1 (KJV) In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the LORD unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying,
1 (SVD) في الشهر الثامن في السنة الثانية لداريوس كانت كلمة الرب الى زكريا بن برخيا بن عدّو النبي قائلا
1 (B21) V osmém měsíci druhého roku Dareiovy vlády dostal prorok Zachariáš, syn Berechiáše, syna Idova, slovo Hospodinovo:

2 (KJV) The LORD hath been sore displeased with your fathers.
2 (SVD) قد غضب الرب غضبا على آبائكم.
2 (B21) "Hospodin se na vaše otce hrozně rozhněval.

3 (KJV) Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the LORD of hosts.
3 (SVD) فقل لهم. هكذا قال رب الجنود. ارجعوا اليّ يقول رب الجنود فارجع اليكم يقول رب الجنود.
3 (B21) Proto řekni lidu: Tak praví Hospodin zástupů - Vraťte se ke mně, praví Hospodin zástupů, a já se vrátím k vám, praví Hospodin zástupů.

4 (KJV) Be ye not as your fathers, unto whom the former prophets have cried, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye now from your evil ways, and from your evil doings: but they did not hear, nor hearken unto me, saith the LORD.
4 (SVD) لا تكونوا كآبائكم الذين ناداهم الانبياء الاولون قائلين هكذا قال رب الجنود ارجعوا عن طرقكم الشريرة وعن اعمالكم الشريرة. فلم يسمعوا ولم يصغوا اليّ يقول رب الجنود.
4 (B21) Nebuďte jako vaši otcové, ke kterým volali dávní proroci: ‚Tak praví Hospodin zástupů: Odvraťte se od svých zlých cest, od svého zlého jednání!' Vy jste ale neposlouchali, vůbec jste si jich nevšímali, praví Hospodin.

5 (KJV) Your fathers, where are they? and the prophets, do they live for ever?
5 (SVD) آباؤكم اين هم. والانبياء هل ابدا يحيون.
5 (B21) Kde jsou teď vaši otcové? A ti proroci - žijí snad navěky?

6 (KJV) But my words and my statutes, which I commanded my servants the prophets, did they not take hold of your fathers? and they returned and said, Like as the LORD of hosts thought to do unto us, according to our ways, and according to our doings, so hath he dealt with us.
6 (SVD) ولكن كلامي وفرائضي التي اوصيت بها عبيدي الانبياء أفلم تدرك آباءكم. فرجعوا وقالوا كما قصد رب الجنود ان يصنع بنا كطرقنا وكاعمالنا كذلك فعل بنا
6 (B21) Ale má slova a mé výnosy, které jsem svěřil svým služebníkům prorokům, ty přece vaše otce dostihly! Tehdy se obrátili a uznali: ‚Hospodin zástupů se rozhodl s námi naložit, jak si zasloužíme za své cesty a za své jednání.'"

7 (KJV) Upon the four and twentieth day of the eleventh month, which is the month Sebat, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the LORD unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying,
7 (SVD) في اليوم الرابع والعشرين من الشهر الحادي عشر. هو شهر شباط. في السنة الثانية لداريوس كانت كلمة الرب الى زكريا بن برخيا بن عدّو النبي قائلا
7 (B21) Čtyřiadvacátého dne jedenáctého měsíce, totiž měsíce šebat, ve druhém roce Dareiovy vlády dostal prorok Zachariáš, syn Berechiáše, syna Idova, slovo Hospodinovo.

8 (KJV) I saw by night, and behold a man riding upon a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that were in the bottom; and behind him were there red horses, speckled, and white.
8 (SVD) رأيت في الليل واذا برجل راكب على فرس احمر وهو واقف بين الآس الذي في الظل وخلفه خيل حمر وشقر وشهب.
8 (B21) V noci jsem měl vidění - hle, jakýsi jezdec na rudém koni! Stál mezi myrtami v hluboké rokli a za ním koně rudí, zlataví a bílí.

9 (KJV) Then said I, O my lord, what are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will shew thee what these be.
9 (SVD) فقلت يا سيدي ما هؤلاء. فقال لي الملاك الذي كلمني انا أريك ما هؤلاء.
9 (B21) "Co to znamená, pane?" zeptal jsem se. "Ukážu ti, co to znamená," odpověděl mi anděl, který se mnou mluvil.

10 (KJV) And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, These are they whom the LORD hath sent to walk to and fro through the earth.
10 (SVD) فاجاب الرجل الواقف بين الآس وقال هؤلاء هم الذين ارسلهم الرب للجولان في الارض.
10 (B21) "To jsou ti, které poslal Hospodin, aby procházeli zemí," řekl onen muž stojící v myrtoví.

11 (KJV) And they answered the angel of the LORD that stood among the myrtle trees, and said, We have walked to and fro through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is at rest.
11 (SVD) فاجابوا ملاك الرب الواقف بين الآس وقالوا قد جلنا في الارض واذا الارض كلها مستريحة وساكنة
11 (B21) Ti pak Hospodinovu andělu stojícímu v myrtoví hlásili: "Prošli jsme zemí a hle - celá zem žije v klidu a pokoji."

12 (KJV) Then the angel of the LORD answered and said, O LORD of hosts, how long wilt thou not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which thou hast had indignation these threescore and ten years?
12 (SVD) فاجاب ملاك الرب وقال. يا رب الجنود الى متى انت لا ترحم اورشليم ومدن يهوذا التي غضبت عليها هذه السبعين سنة.
12 (B21) Nato Hospodinův anděl zvolal: "Hospodine zástupů, kdy už se konečně slituješ nad Jeruzalémem a judskými městy? Vždyť už se na ně hněváš sedmdesát let!"

13 (KJV) And the LORD answered the angel that talked with me with good words and comfortable words.
13 (SVD) فاجاب الرب الملاك الذي كلمني بكلام طيب وكلام تعزية.
13 (B21) A Hospodin andělu mluvícímu se mnou odpověděl laskavými slovy plnými útěchy.

14 (KJV) So the angel that communed with me said unto me, Cry thou, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy.
14 (SVD) فقال لي الملاك الذي كلمني ناد قائلا. هكذا قال رب الجنود. غرت على اورشليم وعلى صهيون غيرة عظيمة.
14 (B21) Anděl mluvící se mnou mi tedy řekl: "Volej - Tak praví Hospodin zástupů: Horlím pro Jeruzalém a Sion velikou horlivostí

15 (KJV) And I am very sore displeased with the heathen that are at ease: for I was but a little displeased, and they helped forward the affliction.
15 (SVD) وانا مغضب بغضب عظيم على الامم المطمئنين. لاني غضبت قليلا وهم اعانوا الشر.
15 (B21) a hrozně se hněvám na ty sebejisté národy. Když jsem se jen trochu rozzlobil, oni to neštěstí ještě zhoršili.

16 (KJV) Therefore thus saith the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: my house shall be built in it, saith the LORD of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem.
16 (SVD) لذلك هكذا قال الرب. قد رجعت الى اورشليم بالمراحم فبيتي يبنى فيها يقول رب الجنود ويمد المطمار على اورشليم.
16 (B21) A proto tak praví Hospodin: Vrátím se k Jeruzalému s milosrdenstvím. Můj chrám v něm bude znovu vystavěn, praví Hospodin zástupů, a měřicí šňůra změří Jeruzalém.

17 (KJV) Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem.
17 (SVD) ناد ايضا وقل. هكذا قال رب الجنود. ان مدني تفيض بعد خيرا والرب يعزّي صهيون بعد ويختار بعد اورشليم
17 (B21) Volej dál - Tak praví Hospodin zástupů: Má města budou znovu přetékat vším dobrým. Hospodin znovu potěší Sion a znovu vyvolí Jeruzalém."

18 (KJV) Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns.
18 (SVD) فرفعت عينيّ ونظرت واذا باربعة قرون.
18 ----

19 (KJV) And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.
19 (SVD) فقلت للملاك الذي كلمني. ما هذه. فقال لي هذه هي القرون التي بددت يهوذا واسرائيل واورشليم.
19 ----

20 (KJV) And the LORD shewed me four carpenters.
20 (SVD) فاراني الرب اربعة صنّاع.
20 ----

21 (KJV) Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head: but these are come to fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it.
21 (SVD) فقلت جاء هؤلاء ماذا يفعلون. فتكلم قائلا هذه هي القرون التي بددت يهوذا حتى لم يرفع انسان راسه. وقد جاء هؤلاء ليرعبوهم وليطردوا قرون الامم الرافعين قرنا على ارض يهوذا لتبديدها
