Kniha proroka Zachariáša

1 (UKJV) Then I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a flying roll.
1 (ROH) A zase som pozdvihol svoje oči a videl som a hľa, kniha letela.

2 (UKJV) "And he said unto me, What see you? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits. "
2 (ROH) A riekol mi: Čo vidíš? A ja som povedal: Vidím letieť knihu, ktorej dĺžka je dvadsať lakťov a jej šírka desať lakťov.

3 (UKJV) "Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goes forth over the face of the whole earth: for every one that steals shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that swears shall be cut off as on that side according to it. "
3 (ROH) A riekol mi: To je kliatba, ktorá vychádza na tvár celej zeme. Lebo každý, kto ukradne, bude odprataný podľa nej z jednej strany, a každý, kto bude prisahať, bude odprataný podľa nej z druhej strany.

4 (UKJV) I will bring it forth, says the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that swears falsely by my name: and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.
4 (ROH) A spôsobím to, aby vyšla, hovorí Hospodin Zástupov, a prijde na dom zlodeja a na dom toho, kto prisahá v mojom mene falošne, a bude prebývať prostred jeho domu a zničí ho i jeho drevá i jeho kamene.

5 (UKJV) Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now your eyes, and see what is this that goes forth.
5 (ROH) Potom vyšiel anjel, ktorý hovoril so mnou, a riekol mi: Nože pozdvihni svoje oči a vidz, čo je to, čo to tu vychádza!

6 (UKJV) And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goes forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth.
6 (ROH) A ja som povedal: Čo je to? A riekol: Toto vychádza miera efa. A doložiac riekol: To je ich vzhľad na celej zemi.

7 (UKJV) And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sits in the midst of the ephah.
7 (ROH) Potom hľa, nejaký olovený kruh sa zdvihol. A to bola jedna žena, ktorá sedela prostred efy.

8 (UKJV) "And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof. "
8 (ROH) A ďalej riekol: Toto je tá bezbožnosť. A hodil ju doprostred efy a potom hodil to olovené závažie na jej ústie.

9 (UKJV) "Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven. "
9 (ROH) A pozdvihnúc svoje oči videl som a hľa, dve ženy vychádzaly a vietor v ich krýdlach, a maly po dvoje krýdel, ako sú krýdla bociana, a vyzdvihly efu hore medzi zem a medzi nebo.

10 (UKJV) Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Where do these bear the ephah?
10 (ROH) A povedal som anjelovi, ktorý hovoril so mnou: Kam to nesú tú efu?

11 (UKJV) And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.
11 (ROH) A riekol mi: Vystaviť jej dom v zemi Sineáre. A keď bude pripravený, tam ju položia na jej podstavci.
