Kniha proroka Zachariáša

1 (CPDV) In the eighth month, in the second year of king Darius, the word of the Lord came to Zechariah the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo, the prophet, saying:
1 (HEM) בחדש השמיני בשנת שתים לדריוש היה דבר יהוה אל זכריה בן ברכיה בן עדו הנביא לאמר׃
1 (KAT) V ôsmom mesiaci druhého roku Dária prehovoril Pán k prorokovi Zachariášovi, synovi Barachiáša, Adovho syna takto:

2 (CPDV) The Lord has become angry over the resentful anger of your fathers.
2 (HEM) קצף יהוה על אבותיכם קצף׃
2 (KAT) „Pán sa veľmi hnevá na vašich otcov.

3 (CPDV) And you shall say to them: Thus says the Lord of hosts: Turn to me, says the Lord of hosts, and I will turn to you, says the Lord of hosts.
3 (HEM) ואמרת אלהם כה אמר יהוה צבאות שובו אלי נאם יהוה צבאות ואשוב אליכם אמר יהוה צבאות׃
3 (KAT) Povedz im teda: Toto hovorí Pán zástupov: Obráťte sa ku mne, hovorí Pán zástupov, a obrátim sa k vám, hovorí Pán zástupov.

4 (CPDV) Do not be like your fathers, to whom the former prophets cried out, saying: Thus says the Lord of hosts: Turn from your evil ways and from your wicked thoughts. But they did not heed, and neither did they pay attention to me, says the Lord.
4 (HEM) אל תהיו כאבתיכם אשר קראו אליהם הנביאים הראשנים לאמר כה אמר יהוה צבאות שובו נא מדרכיכם הרעים ומעליליכם הרעים ולא שמעו ולא הקשיבו אלי נאם יהוה׃
4 (KAT) Nebuďte ako vaši otcovia, ku ktorým volali predošlí proroci: Toto hovorí Pán zástupov: Odvráťte sa od svojich zlých ciest a od svojich zlých skutkov; ale nepočúvali a nedbali na mňa, hovorí Pán.

5 (CPDV) Your fathers, where are they? And will the prophets live unceasingly?
5 (HEM) אבותיכם איה הם והנבאים הלעולם יחיו׃
5 (KAT) Vaši otcovia - kdeže tí sú? A proroci? Či večne žijú?

6 (CPDV) Yet truly my words and my lawfulness, which I entrusted to my servants the prophets, were indeed comprehended by your fathers, and so they were converted, and they said: Just as the Lord of hosts decided to do to us, according to our ways and according to our inventions, so has he done to us.
6 (HEM) אך דברי וחקי אשר צויתי את עבדי הנביאים הלוא השיגו אבתיכם וישובו ויאמרו כאשר זמם יהוה צבאות לעשות לנו כדרכינו וכמעללינו כן עשה אתנו׃
6 (KAT) Azda moje slová a moje príkazy, ktoré som uložil svojim sluhom prorokom, nezasiahli vašich otcov? Vtedy sa obrátili a vraveli: »Ako sa Pán zástupov rozhodol, že bude s nami nakladať podľa našich ciest a podľa našich skutkov, tak s nami nakladal.«“

7 (CPDV) On the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month, which is called Shevat, in the second year of Darius, the word of the Lord came to Zechariah the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo, the prophet, saying:
7 (HEM) ביום עשרים וארבעה לעשתי עשר חדש הוא חדש שבט בשנת שתים לדריוש היה דבר יהוה אל זכריה בן ברכיהו בן עדוא הנביא לאמר׃
7 (KAT) Dvadsiaty štvrtý deň jedenásteho mesiaca - to je mesiac šebat, v druhom roku Dária, prehovoril Pán k prorokovi Zachariášovi, synovi Barachiáša, Adovho syna, takto:

8 (CPDV) I saw by night, and behold, a man riding on a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees, which were in the chasm. And behind him were horses: red, speckled, and white.
8 (HEM) ראיתי הלילה והנה איש רכב על סוס אדם והוא עמד בין ההדסים אשר במצלה ואחריו סוסים אדמים שרקים ולבנים׃
8 (KAT) Videl som v noci: Hľa, akýsi muž jazdil na hnedom koni. Stál medzi myrtovými kríkmi v priehlbine a za ním boli hnedé, strakaté a biele kone.

9 (CPDV) And I said, “What are these, my lord?” And the angel, who was speaking with me, said to me, “I will reveal to you what these are.”
9 (HEM) ואמר מה אלה אדני ויאמר אלי המלאך הדבר בי אני אראך מה המה אלה׃
9 (KAT) I spýtal som sa: „Kto sú títo, Pane?“ Odpovedal mi anjel, ktorý vo mne hovoril: „Ja ti ukážem, kto sú títo.“

10 (CPDV) And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, “These are they, whom the Lord has sent in order to walk through the earth.”
10 (HEM) ויען האיש העמד בין ההדסים ויאמר אלה אשר שלח יהוה להתהלך בארץ׃
10 (KAT) Vtom sa ozval muž, ktorý stál medzi myrtovými kríkmi, a povedal: „To sú tí, ktorých Pán poslal poprechodiť zem.“

11 (CPDV) And those who stood among the myrtle trees answered the angel of the Lord, and they said, “We have walked through the earth, and behold, all the earth is inhabited and is at rest.”
11 (HEM) ויענו את מלאך יהוה העמד בין ההדסים ויאמרו התהלכנו בארץ והנה כל הארץ ישבת ושקטת׃
11 (KAT) Oni povedali Pánovmu anjelovi, ktorý stál medzi myrtovými kríkmi: „Poprechodili sme zem a hľa, celá zem býva v spokojnosti.“

12 (CPDV) And the angel of the Lord answered and said, “Lord of hosts, how long will you not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, with which you have been angry? This is now the seventieth year.”
12 (HEM) ויען מלאך יהוה ויאמר יהוה צבאות עד מתי אתה לא תרחם את ירושלם ואת ערי יהודה אשר זעמתה זה שבעים שנה׃
12 (KAT) Pánov anjel odvetil: „Pane zástupov, dokedyže sa nezmiluješ nad Jeruzalemom a nad mestami Júdska, na ktoré sa hneváš už sedemdesiat rokov?“

13 (CPDV) And the Lord answered the angel, who had been speaking with me, good words, consoling words.
13 (HEM) ויען יהוה את המלאך הדבר בי דברים טובים דברים נחמים׃
13 (KAT) Pán odpovedal anjelovi, ktorý vo mne hovoril, dobrotivé slová, útešné slová.

14 (CPDV) And the angel, who was speaking with me, said to me: Cry out, saying: Thus says the Lord of hosts: I have been zealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great zeal.
14 (HEM) ויאמר אלי המלאך הדבר בי קרא לאמר כה אמר יהוה צבאות קנאתי לירושלם ולציון קנאה גדולה׃
14 (KAT) Tu mi povedal anjel, ktorý vo mne hovoril: „Takto volaj: Toto hovorí Pán zástupov: »Horlím za Jeruzalem a za Sion veľkou horlivosťou.

15 (CPDV) And, with a great anger, I am angry with the wealthy nations. Though I had been angry a little, truly they advanced further in evil.
15 (HEM) וקצף גדול אני קצף על הגוים השאננים אשר אני קצפתי מעט והמה עזרו לרעה׃
15 (KAT) A veľmi sa hnevám na bezstarostné národy, ktoré, keď som sa málo hneval, napomáhali zlo.«

16 (CPDV) Because of this, thus says the Lord: I will be turned back, towards Jerusalem, with mercies; and my house will be built upon this, says the Lord of hosts. And the building line will be extended over Jerusalem.
16 (HEM) לכן כה אמר יהוה שבתי לירושלם ברחמים ביתי יבנה בה נאם יהוה צבאות וקוה ינטה על ירושלם׃
16 (KAT) Preto takto hovorí Pán: Obrátim sa k Jeruzalemu milosrdne, bude v ňom postavený môj dom, hovorí Pán zástupov, a nad Jeruzalemom sa roztiahne meradlo.

17 (CPDV) Until then, cry out saying: Thus says the Lord of hosts: Until then, my cities will flow with good things, and, until then, the Lord will comfort Zion, and, until then, he will single out Jerusalem.
17 (HEM) עוד קרא לאמר כה אמר יהוה צבאות עוד תפוצינה ערי מטוב ונחם יהוה עוד את ציון ובחר עוד בירושלם׃
17 (KAT) Ďalej volaj: Toto hovorí Pán zástupov: Ešte budú moje mestá oplývať šťastím, ešte Pán poteší Sion a vyvolí si Jeruzalem.“

18 (CPDV) And I lifted up my eyes, and I saw. And behold: four horns.
18 (HEM) ואשא את עיני וארא והנה ארבע קרנות׃
18 ----

19 (CPDV) And I said to the angel, who was speaking with me, “What are these?” And he said to me, “These are the horns that have winnowed Judah and Israel and Jerusalem.”
19 (HEM) ואמר אל המלאך הדבר בי מה אלה ויאמר אלי אלה הקרנות אשר זרו את יהודה את ישראל וירושלם׃
19 ----

20 (CPDV) And the Lord showed me four workmen.
20 (HEM) ויראני יהוה ארבעה חרשים׃
20 ----

21 (CPDV) And I said, “What have these come to do?” He spoke, saying, “These are the horns that have winnowed Judah, through every single man, and none of them lifted up his head. And these have come to frighten them away, so as to cast down the horns of the Gentiles, which have lifted up a horn over the land of Judah, so as to scatter it.”
21 (HEM) ואמר מה אלה באים לעשות ויאמר לאמר אלה הקרנות אשר זרו את יהודה כפי איש לא נשא ראשו ויבאו אלה להחריד אתם לידות את קרנות הגוים הנשאים קרן אל ארץ יהודה לזרותה׃
