1 (HEM) הדבר אשר היה על ירמיהו על כל עם יהודה בשנה הרבעית ליהויקים בן יאשיהו מלך יהודה היא השנה הראשנית לנבוכדראצר מלך בבל׃

1 (KAT) Slovo, ktoré dostal Jeremiáš o celom júdskom ľude vo štvrtom roku Joakima, syna Joziášovho, kráľa júdskeho - to bol prvý rok babylonského kráľa Nabuchodonozora -,
1 (UKJV) "The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, that was the first year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; "

2 (HEM) אשר דבר ירמיהו הנביא על כל עם יהודה ואל כל ישבי ירושלם לאמר׃

2 (UKJV) The which Jeremiah the prophet spoke unto all the people of Judah, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying,

3 (HEM) מן שלש עשרה שנה ליאשיהו בן אמון מלך יהודה ועד היום הזה זה שלש ועשרים שנה היה דבר יהוה אלי ואדבר אליכם אשכים ודבר ולא שמעתם׃
3 (VUL) “ A tertio decimo anno Iosiae filii Amon regis Iudae usque ad diem hanc, iste tertius et vicesimus est annus, factum est verbum Domini ad me, et locutus sum ad vos de nocte consurgens et loquens, et non audistis.
3 (KAT) „Od trinásteho roku Joziáša, syna Amonovho, kráľa júdskeho, až podnes je to dvadsaťtri rokov, čo Pán hovorí ku mne. I hovoril som k vám bez prestania, no nepočúvali ste.

4 (HEM) ושלח יהוה אליכם את כל עבדיו הנבאים השכם ושלח ולא שמעתם ולא הטיתם את אזנכם לשמע׃
4 (VUL) Et misit Dominus ad vos omnes servos suos prophetas, consurgens diluculo mittensque; et non audistis neque inclinastis aures vestras, ut audiretis,

5 (HEM) לאמר שובו נא איש מדרכו הרעה ומרע מעלליכם ושבו על האדמה אשר נתן יהוה לכם ולאבותיכם למן עולם ועד עולם׃
5 (VUL) cum diceret: “Revertimini unusquisque a via sua mala et a pessimis cogitationibus vestris, et habitabitis in terra, quam dedit Dominus vobis et patribus vestris, a saeculo et usque in saeculum;

6 (HEM) ואל תלכו אחרי אלהים אחרים לעבדם ולהשתחות להם ולא תכעיסו אותי במעשה ידיכם ולא ארע לכם׃
6 (VUL) et nolite ire post deos alienos, ut serviatis eis adoretisque eos, neque me ad iracundiam provocetis in operibus manuum vestrarum, et non affligam vos.

7 (HEM) ולא שמעתם אלי נאם יהוה למען הכעסוני במעשה ידיכם לרע לכם׃
7 (VUL) Et non audistis me, dicit Dominus, ut me ad iracundiam provocaretis in operibus manuum vestrarum, in malum vestrum”.

7 (UKJV) "Yet all of you have not hearkened unto me, says the LORD; that all of you might provoke me to anger with the works of your hands to your own hurt. "

8 (HEM) לכן כה אמר יהוה צבאות יען אשר לא שמעתם את דברי׃
8 (VUL) Propterea haec dicit Dominus exercituum: Pro eo quod non audistis verba mea,

8 (UKJV) "Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts; Because all of you have not heard my words, "

9 (HEM) הנני שלח ולקחתי את כל משפחות צפון נאם יהוה ואל נבוכדראצר מלך בבל עבדי והבאתים על הארץ הזאת ועל ישביה ועל כל הגוים האלה סביב והחרמתים ושמתים לשמה ולשרקה ולחרבות עולם׃
9 (VUL) ecce ego mittam et assumam universas cognationes aquilonis, ait Dominus, et Nabuchodonosor regem Babylonis, servum meum, et adducam eos super terram istam et super habitatores eius et super omnes nationes, quae in circuitu illius sunt; et interficiam eos et ponam eos in stuporem et in sibilum et in ruinas sempiternas.
9 (KAT) hľa, pošlem a zoberiem všetky kmene severu (hovorí Pán - aj Nabuchodonozorovi, kráľovi Bábela, svojmu sluhovi) a privediem ich proti tejto krajine a proti jej obyvateľom i proti všetkým týmto okolitým národom. Splním na nich kliatbu, obrátim ich na hrôzu a posmech a na večnú púšť.
9 (UKJV) Behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, says the LORD, and Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and an hissing, and perpetual desolations.

10 (HEM) והאבדתי מהם קול ששון וקול שמחה קול חתן וקול כלה קול רחים ואור נר׃
10 (VUL) Perdamque ex eis vocem gaudii et vocem laetitiae, vocem sponsi et vocem sponsae, vocem molae et lumen lucernae,

11 (HEM) והיתה כל הארץ הזאת לחרבה לשמה ועבדו הגוים האלה את מלך בבל שבעים שנה׃
11 (VUL) et erit universa terra haec in solitudinem et in stuporem, et servient omnes gentes istae regi Babylonis septuaginta annis.
11 (KAT) Celá táto krajina bude vyhnanstvom a hrôzou a tieto národy budú slúžiť sedemdesiat rokov babylonskému kráľovi.
11 (UKJV) "And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. "

12 (HEM) והיה כמלאות שבעים שנה אפקד על מלך בבל ועל הגוי ההוא נאם יהוה את עונם ועל ארץ כשדים ושמתי אתו לשממות עולם׃
12 (VUL) Cumque impleti fuerint septuaginta anni, visitabo super regem Babylonis et super gentem illam, dicit Dominus, iniquitatem eorum et super terram Chaldaeorum; et ponam illam in solitudines sempiternas.
12 (KAT) A až uplynie sedemdesiat rokov, potrescem babylonského kráľa i ten ľud -hovorí Pán - pre ich hriech, aj krajinu Chaldejcov a obrátim ju na večitú púšť.
12 (UKJV) And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, says the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations.

13 (HEM) והבאיתי על הארץ ההיא את כל דברי אשר דברתי עליה את כל הכתוב בספר הזה אשר נבא ירמיהו על כל הגוים׃
13 (VUL) Et adducam super terram illam omnia verba mea, quae locutus sum contra eam, omne, quod scriptum est in libro isto, quaecumque prophetavit Ieremias adversum omnes gentes.
13 (KAT) Privediem na tú krajinu všetky svoje hrozby, ktoré som proti nej vyhlásil, všetko, čo je napísané v tejto knihe, čo Jeremiáš prorokoval proti všetkým národom.
13 (UKJV) And I will bring upon that land all my words which I have pronounced against it, even all that is written in this book, which Jeremiah has prophesied against all the nations.

14 (HEM) כי עבדו בם גם המה גוים רבים ומלכים גדולים ושלמתי להם כפעלם וכמעשה ידיהם׃
14 (VUL) Quia servient eis etiam illi, gentes multae et reges magni, et reddam eis secundum opera eorum et secundum facta manuum suarum ”.

14 (UKJV) For many nations and great kings shall make use of them also: and I will recompense them according to their deeds, and according to the works of their own hands.

15 (HEM) כי כה אמר יהוה אלהי ישראל אלי קח את כוס היין החמה הזאת מידי והשקיתה אתו את כל הגוים אשר אנכי שלח אותך אליהם׃
15 (VUL) Quia sic dicit Dominus, Deus Israel, ad me: “ Sume calicem vini furoris huius de manu mea et propinabis de illo cunctis gentibus, ad quas ego mittam te;
15 (KAT) Lebo toto mi povedal Pán, Boh Izraela: „Vezmi z mojej ruky tento vínový kalich hnevu a daj ho piť všetkým národom, ku ktorým ťa pošlem.

16 (HEM) ושתו והתגעשו והתהללו מפני החרב אשר אנכי שלח בינתם׃
16 (VUL) et bibent et turbabuntur et insanient a facie gladii, quem ego mittam inter eos ”.

16 (UKJV) And they shall drink, and be moved, and be mad, because of the sword that I will send among them.

17 (HEM) ואקח את הכוס מיד יהוה ואשקה את כל הגוים אשר שלחני יהוה אליהם׃
17 (VUL) Et accepi calicem de manu Domini et propinavi cunctis gentibus, ad quas misit me Dominus,
17 (KAT) Vzal som teda z Pánovej ruky kalich a napojil som všetky národy, ku ktorým ma Pán poslal.
17 (UKJV) Then took I the cup at the LORD's hand, and made all the nations to drink, unto whom the LORD had sent me:

18 (HEM) את ירושלם ואת ערי יהודה ואת מלכיה את שריה לתת אתם לחרבה לשמה לשרקה ולקללה כיום הזה׃
18 (VUL) Ierusalem et civitatibus Iudae et regibus eius et principibus eius, ut darem eos in solitudinem et in stuporem, in sibilum et in maledictionem, sicut est dies ista;
18 (KAT) Jeruzalem, mestá Júdska, jeho kráľov, jeho kniežatá, aby som ich vydal na zborenisko, na hrôzu, na posmech a na kliatbu (ako je tomu dnes);
18 (UKJV) "To know, Jerusalem, and the cities of Judah, and the kings thereof, and the princes thereof, to make them a desolation, an astonishment, an hissing, and a curse; as it is this day; "

19 (UKJV) "Pharaoh king of Egypt, and his servants, and his princes, and all his people; "

20 (HEM) ואת כל הערב ואת כל מלכי ארץ העוץ ואת כל מלכי ארץ פלשתים ואת אשקלון ואת עזה ואת עקרון ואת שארית אשדוד׃
20 (VUL) et omni vulgo promiscuo et cunctis regibus terrae Us et cunctis regibus terrae Philisthim et Ascaloni et Gazae et Accaroni et reliquiis Azoti,
20 (KAT) celú zmiešaninu národov a všetkých kráľov krajiny Us; všetkých kráľov filištínskej krajiny: Askalon, Gazu, Akaron a zvyšky Azotu.
20 (UKJV) And all the mingled people, and all the kings of the land of Uz, and all the kings of the land of the Philistines, and Ashkelon, and Azzah, and Ekron, and the remnant of Ashdod,

21 (HEM) את אדום ואת מואב ואת בני עמון׃
21 (VUL) Edom et Moab et filiis Ammon;
21 (KAT) Edom, Moab a synov Amonových,
21 (UKJV) Edom, and Moab, and the children of Ammon,

22 (HEM) ואת כל מלכי צר ואת כל מלכי צידון ואת מלכי האי אשר בעבר הים׃
22 (VUL) et cunctis regibus Tyri et universis regibus Sidonis et regibus terrae insularum, qui sunt trans mare;
22 (KAT) všetkých kráľov Týru, všetkých kráľov Sidonu a kráľov pobrežia, ktoré je za morom.
22 (UKJV) And all the kings of Tyrus, and all the kings of Zidon, and the kings of the isles which are beyond the sea,

24 (UKJV) And all the kings of Arabia, and all the kings of the mingled people that dwell in the desert,

25 (HEM) ואת כל מלכי זמרי ואת כל מלכי עילם ואת כל מלכי מדי׃
25 (VUL) et cunctis regibus Zimri et cunctis regibus Elam et cunctis regibus Medorum,
25 (KAT) Všetkých kráľov Zimriho, všetkých kráľov Elamu a všetkých kráľov Médey,
25 (UKJV) And all the kings of Zimri, and all the kings of Elam, and all the kings of the Medes,

26 (HEM) ואת כל מלכי הצפון הקרבים והרחקים איש אל אחיו ואת כל הממלכות הארץ אשר על פני האדמה ומלך ששך ישתה אחריהם׃
26 (VUL) cunctis quoque regibus aquilonis de prope et de longe, unicuique post fratrem suum et omnibus regnis terrae, quae super faciem eius sunt; et rex Sesach bibet post eos.
26 (KAT) všetkých kráľov severu, blízkych i vzdialených od seba, a všetky kráľovstvá sveta, ktoré sú na povrchu zeme. Kráľ Sesak však bude piť po nich.
26 (UKJV) And all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another, and all the kingdoms of the world, which are upon the face of the earth: and the king of Sheshach shall drink after them.

27 (HEM) ואמרת אליהם כה אמר יהוה צבאות אלהי ישראל שתו ושכרו וקיו ונפלו ולא תקומו מפני החרב אשר אנכי שלח ביניכם׃
27 (VUL) “ Et dices ad eos: Haec dicit Dominus exercituum, Deus Israel: Bibite et inebriamini et vomite; et cadite neque surgatis a facie gladii, quem ego mittam inter vos.

28 (HEM) והיה כי ימאנו לקחת הכוס מידך לשתות ואמרת אליהם כה אמר יהוה צבאות שתו תשתו׃

28 (KAT) A ak sa budú zdráhať vziať z tvojej ruky kalich a piť, povieš im: Toto hovorí Pán zástupov: Veruže budete piť!
28 (UKJV) "And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at your hand to drink, then shall you say unto them, Thus says the LORD of hosts; All of you shall certainly drink. "

29 (HEM) כי הנה בעיר אשר נקרא שמי עליה אנכי מחל להרע ואתם הנקה תנקו לא תנקו כי חרב אני קרא על כל ישבי הארץ נאם יהוה צבאות׃
29 (VUL) quia ecce in civitate, super quam invocatum est nomen meum, ego incipio affligere, et vos immunes eritis? Non eritis immunes; gladium enim ego voco super omnes habitatores terrae, dicit Dominus exercituum.
29 (KAT) Lebo, hľa, ja začínam nešťastie v meste, ktoré sa volá mojím menom, a vy by ste boli ušetrení? Nebudete ušetrení, pretože ja zavolám meč na všetkých obyvateľov zeme - hovorí Pán zástupov.
29 (UKJV) For, lo, I begin to bring evil on the city which is called by my name, and should all of you be utterly unpunished? All of you shall not be unpunished: for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, says the LORD of hosts.

30 (HEM) ואתה תנבא אליהם את כל הדברים האלה ואמרת אליהם יהוה ממרום ישאג וממעון קדשו יתן קולו שאג ישאג על נוהו הידד כדרכים יענה אל כל ישבי הארץ׃
30 (VUL) Et tu prophetabis ad eos omnia verba haec et dices ad illos: Dominus de excelso rugiet et de habitaculo sancto suo dabit vocem suam; rugiens rugiet super pascua sua, celeuma quasi calcantium concinetur adversus omnes habitatores terrae.
30 (KAT) Ty im však prorokuj všetky tieto veci a povedz im: Pán kričí z výsosti, zo svojho svätého príbytku vydáva hlas, hlasno kričí nad svojimi nivami, rozozvučí ujúkanie ako šliapači proti všetkým obyvateľom zeme.
30 (UKJV) "Therefore prophesy you against them all these words, and say unto them, The LORD shall roar from on high, and utter his voice from his holy habitation; he shall mightily roar upon his habitation; he shall give a shout, as they that tread the grapes, against all the inhabitants of the earth. "

31 (HEM) בא שאון עד קצה הארץ כי ריב ליהוה בגוים נשפט הוא לכל בשר הרשעים נתנם לחרב נאם יהוה׃
31 (VUL) Pervenit sonitus usque ad extrema terrae, quia iudicium Domino cum gentibus; in iudicium venit ipse cum omni carne; impios tradidit gladio, dicit Dominus.
31 (KAT) Hrmot preniká až do končín zeme, pretože Pán má spor s národmi; on sa súdi s každým človekom, zlých odovzdá meču - hovorí Pán.
31 (UKJV) "A noise shall come even to the ends of the earth; for the LORD has a controversy with the nations, he will plead with all flesh; he will give them that are wicked to the sword, says the LORD. "

32 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה צבאות הנה רעה יצאת מגוי אל גוי וסער גדול יעור מירכתי ארץ׃

32 (UKJV) Thus says the LORD of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth.

33 (HEM) והיו חללי יהוה ביום ההוא מקצה הארץ ועד קצה הארץ לא יספדו ולא יאספו ולא יקברו לדמן על פני האדמה יהיו׃
33 (VUL) Et erunt interfecti Domini in die illa a summo terrae usque ad summum eius; non plangentur et non colligentur neque sepelientur: in sterquilinium super faciem terrae erunt.
33 (KAT) A pán ich porazí v ten deň od jedného konca zeme po druhý; neoplačú, nezoberú a nepochovajú ich, budú hnojom na povrchu poľa.
33 (UKJV) "And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground. "

34 (HEM) הילילו הרעים וזעקו והתפלשו אדירי הצאן כי מלאו ימיכם לטבוח ותפוצותיכם ונפלתם ככלי חמדה׃
34 (VUL) Ululate, pastores, et clamate; et volutamini vos in pulvere, optimates gregis, quia completi sunt dies vestri ad occisionem et ad dispersionem vestram, et cadetis quasi vasa pretiosa.
34 (KAT) Kvíľte, pastieri, a volajte, zvíjajte sa, vodcovia stád, je zvrchovaný čas pozrážať (a rozohnať) vás, popadáte sťa vybrané barany.
34 (UKJV) "Wail, all of you shepherds, and cry; and wallow yourselves in the ashes, all of you principal of the flock: for the days of your slaughter and of your dispersions are accomplished; and all of you shall fall like a pleasant vessel. "

35 (HEM) ואבד מנוס מן הרעים ופליטה מאדירי הצאן׃
35 (VUL) Et peribit fuga a pastoribus, et salvatio ab optimatibus gregis.

35 (UKJV) And the shepherds shall have no way to flee, nor the principal of the flock to escape.

36 (HEM) קול צעקת הרעים ויללת אדירי הצאן כי שדד יהוה את מרעיתם׃
36 (VUL) Vox clamoris pastorum et ululatus optimatium gregis, quia vastavit Dominus pascua eorum.
36 (KAT) Čuj, krik pastierov, kvílenie vodcov stáda! Veď Pán spustošil ich pastvu!
36 (UKJV) A voice of the cry of the shepherds, and an howling of the principal of the flock, shall be heard: for the LORD has spoiled their pasture.

37 (HEM) ונדמו נאות השלום מפני חרון אף יהוה׃
37 (VUL) Et conticuerunt arva pacis a facie irae furoris Domini.
37 (KAT) A pre blčiaci Pánov hnev zmĺknu nivy pokojné.
37 (UKJV) And the peaceable habitations are cut down because of the fierce anger of the LORD.

38 (HEM) עזב ככפיר סכו כי היתה ארצם לשמה מפני חרון היונה ומפני חרון אפו׃
38 (VUL) Dereliquit quasi leo umbraculum suum, quia facta est terra eorum in desolationem, a facie irae violentae et a facie irae furoris Domini.
38 (KAT) Opustil ako lev svoju húštinu, veď ich krajina ostala púšťou pre ničiaci meč a pre blčiaci Pánov hnev.
38 (UKJV) He has forsaken his covert, as the lion: for their land is desolate because of the fierceness of the oppressor, and because of his fierce anger.
