1 (HEM) הדבר אשר היה אל ירמיהו מאת יהוה לאמר׃
1 (VUL) Verbum, quod factum est ad Ieremiam a Domino dicens:
1 (KAT) Slovo, ktoré Pán povedal Jeremiášovi:
1 (UKJV) The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,

2 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה אלהי ישראל לאמר כתב לך את כל הדברים אשר דברתי אליך אל ספר׃
2 (VUL) “ Haec dicit Dominus, Deus Israel, dicens: Scribe tibi omnia verba, quae locutus sum ad te, in libro;
2 (KAT) „Toto hovorí Pán, Boh Izraela: Napíš si do knihy všetky slová, ktoré som ti povedal.
2 (UKJV) Thus speaks the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write you all the words that I have spoken unto you in a book.

3 (HEM) כי הנה ימים באים נאם יהוה ושבתי את שבות עמי ישראל ויהודה אמר יהוה והשבתים אל הארץ אשר נתתי לאבותם וירשוה׃
3 (VUL) ecce enim dies veniunt, dicit Dominus, et convertam sortem populi mei Israel et Iudae, ait Dominus, et convertam eos ad terram, quam dedi patribus eorum, et possidebunt eam ”.
3 (KAT) Lebo, hľa, prídu dni, vraví Pán, keď obrátim osud svojho ľudu, Izraela a Júdu, hovorí Pán, a navrátim ich do krajiny, ktorú som dal ich otcom, i budú ňou vládnuť.“
3 (UKJV) For, lo, the days come, says the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, says the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.

4 (HEM) ואלה הדברים אשר דבר יהוה אל ישראל ואל יהודה׃
4 (VUL) Et haec verba, quae locutus est Dominus ad Israel et ad Iudam:
4 (KAT) Toto sú slová, ktoré Pán hovoril o Izraeli a o Júdsku:
4 (UKJV) And these are the words that the LORD spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah.

5 (HEM) כי כה אמר יהוה קול חרדה שמענו פחד ואין שלום׃
5 (VUL) “ Quoniam haec dicit Dominus: Vocem terroris audivimus, formido et non est pax.
5 (KAT) „Áno, toto hovorí Pán: Počuli sme strašný hlas; úzkosť a niet pokoja.
5 (UKJV) "For thus says the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. "

6 (HEM) שאלו נא וראו אם ילד זכר מדוע ראיתי כל גבר ידיו על חלציו כיולדה ונהפכו כל פנים לירקון׃
6 (VUL) Interrogate et videte, si generat masculus; quare ergo vidi omnis viri manum super lumbum suum quasi parturientis, et conversae sunt universae facies in auruginem?
6 (KAT) Spytujte sa, pozrite, či porodí muž? Prečo vidím, že každý muž má ruky na bedrách sťa rodička a každá tvár sa zmenila, zbledla.
6 (UKJV) Ask all of you now, and see whether a man does travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?

7 (HEM) הוי כי גדול היום ההוא מאין כמהו ועת צרה היא ליעקב וממנה יושע׃
7 (VUL) Vae, quia magna dies illa, nec est similis eius, tempusque tribulationis est Iacob, et ex ipso salvabitur.
7 (KAT) Ach, veľký je to deň, podobného mu niet, je to čas úzkosti pre Jakuba, ale vyslobodí sa z toho.
7 (UKJV) Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.

8 (HEM) והיה ביום ההוא נאם יהוה צבאות אשבר עלו מעל צוארך ומוסרותיך אנתק ולא יעבדו בו עוד זרים׃
8 (VUL) Et erit: in die illa, ait Dominus exercituum, conteram iugum eius de collo tuo et vincula tua dirumpam; et non dominabuntur ei amplius alieni,
8 (KAT) V ten deň, hovorí Pán zástupov, zlámem jarmo, ktoré má na šiji, a jeho putá roztrhám, že ho nebudú viac zotročovať cudzinci.
8 (UKJV) For it shall come to pass in that day, says the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off your neck, and will burst your bonds, and strangers shall no more make use of him:

9 (HEM) ועבדו את יהוה אלהיהם ואת דוד מלכם אשר אקים להם׃
9 (VUL) sed servient Domino Deo suo et David regi suo, quem suscitabo eis.
9 (KAT) Pánovi, svojmu Bohu, budú slúžiť a svojmu kráľovi Dávidovi, ktorého im ustanovím.
9 (UKJV) But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.

10 (HEM) ואתה אל תירא עבדי יעקב נאם יהוה ואל תחת ישראל כי הנני מושיעך מרחוק ואת זרעך מארץ שבים ושב יעקב ושקט ושאנן ואין מחריד׃
10 (VUL) Tu ergo ne timeas, serve meus Iacob, ait Dominus, neque paveas, Israel, quia ecce ego salvabo te de terra longinqua et semen tuum de terra captivitatis eorum; et revertetur Iacob et quiescet et securus erit, et non erit quem formidet;
10 (KAT) Ty sa však neboj, sluha môj, Jakub, hovorí Pán, nestrachuj sa - Izrael, lebo, hľa, ja ťa zachránim z diaľky a tvoje potomstvo z krajiny zajatia; i vráti sa Jakub a odpočinie si, v bezpečí bude, nezastraší ho nik.
10 (UKJV) "Therefore fear you not, O my servant Jacob, says the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save you from far, and your seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid. "

11 (HEM) כי אתך אני נאם יהוה להושיעך כי אעשה כלה בכל הגוים אשר הפצותיך שם אך אתך לא אעשה כלה ויסרתיך למשפט ונקה לא אנקך׃
11 (VUL) quoniam tecum ego sum, ait Dominus, ut salvem te. Faciam enim consummationem in cunctis gentibus, in quibus dispersi te; te autem non faciam in consummationem, sed castigabo te in iudicio nec quasi innocenti parcam tibi.
11 (KAT) Veď som s tebou ja, hovorí Pán, aby som ťa zachránil. Áno, zničím všetky národy, medzi ktoré som ťa roztrúsil, iba teba nezničím, ale budem ťa karhať spravodlivo a bez trestu ťa nenechám.
11 (UKJV) For I am with you, says the LORD, to save you: though I make a full end of all nations where I have scattered you, yet I will not make a full end of you: but I will correct you in measure, and will not leave you altogether unpunished.

12 (HEM) כי כה אמר יהוה אנוש לשברך נחלה מכתך׃
12 (VUL) Quia haec dicit Dominus: Insanabilis fractura tua, pessima plaga tua;
12 (KAT) Lebo toto hovorí Pán: Nezhojiteľný je tvoj úraz, nevyliečiteľná tvoja rana.
12 (UKJV) For thus says the LORD, Your bruise is incurable, and your wound is grievous.

13 (HEM) אין דן דינך למזור רפאות תעלה אין לך׃
13 (VUL) non est qui iudicet iudicium tuum; sunt ulceri medicamina, tibi vero cicatrix non obducitur.
13 (KAT) Nik sa nechce ujať tvojho vredu, nemáš lieku na zhojenie.
13 (UKJV) There is none to plead your cause, that you may be bound up: you have no healing medicines.

14 (HEM) כל מאהביך שכחוך אותך לא ידרשו כי מכת אויב הכיתיך מוסר אכזרי על רב עונך עצמו חטאתיך׃
14 (VUL) Omnes amatores tui obliti sunt tui, te non quaerunt; plaga enim inimici percussi te castigatione crudeli: propter multitudinem iniquitatis tuae dura facta sunt peccata tua.
14 (KAT) Všetci tvoji milovníci zabudli na teba, nevyhľadávajú ťa; veď som ťa udrel nepriateľskou ranou, príkrym karhaním pre množstvo tvojich hriechov, silu tvojich zločinov.
14 (UKJV) "All your lovers have forgotten you; they seek you not; for I have wounded you with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of your iniquity; because your sins were increased. "

15 (HEM) מה תזעק על שברך אנוש מכאבך על רב עונך עצמו חטאתיך עשיתי אלה לך׃
15 (VUL) Quid clamas super contritione tua? Insanabilis est dolor tuus. Propter multitudinem iniquitatis tuae et propter dura peccata tua feci haec tibi.
15 (KAT) Čo kričíš pre svoj úraz? - Tvoja bolesť je nezhojiteľná; pre množstvo tvojich hriechov, silu tvojich zločinov som ti to urobil.
15 (UKJV) Why cry you for your affliction? your sorrow is incurable for the multitude of your iniquity: because your sins were increased, I have done these things unto you.

16 (HEM) לכן כל אכליך יאכלו וכל צריך כלם בשבי ילכו והיו שאסיך למשסה וכל בזזיך אתן לבז׃
16 (VUL) Propterea omnes, qui comedunt te, devorabuntur, et universi hostes tui in captivitatem ducentur, et, qui te vastant, vastabuntur, cunctosque praedatores tuos dabo in praedam.
16 (KAT) Ale všetci, čo ťa hlcú, budú pohltení, všetci tvoji nepriatelia pôjdu do zajatia, všetci, čo ťa koristia, budú korisťou a všetci, čo ťa plienia, budú plenom.
16 (UKJV) "Therefore all they that devour you shall be devoured; and all of your adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil you shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon you will I give for a prey. "

17 (HEM) כי אעלה ארכה לך וממכותיך ארפאך נאם יהוה כי נדחה קראו לך ציון היא דרש אין לה׃
17 (VUL) Obducam enim cicatricem tibi et a vulneribus tuis sanabo te, dicit Dominus, quia Eiectam vocaverunt te, Sion haec, quae non habebat requirentem.

17 (UKJV) "For I will restore health unto you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the LORD; because they called you an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after. "

18 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה הנני שב שבות אהלי יעקוב ומשכנתיו ארחם ונבנתה עיר על תלה וארמון על משפטו ישב׃
18 (VUL) Haec dicit Dominus: Ecce ego convertam sortem tabernaculorum Iacob et tectis eius miserebor, et aedificabitur civitas in ruinis suis, et arx in loco suo fundabitur;
18 (KAT) Toto hovorí Pán: Hľa, obrátim osud Jakubových stanov, nad jeho šiatrami sa zľutujem, mesto sa zbuduje na svojich kopcoch a palác bude stáť na pravom mieste.
18 (UKJV) "Thus says the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have mercy on his dwelling places; and the city shall be built upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof. "

19 (HEM) ויצא מהם תודה וקול משחקים והרבתים ולא ימעטו והכבדתים ולא יצערו׃
19 (VUL) et egredietur de eis laus voxque ludentium. Et multiplicabo eos, et non imminuentur, et glorificabo eos, et non attenuabuntur.
19 (KAT) Chválospev sa bude z nich ozývať a hlas veselosti, rozmnožím ich, neumenšia sa, oslávim ich, neoslabnú.
19 (UKJV) "And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. "

20 (HEM) והיו בניו כקדם ועדתו לפני תכון ופקדתי על כל לחציו׃
20 (VUL) Et erunt filii eius sicut a principio, et coetus eius coram me permanebit, et visitabo adversum omnes, qui tribulant eum.

20 (UKJV) Their children also shall be as in old times, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.

21 (VUL) Et erit dux eius ex eo, et princeps de medio eius procedet; et applicabo eum, et accedet ad me. Quis enim iste est, qui pignori dabit cor suum, ut appropinquet mihi?, ait Dominus.
21 (KAT) Vládcu bude mať z vlastných radov a panovníka si sám zrodí. Priblížim si ho a príde ku mne, veď ktože by nasadzoval život a priblížil by sa mi - hovorí Pán.
21 (UKJV) "And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? says the LORD. "

22 (HEM) והייתם לי לעם ואנכי אהיה לכם לאלהים׃
22 (VUL) Et eritis mihi in populum, et ego ero vobis in Deum.
22 (KAT) I budete mojím ľudom a ja budem vaším Bohom.
22 (UKJV) And all of you shall be my people, and I will be your God.

23 (HEM) הנה סערת יהוה חמה יצאה סער מתגורר על ראש רשעים יחול׃
23 (VUL) Ecce turbo Domini, furor egrediens, procella ruens; in capite impiorum conquiescet.
23 (KAT) Hľa, zúri Pánova víchrica, hnev, víchor sa rúti, zúri nad hlavou bezbožníkov!
23 (UKJV) Behold, the whirlwind of the LORD goes forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked.

24 (HEM) לא ישוב חרון אף יהוה עד עשתו ועד הקימו מזמות לבו באחרית הימים תתבוננו בה׃
24 (VUL) Non cessabit ab ira indignationis Dominus, donec faciat et compleat cogitationes cordis sui; in novissimo dierum intellegetis ea.
24 (KAT) Neodvráti sa Pánov hnev, kým nesplní a neustáli plány svojho srdca, na konci dní to pochopíte.
24 (UKJV) The fierce anger of the LORD shall not return, until he has done it, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days all of you shall consider it.
