39 (HEM) לכן הנני ונשיתי אתכם נשא ונטשתי אתכם ואת העיר אשר נתתי לכם ולאבותיכם מעל פני׃

40 (HEM) ונתתי עליכם חרפת עולם וכלמות עולם אשר לא תשכח׃
40 (VUL) et dabo vos in opprobrium sempiternum et in ignominiam aeternam, quae numquam oblivione delebitur ”.
40 (KAT) A zahrniem vás večnou hanbou a večnou potupou, na ktorú sa nezabudne.“
40 (UKJV) And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgotten.
