1 (HEM) אללי לי כי הייתי כאספי קיץ כעללת בציר אין אשכול לאכול בכורה אותה נפשי׃
1 (VUL) Vae mihi, quia factum est mihi sicut congregata messe, sicut collecta vindemia! Non est botrus ad comedendum, nec praecoqua ficus, quam desideravit anima mea.
1 (KAT) Beda mi, lebo som ako oberač ovocia, ako keď sa paberkuje vinica: niet strapca na zjedenie, ranej figy, ktorú by mi duša žiadala.
1 (UKJV) Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the gleaning of grapes of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the first-fruits fruit.

2 (HEM) אבד חסיד מן הארץ וישר באדם אין כלם לדמים יארבו איש את אחיהו יצודו חרם׃
2 (VUL) Periit pius de terra, et rectus in hominibus non est; omnes in sanguine insidiantur, vir fratrem suum rete venatur.
2 (KAT) Nábožný vymizol z krajiny a priameho niet medzi ľuďmi, všetci sliedia po krvi, druh na druha sieťou poľuje.
2 (UKJV) "The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net. "

3 (HEM) על הרע כפים להיטיב השר שאל והשפט בשלום והגדול דבר הות נפשו הוא ויעבתוה׃
3 (VUL) Ad malum manus eorum paratae sunt; princeps postulat, et iudex est pro mercede, et magnus manifestat desiderium animae suae; vae eis, qui pervertunt illud!
3 (KAT) Na zlo majú znamenité ruky: knieža - požaduje, sudca - za odmenu a mocnár vyslovuje túžbu svojej duše, ktorá je zhubná.
3 (UKJV) "That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asks, and the judge asks for a reward; and the great man, he utters his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up. "

4 (HEM) טובם כחדק ישר ממסוכה יום מצפיך פקדתך באה עתה תהיה מבוכתם׃
4 (VUL) Qui optimus in eis, est quasi paliurus, et, qui rectus, quasi spina de saepe; dies speculatorum tuorum, visitatio tua venit: nunc erit confusio eorum.
4 (KAT) Najlepší z nich je ako tŕň, priamy ako bodliak. Deň tvojich strážcov, tvoje navštívenie prichádza, teraz príde ich zrútenie.
4 (UKJV) "The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of your watchmen and your visitation comes; now shall be their perplexity. "

5 (HEM) אל תאמינו ברע אל תבטחו באלוף משכבת חיקך שמר פתחי פיך׃
5 (VUL) Nolite credere amico, nolite confidere in proximo; ab ea, quae dormit in sinu tuo, custodi claustra oris tui;
5 (KAT) Neverte blížnemu, nedôverujte priateľovi, pred tou, ktorá odpočíva v tvojom lone, stráž závoru svojich úst.
5 (UKJV) Trust all of you not in a friend, put all of you not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of your mouth from her that lies in your bosom.

6 (HEM) כי בן מנבל אב בת קמה באמה כלה בחמתה איבי איש אנשי ביתו׃
6 (VUL) quia filius contumeliam facit patri, filia consurgit adversus matrem suam, nurus adversus socrum suam: inimici hominis domestici eius.
6 (KAT) Lebo syn opovrhne otcom, dcéra sa postaví proti matke, nevesta proti svokre, každému sú nepriateľmi jeho domáci.
6 (UKJV) "For the son dishonours the father, the daughter rises up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house. "

7 (HEM) ואני ביהוה אצפה אוחילה לאלהי ישעי ישמעני אלהי׃
7 (VUL) Ego autem ad Dominum aspiciam, exspectabo Deum salvatorem meum; audiet me Deus meus.
7 (KAT) Ja však budem hľadieť na Pána, dôverovať budem v Boha svojej spásy; môj Boh ma vyslyší.
7 (UKJV) "Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me. "

8 (HEM) אל תשמחי איבתי לי כי נפלתי קמתי כי אשב בחשך יהוה אור לי׃
8 (VUL) Ne laeteris, inimica mea, super me quia cecidi: consurgam; cum sedeo in tenebris, Dominus lux mea est.
8 (KAT) Neteš sa zo mňa, nepriateľka moja, ak som padol, vstanem, ak sedím vo tme, Pán je mojím svetlom.
8 (UKJV) "Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me. "

9 (HEM) זעף יהוה אשא כי חטאתי לו עד אשר יריב ריבי ועשה משפטי יוציאני לאור אראה בצדקתו׃
9 (VUL) Iram Domini porto, quoniam peccavi ei, donec iudicet causam meam et faciat iudicium meum; educet me in lucem, videbo iustitiam eius.
9 (KAT) Znesiem Pánov hnev, lebo som zhrešil proti nemu, kým sa ujme môjho sporu a prisúdi mi právo, vyvedie ma na svetlo, uvidím jeho spravodlivosť.
9 (UKJV) I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.

10 (HEM) ותרא איבתי ותכסה בושה האמרה אלי איו יהוה אלהיך עיני תראינה בה עתה תהיה למרמס כטיט חוצות׃
10 (VUL) Et aspiciet inimica mea et operietur confusione, quae dicit ad me: “ Ubi est Dominus Deus tuus? ”. Oculi mei videbunt in eam; nunc erit in conculcationem ut lutum platearum.
10 (KAT) Uvidí to moja nepriateľka a pokryje ju hanba; tú, ktorá mi hovorila: „Kde je Pán, tvoj Boh?“ Moje oči budú na ňu hľadieť, vtedy ju pošliapem ako blato ulice.
10 (UKJV) Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD your God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

11 (HEM) יום לבנות גדריך יום ההוא ירחק חק׃
11 (VUL) Dies veniet ut aedificentur maceriae tuae; in die illa dilatabuntur fines tui.
11 (KAT) Prichádza deň, keď budú stavať tvoje múry; v ten deň sa rozšíri hranica.
11 (UKJV) In the day that your walls are to be built, in that day shall the decree be far removed.

12 (HEM) יום הוא ועדיך יבוא למני אשור וערי מצור ולמני מצור ועד נהר וים מים והר ההר׃
12 (VUL) In die illa usque ad te venient habitantes ab Assyria usque ad Aegyptum et ab Aegypto usque ad flumen et a mari usque ad mare et a monte usque ad montem.
12 (KAT) V ten deň prídu k tebe od Asýrska, od miest Egypta, od Týru až po Rieku a od mora k moru, od vrchu k vrchu.
12 (UKJV) In that day also he shall come even to you from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and from mountain to mountain.

13 (HEM) והיתה הארץ לשממה על ישביה מפרי מעלליהם׃
13 (VUL) Terra autem erit in desolationem propter habitatores suos et propter fructum operum eorum.
13 (KAT) Zem však bude spustošená pre jej obyvateľov, pre ovocie ich skutkov.
13 (UKJV) Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings.

14 (HEM) רעה עמך בשבטך צאן נחלתך שכני לבדד יער בתוך כרמל ירעו בשן וגלעד כימי עולם׃
14 (VUL) Pasce populum tuum in virga tua, gregem hereditatis tuae, habitantes solos in saltu, in medio hortorum; pascantur Basan et Galaad iuxta dies antiquos.
14 (KAT) Pas svoj ľud svojou berlou, svoje dedičné stádo, ktoré býva osamelé v hore uprostred Karmelu; nech spasú Bášan a Galaád ako za dávnych dní!
14 (UKJV) Feed your people with your rod, the flock of your heritage, which dwell solitarily in the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.

15 (HEM) כימי צאתך מארץ מצרים אראנו נפלאות׃
15 (VUL) Secundum dies egressionis tuae de terra Aegypti ostende nobis mirabilia.
15 (KAT) Ako v dňoch, keď si vychádzal z egyptskej krajiny, ukážem mu zázraky.
15 (UKJV) According to the days of your coming out of the land of Egypt will I show unto him marvellous things.

16 (HEM) יראו גוים ויבשו מכל גבורתם ישימו יד על פה אזניהם תחרשנה׃
16 (VUL) Videbunt gentes et confundentur super omni fortitudine sua, ponent manum super os, aures eorum surdae erunt;
16 (KAT) Národy uvidia a zahanbia sa napriek všetkej svojej sile, položia si ruku na ústa, uši im ohluchnú.
16 (UKJV) The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf.

17 (HEM) ילחכו עפר כנחש כזחלי ארץ ירגזו ממסגרתיהם אל יהוה אלהינו יפחדו ויראו ממך׃
17 (VUL) lingent pulverem sicut serpens, velut reptilia terrae. Trementes exibunt de aedibus suis " ad Dominum Deum nostrum " formidabunt et timebunt te.
17 (KAT) Budú lízať prach ako hady, ako zemeplazy; so strachom prídu zo svojich skrýš k Pánovi, nášmu Bohu; budú sa triasť a obávať sa teba.
17 (UKJV) They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of you.

18 (HEM) מי אל כמוך נשא עון ועבר על פשע לשארית נחלתו לא החזיק לעד אפו כי חפץ חסד הוא׃
18 (VUL) Quis Deus similis tui, qui aufers iniquitatem et transis peccatum reliquiarum hereditatis tuae? Non servat in aeternum furorem suum, quoniam volens misericordiam est.
18 (KAT) Kto je Boh ako ty, ktorý odpúšťaš hriechy, prejdeš ponad vinu zvyškov svojho dedičstva? Jeho hnev netrvá večne, lebo má záľubu v zľutovaní.
18 (UKJV) Who is a God like unto you, that pardons iniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retains not his anger for ever, because he delights in mercy.

19 (HEM) ישוב ירחמנו יכבש עונתינו ותשליך במצלות ים כל חטאותם׃
19 (VUL) Revertetur et miserebitur nostri, calcabit iniquitates nostras et proiciet in profundum maris omnia peccata nostra.
19 (KAT) Zase sa zmiluje nad nami, zmyje naše hriechy a do morských hlbín zahodí všetky naše viny.
19 (UKJV) "He will return, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and you will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. "

20 (HEM) תתן אמת ליעקב חסד לאברהם אשר נשבעת לאבתינו מימי קדם׃
20 (VUL) Dabis veritatem Iacob, misericordiam Abraham, quae iurasti patribus nostris a diebus antiquis.
20 (KAT) Preukáž vernosť Jakubovi, milosrdenstvo Abrahámovi; ako si sa zaprisahal našim otcom od pradávnych dní.
20 (UKJV) You will perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which you have sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
