1 (CPDV) And the Lord spoke to Moses in the desert of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the covenant, on the first day of the second month, in the year after their departure from Egypt, saying:
1 (ECAV) Hospodin hovoril Mojžišovi na Sinajskej púšti vo svätostánku, v prvý deň druhého mesiaca druhého roku po ich vyjdení z Egypta:

2 (CPDV) “Take a total of the entire assembly of the sons of Israel, by their families and houses, and the names of each one, of whomever is of the male sex,
2 (ECAV) Zistite počet celého zboru Izraelcov podľa ich čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien všetkých mužov, hlavu za hlavou,

3 (CPDV) from twenty years and above, of all the able-bodied men out of Israel, and you shall number them by their companies, you and Aaron.
3 (ECAV) od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných v Izraeli. Ty a Áron ich zaraďte do príslušných vojov.

4 (CPDV) And there shall be with you the leaders of the tribes, as well as of the houses, in their kinships,
4 (ECAV) Pritom nech je s vami jeden muž z každého kmeňa; ten nech je čelným mužom vo svojej rodine.

5 (CPDV) the names of whom are these: of Ruben, Elizur the son of Shedeur;
5 (ECAV) Toto sú mená mužov, ktorí vám budú stáť po boku: Za Rúbena Elícúr, syn Šedéúrov;

6 (CPDV) of Simeon, Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai;
6 (ECAV) za Šimeóna Šelumíél, syn Cúríšaddájov;

7 (CPDV) of Judah, Nahshon the son of Amminadab;
7 (ECAV) za Júdu Nachšón, syn Ammínádábov;

8 (CPDV) of Issachar, Nathanael the son of Zuar;
8 (ECAV) za Jissáchára Netaneél, syn Cúárov;

9 (CPDV) of Zebulon, Eliab the son of Helon.
9 (ECAV) za Zebulúna Eliáb, syn Chélónov.

10 (CPDV) And from the sons of Joseph: of Ephraim, Elishama the son of Ammihud; of Manasseh, Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur;
10 (ECAV) Za Jozefových synov: za Efrajima Elíšáma, syn Ammíhúdov, za Menaššeho Gamlíél, syn Pedácúrov;

11 (CPDV) of Benjamin, Abidan the son of Gideoni;
11 (ECAV) za Benjamína Abídán, syn Gideóního;

12 (CPDV) of Dan, Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai;
12 (ECAV) za Dána Achíezer, syn Ammíšaddajov;

13 (CPDV) of Asher, Pagiel the son of Ochran;
13 (ECAV) za Ašéra Pagíél, syn Ochránov;

14 (CPDV) of Gad, Eliasaph the son of Reuel;
14 (ECAV) za Gáda Eljásáf, syn Deúélov;

15 (CPDV) of Naphtali, Ahira the son of Enan.”
15 (ECAV) za Naftálího Achíra, syn Énánov.

16 (CPDV) These are the very noble leaders of the multitude, by their tribes and kinships, and the heads of the army of Israel.
16 (ECAV) Títo boli povolaní za zbor; oni boli kniežatami svojich otcovských kmeňov, náčelníkmi tisícov Izraela.

17 (CPDV) Moses and Aaron took these, with all the multitude of the common people,
17 (ECAV) Mojžiš a Áron si pribrali týchto mužov, ktorí boli podľa mena označení,

18 (CPDV) and they gathered them together on the first day of the second month, taking a census of them by kinships, and houses, and families, and heads, and the names of each one from twenty years and above,
18 (ECAV) a v prvý deň druhého mesiaca zhromaždili celý zbor. Potom sa dávali zapísať podľa rodinnej príslušnosti, podľa čeľadí a rodín do počtu mien, od dvadsaťročných vyššie, hlava za hlavou

19 (CPDV) just as the Lord had instructed Moses. And they were numbered in the desert of Sinai.
19 (ECAV) tak, ako Hospodin prikázal Mojžišovi. Tak ich spočítal na Sinajskej púšti.

20 (CPDV) Of Ruben, the firstborn of Israel, by their generations and families and houses, and the names of each head, of all who were of the male sex, from twenty years and above, capable of going to war,
20 (ECAV) Potomkov Rúbena, prvorodeného Izraela, ktorí po spočítaní mien, hlava za hlavou, podľa ich čeľadí a rodín boli zavedení do rodového zoznamu, všetkých bojaschopných vyše dvadsaťročných mužov

21 (CPDV) there were forty-six thousand five hundred.
21 (ECAV) bolo za kmeň Rúben štyridsaťšesťtisíc päťsto spočítaných.

22 (CPDV) Of the sons of Simeon, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, having been counted by the names and heads of each one, of all who were of the male sex, from twenty years and above, capable of going to war,
22 (ECAV) Šimeóncov, ich potomkov podľa ich čeľadí a rodín, tých, ktorí boli spočítaní, podľa počtu mien, hlava za hlavou, všetkých mužov od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

23 (CPDV) there were fifty-nine thousand three hundred.
23 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Šimeón bolo päťdesiatdeväťtisíc tristo.

24 (CPDV) Of the sons of Gad, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, having been counted by the names of each one, from twenty years and above, of all who could go forth to war,
24 (ECAV) Gádovcov, ich potomkov podľa čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

25 (CPDV) there were forty-five thousand six hundred fifty.
25 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Gád bolo štyridsaťpäťtisíc šesťstopäťdesiat.

26 (CPDV) Of the sons of Judah, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, by the names of each one, from twenty years and above, of all who were able to go forth to war,
26 (ECAV) Júdovcov, ich potomkov podľa čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

27 (CPDV) there were counted seventy-four thousand six hundred.
27 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Júdu bolo sedemdesiatštyritisíc šesťsto.

28 (CPDV) Of the sons of Issachar, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, by the names of each one, from twenty years and above, of all who could go forth to war,
28 (ECAV) Jissáchárovcov, ich potomkov podľa čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

29 (CPDV) there were counted fifty-four thousand four hundred.
29 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Jissáchár bolo päťdesiatštyritisíc štyristo.

30 (CPDV) Of the sons of Zebulon, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, having been counted by the names of each one, from twenty years and above, of all who were able to go forth to war,
30 (ECAV) Zebulúnovcov, ich potomkov podľa čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

31 (CPDV) there were fifty-seven thousand four hundred.
31 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Zebulún bolo päťdesiatsedemtisíc štyristo.

32 (CPDV) From the sons of Joseph, of the sons of Ephraim, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, having been counted by the names of each one, from twenty years and above, of all who were able to go forth to war,
32 (ECAV) Príslušníkov Jozefových kmeňov: Efrajimcov, ich potomkov podľa čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

33 (CPDV) there were forty thousand five hundred.
33 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Efrajim bolo štyridsaťtisíc päťsto.

34 (CPDV) Furthermore, of the sons of Manasseh, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, having been counted by the names of each one, from twenty years and above, of all who were able to go forth to war,
34 (ECAV) Menaššeovcov, ich potomkov podľa čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

35 (CPDV) there were thirty-two thousand two hundred.
35 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Menašše bolo tridsaťdvatisíc dvesto.

36 (CPDV) Of the sons of Benjamin, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, having been counted by the names of each one, from twenty years and above, of all who were able to go forth to war,
36 (ECAV) Benjamíncov, ich potomkov podľa čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

37 (CPDV) there were thirty-five thousand four hundred.
37 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Benjamín bolo tridsaťpäťtisíc štyristo.

38 (CPDV) Of the sons of Dan, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, having been counted by the names of each one, from twenty years and above, of all who were able to go forth to war,
38 (ECAV) Dánovcov, ich potomkov podľa ich čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

39 (CPDV) there were sixty-two thousand seven hundred.
39 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Dán bolo šesťdesiatdvatisíc sedemsto.

40 (CPDV) Of the sons of Asher, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, having been counted by the names of each one, from twenty years and above, of all who were able to go forth to war,
40 (ECAV) Ašérovcov, ich potomkov podľa čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

41 (CPDV) there were forty thousand and one thousand five hundred.
41 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Ašér bolo štyridsaťjedentisíc päťsto.

42 (CPDV) Of the sons of Naphtali, by their generations and families, and the houses of their kinships, having been counted by the names of each one, from twenty years and above, of all who were able to go forth to war,
42 (ECAV) Naftálíovcov, ich potomkov podľa čeľadí a rodín, podľa počtu mien od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných,

43 (CPDV) there were fifty-three thousand four hundred.
43 (ECAV) spočítaných za kmeň Naftálí bolo päťdesiattritisíc štyristo.

44 (CPDV) These are the ones who were numbered by Moses and Aaron and the twelve leaders of Israel, each one by the houses of their kinships.
44 (ECAV) Títo sú spočítaní, ktorých spočítal Mojžiš a Áron i kniežatá Izraela; tých bolo dvanásť mužov, po jednom mužovi za rodinu.

45 (CPDV) And the entire number of the sons of Israel by their houses and families, from twenty years and above, who were able to go forth to war, were
45 (ECAV) Všetkých spočítaných Izraelcov podľa ich rodín, od dvadsaťročných vyššie, všetkých bojaschopných v Izraeli,

46 (CPDV) six hundred three thousand five hundred fifty men.
46 (ECAV) teda všetkých spočítaných bolo šesťstotritisíc päťstopäťdesiat.

47 (CPDV) But the Levites in the tribes of their families were not numbered with them.
47 (ECAV) Avšak levíti, pochádzajúci z kmeňa Léví, podľa kmeňa svojich otcov, neboli započítaní medzi nich.

48 (CPDV) And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
48 (ECAV) Hospodin totiž povedal Mojžišovi:

49 (CPDV) “Do not number the tribe of Levi, neither shall you take a total of them with the sons of Israel.
49 (ECAV) Iba kmeň Léví nespočítaj a jeho počet nezapočítaj medzi Izraelcov.

50 (CPDV) But appoint them over the tabernacle of the testimony, and all its vessels, and whatever pertains to the ceremonies. They shall carry the tabernacle and all its articles. And they shall be for the ministry, and they shall encamp all around the tabernacle.
50 (ECAV) Ale ty sám pover levítov dozorom nad príbytkom svedectva i nad jeho zariadením a nad všetkým, čo je v ňom. Oni nech nosia príbytok i všetky jeho zariadenia, nech ho obsluhujú a nech táboria okolo príbytku.

51 (CPDV) When you would depart, the Levites shall take down the tabernacle. When you are to make camp, they shall set it up. Any outsider who will approach it shall be killed.
51 (ECAV) Keď sa bude mať príbytok pohnúť, levíti nech ho rozoberú, a keď sa bude mať príbytok zložiť, levíti nech ho postavia. Avšak kto by sa priblížil z nepovolaných, nech je vydaný na smrť.

52 (CPDV) Now 72 the sons of Israel shall make camp, each one by his companies and bands, as well as his army.
52 (ECAV) Všetci Izraelci budú bývať vo svojom tábore, každý pod svojou zástavou, podľa svojich vojov.

53 (CPDV) Moreover, the Levites shall fix their tents all around the tabernacle, lest there be an indignation over the multitude of the sons of Israel. And they shall stand watch as guardians over the tabernacle of the testimony.”
53 (ECAV) Levíti nech táboria okolo príbytku svedectva, aby nevzplanul hnev proti zboru Izraelcov. Levíti budú vykonávať službu pri príbytku svedectva.

54 (CPDV) Therefore, the sons of Israel acted according to everything that the Lord had instructed Moses.
54 (ECAV) Izraelci urobili celkom tak, ako Hospodin prikázal Mojžišovi.
