Kniha proroka Ezechiela

1 (KAT) Potom ma viedol späť ku bráne domu a hľa, spod prahu domu na východ vyvierala voda; dom totiž bol obrátený na východ a voda prúdila spod pravej strany chrámu, južne od oltára.
1 (VUL) Et convertit me ad portam domus, et ecce aquae egre diebantur subter limen domus ad orientem; facies enim domus respiciebat ad orientem, aquae autem descendebant a latere templi dextro a meridie altaris.
1 (UKJV) "Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar. "

2 (KAT) I zaviedol ma smerom k severnej bráne a obrátil ma po ceste von ku vonkajšej bráne, obrátenej na východ, a hľa, voda prúdila z pravej strany.
2 (VUL) Et eduxit me per viam portae aquilonis et convertit me ad viam foras ad portam exteriorem, quae respiciebat ad orientem; et ecce aquae exeuntes a latere dextro.
2 (UKJV) "Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looks eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side. "

3 (KAT) Keď muž s meradlom v ruke prechádzal na východ, odmeral tisíc lakťov a previedol ma cez vodu; voda bola po členky.
3 (VUL) Cum egrederetur vir ad orientem, qui habebat funiculum in manu sua, mensus est mille cubitos et traduxit me per aquam usque ad talos.
3 (UKJV) "And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ankles. "

4 (KAT) Opäť odmeral tisíc a previedol ma cez vodu; voda siahala po kolená. Zasa odmeral tisíc a previedol ma, voda bola po pás.
4 (VUL) Rursumque mensus est mille et traduxit me per aquam usque ad genua.
4 (UKJV) "Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through; the waters were to the loins. "

5 (KAT) Potom odmeral tisíc: rieka, cez ktorú som nemohol prejsť, lebo voda vzrástla, že bolo treba po nej plávať. Bola to rieka, ktorá sa neprebrodí.
5 (VUL) Et mensus est mille et traduxit me per aquam usque ad renes. Et mensus est mille; torrens, quem non potui pertransire, quoniam intumuerant aquae, aquae ad natandum; torrens, qui non poterat transvadari.

6 (KAT) I riekol mi: „Videl si, syn človeka?“ Potom ma znovu zaviedol na breh rieky.

7 (KAT) Keď som sa obrátil, hľa, bolo na brehu rieky z jednej i druhej strany veľké množstvo stromov!
7 (VUL) Cumque me convertissem, ecce in ripa torrentis ligna multa nimis ex utraque parte;
7 (UKJV) Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.

8 (KAT) Povedal mi: „Táto voda prúdi do východného kraja a steká na púšť, ústi do mora, a keď sa vleje do mora, voda sa uzdraví.
8 (VUL) et ait ad me: “ Aquae istae, quae egrediuntur ad regionem orientalem et descendunt ad Arabam, intrabunt mare, aquas salsas, et sanabuntur aquae:
8 (UKJV) Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.

9 (KAT) A každý živočích, ktorý sa hýbe, bude žiť tam, kde táto rieka príde; bude veľké množstvo rýb, keď tam táto voda príde; uzdraví sa a bude žiť všetko, k čomu táto rieka dôjde.
9 (VUL) et omnis anima vivens, quae movetur, quocumque venerit torrens, vivet, et erunt pisces multi satis, postquam venerint illuc aquae istae, et sanabuntur et vivent omnia, ad quae venerit torrens.
9 (UKJV) "And it shall come to pass, that every thing that lives, which moves, anywhere the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live where the river comes. "

10 (KAT) Budú nad ňou stáť rybári; od Engadu po Engalim budú miesta na rozostieranie sietí; budú v nej tie druhy rýb, čo vo Veľkom mori, v množstve veľmi veľkom.
10 (VUL) Et stabunt super mare piscatores; ab Engaddi usque ad Engallim siccatio sagenarum erit; plurimae species erunt piscium eius, sicut pisces maris Magni, multitudinis nimiae.
10 (UKJV) "And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from Engedi even unto Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many. "

11 (KAT) Jej kaluže a močariská sa však neuzdravia, budú prenechané soli.
11 (VUL) Palustria autem eius et stagna non sanabuntur, quia in salinas dabuntur.
11 (UKJV) "But the miry places thereof and the marishes thereof shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt. "

12 (KAT) A pri rieke, na jej brehu, z jednej i druhej strany budú rásť rozličné ovocné stromy, ich lístie neuvädne a ich ovocie nepominie. Každý mesiac budú mať prvotiny, lebo ich vody vyvierajú zo svätyne. Preto ich ovocie bude na pokrm a ich lístie na liek.“
12 (VUL) Et super torrentem orietur in ripis eius ex utraque parte omne lignum pomiferum; non defluet folium ex eo, et non deficiet fructus eius: per singulos menses afferet primitiva, quia aquae eius de sanctuario egredientur, et erunt fructus eius in cibum, et folia eius ad medicinam.
12 (UKJV) And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for food, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for food, and the leaf thereof for medicine.

13 (KAT) Toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: „Toto sú hranice, v ktorých si podelíte krajinu podľa dvanástich kmeňov Izraela - Jozefovi dvojdiel.

14 (UKJV) And all of you shall inherit it, one as well as another: concerning the which I lifted up mine hand to give it unto your fathers: and this land shall fall unto you for inheritance.

15 (KAT) Toto je hranica krajiny od severu: od Veľkého mora smerom na Hetalon, kadiaľ sa ide do Sedadu,
15 (VUL) Hic est autem terminus terrae: ad plagam septentrionalem a mari Magno via Hethalon ad introitum Emath,
15 (UKJV) "And this shall be the border of the land toward the north side, from the great sea, the way of Hethlon, as men go to Zedad; "

16 (KAT) Emat, Berota, Sabarim, ktorý leží medzi územím Damasku a územím Ematu; stredný Haser, ktorý leží na hranici Hauranu.

18 (KAT) Východný okraj však medzi Hauranom, medzi Damaskom, medzi Galaádom a medzi krajinou Izraela bude Jordán, ponad Východné more až po Tamar. To je východný okraj.

19 (KAT) Okraj južný, na juh: od Tamaru až po Vody protirečenia Kádeša, popri potoku až po Veľké more. To je južný okraj, na juh.
19 (VUL) Plaga autem australis meridiana a Thamar usque ad aquas Meribathcades et torrentem usque ad mare Magnum; haec est plaga ad meridiem australis.
19 (UKJV) And the south side southward, from Tamar even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the great sea. And this is the south side southward.

20 (KAT) A západný okraj: Veľké more od hranice až potiaľ, kde sa ide do Ematu. To je západný okraj.
20 (VUL) Et plaga maris, mare Magnum a confinio per directum, donec venias Emath; haec est plaga maris.
20 (UKJV) The west side also shall be the great sea from the border, till a man come opposite to Hamath. This is the west side.

21 (KAT) Túto krajinu si rozdelíte podľa kmeňov Izraela. Rozdelíte ju žrebom za dedičstvo sebe i cudzincom, ktorí bývajú medzi vami, ktorí uprostred vás splodili synov. Ich pokladajte medzi synmi Izraela za rovných s domorodcami a budú si žrebovať dedičstvo medzi kmeňmi Izraela.
21 (VUL) Et dividetis terram istam vobis per tribus Israel
21 (UKJV) So shall all of you divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel.

22 (KAT) Dedičstvo mu dáte v tom kmeni, s ktorým cudzinec je,“ hovorí Pán, Jahve.

"

23 (VUL) in tribu autem quacumque fuerit advena, ibi dabitis possessionem illi, ait Dominus Deus.
23 (UKJV) And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourns, there shall all of you give him his inheritance, says the Lord GOD.
