Kniha proroka Ezechiela

1 (HEM) ויהי דבר יהוה אלי בשנה התשיעית בחדש העשירי בעשור לחדש לאמר׃
1 (UKJV) Again in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 (HEM) בן אדם כתוב לך את שם היום את עצם היום הזה סמך מלך בבל אל ירושלם בעצם היום הזה׃
2 (UKJV) Son of man, write you the name of the day, even of this same day: the king of Babylon set himself against Jerusalem this same day.

3 (HEM) ומשל אל בית המרי משל ואמרת אליהם כה אמר אדני יהוה שפת הסיר שפת וגם יצק בו מים׃
3 (UKJV) "And utter a parable unto the rebellious house, and say unto them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Set on a pot, set it on, and also pour water into it: "

4 (HEM) אסף נתחיה אליה כל נתח טוב ירך וכתף מבחר עצמים מלא׃
4 (UKJV) "Gather the pieces thereof into it, even every good piece, the thigh, and the shoulder; fill it with the choice bones. "

5 (HEM) מבחר הצאן לקוח וגם דור העצמים תחתיה רתח רתחיה גם בשלו עצמיה בתוכה׃
5 (UKJV) Take the choice of the flock, and burn also the bones under it, and make it boil well, and let them seethe the bones of it therein.

6 (HEM) לכן כה אמר אדני יהוה אוי עיר הדמים סיר אשר חלאתה בה וחלאתה לא יצאה ממנה לנתחיה לנתחיה הוציאה לא נפל עליה גורל׃
6 (UKJV) "Wherefore thus says the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city, to the pot whose scum is therein, and whose scum is not gone out of it! bring it out piece by piece; let no lot fall upon it. "

7 (HEM) כי דמה בתוכה היה על צחיח סלע שמתהו לא שפכתהו על הארץ לכסות עליו עפר׃
7 (UKJV) "For her blood is in the midst of her; she set it upon the top of a rock; she poured it not upon the ground, to cover it with dust; "

8 (HEM) להעלות חמה לנקם נקם נתתי את דמה על צחיח סלע לבלתי הכסות׃
8 (UKJV) "That it might cause fury to come up to take vengeance; I have set her blood upon the top of a rock, that it should not be covered. "

9 (HEM) לכן כה אמר אדני יהוה אוי עיר הדמים גם אני אגדיל המדורה׃
9 (UKJV) "Therefore thus says the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city! I will even make the pile for fire great. "

10 (HEM) הרבה העצים הדלק האש התם הבשר והרקח המרקחה והעצמות יחרו׃
10 (UKJV) Heap on wood, kindle the fire, consume the flesh, and spice it well, and let the bones be burned.

11 (HEM) והעמידה על גחליה רקה למען תחם וחרה נחשתה ונתכה בתוכה טמאתה תתם חלאתה׃
11 (UKJV) Then set it empty upon the coals thereof, that the brass of it may be hot, and may burn, and that the filthiness of it may be molten in it, that the scum of it may be consumed.

12 (HEM) תאנים הלאת ולא תצא ממנה רבת חלאתה באש חלאתה׃
12 (UKJV) She has wearied herself with lies, and her great scum went not forth out of her: her scum shall be in the fire.

13 (HEM) בטמאתך זמה יען טהרתיך ולא טהרת מטמאתך לא תטהרי עוד עד הניחי את חמתי בך׃
13 (UKJV) In your filthiness is lewdness: because I have purged you, and you were not purged, you shall not be purged from your filthiness any more, till I have caused my fury to rest upon you.

14 (HEM) אני יהוה דברתי באה ועשיתי לא אפרע ולא אחוס ולא אנחם כדרכיך וכעלילותיך שפטוך נאם אדני יהוה׃
14 (UKJV) "I the LORD have spoken it: it shall come to pass, and I will do it; I will not go back, neither will I spare, neither will I repent; according to your ways, and according to your doings, shall they judge you, says the Lord GOD. "

15 (HEM) ויהי דבר יהוה אלי לאמר׃
15 (UKJV) Also the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

16 (HEM) בן אדם הנני לקח ממך את מחמד עיניך במגפה ולא תספד ולא תבכה ולוא תבוא דמעתך׃
16 (UKJV) Son of man, behold, I take away from you the desire of your eyes with a stroke: yet neither shall you mourn nor weep, neither shall your tears run down.

17 (HEM) האנק דם מתים אבל לא תעשה פארך חבוש עליך ונעליך תשים ברגליך ולא תעטה על שפם ולחם אנשים לא תאכל׃
17 (UKJV) Forbear to cry, make no mourning for the dead, bind the head decoration of your head upon you, and put on your shoes upon your feet, and cover not your lips, and eat not the bread of men.

18 (HEM) ואדבר אל העם בבקר ותמת אשתי בערב ואעש בבקר כאשר צויתי׃
18 (UKJV) "So I spoke unto the people in the morning: and at even my wife died; and I did in the morning as I was commanded. "

19 (HEM) ויאמרו אלי העם הלא תגיד לנו מה אלה לנו כי אתה עשה׃
19 (UKJV) And the people said unto me, Will you not tell us what these things are to us, that you do so?

20 (HEM) ואמר אליהם דבר יהוה היה אלי לאמר׃
20 (UKJV) Then I answered them, The word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

21 (HEM) אמר לבית ישראל כה אמר אדני יהוה הנני מחלל את מקדשי גאון עזכם מחמד עיניכם ומחמל נפשכם ובניכם ובנותיכם אשר עזבתם בחרב יפלו׃
21 (UKJV) "Speak unto the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the excellency of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul pities; and your sons and your daughters whom all of you have left shall fall by the sword. "

22 (HEM) ועשיתם כאשר עשיתי על שפם לא תעטו ולחם אנשים לא תאכלו׃
22 (UKJV) And all of you shall do as I have done: all of you shall not cover your lips, nor eat the bread of men.

23 (HEM) ופארכם על ראשיכם ונעליכם ברגליכם לא תספדו ולא תבכו ונמקתם בעונתיכם ונהמתם איש אל אחיו׃
23 (UKJV) "And your tires shall be upon your heads, and your shoes upon your feet: all of you shall not mourn nor weep; but all of you shall pine away for your iniquities, and mourn one toward another. "

24 (HEM) והיה יחזקאל לכם למופת ככל אשר עשה תעשו בבאה וידעתם כי אני אדני יהוה׃
24 (UKJV) Thus Ezekiel is unto you a sign: according to all that he has done shall all of you do: and when this comes, all of you shall know that I am the Lord GOD.

25 (HEM) ואתה בן אדם הלוא ביום קחתי מהם את מעזם משוש תפארתם את מחמד עיניהם ואת משא נפשם בניהם ובנותיהם׃
25 (UKJV) Also, you son of man, shall it not be in the day when I take from them their strength, the joy of their glory, the desire of their eyes, and that whereupon they set their minds, their sons and their daughters,

26 (HEM) ביום ההוא יבוא הפליט אליך להשמעות אזנים׃
26 (UKJV) That he that escapes in that day shall come unto you, to cause you to hear it with your ears?

27 (HEM) ביום ההוא יפתח פיך את הפליט ותדבר ולא תאלם עוד והיית להם למופת וידעו כי אני יהוה׃
27 (UKJV) "In that day shall your mouth be opened to him which is escaped, and you shall speak, and be no more dumb: and you shall be a sign unto them; and they shall know that I am the LORD. "
