Kniha proroka Ezechiela

1 (KJV) And it came to pass in the seventh year, in the fifth month, the tenth day of the month, that certain of the elders of Israel came to inquire of the LORD, and sat before me.
1 (KAT) I stalo sa v siedmom roku, desiateho v piatom mesiaci, že prišli niektorí spomedzi starcov Izraela vypytovať sa Pána a posadili sa predo mnou.

2 (KJV) Then came the word of the LORD unto me, saying,
2 (KAT) Vtedy Pán prehovoril ku mne takto:

3 (KJV) Son of man, speak unto the elders of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Are ye come to inquire of me? As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will not be inquired of by you.
3 (KAT) „Syn človeka, prehovor k starcom Izraela a povedz im: Toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: Prišli ste sa ma vypytovať? Ako žijem, nedovolím, aby ste sa ma vypytovali - hovorí Pán, Jahve.

4 (KJV) Wilt thou judge them, son of man, wilt thou judge them? cause them to know the abominations of their fathers:
4 (KAT) Chceš ich súdiť? Chceš súdiť, syn človeka? Oznám im ohavnosti ich otcov

5 (KJV) And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when I chose Israel, and lifted up mine hand unto the seed of the house of Jacob, and made myself known unto them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted up mine hand unto them, saying, I am the LORD your God;
5 (KAT) a povedz im: Toto hovorí Pán: Vtedy, keď som si vyvolil Izrael, semenu Jakubovho domu som zdvihol svoju ruku, dal som sa im poznať v egyptskej krajine a zdvihol som kvôli nim svoju ruku so slovami: Ja som Pán, váš Boh.

6 (KJV) In the day that I lifted up mine hand unto them, to bring them forth of the land of Egypt into a land that I had espied for them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands:
6 (KAT) Vtedy som kvôli nim zdvihol svoju ruku, že ich vyvediem z egyptskej krajiny do krajiny, ktorú som im vyhľadal, ktorá oplýva mliekom a medom. Ona je skvostom všetkých krajín.

7 (KJV) Then said I unto them, Cast ye away every man the abominations of his eyes, and defile not yourselves with the idols of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
7 (KAT) I riekol som: Odhoďte každý ohavnosti svojich očí a nepoškvrňujte sa egyptskými modlami, ja som Pán, váš Boh.

8 (KJV) But they rebelled against me, and would not hearken unto me: they did not every man cast away the abominations of their eyes, neither did they forsake the idols of Egypt: then I said, I will pour out my fury upon them to accomplish my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.
8 (KAT) Ale vzbúrili sa proti mne a nechceli ma počúvať, vôbec nepoodhadzovali ohavnosť svojich očí a neopustili egyptské modly. Vtedy som si zaumienil, že vylejem na nich svoju rozhorčenosť a ukojím na nich v egyptskej krajine svoj hnev.

9 (KJV) But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, among whom they were, in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing them forth out of the land of Egypt.
9 (KAT) Konal som však pre svoje meno, aby sa neznesvätilo v očiach národov, medzi ktorými boli, pred očami ktorých som sa im dal poznať, že ich vyvediem z egyptskej krajiny.

10 (KJV) Wherefore I caused them to go forth out of the land of Egypt, and brought them into the wilderness.
10 (KAT) Vyviedol som ich teda z egyptskej krajiny a zaviedol som ich na púšť.

11 (KJV) And I gave them my statutes, and shewed them my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them.
11 (KAT) Potom som im dal svoje príkazy, oboznámil som ich so svojimi právami, ktoré má človek zachovávať a podľa nich žiť.

12 (KJV) Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.
12 (KAT) Dal som im svoje soboty, aby boli znamením medzi mnou a medzi nimi; nech vedia, že ja, Pán, som to, ktorý ich posväcujem.

13 (KJV) But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.
13 (KAT) Ale Izraelov dom sa vzbúril proti mne na púšti, nekráčali podľa mojich príkazov a opovrhli mojimi právami, ktoré má človek zachovávať a podľa nich žiť. I moje soboty veľmi znesvätili. Vtedy som si zaumienil, že na púšti vylejem na nich svoju rozhorčenosť a vyničím ich.

14 (KJV) But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, in whose sight I brought them out.
14 (KAT) Konal som však pre svoje meno, aby sa neznesvätilo v očiach národov, pred očami ktorých som ich vyviedol.

15 (KJV) Yet also I lifted up my hand unto them in the wilderness, that I would not bring them into the land which I had given them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands;
15 (KAT) Zdvihol som teda kvôli nim na pustatine svoju ruku, že ich nevovediem do krajiny, ktorú som im dal, ktorá oplýva mliekom a medom a je skvostom všetkých krajín.

16 (KJV) Because they despised my judgments, and walked not in my statutes, but polluted my sabbaths: for their heart went after their idols.
16 (KAT) Pretože opovrhli mojimi právami, nekráčali podľa mojich príkazov a znesvätili moje soboty, veď srdce im išlo za ich modlami.

17 (KJV) Nevertheless mine eye spared them from destroying them, neither did I make an end of them in the wilderness.
17 (KAT) Ale oko sa mi zľutovalo nad nimi, nevyhubil som ich a nevyničil som ich na púšti.

18 (KJV) But I said unto their children in the wilderness, Walk ye not in the statutes of your fathers, neither observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols:
18 (KAT) I riekol som ich synom na púšti: Nechoďte za zvykmi svojich otcov a ich obyčaje nezachovávajte, nepoškvrňujte sa ich modlami!

19 (KJV) I am the LORD your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them;
19 (KAT) Ja som Pán, váš Boh, podľa mojich príkazov kráčajte a moje práva zachovávajte a konajte podľa nich!

20 (KJV) And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God.
20 (KAT) Zasväcujte moje soboty, nech sú znamením medzi mnou a medzi vami, aby ste vedeli, že ja som Pán, váš Boh.

21 (KJV) Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.
21 (KAT) Ale synovia sa vzbúrili proti mne, nekráčali podľa mojich príkazov, nezachovávali moje práva a nekonali podľa nich, hoci má človek podľa nich robiť a podľa nich žiť, a moje soboty znesväcovali. Vtedy som si zaumienil, že vylejem na nich svoju rozhorčenosť a vyplním na nich svoj hnev na púšti.

22 (KJV) Nevertheless I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them forth.
22 (KAT) Jednako som si odvrátil ruku a konal som pre svoje meno, aby sa neznesvätilo v očiach národov, pred ktorými som ich vyviedol.

23 (KJV) I lifted up mine hand unto them also in the wilderness, that I would scatter them among the heathen, and disperse them through the countries;
23 (KAT) Opäť som si zdvihol kvôli nim ruku na púšti, že ich rozhádžem medzi národy a rozsejem po krajinách,

24 (KJV) Because they had not executed my judgments, but had despised my statutes, and had polluted my sabbaths, and their eyes were after their fathers' idols.
24 (KAT) pretože nekonali podľa mojich práv, opovrhli mojimi príkazmi, znesväcovali moje soboty a očami lipli na modlách svojich otcov.

25 (KJV) Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live;
25 (KAT) Nuž aj ja som im dal nedobré príkazy a práva, ktoré im neslúžili k životu.

26 (KJV) And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that openeth the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the LORD.
26 (KAT) Poškvrňoval som ich ich darmi, tým, že nechali prechádzať (cez oheň) všetko, čo otvára lono, aby som ich naplnil hrôzou, aby vedeli, že ja som Pán.

27 (KJV) Therefore, son of man, speak unto the house of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Yet in this your fathers have blasphemed me, in that they have committed a trespass against me.
27 (KAT) Preto, syn človeka, hovor k Izraelovmu domu a povedz im: Toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: Aj tým sa mi rúhali vaši otcovia, že boli ku mne vierolomní.

28 (KJV) For when I had brought them into the land, for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to them, then they saw every high hill, and all the thick trees, and they offered there their sacrifices, and there they presented the provocation of their offering: there also they made their sweet savour, and poured out there their drink offerings.
28 (KAT) Voviedol som ich do krajiny, pre ktorú som zdvihol svoju ruku, že im ju dám, no kde len uvideli vyvýšený kopec alebo košatý strom, už tam prinášali svoje obety, dávali tam svoje popudzujúce dary, kládli tam svoje voňavé žertvy a vylievali tam svoje nápoje.

29 (KJV) Then I said unto them, What is the high place whereunto ye go? And the name thereof is called Bamah unto this day.
29 (KAT) (I spýtal som sa ich: Čo je to za výšina, na ktorú chodíte? Nuž nazvali ju až po tento deň Výšinou.)

30 (KJV) Wherefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Are ye polluted after the manner of your fathers? and commit ye whoredom after their abominations?
30 (KAT) Preto povedz Izraelovmu domu: Toto hovorí Pán, Jahve: Poškvrňujete sa cestičkami svojich otcov a smilníte s ich ohavnosťami.

31 (KJV) For when ye offer your gifts, when ye make your sons to pass through the fire, ye pollute yourselves with all your idols, even unto this day: and shall I be inquired of by you, O house of Israel? As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will not be inquired of by you.
31 (KAT) Aj keď prinášate svoje dary, keď preháňate svojich synov cez oheň: poškvrňujete sa pre všetky svoje modly až podnes. A ja sa vám mám dať vypytovať, dom Izraelov? Ako žijem, hovorí Pán, Jahve, nedám sa vám vypytovať.

32 (KJV) And that which cometh into your mind shall not be at all, that ye say, We will be as the heathen, as the families of the countries, to serve wood and stone.
32 (KAT) A určite sa nestane to, čo vám prichádza na myseľ, keď vravíte: Budeme ako národy, ako kmene krajín, budeme slúžiť drevu a kameňu.

33 (KJV) As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, will I rule over you:
33 (KAT) Ako žijem, hovorí Pán, Jahve, budem nad vami kraľovať pevnou rukou, vystretým ramenom a kypiacim hnevom.

34 (KJV) And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.
34 (KAT) Pevnou rukou, vystretým ramenom a kypiacim hnevom vás vyvediem spomedzi národov, pozbieram vás z krajín, v ktorých ste rozhádzaní.

35 (KJV) And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face.
35 (KAT) Potom vás zavediem na púšť národov a budem sa tam s vami súdiť z tváre do tváre.

36 (KJV) Like as I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I plead with you, saith the Lord GOD.
36 (KAT) Ako som sa súdil s vašimi otcami na púšti egyptskej krajiny, tak sa budem súdiť s vami, hovorí Pán, Jahve.

37 (KJV) And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant:
37 (KAT) Vtedy vás preženiem pod palicou a privediem vás do záväzkov zmluvy.

38 (KJV) And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
38 (KAT) Oddelím od vás vzbúrencov a odvrátených odo mňa, vyvediem ich z krajiny, kde bývali, ale na izraelskú pôdu nevkročia. Tak sa dozviete, že ja som Pán.

39 (KJV) As for you, O house of Israel, thus saith the Lord GOD; Go ye, serve ye every one his idols, and hereafter also, if ye will not hearken unto me: but pollute ye my holy name no more with your gifts, and with your idols.
39 (KAT) Vy však, dom Izraelov - toto hovorí Pán, Jahve -, choďte všetci za svojimi modlami a slúžte im. Ale potom ma budete počúvať a neznesvätíte viac moje sväté meno svojimi darmi a svojimi modlami.

40 (KJV) For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, serve me: there will I accept them, and there will I require your offerings, and the firstfruits of your oblations, with all your holy things.
40 (KAT) Na svojej svätej hore, na vysokom vrchu Izraela - hovorí Pán, Jahve -, tam mi bude slúžiť celý Izraelov dom, všetci v krajine; tam budem v nich mať zaľúbenie a tam budem požadovať vaše obety a prvotiny vašich darov zo všetkého, čo zasvätíte.

41 (KJV) I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the countries wherein ye have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen.
41 (KAT) Prijmem vás blahosklonne ako ľúbeznú vôňu, keď vás vyvediem spomedzi národov a pozbieram vás z krajín, do ktorých ste rozhádzaní, a pred očami národov ukážem, že som medzi vami svätý.

42 (KJV) And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to your fathers.
42 (KAT) Vtedy budete vedieť, že ja som Pán, keď vás zavediem na izraelskú pôdu, do krajiny, pre ktorú som zdvihol svoju ruku, že ju dám vašim otcom.

43 (KJV) And there shall ye remember your ways, and all your doings, wherein ye have been defiled; and ye shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for all your evils that ye have committed.
43 (KAT) A tam sa rozpamätáte na svoje cesty a na svoje výčiny, ktorými ste sa poškvrnili, a sami sebe sa budete hnusiť pre rozličné zločiny, ktoré ste popáchali.

44 (KJV) And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have wrought with you for my name's sake, not according to your wicked ways, nor according to your corrupt doings, O ye house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.
44 (KAT) Vtedy budete vedieť, že ja som Pán, keď pre svoje meno budem s vami nakladať nie podľa vašich zlých ciest ani podľa vašich hriešnych výčinov, dom Izraela,“ hovorí Pán, Jahve.

45 (KJV) Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
45 ----

46 (KJV) Son of man, set thy face toward the south, and drop thy word toward the south, and prophesy against the forest of the south field;
46 ----

47 (KJV) And say to the forest of the south, Hear the word of the LORD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will kindle a fire in thee, and it shall devour every green tree in thee, and every dry tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north shall be burned therein.
47 ----

48 (KJV) And all flesh shall see that I the LORD have kindled it: it shall not be quenched.
48 ----

49 (KJV) Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! they say of me, Doth he not speak parables?
49 ----
