1 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה רד בית מלך יהודה ודברת שם את הדבר הזה׃
1 (VUL) Haec dicit Dominus: “ Descende in domum regis Iudae et loqueris ibi verbum hoc
1 (KAT) Toto hovorí Pán: „Zostúp do domu júdskeho kráľa a povedz tam toto slovo:
1 (UKJV) "Thus says the LORD; Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak there this word, "

2 (HEM) ואמרת שמע דבר יהוה מלך יהודה הישב על כסא דוד אתה ועבדיך ועמך הבאים בשערים האלה׃
2 (VUL) et dices: Audi verbum Domini, rex Iudae, qui sedes super solium David, tu et servi tui et populus tuus, qui ingredimini per portas istas.
2 (KAT) Povieš teda: Kráľ júdsky, ktorý sedíš na Dávidovom tróne, počuj slovo Pánovo ty i tvoji sluhovia i tvoj ľud, ktorí vchádzate cez tieto brány.
2 (UKJV) And say, Hear the word of the LORD, O king of Judah, that sit upon the throne of David, you, and your servants, and your people that enter in by these gates:

3 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה עשו משפט וצדקה והצילו גזול מיד עשוק וגר יתום ואלמנה אל תנו אל תחמסו ודם נקי אל תשפכו במקום הזה׃
3 (VUL) Haec dicit Dominus: Facite iudicium et iustitiam et liberate vi oppressum de manu expoliantis et advenam et pupillum et viduam nolite affligere neque opprimatis inique et sanguinem innocentem ne effundatis in loco isto.
3 (KAT) Toto hovorí Pán: Vysluhujte právo a spravodlivosť, vysloboďte utlačeného z rúk násilníka, cudzinca, sirotu a vdovu neprenasledujte a neutláčajte a nevinnú krv nevylievajte na tomto mieste.
3 (UKJV) "Thus says the LORD; Execute all of you judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place. "

4 (HEM) כי אם עשו תעשו את הדבר הזה ובאו בשערי הבית הזה מלכים ישבים לדוד על כסאו רכבים ברכב ובסוסים הוא ועבדו ועמו׃
4 (VUL) Si enim facientes feceritis verbum istud, ingredientur per portas domus huius reges, sedentes de genere David super thronum eius et ascendentes currus et equos, ipsi et servi et populus eorum.
4 (KAT) Lebo ak budete bedlivo zachovávať tento príkaz, vtedy králi, ktorí sedia na Dávidovom tróne, budú vchádzať cez brány tohto domu, vezúc sa na vozoch a na koňoch, oni, ich sluhovia aj ich ľud.
4 (UKJV) For if all of you do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this house kings sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people.

5 (HEM) ואם לא תשמעו את הדברים האלה בי נשבעתי נאם יהוה כי לחרבה יהיה הבית הזה׃
5 (VUL) Quod si non audieritis verba haec, in memetipso iuravi, dicit Dominus, quia in solitudinem erit domus haec.
5 (KAT) Ale ak neposlúchnete tieto príkazy, prisahám na seba - hovorí Pán, že tento dom bude zboreniskom.
5 (UKJV) But if all of you will not hear these words, I swear by myself, says the LORD, that this house shall become a desolation.

6 (HEM) כי כה אמר יהוה על בית מלך יהודה גלעד אתה לי ראש הלבנון אם לא אשיתך מדבר ערים לא נושבה׃
6 (VUL) Quia haec dicit Dominus super domum regis Iudae: Galaad tu mihi, caput Libani, verumtamen ponam te solitudinem, urbes inhabitabiles,
6 (KAT) Lebo toto hovorí Pán o dome júdskeho kráľa: Galaádom si mi, temenom Libanonu: jednako ťa obrátim na púšť, na mestá neobývané.
6 (UKJV) "For thus says the LORD unto the king's house of Judah; You are Gilead unto me, and the head of Lebanon: yet surely I will make you a wilderness, and cities which are not inhabited. "

7 (HEM) וקדשתי עליך משחתים איש וכליו וכרתו מבחר ארזיך והפילו על האש׃
7 (VUL) et sanctificabo super te interficientem virum et arma eius, et succident electas cedros tuas et praecipitabunt in ignem.
7 (KAT) A zasvätím proti tebe zhubcov, mužov s výzbrojou. Vyrúbu tvoje vyberané cédre a pohádžu na oheň.
7 (UKJV) And I will prepare destroyers against you, every one with his weapons: and they shall cut down your choice cedars, and cast them into the fire.

8 (HEM) ועברו גוים רבים על העיר הזאת ואמרו איש אל רעהו על מה עשה יהוה ככה לעיר הגדולה הזאת׃
8 (VUL) Et pertransibunt gentes multae per civitatem hanc, et dicet unusquisque proximo suo: “Quare fecit Dominus sic civitati huic grandi?”.
8 (KAT) I prejdú mnohé národy popri tomto meste a budú si hovoriť: »Prečo Pán naložil takto s týmto veľkým mestom?«
8 (UKJV) And many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbour, Wherefore has the LORD done thus unto this great city?

9 (HEM) ואמרו על אשר עזבו את ברית יהוה אלהיהם וישתחוו לאלהים אחרים ויעבדום׃
9 (VUL) Et respondebunt: “Eo quod dereliquerint pactum Domini Dei sui et adoraverint deos alienos et servierint eis” ”.
9 (KAT) A odpovedia: »Preto, že opustili zmluvu Pána, svojho Boha, klaňali sa iným bohom a slúžili im.«“
9 (UKJV) Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.

10 (HEM) אל תבכו למת ואל תנדו לו בכו בכו להלך כי לא ישוב עוד וראה את ארץ מולדתו׃
10 (VUL) Nolite flere mortuum neque lugeatis super eum fletu; plangite eum, qui egreditur, quia non revertetur ultra nec videbit terram nativitatis suae.
10 (KAT) Neplačte za zomrelým a nenariekajte za ním; plačte radšej za odchádzajúcim, pretože sa už nevráti a neuvidí svoj rodný kraj.
10 (UKJV) Weep all of you not for the dead, neither lament for him: but weep sore for him that goes away: for he shall return no more, nor see his native country.

11 (HEM) כי כה אמר יהוה אל שלם בן יאשיהו מלך יהודה המלך תחת יאשיהו אביו אשר יצא מן המקום הזה לא ישוב שם עוד׃
11 (VUL) Quia haec dicit Dominus ad Sellum filium Iosiae regem Iudae, qui regnavit pro Iosia patre suo: “ Qui egressus est de loco isto, non revertetur huc amplius,

12 (HEM) כי במקום אשר הגלו אתו שם ימות ואת הארץ הזאת לא יראה עוד׃
12 (VUL) sed in loco, ad quem transtulerunt eum, ibi morietur et terram istam non videbit amplius ”.

12 (UKJV) But he shall die in the place where they have led him captive, and shall see this land no more.

13 (HEM) הוי בנה ביתו בלא צדק ועליותיו בלא משפט ברעהו יעבד חנם ופעלו לא יתן לו׃
13 (VUL) Vae, qui aedificat domum suam in iniustitia et cenacula sua non in iudicio, proximum suum servire facit gratis et mercedem eius non reddet ei;
13 (KAT) Beda tomu, kto stavia svoj dom nespravodlivo a svoje izby neprávom, bezplatne si zotročuje blížneho a nedá mu jeho mzdu;
13 (UKJV) "Woe unto him that builds his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that uses his neighbour's service without wages, and gives him not for his work; "

14 (HEM) האמר אבנה לי בית מדות ועליות מרוחים וקרע לו חלוני וספון בארז ומשוח בששר׃
14 (VUL) qui dicit: “ Aedificabo mihi domum latam et cenacula spatiosa ”; qui aperit sibi fenestras et facit laquearia cedrina pingitque sinopide!

15 (HEM) התמלך כי אתה מתחרה בארז אביך הלוא אכל ושתה ועשה משפט וצדקה אז טוב לו׃

16 (HEM) דן דין עני ואביון אז טוב הלוא היא הדעת אתי נאם יהוה׃
16 (VUL) Iudicavit causam pauperis et egeni, tunc bene. “ Numquid non hoc est nosse me? ”, dicit Dominus.

17 (UKJV) But your eyes and your heart are not but for your covetousness, and in order to shed innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it.

18 (HEM) לכן כה אמר יהוה אל יהויקים בן יאשיהו מלך יהודה לא יספדו לו הוי אחי והוי אחות לא יספדו לו הוי אדון והוי הדה׃
18 (VUL) Propterea haec dicit Dominus ad Ioachim filium Iosiae regem Iudae: “ Non plangent eum: “Vae, frater meus!” et “Vae, soror!”. Non concrepabunt ei: “Vae, domine!” et “Vae, inclite!”.

19 (HEM) קבורת חמור יקבר סחוב והשלך מהלאה לשערי ירושלם׃
19 (VUL) Sepultura asini sepelietur, tractus et proiectus longe extra portas Ierusalem ”.

20 (HEM) עלי הלבנון וצעקי ובבשן תני קולך וצעקי מעברים כי נשברו כל מאהביך׃
20 (VUL) Ascende Libanum et clama et in Basan da vocem tuam et clama de Abarim, quia contriti sunt omnes amatores tui.
20 (KAT) Vystúp na Libanon a krič, i na Bášane vydaj svoj hlas a volaj z Abarimu, veď sú zlomení všetci tvoji priatelia!
20 (UKJV) "Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up your voice in Bashan, and cry from the passages: for all your lovers are destroyed. "

21 (HEM) דברתי אליך בשלותיך אמרת לא אשמע זה דרכך מנעוריך כי לא שמעת בקולי׃
21 (VUL) Locutus sum ad te in securitate tua, et dixisti: “ Non audiam! ”. Haec est via tua ab adulescentia tua, quia non audisti vocem meam.

23 (HEM) ישבתי בלבנון מקננתי בארזים מה נחנת בבא לך חבלים חיל כילדה׃
23 (VUL) Quae sedes in Libano et nidificas in cedris, quomodo congemisces, cum venerint tibi dolores quasi dolores parturientis!
23 (KAT) Ty, ktorý bývaš na Libanone, ktorý máš hniezdo na cédroch, budeš stenať, až prídu na teba bôle ako bolesti na rodičku.
23 (UKJV) O inhabitant of Lebanon, that make your nest in the cedars, how gracious shall you be when pangs come upon you, the pain as of a woman in travail!

24 (HEM) חי אני נאם יהוה כי אם יהיה כניהו בן יהויקים מלך יהודה חותם על יד ימיני כי משם אתקנך׃
24 (VUL) “ Vivo ego, dicit Dominus, quia si fuerit Iechonias, filius Ioachim rex Iudae, anulus in manu dextera mea, inde evellam eum
24 (KAT) „Ako žijem - hovorí Pán, aj keby júdsky kráľ Choniáš, syn Joakimov, bol pečatným prsteňom na mojej pravici, strhol by som ťa odtiaľ.
24 (UKJV) "As I live, says the LORD, though Coniah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah were the signet upon my right hand, yet would I pluck you thence; "

25 (HEM) ונתתיך ביד מבקשי נפשך וביד אשר אתה יגור מפניהם וביד נבוכדראצר מלך בבל וביד הכשדים׃
25 (VUL) et dabo te in manu quaerentium animam tuam et in manu, quorum tu formidas faciem, in manu Nabuchodonosor, regis Babylonis, et in manu Chaldaeorum;
25 (KAT) A vydám ťa do ruky tých, čo ti striehnu na život, do ruky tých, ktorých sa bojíš, do ruky babylonského kráľa Nabuchodonozora a do ruky Chaldejcov.
25 (UKJV) And I will give you into the hand of them that seek your life, and into the hand of them whose face you fear, even into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans.

26 (HEM) והטלתי אתך ואת אמך אשר ילדתך על הארץ אחרת אשר לא ילדתם שם ושם תמותו׃
26 (VUL) et mittam te et matrem tuam, quae genuit te, in terram alienam, in qua nati non estis, ibique moriemini;
26 (KAT) A zahodím teba i matku, ktorá ťa porodila, do cudzej krajiny, v ktorej ste sa nenarodili, a tam zomriete.
26 (UKJV) "And I will cast you out, and your mother that bare you, into another country, where all of you were not born; and there shall all of you die. "

27 (HEM) ועל הארץ אשר הם מנשאים את נפשם לשוב שם שמה לא ישובו׃
27 (VUL) et in terram, ad quam ipsi levant animam suam, ut revertantur, illuc non revertentur ”.
27 (KAT) Do krajiny však, do ktorej sa im duša túži vrátiť, sa nevrátia.“
27 (UKJV) But to the land unto which they desire to return, thither shall they not return.

28 (HEM) העצב נבזה נפוץ האיש הזה כניהו אם כלי אין חפץ בו מדוע הוטלו הוא וזרעו והשלכו על הארץ אשר לא ידעו׃
28 (VUL) Numquid vas despectum et contritum, vir iste Iechonias? Numquid vas absque omni voluptate? Quare abiecti sunt, ipse et semen eius, et proiecti in terram, quam ignoraverunt?
28 (KAT) Či je nádobou bezcennou, odhodenou tento muž, Choniáš? Či je nádobou, ktorú nik nechce? Prečo sú odvrhnutí, on a jeho semä, a zahodení do krajiny, ktorú nepoznajú?
28 (UKJV) Is this man Coniah a despised broken idol? is he a vessel wherein is no pleasure? wherefore are they cast out, he and his seed, and are cast into a land which they know not?

29 (HEM) ארץ ארץ ארץ שמעי דבר יהוה׃
29 (VUL) Terra, terra, terra, audi sermonem Domini!
29 (KAT) Zem, zem, zem, počuj slovo Pánovo:
29 (UKJV) O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD.

30 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה כתבו את האיש הזה ערירי גבר לא יצלח בימיו כי לא יצלח מזרעו איש ישב על כסא דוד ומשל עוד ביהודה׃
30 (VUL) Haec dicit Dominus: “ Scribite virum istum sterilem, virum, qui in diebus suis non prosperabitur; nec enim erit de semine eius vir, qui sedeat super solium David et potestatem habeat ultra in Iuda ”.
30 (KAT) Toto hovorí Pán: „Zapíšte tohto muža: Bezdetný, človek, ktorý nemal zdaru vo svojich dňoch, lebo z jeho potomstva sa nepodarí nikomu sedieť na Dávidovom tróne a znovu panovať v Júdsku.“
30 (UKJV) Thus says the LORD, Write all of you this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah.
