pagiel, syn Ochránov,

14 (KJV) Of Gad; Eliasaph the son of Deuel.
14 (ROH) z Gáda Eliasaf, syn Deuelov,

15 (KJV) Of Naphtali; Ahira the son of Enan.
15 (ROH) z Naftaliho Achíra, syn Enánov.

16 (KJV) These were the renowned of the congregation, princes of the tribes of their fathers, heads of thousands in Israel.
16 (ROH) To sú povolaní z obce, kniežatá pokolení svojich otcov; hlavy tisícov z Izraela to boli.

17 (KJV) And Moses and Aaron took these men which are expressed by their names:
17 (ROH) Vtedy pojal Mojžiš a Áron týchto mužov, ktorí boli označení menami.

18 (KJV) And they assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month, and they declared their pedigrees after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.
18 (ROH) A shromaždili celú obec prvého dňa druhého mesiaca, a priznávali sa rodom ku svojim čeľadiam podľa domu svojich otcov počtom mien, vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše podľa svojich hláv.

19 (KJV) As the LORD commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.
19 (ROH) Ako prikázal Hospodin Mojžišovi, tak ich spočítal na púšti Sinai.

20 (KJV) And the children of Reuben, Israel's eldest son, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
20 (ROH) A bolo synov Rúbena, prvorodeného Izraelovho, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, v počte mien podľa ich hláv, všetkých, ktorí boli mužského pohlavia vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

21 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Reuben, were forty and six thousand and five hundred.
21 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Rúbenovho, štyridsaťšesť tisíc päťsto.

22 (KJV) Of the children of Simeon, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, those that were numbered of them, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
22 (ROH) Synov Simeonových, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, jeho počítaných v počte mien podľa ich hláv, všetkých, ktorí boli mužského pohlavia vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

23 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Simeon, were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.
23 (ROH) ich počítaných z pokolenia Simeonovho bolo päťdesiatdeväť tisíc tristo.

24 (KJV) Of the children of Gad, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
24 (ROH) Synov Gádových, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, v počte mien vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

25 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Gad, were forty and five thousand six hundred and fifty.
25 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Gádovho bolo štyridsaťpäť tisíc šesťsto päťdesiat.

26 (KJV) Of the children of Judah, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
26 (ROH) Synov Júdových, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, v počte mien vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

27 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Judah, were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.
27 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Júdovho bolo sedemdesiatštyri tisíc šesťsto.

28 (KJV) Of the children of Issachar, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
28 (ROH) Synov Izachárových, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, v počte mien vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

29 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Issachar, were fifty and four thousand and four hundred.
29 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Izachárovho bolo päťdesiatštyri tisíc štyristo.

30 (KJV) Of the children of Zebulun, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
30 (ROH) Synov Zabulonových, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, v počte mien vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

31 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Zebulun, were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.
31 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Zabulonovho bolo päťdesiatsedem tisíc štyristo.

32 (KJV) Of the children of Joseph, namely, of the children of Ephraim, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
32 (ROH) Synov Jozefových, a síce synov Efraimových, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, v počte mien vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

33 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Ephraim, were forty thousand and five hundred.
33 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Efraimovho bolo štyridsať tisíc päťsto.

34 (KJV) Of the children of Manasseh, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
34 (ROH) Synov Manassesových, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, v počte mien vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

35 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Manasseh, were thirty and two thousand and two hundred.
35 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Manassesovho bolo tridsaťdva tisíc dvesto.

36 (KJV) Of the children of Benjamin, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
36 (ROH) Synov Benjaminových, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, v počte mien vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

37 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Benjamin, were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.
37 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Benjaminovho bolo tridsaťpäť tisíc štyristo.

38 (KJV) Of the children of Dan, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
38 (ROH) Synov Dánových, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, v počte mien vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

39 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Dan, were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.
39 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Dánovho bolo šesťdesiatdva tisíc sedemsto.

40 (KJV) Of the children of Asher, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
40 (ROH) Synov Aserových, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov v počte mien vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

41 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Asher, were forty and one thousand and five hundred.
41 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Aserovho bolo štyridsaťjeden tisíc päťsto.

42 (KJV) Of the children of Naphtali, throughout their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
42 (ROH) Synovia Naftaliho, ich rodov, podľa ich čeľadí, podľa domu ich otcov, v počte mien vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska,

43 (KJV) Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Naphtali, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.
43 (ROH) ich počítaných, z pokolenia Naftaliho bolo päťdesiattri tisíc štyristo.

44 (KJV) These are those that were numbered, which Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men: each one was for the house of his fathers.
44 (ROH) To sú spočítaní, ktorých počítal Mojžiš a Áron a kniežatá Izraelove, dvanásť mužov; vše jeden muž za dom svojich otcov boli.

45 (KJV) So were all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war in Israel;
45 (ROH) A bolo všetkých počítaných zo synov Izraelových podľa domu ich otcov vo veku od dvadsať rokov a vyše, všetkých súcich ísť do vojska v Izraelovi,

46 (KJV) Even all they that were numbered were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.
46 (ROH) teda bolo všetkých počítaných šesťsto tri tisíc päťsto päťdesiat.

47 (KJV) But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.
47 (ROH) Ale Levitovia podľa pokolenia svojich otcov neboli počítaní medzi nimi.

48 (KJV) For the LORD had spoken unto Moses, saying,
48 (ROH) A Hospodin hovoril Mojžišovi a riekol:

49 (KJV) Only thou shalt not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel:
49 (ROH) Len pokolenia Léviho nebudeš počítať ani ich sumy nespočítaš medzi synmi Izraelovými.

50 (KJV) But thou shalt appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that belong to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the vessels thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.
50 (ROH) Ale ty ustanov Levitov nad príbytkom svedoctva, nad všetkým jeho náradím a nad všetkým, čo patrí k nemu. Oni budú nosiť príbytok i všetko jeho náradie a oni mu budú svätoslúžiť a budú táboriť okolo príbytku.

51 (KJV) And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down: and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
51 (ROH) A keď sa bude mať rušať príbytok, postŕhajú a složia ho Levitovia, a keď zase bude mať príbytok táboriť, postavia ho Levitovia. A cudzí, kto by sa priblížil, zomrie.

52 (KJV) And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.
52 (ROH) A synovia Izraelovi budú táboriť každý vo svojom tábore a každý pri svojom prápore podľa svojich zástupov.

53 (KJV) But the Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.
53 (ROH) A tedy Levitovia budú táboriť vôkol príbytku svedoctva, aby nevznikol hnev na obec synov Izraelových, a Levitovia budú strážiť stráž príbytku svedoctva.

54 (KJV) And the children of Israel did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.
54 (ROH) A synovia Izraelovi učinili všetko tak, ako to prikázal Hospodin Mojžišovi, tak učinili.
