Kniha proroka Ezechiela

1 (KAT) Pán prehovoril ku mne takto:
1 (VUL) Et factus est sermo Domini ad me dicens:
1 (UKJV) The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,

2 (KAT) „Syn človeka, obráť si tvár proti synom Amona a prorokuj proti nim.
2 (VUL) “ Fili hominis, pone faciem tuam contra filios Ammon et propheta de eis
2 (UKJV) "Son of man, set your face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them; "

3 (KAT) Povedz synom Amona: Čujte slovo Pána, Jahveho: Toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: Pretože si hovoril: »Haha« na moju svätyňu, keď ju znesvätili, a na krajinu Izraela, keď ju spustošili, a na dom Júdu, keď išiel do zajatia:
3 (VUL) et dices filiis Ammon: Audite verbum Domini Dei. Haec dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod dixisti: “Euge!” super sanctuarium meum, quia pollutum est, et super terram Israel, quoniam desolata est, et super domum Iudae, quoniam ducti sunt in captivitatem,
3 (UKJV) "And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus says the Lord GOD; Because you said, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity; "

4 (KAT) preto ťa dám do vlastníctva synom Východu, zriadia v tebe svoje táboriská a postavia v tebe svoje obydlia: oni budú jesť tvoje ovocie a oni budú piť tvoje mlieko.
4 (VUL) idcirco ego tradam te filiis orientalibus in hereditatem, et collocabunt castra sua in te et ponent in te tentoria sua; ipsi comedent fruges tuas, et ipsi bibent lac tuum.
4 (UKJV) Behold, therefore I will deliver you to the men of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in you, and make their dwellings in you: they shall eat your fruit, and they shall drink your milk.

5 (KAT) Z Raby urobím pastvu tiav a synov Amona košariskom oviec. Vtedy sa dozviete, že ja som Pán.
5 (VUL) Daboque Rabba in pascua camelorum et filios Ammon in cubile pecorum, et scietis quia ego Dominus.
5 (UKJV) And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the Ammonites a couching place for flocks: and all of you shall know that I am the LORD.

6 (KAT) Lebo toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: Pretože si tlieskal rukami a dupotal nohami a s celou náruživosťou z duše si sa tešil nad krajinou Izraela:
6 (VUL) Quia haec dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod plausisti manu et percussisti pede et gavisa es ex toto affectu super terram Israel,
6 (UKJV) "For thus says the Lord GOD; Because you have clapped your hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all your despite against the land of Israel; "

7 (KAT) preto, hľa, ja vystriem proti tebe svoju ruku, odovzdám ťa národom za korisť, vyhubím ťa spomedzi národov, vyničím ťa spomedzi krajín. Zničím ťa a budeš vedieť, že ja som Pán.“
7 (VUL) idcirco ecce ego extendam manum meam super te et tradam te in direptionem gentium et interficiam te de populis et perdam de terris et conteram, et scies quia ego Dominus.
7 (UKJV) "Behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon you, and will deliver you for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut you off from the people, and I will cause you to perish out of the countries: I will destroy you; and you shall know that I am the LORD. "

8 (KAT) Toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: „Pretože Moab a Seir povedal: »Hľa, dom Júdu je ako všetky národy!«,
8 (VUL) Haec dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod dixerunt Moab et Seir: “Ecce sicut omnes gentes domus Iudae!”,
8 (UKJV) "Thus says the Lord GOD; Because that Moab and Seir do say, Behold, the house of Judah is like unto all the heathen; "

9 (KAT) preto otvorím svah Moabu, že nebude mať miest, nebude mať svojich miest, nebude mať hraníc. Ozdobu krajiny, Betiesimot, Belmeon a Kariataim

10 (KAT) pridám k Amončanom do vlastníctva synom Východu, aby medzi národmi nebolo viac o ňom (o Amončanoch) spomienky.
10 (VUL) filiis orientis cum filiis Ammon dabo eam in hereditatem, ut non sit memoria ultra filiorum Ammon in gentibus.
10 (UKJV) Unto the men of the east with the Ammonites, and will give them in possession, that the Ammonites may not be remembered among the nations.

11 (KAT) V Moabsku však zavediem súdy a budú vedieť, že ja som Pán.“
11 (VUL) Et in Moab faciam iudicia, et scient quia ego Dominus.
11 (UKJV) "And I will execute judgments upon Moab; and they shall know that I am the LORD. "

12 (KAT) Toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: „Pretože Edom konal veľmi pomstivo proti Júdovmu domu a ťažko sa previnil, keď sa mu pomstil,
12 (VUL) Haec dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod fecit Idumaea ultionem, ut se vindicaret de domo Iudae, peccavitque delinquens et vindictam expetivit de eis,
12 (UKJV) "Thus says the Lord GOD; Because that Edom has dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and has greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them; "

13 (KAT) preto hovorí Pán, Jahve: Vystriem ruku proti Edomu, vyhubím z neho ľudí i zvieratá a urobím ho púšťou. Od Temanu po Dedan padnú pod mečom.
13 (VUL) idcirco haec dicit Dominus Deus: Extendam manum meam super Idumaeam et auferam de ea hominem et iumentum et faciam eam desertum; de Theman et usque Dedan gladio cadent.
13 (UKJV) "Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; I will also stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword. "

14 (KAT) Svoju pomstu na Edome vložím do rúk svojho ľudu, Izraela, a urobia s Edomskom podľa môjho hnevu a podľa mojej rozhorčenosti, že zakúsia moju pomstu,“ hovorí Pán, Jahve.
14 (VUL) Et dabo ultionem meam super Idumaeam per manum populi mei Israel, et facient in Edom iuxta iram meam et furorem meum, et scient vindictam meam, dicit Dominus Deus.
14 (UKJV) "And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, says the Lord GOD. "

15 (KAT) Toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: „Pretože Filištínci konali pomstivo a hrozne sa pomstili, náruživo, z duše, chceli pustošiť večným nepriateľstvom,
15 (VUL) Haec dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod fecerunt Palaestini in vindicta et ulti se sunt toto animo interficientes et implentes inimicitias sempiternas,
15 (UKJV) "Thus says the Lord GOD; Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy it for the old hatred; "

16 (KAT) preto takto hovorí Pán, Jahve: Hľa, ja vystriem svoju ruku proti Filištíncom, vyhubím Kréťanov a vyničím zvyšky morského pobrežia
16 (VUL) propterea haec dicit Dominus Deus: Ecce ego extendam manum meam super Palaestinos et interficiam Cherethaeos et perdam reliquias maritimae regionis;
16 (UKJV) "Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast. "

17 (KAT) a v hneve si vezmem na nich dôkladnú pomstu; i budú vedieť, že ja som Pán, keď na nich uvalím svoju pomstu.“
17 (VUL) faciamque in eis ultiones magnas, arguens in furore, et scient quia ego Dominus, cum dedero vindictam meam super eos ”.
17 (UKJV) "And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them. "
