Kniha proroka Ezechiela

1 (KAT) V deviatom roku, v desiatom mesiaci, desiaty deň mesiaca, prehovoril Pán ku mne takto:
1 (VUL) Et factum est verbum Do mini ad me in anno nono, in mense decimo, decima mensis, dicens:
1 (UKJV) Again in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 (KAT) „Syn človeka, napíš si meno dňa, totiž tohto dňa; babylonský kráľ sa práve tento deň vzoprie proti Jeruzalemu.
2 (VUL) “Fili hominis, scribe tibi nomen diei huius, in qua aggressus est rex Babylonis adversum Ierusalem hodie.
2 (UKJV) Son of man, write you the name of the day, even of this same day: the king of Babylon set himself against Jerusalem this same day.

3 (KAT) Potom prednes odbojnému domu podobenstvo a povedz im: Toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: Postav hrniec; postav, a nalej doň vody!
3 (VUL) Et dices per proverbium ad domum irritatricem parabolam et loqueris ad eos: Haec dicit Dominus Deus: Pone ollam; pone, inquam, et mitte in ea aquam.
3 (UKJV) "And utter a parable unto the rebellious house, and say unto them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Set on a pot, set it on, and also pour water into it: "

4 (KAT) Pozbieraj doň jeho kúsky, rozličné dobré kúsky zo stehna a lopatky, naplň ho vyberanými kosťami!
4 (VUL) Congere frusta eius in ea, omnem partem bonam, femur et armum, electis ossibus imple eam,
4 (UKJV) "Gather the pieces thereof into it, even every good piece, the thigh, and the shoulder; fill it with the choice bones. "

5 (KAT) Vezmi vyberané barančatá, naklaď podeň hŕbu dreva, nechaj vrieť jeho kúsky, i kosti nech sa v ňom uvaria!
5 (VUL) pinguissimum pecus assume. Compone quoque struem lignorum sub ea; effervescant frusta eius, et coque ossa illius in medio eius.
5 (UKJV) Take the choice of the flock, and burn also the bones under it, and make it boil well, and let them seethe the bones of it therein.

6 (KAT) Preto takto hovorí Pán, Jahve: Beda krvavému mestu, hrncu, na ktorom je hrdza a z ktorého hrdza nezíde. Kus za kusom ho vyprázdni, nemusí naň padnúť žreb.
6 (VUL) Propterea haec dicit Dominus Deus: Vae civitati sanguinum, ollae, cuius rubigo in ea est, et rubigo eius non exivit de ea! Per partes et per partes suas eice ex ea, neque cadat super eam sors.
6 (UKJV) "Wherefore thus says the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city, to the pot whose scum is therein, and whose scum is not gone out of it! bring it out piece by piece; let no lot fall upon it. "

7 (KAT) Veď je v ňom krv, na holý kameň ju položilo, nevylialo ju na zem, aby ju zakrylo zemou.
7 (VUL) Sanguis enim eius in medio eius est, super limpidissimam petram effudit illum; non effudit illum super terram, ut possit operiri pulvere;
7 (UKJV) "For her blood is in the midst of her; she set it upon the top of a rock; she poured it not upon the ground, to cover it with dust; "

8 (KAT) Aby som priviedol hnev, aby som sa ukrutne pomstil, dal som jeho krv na holý kameň, aby sa nezakryla.

10 (KAT) Naklaď dreva, zapáľ oheň, dovar mäso, uvar miešaninu, kosti však nech zhoria!
10 (VUL) Congere ligna, succende ignem, coque carnes usque ad consumptionem et effunde ius, et ossa comburentur.
10 (UKJV) Heap on wood, kindle the fire, consume the flesh, and spice it well, and let the bones be burned.

11 (KAT) Potom ho polož prázdny na jeho uhlie, nech sa rozohreje a jeho kov nech sa rozpáli, aby sa mu vnútri pustila nečistota a stratila sa jeho hrdza.
11 (VUL) Relinque quoque eam super prunas vacuam, ut incalescat, et ardescat aes eius, et confletur in medio eius inquinamentum eius, et consumatur rubigo eius.
11 (UKJV) Then set it empty upon the coals thereof, that the brass of it may be hot, and may burn, and that the filthiness of it may be molten in it, that the scum of it may be consumed.

12 (KAT) Veľmi som sa ustával, no nakopená hrdza nezišla z neho v ohni.
12 (VUL) Multo labore sudatum est, et non exibit de ea nimia rubigo eius, neque per ignem.
12 (UKJV) She has wearied herself with lies, and her great scum went not forth out of her: her scum shall be in the fire.

13 (KAT) V tvojej nečistote je zločin. Pretože som ťa čistil, no neočistil si sa od svojej špiny, ani sa už neočistíš, kým neukojím na tebe svoj hnev.
13 (VUL) Immunditia tua execrabilis, quia mundare te volui, et non es mundata a sordibus tuis; sed nec mundaberis prius, donec quiescere faciam indignationem meam in te.
13 (UKJV) In your filthiness is lewdness: because I have purged you, and you were not purged, you shall not be purged from your filthiness any more, till I have caused my fury to rest upon you.

14 (KAT) Ja, Pán, som hovoril; príde a urobím. Nepopustím, nebudem šetriť a nezľutujem sa. Podľa tvojich ciest a podľa tvojich výčinov ťa budem súdiť,“ hovorí Pán, Jahve.
14 (VUL) Ego Dominus locutus sum; veniet et faciam: non indulgebo nec parcam nec placabor. Iuxta vias tuas et iuxta opera tua iudicabo te ”, dicit Dominus.
14 (UKJV) "I the LORD have spoken it: it shall come to pass, and I will do it; I will not go back, neither will I spare, neither will I repent; according to your ways, and according to your doings, shall they judge you, says the Lord GOD. "

15 (KAT) Pán prehovoril ku mne takto:
15 (VUL) Et factum est verbum Domini ad me dicens:

16 (KAT) „Syn človeka, pozri, ja ti odnímem, čo je milé tvojim očiam, ale nenariekaj a neplač; slzy nech ti netečú!
16 (VUL) “ Fili hominis, ecce ego tollo a te delicias oculorum tuorum in plaga, et non planges neque plorabis, neque fluent lacrimae tuae.
16 (UKJV) Son of man, behold, I take away from you the desire of your eyes with a stroke: yet neither shall you mourn nor weep, neither shall your tears run down.

17 (KAT) Vzdychaj tíško, nárek za mŕtvymi neusporiadaj, uviaž si turban, obuj si obuv na nohy, pery si nezahaľuj a nejedz smútočný chlieb!“
17 (VUL) Ingemisce tacens, mortuorum luctum non facies, corona tua circumligata sit tibi, et calceamenta tua pones in pedibus tuis nec amictu ora velabis nec cibos lugentium comedes ”.
17 (UKJV) Forbear to cry, make no mourning for the dead, bind the head decoration of your head upon you, and put on your shoes upon your feet, and cover not your lips, and eat not the bread of men.

18 (KAT) Hovoril som teda k ľudu za rána. Večer potom mi zomrela žena a ráno som robil, ako mi bolo rozkázané.

21 (KAT) Povedz Izraelovmu domu: Toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: Veruže znesvätím svoju svätyňu, pýchu vášho mocnárstva, žiadosť vašich očí a túžbu vašej duše! A vaši synovia a dcéry, ktorých ste zanechali, padnú pod mečom.
21 (VUL) Loquere domui Israel: Haec dicit Dominus Deus: Ecce ego polluam sanctuarium meum, superbiam roboris vestri et delicias oculorum vestrorum et sollicitudinem animae vestrae. Filii vestri et filiae, quas reliquistis, gladio cadent.
21 (UKJV) "Speak unto the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the excellency of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul pities; and your sons and your daughters whom all of you have left shall fall by the sword. "

22 (KAT) Vtedy budete robiť, ako robím ja, pery si nebudete zahaľovať a nebudete jesť smútočný chlieb.
22 (VUL) Et facietis, sicut feci: ora amictu non velabitis et cibos lugentium non comedetis,
22 (UKJV) And all of you shall do as I have done: all of you shall not cover your lips, nor eat the bread of men.

23 (KAT) Svoje turbany budete mať na hlavách a obuv na nohách, nebudete plakať ani nariekať, ale budete hynúť pre svoje hriechy a druh k druhovi vzdychať.
23 (VUL) coronas habebitis in capitibus vestris et calceamenta in pedibus, non plangetis neque flebitis, sed tabescetis in iniquitatibus vestris, et unusquisque gemet ad fratrem suum.
23 (UKJV) "And your tires shall be upon your heads, and your shoes upon your feet: all of you shall not mourn nor weep; but all of you shall pine away for your iniquities, and mourn one toward another. "

24 (KAT) Ezechiel vám však bude znamením, robte všetko, ako robí on, keď to príde. A budete vedieť, že ja som Pán, Jahve.
24 (VUL) Eritque Ezechiel vobis in portentum: iuxta omnia, quae fecit, facietis, cum venerit istud, et scietis quia ego Dominus Deus.

25 (KAT) Ty však, syn človeka, v ten deň, keď im odnímem ich pevnosť, ich okrasnú radosť, žiadosť ich očí a túžbu ich duše, ich synov a ich dcéry;
25 (VUL) Et tu, fili hominis, ecce in die, quo tollam ab eis fortitudinem eorum et gaudium magnificentiae et delicias oculorum eorum et desiderium animae eorum, filios et filias eorum;
25 (UKJV) Also, you son of man, shall it not be in the day when I take from them their strength, the joy of their glory, the desire of their eyes, and that whereupon they set their minds, their sons and their daughters,

26 (KAT) v ten deň, keď príde utečenec, aby ti to oznámil,
26 (VUL) in die illa, cum venerit fugiens ad te, ut annuntiet tibi,
26 (UKJV) That he that escapes in that day shall come unto you, to cause you to hear it with your ears?

27 (KAT) v ten deň sa ti otvoria ústa v prítomnosti utečenca. Budeš hovoriť a viac neonemieš a budeš im znamením. Tak sa dozvedia, že ja som Pán.“
27 (VUL) in die, inquam, illa aperietur os tuum cum eo, qui fugit; et loqueris et non silebis ultra erisque eis in portentum, et scient quia ego Dominus ”.
27 (UKJV) "In that day shall your mouth be opened to him which is escaped, and you shall speak, and be no more dumb: and you shall be a sign unto them; and they shall know that I am the LORD. "
