Kniha proroka Jeremiáša

1 (HEM) בן עשרים ואחת שנה צדקיהו במלכו ואחת עשרה שנה מלך בירושלם ושם אמו חמיטל בת ירמיהו מלבנה׃
1 (VUL) Filius viginti et unius anni erat Sedecias, cum regnare coepisset, et undecim annis regnavit in Ierusalem; et nomen matris eius Amital filia Ieremiae de Lobna.
1 (KAT) Sedekiáš mal dvadsaťjeden rokov, keď začal kraľovať, a jedenásť rokov kraľoval v Jeruzaleme. Meno jeho matky bolo Amital, dcéra Jeremiáša z Lobny.
1 (UKJV) Zedekiah was one and twenty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hamutal the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.

2 (HEM) ויעש הרע בעיני יהוה ככל אשר עשה יהויקים׃
2 (VUL) Et fecit malum in oculis Domini iuxta omnia, quae fecerat Ioachim,
2 (KAT) Robil, čo sa Pánovi nepáči, celkom tak, ako robil Joakim.
2 (UKJV) And he did that which was evil in the eyes of the LORD, according to all that Jehoiakim had done.

3 (HEM) כי על אף יהוה היתה בירושלם ויהודה עד השליכו אותם מעל פניו וימרד צדקיהו במלך בבל׃
3 (VUL) quoniam furor Domini erat in Ierusalem et in Iuda, usquequo proiceret eos a facie sua. Et recessit Sedecias a rege Babylonis.
3 (KAT) S Jeruzalemom a Júdskom sa toto dialo pre Pánov hnev, kým ich konečne neodvrhol od seba. - Sedekiáš sa vzbúril proti babylonskému kráľovi.
3 (UKJV) For through the anger of the LORD it came to pass in Jerusalem and Judah, till he had cast them out from his presence, that Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.

4 (HEM) ויהי בשנה התשעית למלכו בחדש העשירי בעשור לחדש בא נבוכדראצר מלך בבל הוא וכל חילו על ירושלם ויחנו עליה ויבנו עליה דיק סביב׃
4 (VUL) Factum est autem in anno nono regni eius, in mense decimo decima mensis, venit Nabuchodonosor rex Babylonis, ipse et omnis exercitus eius, adversus Ierusalem; et obsederunt eam et aedificaverunt contra eam munitiones in circuitu.
4 (KAT) V deviatom roku jeho kraľovania, v desiatom mesiaci, na desiaty deň mesiaca prišiel babylonský kráľ Nabuchodonozor a celé jeho vojsko proti Jeruzalemu, utáboril sa proti nemu a postavil okolo neho násyp.
4 (UKJV) And it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, and pitched against it, and built forts against it round about.

5 (HEM) ותבא העיר במצור עד עשתי עשרה שנה למלך צדקיהו׃
5 (VUL) Et fuit civitas obsessa usque ad undecimum annum regis Sedeciae.
5 (KAT) Mesto bolo v stave obliehania až do jedenásteho roku kráľa Sedekiáša.
5 (UKJV) So the city was besieged unto the eleventh year of king Zedekiah.

6 (HEM) בחדש הרביעי בתשעה לחדש ויחזק הרעב בעיר ולא היה לחם לעם הארץ׃
6 (VUL) Mense autem quarto, nona mensis, obtinuit fames in civitate, et non erant alimenta populo terrae.
6 (KAT) Na deviaty deň štvrtého mesiaca sa v meste tak rozmohol hlad, že vidiecky ľud nemal chleba.
6 (UKJV) And in the fourth month, in the ninth day of the month, the famine was sore in the city, so that there was no bread for the people of the land.

7 (HEM) ותבקע העיר וכל אנשי המלחמה יברחו ויצאו מהעיר לילה דרך שער בין החמתים אשר על גן המלך וכשדים על העיר סביב וילכו דרך הערבה׃
7 (VUL) Et dirupta est civitas, et omnes viri bellatores fugerunt exieruntque de civitate nocte per viam portae, quae est inter duos muros et ducit ad hortum regis, Chaldaeis obsidentibus urbem in gyro, et abierunt per viam, quae ducit in Arabam.
7 (KAT) Mesto dostalo trhlinu a všetci bojovníci ušli; v noci vytiahli z mesta cestou cez bránu medzi dvoma múrmi, ktorá bola pri kráľovskej záhrade - hoci Chaldejci obkľučovali mesto -, a dali sa smerom k Arabe.
7 (UKJV) "Then the city was broken up, and all the men of war fled, and went forth out of the city by night by the way of the gate between the two walls, which was by the king's garden; (now the Chaldeans were by the city round about:) and they went by the way of the plain. "

8 (HEM) וירדפו חיל כשדים אחרי המלך וישיגו את צדקיהו בערבת ירחו וכל חילו נפצו מעליו׃
8 (VUL) Persecutus est autem Chaldaeorum exercitus regem, et apprehenderunt Sedeciam in campestribus Iericho, et omnis comitatus eius diffugit ab eo.
8 (KAT) Chaldejské oddiely prenasledovali kráľa a dochytili Sedekiáša na Jerišskej rovine. Všetky jeho oddiely sa však rozpŕchli od neho.
8 (UKJV) "But the army of the Chaldeans pursued after the king, and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho; and all his army was scattered from him. "

9 (HEM) ויתפשו את המלך ויעלו אתו אל מלך בבל רבלתה בארץ חמת וידבר אתו משפטים׃
9 (VUL) Cumque comprehendissent regem, adduxerunt eum ad regem Babylonis in Rebla, quae est in terra Emath; et locutus est ad eum iudicia.
9 (KAT) I zajali kráľa a zaviedli ho k babylonskému kráľovi do Rebly v krajine Emat a on vyniesol nad ním rozsudok.
9 (UKJV) "Then they took the king, and carried him up unto the king of Babylon to Riblah in the land of Hamath; where he gave judgment upon him. "

10 (HEM) וישחט מלך בבל את בני צדקיהו לעיניו וגם את כל שרי יהודה שחט ברבלתה׃
10 (VUL) Et iugulavit rex Babylonis filios Sedeciae in oculis eius, sed et omnes principes Iudae occidit in Rebla;
10 (KAT) Babylonský kráľ zabil Sedekiášových synov pred jeho očami a pozabíjal v Reble aj všetky júdske kniežatá.
10 (UKJV) And the king of Babylon slew the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes: he slew also all the princes of Judah in Riblah.

11 (HEM) ואת עיני צדקיהו עור ויאסרהו בנחשתים ויבאהו מלך בבל בבלה ויתנהו בבית הפקדת עד יום מותו׃
11 (VUL) et oculos Sedeciae eruit et vinxit eum compedibus et adduxit eum rex Babylonis in Babylonem et posuit eum in domo carceris usque ad diem mortis eius.
11 (KAT) Sedekiášovi oslepil oči a spútal ho okovami; babylonský kráľ ho odviedol do Babylonu, kde ho vrhol do žalára až do dňa jeho smrti.
11 (UKJV) "Then he put out the eyes of Zedekiah; and the king of Babylon bound him in chains, and carried him to Babylon, and put him in prison till the day of his death. "

12 (HEM) ובחדש החמישי בעשור לחדש היא שנת תשע עשרה שנה למלך נבוכדראצר מלך בבל בא נבוזראדן רב טבחים עמד לפני מלך בבל בירושלם׃
12 (VUL) In mense autem quinto, decima mensis, ipse est annus nonus decimus Nabuchodonosor regis Babylonis, venit Nabuzardan princeps satellitum, qui stabat coram rege Babylonis, in Ierusalem.
12 (KAT) V piatom mesiaci, na desiaty deň mesiaca - v jedenástom roku kráľa Nabuchodonozora, babylonského kráľa -, prišiel do Jeruzalema veliteľ telesnej stráže Nabuzardan, osobný minister babylonského kráľa.
12 (UKJV) Now in the fifth month, in the tenth day of the month, which was the nineteenth year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan, captain of the guard, which served the king of Babylon, into Jerusalem,

13 (HEM) וישרף את בית יהוה ואת בית המלך ואת כל בתי ירושלם ואת כל בית הגדול שרף באש׃
13 (VUL) Et incendit domum Domini et domum regis; et omnes domos Ierusalem et omnem domum magnam igni combussit;
13 (KAT) I podpálil Pánov chrám aj kráľovský palác a všetky jeruzalemské domy. Všetky veľké domy spálil.
13 (UKJV) "And burned the house of the LORD, and the king's house; and all the houses of Jerusalem, and all the houses of the great men, burned he with fire: "

14 (HEM) ואת כל חמות ירושלם סביב נתצו כל חיל כשדים אשר את רב טבחים׃
14 (VUL) et totum murum Ierusalem per circuitum destruxit cunctus exercitus Chaldaeorum, qui erat cum magistro satellitum.
14 (KAT) Všetko chaldejské vojsko, ktoré bolo s veliteľom telesnej stráže, zrúcalo všetky múry okolo Jeruzalema.
14 (UKJV) And all the army of the Chaldeans, that were with the captain of the guard, brake down all the walls of Jerusalem round about.

15 (HEM) ומדלות העם ואת יתר העם הנשארים בעיר ואת הנפלים אשר נפלו אל מלך בבל ואת יתר האמון הגלה נבוזראדן רב טבחים׃
15 (VUL) De pauperibus autem populi et de reliquo vulgo, quod remanserat in civitate, et de perfugis, qui transfugerant ad regem Babylonis, et superfluos artificum transtulit Nabuzardan princeps satellitum.
15 (KAT) Veliteľ telesnej stráže Nabuzardan odviedol do zajatia (aj chudobných ľudu) a zvyšok ľudí, ktorí ostali v meste, tiež i prebehlíkov, ktorí prebehli k babylonskému kráľovi, ako aj zvyšok zástupu.
15 (UKJV) Then Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive certain of the poor of the people, and the residue of the people that remained in the city, and those that fell away, that fell to the king of Babylon, and the rest of the multitude.

16 (HEM) ומדלות הארץ השאיר נבוזראדן רב טבחים לכרמים וליגבים׃
16 (VUL) De pauperibus vero terrae reliquit Nabuzardan princeps satellitum in vinitores et in agricolas.
16 (KAT) Z chudobných krajiny však nechal veliteľ telesnej stráže Nabuzardan niektorých za vinohradníkov a roľníkov.
16 (UKJV) But Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard left certain of the poor of the land for vinedressers and for husbandmen.

17 (HEM) ואת עמודי הנחשת אשר לבית יהוה ואת המכנות ואת ים הנחשת אשר בבית יהוה שברו כשדים וישאו את כל נחשתם בבלה׃
17 (VUL) Columnas quoque aereas, quae erant in domo Domini, et bases et mare aereum, quod erat in domo Domini, confregerunt Chaldaei et tulerunt omne aes eorum in Babylonem.
17 (KAT) Kovové stĺpy, ktoré boli v Pánovom chráme, podstavce a kovové more, ktoré bolo v Pánovom chráme, Chaldejci polámali a všetok kov z nich odniesli do Babylonu.
17 (UKJV) Also the pillars of brass that were in the house of the LORD, and the bases, and the brazen sea that was in the house of the LORD, the Chaldeans brake, and carried all the brass of them to Babylon.

18 (HEM) ואת הסרות ואת היעים ואת המזמרות ואת המזרקת ואת הכפות ואת כל כלי הנחשת אשר ישרתו בהם לקחו׃
18 (VUL) Et lebetes et vatilla et cultros et phialas et mortariola et omnia vasa aerea, quae in ministerio fuerant, tulerunt;
18 (KAT) Vzali aj hrnce, lopatky, nože, kropáče a misky a všetky kovové nádoby, ktorými sa vykonávala služba.
18 (UKJV) The caldrons also, and the shovels, and the snuffers, and the bowls, and the spoons, and all the vessels of brass wherewith they ministered, took they away.

19 (HEM) ואת הספים ואת המחתות ואת המזרקות ואת הסירות ואת המנרות ואת הכפות ואת המנקיות אשר זהב זהב ואשר כסף כסף לקח רב טבחים׃
19 (VUL) et pelves et thymiamateria et phialas et lebetes et candelabra et mortaria et cyathos, quotquot aurea aurea, et quotquot argentea argentea, tulit magister satellitum;
19 (KAT) Kotlíky, uholníky, kropáče, hrnce, svietniky, misky a čaše, či boli zo zlata, alebo zo striebra, zobral veliteľ telesnej stráže.
19 (UKJV) "And the basons, and the fire-pans, and the bowls, and the caldrons, and the candlesticks, and the spoons, and the cups; that which was of gold in gold, and that which was of silver in silver, took the captain of the guard away. "

20 (HEM) העמודים שנים הים אחד והבקר שנים עשר נחשת אשר תחת המכנות אשר עשה המלך שלמה לבית יהוה לא היה משקל לנחשתם כל הכלים האלה׃
20 (VUL) columnas duas et mare unum et vitulos duodecim aereos, qui erant subtus basi, quam fecerat rex Salomon domui Domini. Non erat pondus aeris omnium horum vasorum.

21 (HEM) והעמודים שמנה עשרה אמה קומה העמד האחד וחוט שתים עשרה אמה יסבנו ועביו ארבע אצבעות נבוב׃
21 (VUL) De columnis autem, decem et octo cubiti altitudinis erant in columna una, et funiculus duodecim cubitorum circuibat eam; porro grossitudo eius quattuor digitorum, et intrinsecus cava erat.
21 (KAT) Čo sa stĺpov týka: výška každého stĺpa bola osemnásť lakťov a obopínala ich dvanásť lakťová stuha. Ich hrúbka bola štyri prsty, boli duté.
21 (UKJV) "And concerning the pillars, the height of one pillar was eighteen cubits; and a fastener of twelve cubits did compass it; and the thickness thereof was four fingers: it was hollow. "

22 (HEM) וכתרת עליו נחשת וקומת הכתרת האחת חמש אמות ושבכה ורמונים על הכותרת סביב הכל נחשת וכאלה לעמוד השני ורמונים׃
22 (VUL) Et capitella super utramque aerea: altitudo capitelli unius quinque cubitorum, et retiacula et malogranata super capitellum in circuitu omnia aerea; similiter columnae secundae.
22 (KAT) Mali kovové hlavice, výška jednej hlavice bola päť lakťov. Mriežkovanie a granátové jablká boli na hlavici dookola. Taký bol aj druhý stĺp s granátovými jablkami.
22 (UKJV) "And a capital of brass was upon it; and the height of one capital was five cubits, with network and pomegranates upon the capitals round about, all of brass. The second pillar also and the pomegranates were like unto these. "

23 (HEM) ויהיו הרמנים תשעים וששה רוחה כל הרמונים מאה על השבכה סביב׃
23 (VUL) Et malogranata nonaginta sex dependentia; omnia malogranata centum super retiacula in circuitu.
23 (KAT) Granátových jabĺk bolo deväťdesiatšesť, viseli voľne. Vcelku bolo na mrežiach sto granátových jabĺk.
23 (UKJV) "And there were ninety and six pomegranates on a side; and all the pomegranates upon the network were an hundred round about. "

24 (HEM) ויקח רב טבחים את שריה כהן הראש ואת צפניה כהן המשנה ואת שלשת שמרי הסף׃
24 (VUL) Et tulit magister satellitum Saraiam sacerdotem primum et Sophoniam sacerdotem secundum et tres custodes vestibuli.
24 (KAT) Veliteľ telesnej stráže zajal aj veľkňaza Saraiáša a druhého kňaza Sofoniáša a troch strážcov prahu.
24 (UKJV) And the captain of the guard took Seraiah the chief priest, and Zephaniah the second priest, and the three keepers of the door:

25 (HEM) ומן העיר לקח סריס אחד אשר היה פקיד על אנשי המלחמה ושבעה אנשים מראי פני המלך אשר נמצאו בעיר ואת ספר שר הצבא המצבא את עם הארץ וששים איש מעם הארץ הנמצאים בתוך העיר׃
25 (VUL) Et de civitate tulit eunuchum unum, qui erat praepositus super viros bellatores, et septem viros de his, qui videbant faciem regis, qui inventi sunt in civitate, et scribam principis militum, qui ex populo terrae probabat tirones, et sexaginta viros de populo terrae, qui inventi sunt in medio civitatis.

26 (HEM) ויקח אותם נבוזראדן רב טבחים וילך אותם אל מלך בבל רבלתה׃

27 (HEM) ויכה אותם מלך בבל וימתם ברבלה בארץ חמת ויגל יהודה מעל אדמתו׃
27 (VUL) et percussit eos rex Babylonis et interfecit eos in Rebla in terra Emath. Et translatus est Iuda de terra sua.
27 (KAT) A babylonský kráľ ich dal pobiť; usmrtil ich v Reble v ematskej krajine. Júdu však odviedol z jeho pôdy do zajatia.
27 (UKJV) And the king of Babylon stroke them, and put them to death in Riblah in the land of Hamath. Thus Judah was carried away captive out of his own land.

28 (HEM) זה העם אשר הגלה נבוכדראצר בשנת שבע יהודים שלשת אלפים ועשרים ושלשה׃
28 (VUL) Iste est populus, quem transtulit Nabuchodonosor: in anno septimo, Iudaeos tria millia et viginti tres;
28 (KAT) Toto je ľud, ktorý Nabuchodonozor v siedmom roku odviedol do zajatia: tritisícdvadsaťtri Júdovcov.
28 (UKJV) This is the people whom Nebuchadrezzar carried away captive: in the seventh year three thousand Jews and three and twenty:

29 (HEM) בשנת שמונה עשרה לנבוכדראצר מירושלם נפש שמנה מאות שלשים ושנים׃
29 (VUL) in anno octavo decimo Nabuchodonosor de Ierusalem animas octingentas triginta duas;

29 (UKJV) In the eighteenth year of Nebuchadrezzar he carried away captive from Jerusalem eight hundred thirty and two persons:

30 (HEM) בשנת שלש ועשרים לנבוכדראצר הגלה נבוזראדן רב טבחים יהודים נפש שבע מאות ארבעים וחמשה כל נפש ארבעת אלפים ושש מאות׃
30 (VUL) in anno vicesimo tertio Nabuchodonosor transtulit Nabuzardan magister satellitum animas Iudaeorum septingentas quadraginta quinque; omnes ergo animae quattuor milia sescentae.
30 (KAT) V dvadsiatom treťom roku Nabuchodonozora zajal veliteľ telesnej stráže Nabuzardan z Júdovcov sedemstoštyridsaťpäť duší, vcelku štyritisíc duší.
30 (UKJV) In the three and twentieth year of Nebuchadrezzar Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive of the Jews seven hundred forty and five persons: all the persons were four thousand and six hundred.

31 (HEM) ויהי בשלשים ושבע שנה לגלות יהויכן מלך יהודה בשנים עשר חדש בעשרים וחמשה לחדש נשא אויל מרדך מלך בבל בשנת מלכתו את ראש יהויכין מלך יהודה ויצא אותו מבית הכליא׃
31 (VUL) Et factum est in tricesimo septimo anno transmigrationis Ioachin regis Iudae, duodecimo mense vicesima quinta mensis, elevavit Evilmerodach rex Babylonis, ipso anno regni sui, caput Ioachin regis Iudae; et eduxit eum de domo carceris.
31 (KAT) V tridsiatom siedmom roku zajatia júdskeho kráľa Joachina, v dvanástom mesiaci, na dvadsiaty piaty deň mesiaca babylonský kráľ Evil Merodach v roku svojho nastúpenia omilostil júdskeho kráľa Joachina a vyviedol ho zo žalára.
31 (UKJV) And it came to pass in the seven and thirtieth year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, in the five and twentieth day of the month, that Evilmerodach king of Babylon in the first year of his reign lifted up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah, and brought him forth out of prison.

32 (HEM) וידבר אתו טבות ויתן את כסאו ממעל לכסא מלכים אשר אתו בבבל׃
32 (VUL) Et locutus est cum eo bona et posuit thronum eius super thronos regum, qui erant secum in Babylone.
32 (KAT) Hovoril s ním láskavo a jeho trón postavil nad tróny kráľov, ktorí boli s ním v Babylone.
32 (UKJV) And spoke kindly unto him, and set his throne above the throne of the kings that were with him in Babylon,

33 (HEM) ושנה את בגדי כלאו ואכל לחם לפניו תמיד כל ימי חיו׃
33 (VUL) Et mutavit vestimenta carceris eius, et comedebat panem coram eo semper cunctis diebus vitae suae.
33 (KAT) Zamenil mu zajatecký odev a jedol s ním stále, po všetky dni svojho života.
33 (UKJV) And changed his prison garments: and he did continually eat bread before him all the days of his life.

34 (HEM) וארחתו ארחת תמיד נתנה לו מאת מלך בבל דבר יום ביומו עד יום מותו כל ימי חייו׃
34 (VUL) Et cibaria eius, cibaria perpetua dabantur ei a rege Babylonis statuta per singulos dies, usque ad diem mortis suae, cunctis diebus vitae eius.
34 (KAT) Zaopatrenie, a to zaopatrenie trvalé, dostával každodenne od kráľa po všetky dni svojho života. Keď odviedli Izrael do zajatia a Jeruzalem ostal opustený, sedel Jeremiáš v plači a týmito žalospevmi nariekal nad Jeruzalemom. Zatrpknutou dušou si vzdychol, zakvílil a prehovoril:
34 (UKJV) And for his diet, there was a continual diet given him of the king of Babylon, every day a portion until the day of his death, all the days of his life.
