5 (UKJV) "Build all of you houses, and dwell in them; and plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them; "

6 (HEM) קחו נשים והולידו בנים ובנות וקחו לבניכם נשים ואת בנותיכם תנו לאנשים ותלדנה בנים ובנות ורבו שם ואל תמעטו׃
6 (VUL) accipite uxores et generate filios et filias et date filiis vestris uxores et filias vestras date viris, et pariant filios et filias, et multiplicamini ibi et nolite esse pauci numero.

7 (HEM) ודרשו את שלום העיר אשר הגליתי אתכם שמה והתפללו בעדה אל יהוה כי בשלומה יהיה לכם שלום׃

8 (HEM) כי כה אמר יהוה צבאות אלהי ישראל אל ישיאו לכם נביאיכם אשר בקרבכם וקסמיכם ואל תשמעו אל חלמתיכם אשר אתם מחלמים׃
8 (VUL) Haec enim dicit Dominus exercituum, Deus Israel: Non vos seducant prophetae vestri, qui sunt in medio vestrum, et divini vestri, et ne attendatis ad somnia vestra, quae vos somniatis,

10 (UKJV) For thus says the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.

11 (VUL) Ego enim scio cogitationes, quas ego cogito super vos, ait Dominus, cogitationes pacis et non afflictionis, ut dem vobis posteritatem et spem.

11 (UKJV) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

13 (HEM) ובקשתם אתי ומצאתם כי תדרשני בכל לבבכם׃

14 (HEM) ונמצאתי לכם נאם יהוה ושבתי את שביתכם וקבצתי אתכם מכל הגוים ומכל המקומות אשר הדחתי אתכם שם נאם יהוה והשבתי אתכם אל המקום אשר הגליתי אתכם משם׃
14 (VUL) Et inveniar a vobis, ait Dominus, et reducam captivitatem vestram et congregabo vos de universis gentibus et de cunctis locis, ad quae expuli vos, dicit Dominus; et reverti vos faciam ad locum, de quo transmigrare vos feci.

19 (VUL) eo quod non audierint verba mea, dicit Dominus, quae misi ad eos per servos meos prophetas, de nocte consurgens et mittens, et non audistis, dicit Dominus.

22 (HEM) ולקח מהם קללה לכל גלות יהודה אשר בבבל לאמר ישמך יהוה כצדקיהו וכאחב אשר קלם מלך בבל באש׃
22 (VUL) et assumetur ex eis maledictio omni transmigrationi Iudae, quae est in Babylone, dicentium: “Ponat te Dominus sicut Sedeciam et sicut Achab, quos frixit rex Babylonis in igne!”;

26 (HEM) יהוה נתנך כהן תחת יהוידע הכהן להיות פקדים בית יהוה לכל איש משגע ומתנבא ונתתה אתו אל המהפכת ואל הצינק׃
26 (VUL) “Dominus dedit te sacerdotem pro Ioiada sacerdote, ut sis praefectus in domo Domini super omnem virum arrepticium et prophetantem, ut mittas eum in nervum et in vincula.

32 (VUL) idcirco haec dicit Dominus: Ecce ego visitabo super Semeiam Nehelamiten et super semen eius; non erit ei vir sedens in medio populi huius, et non videbit bonum, quod ego faciam populo meo, ait Dominus, quia praevaricationem locutus est adversus Dominum ”.
