1 (HEM) חטאת יהודה כתובה בעט ברזל בצפרן שמיר חרושה על לוח לבם ולקרנות מזבחותיכם׃
1 (VUL) Peccatum Iudae scriptum est stilo ferreo, in ungue adamantino exaratum super tabulam cordis eorum et in cornibus ararum eorum,
1 (KAT) Vina Júdova je napísaná železným rydlom, diamantovým hrotom, je vyrytá do tabule ich srdca a na rohy ich oltárov,
1 (UKJV) "The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron, and with the point of a diamond: it is graven upon the table of their heart, and upon the horns of your altars; "

2 (HEM) כזכר בניהם מזבחותם ואשריהם על עץ רענן על גבעות הגבהות׃
2 (VUL) ut recordarentur filii eorum ararum suarum et palorum suorum iuxta ligna frondentia in collibus excelsis,
2 (KAT) takže ich synovia pamätajú na ich oltáre, na ašery, na zelené stromy, na vysoké pahorky
2 (UKJV) Whilst their children remember their altars and their groves by the green trees upon the high hills.

3 (HEM) הררי בשדה חילך כל אוצרותיך לבז אתן במתיך בחטאת בכל גבוליך׃
3 (VUL) montibus in campo. “ Divitias tuas, omnes thesauros tuos in direptionem dabo, excelsa tua propter peccata in universis finibus tuis.
3 (KAT) na vrchoch v poli. „Tvoj majetok, všetky tvoje poklady vydám na lúpež: tvoje hriešne výšiny na celom tvojom území.
3 (UKJV) O my mountain in the field, I will give your substance and all your treasures to the spoil, and your high places for sin, throughout all your borders.

4 (HEM) ושמטתה ובך מנחלתך אשר נתתי לך והעבדתיך את איביך בארץ אשר לא ידעת כי אש קדחתם באפי עד עולם תוקד׃
4 (VUL) Et relinques hereditatem tuam, quam dedi tibi; et servire te faciam inimicis tuis in terra, quam ignoras, quoniam ignem succendistis in naribus meis; usque in aeternum ardebit ”.
4 (KAT) Vypustím z ruky svoje dedičstvo, ktoré som ti dal; spravím ťa otrokom tvojich nepriateľov v krajine, ktorú nepoznáš; veď ste zapálili oheň môjho hnevu, blčať bude naveky.“
4 (UKJV) "And you, even yourself, shall discontinue from your heritage that I gave you; and I will cause you to serve your enemies in the land which you know not: for all of you have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever. "

5 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה ארור הגבר אשר יבטח באדם ושם בשר זרעו ומן יהוה יסור לבו׃
5 (VUL) Haec dicit Dominus: “ Maledictus homo, qui confidit in homine et ponit carnem brachium suum, et a Domino recedit cor eius;

6 (HEM) והיה כערער בערבה ולא יראה כי יבוא טוב ושכן חררים במדבר ארץ מלחה ולא תשב׃
6 (VUL) erit enim quasi myricae in deserto et non videbit, cum venerit bonum, sed habitabit in siccitate in deserto, in terra salsuginis et inhabitabili.
6 (KAT) Je ako tamariška na púšti, neuzrie prichádzať blaho, býva v púšti na vyhoreniskách, v zemi soľnatej, neobývanej.
6 (UKJV) "For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good comes; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. "

7 (HEM) ברוך הגבר אשר יבטח ביהוה והיה יהוה מבטחו׃
7 (VUL) Benedictus vir, qui confidit in Domino, et erit Dominus fiducia eius;
7 (KAT) Požehnaný je muž, ktorý dôveruje v Pána, Pán bude jeho nádejou.
7 (UKJV) Blessed is the man that trusts in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.

8 (HEM) והיה כעץ שתול על מים ועל יובל ישלח שרשיו ולא ירא כי יבא חם והיה עלהו רענן ובשנת בצרת לא ידאג ולא ימיש מעשות פרי׃
8 (VUL) et erit quasi lignum, quod transplantatur super aquas, quod ad humorem mittit radices suas et non timebit, cum venerit aestus; et erit folium eius viride, et in anno siccitatis non erit sollicitum nec aliquando desinet facere fructum
8 (KAT) Je ako strom, zasadený pri vode, čo si vystiera k potoku korene, nebojí sa, keď prichádza horúčosť, lístie mu ostáva zelené. V suchom roku nemá starosti a neprestáva rodiť ovocie.
8 (UKJV) "For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreads out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat comes, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. "

9 (HEM) עקב הלב מכל ואנש הוא מי ידענו׃
9 (VUL) Dolosum est cor super omnia et insanabile; quis cognoscet illud?
9 (KAT) Srdce je klamlivé nado všetko a rozjatrené, kto sa v ňom vyzná?
9 (UKJV) The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

10 (HEM) אני יהוה חקר לב בחן כליות ולתת לאיש כדרכו כפרי מעלליו׃
10 (VUL) Ego Dominus scrutans cor et probans renes, qui do unicuique iuxta viam suam et iuxta fructum operum suorum.
10 (KAT) Ja, pán, skúmam myseľ a skúšam srdce: odplatím každému podľa jeho ciest, podľa ovocia jeho skutkov.“
10 (UKJV) I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

11 (HEM) קרא דגר ולא ילד עשה עשר ולא במשפט בחצי ימו יעזבנו ובאחריתו יהיה נבל׃
11 (VUL) Perdix fovit, quae non peperit, ita faciens divitias sed non in iudicio. In dimidio dierum suorum derelinquet eas et in novissimo suo erit insipiens ”.
11 (KAT) Prepelicou, ktorá vyliahne, čo nezniesla, je ten, kto nespravodlivo zhŕňa bohatstvo, v polovici svojich dní ho opustí a na konci bude ako hlupák.
11 (UKJV) "As the partridge sits on eggs, and hatches them not; so he that gets riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool. "

12 (HEM) כסא כבוד מרום מראשון מקום מקדשנו׃
12 (VUL) Solium gloriae, altitudo a principio, locus sanctificationis nostrae!
12 (KAT) Vyvýšený trón slávy je od začiatku miesto našej svätyne.
12 (UKJV) A glorious high throne from the beginning is the place of our sanctuary.

13 (HEM) מקוה ישראל יהוה כל עזביך יבשו יסורי בארץ יכתבו כי עזבו מקור מים חיים את יהוה׃
13 (VUL) Exspectatio Israel, Domine, omnes, qui te derelinquunt, confundentur; recedentes a te in terra scribentur, quoniam dereliquerunt venam aquarum viventium, Dominum.
13 (KAT) Nádej Izraela, Pane, všetci, čo teba opustia, budú zahanbení, čo sa vzbúria, budú zapísaní v zemi, lebo opustili prameň živých vôd, Pána.
13 (UKJV) O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake you shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters.

14 (HEM) רפאני יהוה וארפא הושיעני ואושעה כי תהלתי אתה׃
14 (VUL) Sana me, Domine, et sanabor; salvum me fac, et salvus ero, quoniam laus mea tu es.
14 (KAT) Uzdrav ma, Pane, a budem zdravý, zachráň ma a budem zachránený, lebo ty si moja chvála.
14 (UKJV) "Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for you are my praise. "

15 (HEM) הנה המה אמרים אלי איה דבר יהוה יבוא נא׃
15 (VUL) Ecce ipsi dicunt ad me: “ Ubi est verbum Domini? Veniat ”.
15 (KAT) Hľa, títo mi vravia: „Kdeže je Pánovo slovo? Nech príde!“
15 (UKJV) Behold, they say unto me, Where is the word of the LORD? let it come now.

16 (HEM) ואני לא אצתי מרעה אחריך ויום אנוש לא התאויתי אתה ידעת מוצא שפתי נכח פניך היה׃
16 (VUL) Et ego non institi pro malo apud te et diem calamitatis non desideravi, tu scis: quod egressum est de labiis meis, rectum in conspectu tuo fuit.
16 (KAT) Ja som však nebol zahanbený, keď som išiel za tebou, pastierom, a po dni človeka som netúžil. Ty vieš, čo vychádza z mojich úst, je správne pred tvojou tvárou.
16 (UKJV) "As for me, I have not hastened from being a pastor to follow you: neither have I desired the woeful day; you know: that which came out of my lips was right before you. "

17 (HEM) אל תהיה לי למחתה מחסי אתה ביום רעה׃
17 (VUL) Non sis mihi tu formidini; refugium meum tu in die afflictionis.
17 (KAT) Nebudeš mojou záhubou, nádejou si mi v deň nešťastia.
17 (UKJV) Be not a terror unto me: you are my hope in the day of evil.

18 (HEM) יבשו רדפי ואל אבשה אני יחתו המה ואל אחתה אני הביא עליהם יום רעה ומשנה שברון שברם׃
18 (VUL) Confundantur, qui me persequuntur, et non confundar ego; paveant illi, et non paveam ego; induc super eos diem afflictionis et duplici contritione contere eos.
18 (KAT) Nech sa zahanbia moji prenasledovatelia, a nech sa nezahanbím ja! Nech sa trasú oni, a netrasiem sa ja! Priveď na nich deň nešťastia, dvojnásobným úderom ich znič!
18 (UKJV) Let them be confounded that persecute me, but let not me be confounded: let them be dismayed, but let not me be dismayed: bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction.

19 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה אלי הלך ועמדת בשער בני עם אשר יבאו בו מלכי יהודה ואשר יצאו בו ובכל שערי ירושלם׃
19 (VUL) Haec dixit Dominus ad me: “ Vade et sta in porta Filiorum populi, per quam ingrediuntur reges Iudae et egrediuntur, et in cunctis portis Ierusalem;
19 (KAT) Toto mi povedal Pán: „Choď, zastaň si v »Bráne synov ľudu«, ktorou vchádzajú a vychádzajú júdski králi, i vo všetkých bránach Jeruzalema
19 (UKJV) "Thus said the LORD unto me; Go and stand in the gate of the children of the people, whereby the kings of Judah come in, and by the which they go out, and in all the gates of Jerusalem; "

20 (HEM) ואמרת אליהם שמעו דבר יהוה מלכי יהודה וכל יהודה וכל ישבי ירושלם הבאים בשערים האלה׃
20 (VUL) et dices ad eos: Audite verbum Domini, reges Iudae et omnis Iuda cunctique habitatores Ierusalem, qui ingredimini per portas istas.
20 (KAT) a povieš im: Počujte slovo Pánovo, králi júdski, celé Júdsko a všetci obyvatelia Jeruzalema, ktorí vstupujete touto bránou:
20 (UKJV) And say unto them, Hear all of you the word of the LORD, all of you kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, that enter in by these gates:

21 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה השמרו בנפשותיכם ואל תשאו משא ביום השבת והבאתם בשערי ירושלם׃
21 (VUL) Haec dicit Dominus: Custodite animas vestras et nolite portare pondera in die sabbati nec inferatis per portas Ierusalem;
21 (KAT) Toto hovorí Pán: Chráňte si dušu a nenoste v deň sobotný bremená a nevnášajte ich cez brány Jeruzalema.
21 (UKJV) "Thus says the LORD; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem; "

22 (HEM) ולא תוציאו משא מבתיכם ביום השבת וכל מלאכה לא תעשו וקדשתם את יום השבת כאשר צויתי את אבותיכם׃
22 (VUL) et nolite efferre onera de domibus vestris in die sabbati et omne opus non facietis: sanctificate diem sabbati, sicut praecepi patribus vestris.
22 (KAT) A nevynášajte zo svojich domov bremená v deň sobotný a nerobte nijakú robotu, ale zasväťte sobotný deň, ako som prikázal vašim otcom.
22 (UKJV) Neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do all of you any work, but hallow all of you the sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers.

23 (HEM) ולא שמעו ולא הטו את אזנם ויקשו את ערפם לבלתי שומע ולבלתי קחת מוסר׃
23 (VUL) Et non audierunt nec inclinaverunt aurem suam; sed induraverunt cervicem suam, ne audirent me et ne acciperent disciplinam.
23 (KAT) Ale oni neposlúchali, ani si nenachýlili ucho, ba vzopreli si šiju, nepočuli a neprijali výstrahu.
23 (UKJV) But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction.

24 (HEM) והיה אם שמע תשמעון אלי נאם יהוה לבלתי הביא משא בשערי העיר הזאת ביום השבת ולקדש את יום השבת לבלתי עשות בה כל מלאכה׃
24 (VUL) Et erit: si audieritis me, dicit Dominus, ut non inferatis onera per portas civitatis huius in die sabbati, et si sanctificaveritis diem sabbati, ne faciatis in eo omne opus,
24 (KAT) Ak ma ozaj budete počúvať - hovorí Pán, a nebudete vnášať bremená cez brány tohto mesta v deň sobotný, ale zasvätíte sobotný deň a nebudete cezeň robiť nijakú robotu:
24 (UKJV) "And it shall come to pass, if all of you diligently hearken unto me, says the LORD, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein; "

25 (HEM) ובאו בשערי העיר הזאת מלכים ושרים ישבים על כסא דוד רכבים ברכב ובסוסים המה ושריהם איש יהודה וישבי ירושלם וישבה העיר הזאת לעולם׃
25 (VUL) ingredientur per portas civitatis huius reges et principes sedentes super solium David et ascendentes in curribus et equis, ipsi et principes eorum, viri Iudae et habitatores Ierusalem; et habitabitur civitas haec in sempiternum.
25 (KAT) tak králi (a kniežatá), ktorí sedia na Dávidovom tróne, vojdú cez brány tohto mesta, vezúc sa na vozoch a na koňoch, sami aj ich kniežatá, mužovia Júdska a obyvatelia Jeruzalema, a toto mesto bude večne obývané.
25 (UKJV) Then shall there enter into the gates of this city kings and princes sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their princes, the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and this city shall remain for ever.

26 (HEM) ובאו מערי יהודה ומסביבות ירושלם ומארץ בנימן ומן השפלה ומן ההר ומן הנגב מבאים עולה וזבח ומנחה ולבונה ומבאי תודה בית יהוה׃
26 (VUL) Et venient de civitatibus Iudae et de circuitu Ierusalem et de terra Beniamin et de Sephela et de montuosis et a Nageb, portantes holocaustum et victimam et sacrificium et tus, et inferent oblationem laudis in domum Domini.
26 (KAT) I prídu z miest Júdska a z okolia Jeruzalema, z Benjamínovej krajiny, z roviny a z pohoria i z juhu; prinesú celopaly, obety, dary a tymian, prinesú tiež chválu do Pánovho domu.
26 (UKJV) And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south, bringing burnt offerings, and sacrifices, and food offerings, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, unto the house of the LORD.

27 (HEM) ואם לא תשמעו אלי לקדש את יום השבת ולבלתי שאת משא ובא בשערי ירושלם ביום השבת והצתי אש בשעריה ואכלה ארמנות ירושלם ולא תכבה׃
27 (VUL) Si autem non audieritis me, ut sanctificetis diem sabbati et ne portetis onus intrantes per portas Ierusalem in die sabbati, succendam ignem in portis eius, et devorabit domos Ierusalem et non exstinguetur ”.
27 (KAT) Ale ak neposlúchnete môj príkaz zasvätiť sobotný deň a nenosiť v sobotný deň bremená pri vstupe do brán Jeruzalema, zapálim oheň v jeho bránach, ktorý strávi jeruzalemské paláce a nevyhasne.“
27 (UKJV) "But if all of you will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched. "
