Kniha Levitikus

1 (HEM) לא תעשו לכם אלילם ופסל ומצבה לא תקימו לכם ואבן משכית לא תתנו בארצכם להשתחות עליה כי אני יהוה אלהיכם׃
1 (UKJV) All of you shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall all of you set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.

2 (HEM) את שבתתי תשמרו ומקדשי תיראו אני יהוה׃
2 (UKJV) All of you shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.

3 (HEM) אם בחקתי תלכו ואת מצותי תשמרו ועשיתם אתם׃
3 (UKJV) "If all of you walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; "

4 (HEM) ונתתי גשמיכם בעתם ונתנה הארץ יבולה ועץ השדה יתן פריו׃
4 (UKJV) Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

5 (HEM) והשיג לכם דיש את בציר ובציר ישיג את זרע ואכלתם לחמכם לשבע וישבתם לבטח בארצכם׃
5 (UKJV) And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and all of you shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

6 (HEM) ונתתי שלום בארץ ושכבתם ואין מחריד והשבתי חיה רעה מן הארץ וחרב לא תעבר בארצכם׃
6 (UKJV) And I will give peace in the land, and all of you shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

7 (HEM) ורדפתם את איביכם ונפלו לפניכם לחרב׃
7 (UKJV) And all of you shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

8 (HEM) ורדפו מכם חמשה מאה ומאה מכם רבבה ירדפו ונפלו איביכם לפניכם לחרב׃
8 (UKJV) And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

9 (HEM) ופניתי אליכם והפריתי אתכם והרביתי אתכם והקימתי את בריתי אתכם׃
9 (UKJV) For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.

10 (HEM) ואכלתם ישן נושן וישן מפני חדש תוציאו׃
10 (UKJV) And all of you shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.

11 (HEM) ונתתי משכני בתוככם ולא תגעל נפשי אתכם׃
11 (UKJV) And I set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not detest you.

12 (HEM) והתהלכתי בתוככם והייתי לכם לאלהים ואתם תהיו לי לעם׃
12 (UKJV) And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and all of you shall be my people.

13 (HEM) אני יהוה אלהיכם אשר הוצאתי אתכם מארץ מצרים מהית להם עבדים ואשבר מטת עלכם ואולך אתכם קוממיות׃
13 (UKJV) "I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that all of you should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright. "

14 (HEM) ואם לא תשמעו לי ולא תעשו את כל המצות האלה׃
14 (UKJV) "But if all of you will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; "

15 (HEM) ואם בחקתי תמאסו ואם את משפטי תגעל נפשכם לבלתי עשות את כל מצותי להפרכם את בריתי׃
15 (UKJV) And if all of you shall despise my statutes, or if your soul detest my judgments, so that all of you will not do all my commandments, but that all of you break my covenant:

16 (HEM) אף אני אעשה זאת לכם והפקדתי עליכם בהלה את השחפת ואת הקדחת מכלות עינים ומדיבת נפש וזרעתם לריק זרעכם ואכלהו איביכם׃
16 (UKJV) "I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and all of you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. "

17 (HEM) ונתתי פני בכם ונגפתם לפני איביכם ורדו בכם שנאיכם ונסתם ואין רדף אתכם׃
17 (UKJV) "And I will set my face against you, and all of you shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and all of you shall flee when none pursues you. "

18 (HEM) ואם עד אלה לא תשמעו לי ויספתי ליסרה אתכם שבע על חטאתיכם׃
18 (UKJV) And if all of you will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

19 (HEM) ושברתי את גאון עזכם ונתתי את שמיכם כברזל ואת ארצכם כנחשה׃
19 (UKJV) "And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass: "

20 (HEM) ותם לריק כחכם ולא תתן ארצכם את יבולה ועץ הארץ לא יתן פריו׃
20 (UKJV) And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.

21 (HEM) ואם תלכו עמי קרי ולא תאבו לשמע לי ויספתי עליכם מכה שבע כחטאתיכם׃
21 (UKJV) "And if all of you walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins. "

22 (HEM) והשלחתי בכם את חית השדה ושכלה אתכם והכריתה את בהמתכם והמעיטה אתכם ונשמו דרכיכם׃
22 (UKJV) "I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate. "

23 (HEM) ואם באלה לא תוסרו לי והלכתם עמי קרי׃
23 (UKJV) "And if all of you will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me; "

24 (HEM) והלכתי אף אני עמכם בקרי והכיתי אתכם גם אני שבע על חטאתיכם׃
24 (UKJV) Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.

25 (HEM) והבאתי עליכם חרב נקמת נקם ברית ונאספתם אל עריכם ושלחתי דבר בתוככם ונתתם ביד אויב׃
25 (UKJV) "And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when all of you are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and all of you shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy. "

26 (HEM) בשברי לכם מטה לחם ואפו עשר נשים לחמכם בתנור אחד והשיבו לחמכם במשקל ואכלתם ולא תשבעו׃
26 (UKJV) And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and all of you shall eat, and not be satisfied.

27 (HEM) ואם בזאת לא תשמעו לי והלכתם עמי בקרי׃
27 (UKJV) "And if all of you will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; "

28 (HEM) והלכתי עמכם בחמת קרי ויסרתי אתכם אף אני שבע על חטאתיכם׃
28 (UKJV) "Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. "

29 (HEM) ואכלתם בשר בניכם ובשר בנתיכם תאכלו׃
29 (UKJV) And all of you shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall all of you eat.

30 (HEM) והשמדתי את במתיכם והכרתי את חמניכם ונתתי את פגריכם על פגרי גלוליכם וגעלה נפשי אתכם׃
30 (UKJV) And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcasses upon the carcasses of your idols, and my soul shall detest you.

31 (HEM) ונתתי את עריכם חרבה והשמותי את מקדשיכם ולא אריח בריח ניחחכם׃
31 (UKJV) And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.

32 (HEM) והשמתי אני את הארץ ושממו עליה איביכם הישבים בה׃
32 (UKJV) And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.

33 (HEM) ואתכם אזרה בגוים והריקתי אחריכם חרב והיתה ארצכם שממה ועריכם יהיו חרבה׃
33 (UKJV) And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.

34 (HEM) אז תרצה הארץ את שבתתיה כל ימי השמה ואתם בארץ איביכם אז תשבת הארץ והרצת את שבתתיה׃
34 (UKJV) "Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lies desolate, and all of you be in your enemies' land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths. "

35 (HEM) כל ימי השמה תשבת את אשר לא שבתה בשבתתיכם בשבתכם עליה׃
35 (UKJV) "As long as it lies desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when all of you dwelt upon it. "

36 (HEM) והנשארים בכם והבאתי מרך בלבבם בארצת איביהם ורדף אתם קול עלה נדף ונסו מנסת חרב ונפלו ואין רדף׃
36 (UKJV) "And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursues. "

37 (HEM) וכשלו איש באחיו כמפני חרב ורדף אין ולא תהיה לכם תקומה לפני איביכם׃
37 (UKJV) And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursues: and all of you shall have no power to stand before your enemies.

38 (HEM) ואבדתם בגוים ואכלה אתכם ארץ איביכם׃
38 (UKJV) And all of you shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.

39 (HEM) והנשארים בכם ימקו בעונם בארצת איביכם ואף בעונת אבתם אתם ימקו׃
39 (UKJV) "And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies' lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them. "

40 (HEM) והתודו את עונם ואת עון אבתם במעלם אשר מעלו בי ואף אשר הלכו עמי בקרי׃
40 (UKJV) "If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me; "

41 (HEM) אף אני אלך עמם בקרי והבאתי אתם בארץ איביהם או אז יכנע לבבם הערל ואז ירצו את עונם׃
41 (UKJV) "And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity: "

42 (HEM) וזכרתי את בריתי יעקוב ואף את בריתי יצחק ואף את בריתי אברהם אזכר והארץ אזכר׃
42 (UKJV) "Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land. "

43 (HEM) והארץ תעזב מהם ותרץ את שבתתיה בהשמה מהם והם ירצו את עונם יען וביען במשפטי מאסו ואת חקתי געלה נפשם׃
43 (UKJV) The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lies desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.

44 (HEM) ואף גם זאת בהיותם בארץ איביהם לא מאסתים ולא געלתים לכלתם להפר בריתי אתם כי אני יהוה אלהיהם׃
44 (UKJV) And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I detest them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God.

45 (HEM) וזכרתי להם ברית ראשנים אשר הוצאתי אתם מארץ מצרים לעיני הגוים להית להם לאלהים אני יהוה׃
45 (UKJV) But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.

46 (HEM) אלה החקים והמשפטים והתורת אשר נתן יהוה בינו ובין בני ישראל בהר סיני ביד משה׃
46 (UKJV) These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
