Kniha proroka Amosa

1 (SVD) رأيت السيد قائما على المذبح فقال اضرب تاج العمود حتى ترجف الاعتاب وكسّرها على رؤوس جميعهم فأقتل آخرهم بالسيف. لا يهرب منهم هارب ولا يفلت منهم ناج.
1 (VUL) Vidi Dominum stantem super altare, et dixit: “Percute capitellum, et commoveantur superliminaria; frange eos in capite omnes, et novissimum eorum in gladio interficiam; non fugiet ex eis fugitivus, et non salvabitur superstes eis.
1 (KAT) Videl som Pána stáť pri oltári. I riekol: „Prašti hlavicu tak, aby sa zatriasli trámy; dolám im ich všetkým na hlavách a ostatok z nich mečom pobijem; zbeh od nich neutečie a kto ostane, nezachráni sa.
1 (UKJV) "I saw the LORD standing upon the altar: and he said, Strike the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that flees of them shall not flee away, and he that escapes of them shall not be delivered. "

2 (SVD) ان نقبوا الى الهاوية فمن هناك تاخذهم يدي وان صعدوا الى السماء فمن هناك انزلهم.
2 (VUL) Si descenderint usque ad infernum, inde manus mea educet eos; et si ascenderint usque in caelum, inde detraham eos.
2 (KAT) Ak vniknú do podsvetia, moja ruka ich odtiaľ donesie, a ak vystúpia do neba, aj odtiaľ ich stiahnem.
2 (UKJV) "Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down: "

3 (SVD) وان اختبأوا في راس الكرمل فمن هناك افتش وآخذهم وان اختفوا من امام عينيّ في قعر البحر فمن هناك آمر الحيّة فتلدغهم.
3 (VUL) Et si absconditi fuerint in vertice Carmeli, inde quaeram et auferam eos; et si celaverint se ab oculis meis in profundo maris, ibi mandabo serpenti, et mordebit eos;
3 (KAT) Ak sa schovajú na vrcholci Karmelu, vysliedim ich a donesiem odtiaľ a ak sa mi schovajú pred očami na morské dno, tak rozkážem hadovi a uhryzne ich.
3 (UKJV) "And though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out thence; and though they be hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, thence will I command the serpent, and he shall bite them: "

4 (SVD) وان مضوا في السبي امام اعدائهم فمن هناك آمر السيف فيقتلهم واجعل عينيّ عليهم للشر لا للخير
4 (VUL) et si abierint in captivitatem coram inimicis suis, ibi mandabo gladio, et occidet eos, et ponam oculos meos super eos in malum et non in bonum ”.
4 (KAT) Ak pôjdu do zajatia pred svojimi nepriateľmi, tam rozkážem meču a zabije ich, upriem na nich svoje oči na nešťastie, a nie na blaho.“
4 (UKJV) And though they go into captivity before their enemies, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.

5 (SVD) والسيد رب الجنود الذي يمسّ الارض فتذوب وينوح الساكنون فيها وتطمو كلها كنهر وتنضب كنيل مصر
5 (VUL) Et Dominus, Deus exercituum, qui tangit terram, et tabescet. Et lugebunt omnes habitantes in ea; et ascendet sicut fluvius ea omnis et decrescet sicut flumen Aegypti.
5 (KAT) Pán, Jahve zástupov, sa dotkne zeme a tá sa zatrasie a žialiť budú všetci, čo na nej bývajú, bude vystupovať celá ako Níl a upadať ako rieka Egypta.
5 (UKJV) "And the Lord GOD of hosts is he that touches the land, and it shall melt, and all that dwell therein shall mourn: and it shall rise up wholly like a flood; and shall be drowned, as by the flood of Egypt. "

6 (SVD) الذي بنى في السماء علاليه وأسّس على الارض قبّته الذي يدعو مياه البحر ويصبها على وجه الارض يهوه اسمه
6 (VUL) Qui aedificat in caelo ascensus suos et cameram suam super terram fundat, qui vocat aquas maris et effundit eas super faciem terrae; Dominus nomen eius.
6 (KAT) On stavia v nebesiach svoju hornú sieň, jej klenbu zasadil do zeme; on privoláva vody mora a rozlieva ich po povrchu zeme, Jahve je jeho meno. „Synovia Izraela, nie ste vy pre mňa ako synovia Etiópie? - hovorí Pán.
6 (UKJV) "It is he that builds his stories in the heaven, and has founded his troop in the earth; he that calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name. "

7 (SVD) ألستم لي كبني الكوشيين يا بني اسرائيل يقول الرب. ألم اصعد اسرائيل من ارض مصر والفلسطينيين من كفتور والاراميين من قير.
7 (VUL) “ Numquid non ut filii Aethiopum vos estis mihi, filii Israel?, ait Dominus. Numquid non Israel ascendere feci de terra Aegypti et Philisthim de Caphtor et Syros de Cir?
7 (KAT) Či som nevyviedol Izrael z egyptskej krajiny, Filištíncov z Kaftoru a Aramejčanov z Kíru?
7 (UKJV) Are all of you not as children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel? says the LORD. Have not I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt? and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?

8 (SVD) هوذا عينا السيد الرب على المملكة الخاطئة وابيدها عن وجه الارض غير اني لا ابيد بيت يعقوب تماما يقول الرب.
8 (VUL) Ecce oculi Domini Dei super regnum peccans, et conteram illud a facie terrae; verumtamen conterens non conteram domum Iacob, dicit Dominus.
8 (KAT) Hľa, oči Pána, Jahveho, spočívajú na hriešnom kráľovstve: Ja ho zmetiem z povrchu zeme, lenže nezmetiem úplne dom Jakubov - hovorí Pán.
8 (UKJV) "Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, says the LORD. "

9 (SVD) لانه هانذا آمر فاغربل بيت اسرائيل بين جميع الامم كما يغربل في الغربال وحبة لا تقع الى الارض.
9 (VUL) Ecce enim mandabo ego et concutiam in omnibus gentibus domum Israel, sicut concutitur triticum in cribro, et non cadet lapillus super terram.
9 (KAT) Hľa, ja dám príkaz a rozosejem synov Izraela medzi všetky národy, ako sa osieva na riečici, že kamienok nepadne na zem.
9 (UKJV) For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, like corn is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth.

10 (SVD) بالسيف يموت كل خاطئي شعبي القائلين لا يقترب الشر ولا يأتي بيننا
10 (VUL) In gladio morientur omnes peccatores populi mei, qui dicunt: “Non appropinquabit et non veniet super nos malum”.
10 (KAT) Mečom zomrú všetci hriešnici môjho ľudu, ktorí hovoria: »Nedostihne a nepredbehne nás nešťastie.«
10 (UKJV) All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, which say, The evil shall not overtake nor prevent us.

11 (SVD) في ذلك اليوم اقيم مظلّة داود الساقطة واحصّن شقوقها واقيم ردمها وابنيها كايام الدهر.
11 (VUL) In die illa suscitabo tabernaculum David, quod cecidit, et reaedificabo rupturas eius; et ea, quae corruerant, instaurabo et reaedificabo illud sicut diebus antiquis,
11 (KAT) V ten deň vyzdvihnem padnutú Dávidovu chalupu, zamurujem jej trhliny, postavím jej sutiny a vybudujem ju ako kedysi.
11 (UKJV) "In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old: "

12 (SVD) لكي يرثوا بقية ادوم وجميع الامم الذين دعي اسمي عليهم يقول الرب الصانع هذا.
12 (VUL) ut possideant reliquias Edom et omnes nationes, super quas invocatum est nomen meum, dicit Dominus, qui faciet haec.
12 (KAT) Aby ovládli zvyšky Edomu a všetky národy, nad ktorými sa vzýva moje meno, hovorí Pán, ktorý to urobí.
12 (UKJV) That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, says the LORD that does this.

13 (SVD) ها ايام تأتي يقول الرب يدرك الحارث الحاصد ودائس العنب باذر الزرع وتقطر الجبال عصيرا وتسيل جميع التلال.
13 (VUL) Ecce dies veniunt, dicit Dominus, et comprehendet arator messorem, et calcator uvae mittentem semen; et stillabunt montes mustum, et omnes colles liquefient.
13 (KAT) Hľa, prídu dni - hovorí Pán, keď sa oráč ženca bude dotýkať a šliapač hrozna toho, čo seje semeno; vrchy budú pretekať muštom a všetky kopce sa budú roztekať.
13 (UKJV) "Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that sows seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt. "

14 (SVD) وارد سبي شعبي اسرائيل فيبنون مدنا خربة ويسكنون ويغرسون كروما ويشربون خمرها ويصنعون جنّات ويأكلون اثمارها.
14 (VUL) Et convertam captivitatem populi mei Israel; et aedificabunt civitates vastatas et inhabitabunt et plantabunt vineas et bibent vinum earum et facient hortos et comedent fructus eorum.
14 (KAT) Vtedy obrátim osud svojho ľudu, Izraela, budú stavať a obývať spustošené mestá, budú sadiť vinice a piť ich víno, narobia si záhrad a budú jesť ich ovocie.
14 (UKJV) "And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. "

15 (SVD) واغرسهم في ارضهم ولن يقلعوا بعد من ارضهم التي اعطيتهم قال الرب الهك
15 (VUL) Et plantabo eos super humum suam, et non evellentur ultra de terra sua, quam dedi eis ”, dicit Dominus Deus tuus.
15 (KAT) Vtedy ich zasadím do ich pôdy a viac ich nevytrhnú z ich pôdy, ktorú som im dal“ - hovorí Pán, tvoj Boh.
15 (UKJV) And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, says the LORD your God.
