1 (HEM) ויהי דבר יהוה אלי לאמר׃
1 (UKJV) The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,

2 (HEM) ואתה בן אדם שא על צר קינה׃
2 (UKJV) "Now, you son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyrus; "

3 (HEM) ואמרת לצור הישבתי על מבואת ים רכלת העמים אל איים רבים כה אמר אדני יהוה צור את אמרת אני כלילת יפי׃
3 (UKJV) "And say unto Tyrus, O you that are situated at the entry of the sea, which are a merchant of the people for many isles, Thus says the Lord GOD; O Tyrus, you have said, I am of perfect beauty. "

4 (HEM) בלב ימים גבוליך בניך כללו יפיך׃
4 (UKJV) Your borders are in the midst of the seas, your builders have perfected your beauty.

5 (HEM) ברושים משניר בנו לך את כל לחתים ארז מלבנון לקחו לעשות תרן עליך׃
5 (UKJV) They have made all your ship boards of fir trees of Senir: they have taken cedars from Lebanon to make masts for you.

6 (HEM) אלונים מבשן עשו משוטיך קרשך עשו שן בת אשרים מאיי כתים׃
6 (UKJV) "Of the oaks of Bashan have they made your oars; the company of the Ashurites have made your benches of ivory, brought out of the isles of Chittim. "

7 (HEM) שש ברקמה ממצרים היה מפרשך להיות לך לנס תכלת וארגמן מאיי אלישה היה מכסך׃
7 (UKJV) "Fine linen with broidered work from Egypt was that which you spread forth to be your sail; blue and purple from the isles of Elishah was that which covered you. "

8 (HEM) ישבי צידון וארוד היו שטים לך חכמיך צור היו בך המה חבליך׃
8 (UKJV) The inhabitants of Zidon and Arvad were your seamen: your wise men, O Tyrus, that were in you, were your pilots.

9 (HEM) זקני גבל וחכמיה היו בך מחזיקי בדקך כל אניות הים ומלחיהם היו בך לערב מערבך׃
9 (UKJV) The ancients of Gebal and the wise men thereof were in you your repairer of breaches: all the ships of the sea with their seamen were in you to occupy your merchandise.

10 (HEM) פרס ולוד ופוט היו בחילך אנשי מלחמתך מגן וכובע תלו בך המה נתנו הדרך׃
10 (UKJV) "They of Persia and of Lud and of Phut were in your army, your men of war: they hanged the shield and helmet in you; they set forth your loveliness. "

11 (HEM) בני ארוד וחילך על חומותיך סביב וגמדים במגדלותיך היו שלטיהם תלו על חומותיך סביב המה כללו יפיך׃
11 (UKJV) "The men of Arvad with your army were upon your walls round about, and the Gammadims (p. mercenaries) were in your towers: they hanged their shields upon your walls round about; they have made your beauty perfect. "

12 (HEM) תרשיש סחרתך מרב כל הון בכסף ברזל בדיל ועופרת נתנו עזבוניך׃
12 (UKJV) "Tarshish was your merchant by reason of the multitude of all kind of riches; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they traded in your fairs. "

13 (HEM) יון תבל ומשך המה רכליך בנפש אדם וכלי נחשת נתנו מערבך׃
13 (UKJV) Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were your merchants: they traded the persons of men and vessels of brass in your market.

14 (HEM) מבית תוגרמה סוסים ופרשים ופרדים נתנו עזבוניך׃
14 (UKJV) They of the house of Togarmah traded in your fairs with horses and horsemen and mules.

15 (HEM) בני דדן רכליך איים רבים סחרת ידך קרנות שן והובנים השיבו אשכרך׃
15 (UKJV) "The men of Dedan were your merchants; many isles were the merchandise of your hand: they brought you for a present horns of ivory and ebony. "

16 (HEM) ארם סחרתך מרב מעשיך בנפך ארגמן ורקמה ובוץ וראמת וכדכד נתנו בעזבוניך׃
16 (UKJV) Syria was your merchant by reason of the multitude of the wares of your making: they occupied in your fairs with emeralds, purple, and broidered work, and fine linen, and coral, and agate.

17 (HEM) יהודה וארץ ישראל המה רכליך בחטי מנית ופנג ודבש ושמן וצרי נתנו מערבך׃
17 (UKJV) Judah, and the land of Israel, they were your merchants: they traded in your market wheat of Minnith, and Pannag, and honey, and oil, and balm.

18 (HEM) דמשק סחרתך ברב מעשיך מרב כל הון ביין חלבון וצמר צחר׃
18 (UKJV) "Damascus was your merchant in the multitude of the wares of your making, for the multitude of all riches; in the wine of Helbon, and white wool. "

19 (HEM) ודן ויון מאוזל בעזבוניך נתנו ברזל עשות קדה וקנה במערבך היה׃
19 (UKJV) Dan also and Javan going back and forth occupied in your fairs: bright iron, cassia, and calamus, were in your market.

20 (HEM) דדן רכלתך בבגדי חפש לרכבה׃
20 (UKJV) Dedan was your merchant in precious clothes for chariots.

21 (HEM) ערב וכל נשיאי קדר המה סחרי ידך בכרים ואילים ועתודים בם סחריך׃
21 (UKJV) Arabia, and all the princes of Kedar, they occupied with you in lambs, and rams, and goats: in these were they your merchants.

22 (HEM) רכלי שבא ורעמה המה רכליך בראש כל בשם ובכל אבן יקרה וזהב נתנו עזבוניך׃
22 (UKJV) The merchants of Sheba and Raamah, they were your merchants: they occupied in your fairs with chief of all spices, and with all precious stones, and gold.

23 (HEM) חרן וכנה ועדן רכלי שבא אשור כלמד רכלתך׃
23 (UKJV) Haran, and Canneh, and Eden, the merchants of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad, were your merchants.

24 (HEM) המה רכליך במכללים בגלומי תכלת ורקמה ובגנזי ברמים בחבלים חבשים וארזים במרכלתך׃
24 (UKJV) These were your merchants in all sorts of things, in blue clothes, and broidered work, and in chests of rich apparel, bound with cords, and made of cedar, among your merchandise.

25 (HEM) אניות תרשיש שרותיך מערבך ותמלאי ותכבדי מאד בלב ימים׃
25 (UKJV) The ships of Tarshish did sing of you in your market: and you were replenished, and made very glorious in the midst of the seas.

26 (HEM) במים רבים הביאוך השטים אתך רוח הקדים שברך בלב ימים׃
26 (UKJV) Your rowers have brought you into great waters: the east wind has broken you in the midst of the seas.

27 (HEM) הונך ועזבוניך מערבך מלחיך וחבליך מחזיקי בדקך וערבי מערבך וכל אנשי מלחמתך אשר בך ובכל קהלך אשר בתוכך יפלו בלב ימים ביום מפלתך׃
27 (UKJV) Your riches, and your fairs, your merchandise, your seamen, and your pilots, your repairer of breaches, and the occupiers of your merchandise, and all your men of war, that are in you, and in all your company which is in the midst of you, shall fall into the midst of the seas in the day of your ruin.

28 (HEM) לקול זעקת חבליך ירעשו מגרשות׃
28 (UKJV) The suburbs shall shake at the sound of the cry of your pilots.

29 (HEM) וירדו מאניותיהם כל תפשי משוט מלחים כל חבלי הים אל הארץ יעמדו׃
29 (UKJV) "And all that handle the oar, the seamen, and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand upon the land; "

30 (HEM) והשמיעו עליך בקולם ויזעקו מרה ויעלו עפר על ראשיהם באפר יתפלשו׃
30 (UKJV) And shall cause their voice to be heard against you, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall wallow themselves in the ashes:

31 (HEM) והקריחו אליך קרחה וחגרו שקים ובכו אליך במר נפש מספד מר׃
31 (UKJV) And they shall make themselves utterly bald for you, and gird them with sackcloth, and they shall weep for you with bitterness of heart and bitter wailing.

32 (HEM) ונשאו אליך בניהם קינה וקוננו עליך מי כצור כדמה בתוך הים׃
32 (UKJV) And in their wailing they shall take up a lamentation for you, and lament over you, saying, What city is like Tyrus, like the destroyed in the midst of the sea?

33 (HEM) בצאת עזבוניך מימים השבעת עמים רבים ברב הוניך ומערביך העשרת מלכי ארץ׃
33 (UKJV) "When your wares went forth out of the seas, you filled many people; you did enrich the kings of the earth with the multitude of your riches and of your merchandise. "

34 (HEM) עת נשברת מימים במעמקי מים מערבך וכל קהלך בתוכך נפלו׃
34 (UKJV) In the time when you shall be broken by the seas in the depths of the waters your merchandise and all your company in the midst of you shall fall.

35 (HEM) כל ישבי האיים שממו עליך ומלכיהם שערו שער רעמו פנים׃
35 (UKJV) All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at you, and their kings shall be sore afraid, they shall be troubled in their countenance.

36 (HEM) סחרים בעמים שרקו עליך בלהות היית ואינך עד עולם׃
36 (UKJV) "The merchants among the people shall hiss at you; you shall be a terror, and never shall be any more. "
