1 (KAT) Pán zavolal Mojžiša a vravel mu zo stánku zjavenia:
1 (VUL) Vocavit autem Moysen et locu tus est ei Dominus de tabernacu lo conventus dicens:
1 (UKJV) And the LORD called unto Moses, and spoke unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,

2 (KAT) „Hovor Izraelitom a povedz im: Ak niekto z vás prinesie Pánovi obetu z dobytka, prinesiete svoju obetu z hovädzieho dobytka a stád.
2 (VUL) “ Loquere filiis Israel et dices ad eos: Homo, qui obtulerit ex vobis hostiam Domino de animalibus domesticis, de bobus et pecoribus offerens victimas,
2 (UKJV) Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering unto the LORD, all of you shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of the flock.

3 (KAT) Ak jeho obeta bude celostnou žertvou z hovädzieho dobytka, nech privedie bezchybného samca ku vchodu do stánku zjavenia, aby sa zaľúbil Pánovi.
3 (VUL) si holocaustum fuerit eius oblatio de armento, masculum immaculatum offeret ad ostium tabernaculi conventus ad placandum sibi Dominum;
3 (UKJV) If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD.

4 (KAT) Položí ruku na hlavu žertvy, aby bola so záľubou prijatá a získala mu odpustenie.
4 (VUL) ponetque manum super caput hostiae, et acceptabilis erit atque in expiationem eius proficiens.
4 (UKJV) "And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him. "

5 (KAT) Potom býka zabije pred Pánom a Áronovi synovia, kňazi, budú obetovať krv a rozlejú krv vôkol oltára, ktorý je naproti vchodu do stánku zjavenia.
5 (VUL) Immolabitque vitulum coram Domino, et offerent filii Aaron sacerdotes sanguinem eius aspergentes per altaris circuitum, quod est ante ostium tabernaculi conventus.
5 (UKJV) And he shall kill the bullock before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall bring the blood, and sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

6 (KAT) Potom žertve stiahne kožu a rozseká ju na kusy.
6 (VUL) Detracta pelle, hostiam offerens in frusta concidet;
6 (UKJV) And he shall flay the burnt offering, and cut it into his pieces.

7 (KAT) Áronovi synovia, kňazi, dajú na oltár oheň a na oheň naložia dreva.
7 (VUL) et filii Aaron sacerdotis ponent in altari ignem, strueque lignorum super ignem composita,
7 (UKJV) And the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire upon the altar, and lay the wood in order upon the fire:

8 (KAT) Nato Áronovi synovia, kňazi, poukladajú kusy, hlavu a loj na drevo, čo je na oltári na ohni.
8 (VUL) membra, quae caesa sunt, desuper ordinabunt, caput videlicet et adipem.
8 (UKJV) And the priests, Aaron's sons, shall lay the parts, the head, and the fat, in order upon the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar:

9 (KAT) Vnútornosti a nohy však poumýva vodou a kňaz to dá všetko spáliť na oltári ako celostnú žertvu, zápalnú obetu príjemnej vône pre Pána.
9 (VUL) Intestina autem et crura offerens lavabit aqua adolebitque ea sacerdos super altare in holocaustum, incensum suavissimi odoris Domino.
9 (UKJV) But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the altar, to be a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.

10 (KAT) Ak bude jeho obeta celostnou obetou zo stáda, ovca alebo koza, nech privedie bezchybného samca.
10 (VUL) Quod si de pecoribus eius oblatio est, de ovibus sive de capris holocaustum, masculum absque macula offeret;
10 (UKJV) "And if his offering be of the flocks, namely, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt sacrifice; he shall bring it a male without blemish. "

11 (KAT) Zabije ho na severnej strane oltára pred Pánom a Áronovi synovia, kňazi, rozlejú jeho krv vôkol oltára.
11 (VUL) immolabitque ad latus altaris, quod respicit ad aquilonem, coram Domino. Sanguinem vero illius aspergent contra altare filii Aaron sacerdotes per circuitum;
11 (UKJV) And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall sprinkle his blood round about upon the altar.

12 (KAT) Rozseká ho na kusy a kňaz ich položí s hlavou a lojom na drevo, čo je na oltári na ohni.
12 (VUL) dividetque offerens membra, caput et adipem, et sacerdos imponet ea super ligna, quibus subest ignis in altari.
12 (UKJV) And he shall cut it into his pieces, with his head and his fat: and the priest shall lay them in order on the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar:

13 (KAT) Vnútornosti však a nôžky umyje vodou a kňaz vezme všetko spolu a dá to spáliť na oltári ako celostnú žertvu, zápalnú obetu príjemnej vône pre Pána.
13 (VUL) Intestina vero et crura lavabit offerens aqua, et oblata omnia adolebit sacerdos super altare: holocaustum est et incensum odoris suavissimi Domino.
13 (UKJV) But he shall wash the inwards and the legs with water: and the priest shall bring it all, and burn it upon the altar: it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.

14 (KAT) Ak bude jeho obeta Pánovi celostnou žertvou z vtáctva, nech prinesie hrdličky alebo holúbky.
14 (VUL) Sin autem de avibus holocausti oblatio fuerit Domino, offeret de turturibus aut pullis columbae oblationem suam.
14 (UKJV) And if the burnt sacrifice for his offering to the LORD be of fowls, then he shall bring his offering of turtledoves, or of young pigeons.

15 (KAT) Kňaz ju zanesie na oltár, odreže jej hlavu a spáli ju na oltári. Jej krv vycedí na oltárnu stenu.
15 (VUL) Et sacerdos afferet eam ad altare; retortum ad collum caput adolebit in altari, sanguisque eius exprimetur contra parietem altaris.
15 (UKJV) "And the priest shall bring it unto the altar, and wring off his head, and burn it on the altar; and the blood thereof shall be wrung out at the side of the altar: "

16 (KAT) Potom jej odstráni hrvoľ a perie a hodí to za oltár na východnú stranu, na miesto, kde sa vysypáva popol.
16 (VUL) Vesiculam vero gutturis et plumas proiciet offerens prope altare ad orientalem plagam in loco, in quo cineres effundi solent;
16 (UKJV) And he shall pluck away his crop with his feathers, and cast it beside the altar on the east part, by the place of the ashes:

17 (KAT) Potom jej vytrhne krídla, ale neodhodí ich, a dá ju kňazovi spáliť na oltári na dreve, čo je nad ohňom, ako celostnú žertvu, zápalnú obetu príjemnej vône pre Pána.
17 (VUL) confringetque eam inter alas, quas non secabit, et adolebit eam sacerdos super altare, lignis super ignem positis: holocaustum est et incensum suavissimi odoris Domino.
17 (UKJV) And he shall cleave it with the wings thereof, but shall not divide it asunder: and the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon the wood that is upon the fire: it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
