Kniha proroka Izaiáša

1 (HEM) ועתה כה אמר יהוה בראך יעקב ויצרך ישראל אל תירא כי גאלתיך קראתי בשמך לי אתה׃
1 (UKJV) "But now thus says the LORD that created you, O Jacob, and he that formed you, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed you, I have called you by your name; you are mine. "

2 (HEM) כי תעבר במים אתך אני ובנהרות לא ישטפוך כי תלך במו אש לא תכוה ולהבה לא תבער בך׃
2 (UKJV) "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you: when you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon you. "

3 (HEM) כי אני יהוה אלהיך קדוש ישראל מושיעך נתתי כפרך מצרים כוש וסבא תחתיך׃
3 (UKJV) For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour: I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for you.

4 (HEM) מאשר יקרת בעיני נכבדת ואני אהבתיך ואתן אדם תחתיך ולאמים תחת נפשך׃
4 (UKJV) Since you were precious in my sight, you have been honourable, and I have loved you: therefore will I give men for you, and people for your life.

5 (HEM) אל תירא כי אתך אני ממזרח אביא זרעך וממערב אקבצך׃
5 (UKJV) "Fear not: for I am with you: I will bring your seed from the east, and gather you from the west; "

6 (HEM) אמר לצפון תני ולתימן אל תכלאי הביאי בני מרחוק ובנותי מקצה הארץ׃
6 (UKJV) "I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth; "

7 (HEM) כל הנקרא בשמי ולכבודי בראתיו יצרתיו אף עשיתיו׃
7 (UKJV) "Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him. "

8 (HEM) הוציא עם עור ועינים יש וחרשים ואזנים למו׃
8 (UKJV) Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.

9 (HEM) כל הגוים נקבצו יחדו ויאספו לאמים מי בהם יגיד זאת וראשנות ישמיענו יתנו עדיהם ויצדקו וישמעו ויאמרו אמת׃
9 (UKJV) Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and show us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth.

10 (HEM) אתם עדי נאם יהוה ועבדי אשר בחרתי למען תדעו ותאמינו לי ותבינו כי אני הוא לפני לא נוצר אל ואחרי לא יהיה׃
10 (UKJV) All of you are my witnesses, says the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that all of you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

11 (HEM) אנכי אנכי יהוה ואין מבלעדי מושיע׃
11 (UKJV) "I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. "

12 (HEM) אנכי הגדתי והושעתי והשמעתי ואין בכם זר ואתם עדי נאם יהוה ואני אל׃
12 (UKJV) I have declared, and have saved, and I have showed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore all of you are my witnesses, says the LORD, that I am God.

13 (HEM) גם מיום אני הוא ואין מידי מציל אפעל ומי ישיבנה׃
13 (UKJV) "Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it? "

14 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה גאלכם קדוש ישראל למענכם שלחתי בבלה והורדתי בריחים כלם וכשדים באניות רנתם׃
14 (UKJV) "Thus says the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships. "

15 (HEM) אני יהוה קדושכם בורא ישראל מלככם׃
15 (UKJV) I am the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.

16 (HEM) כה אמר יהוה הנותן בים דרך ובמים עזים נתיבה׃
16 (UKJV) "Thus says the LORD, which makes a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters; "

17 (HEM) המוציא רכב וסוס חיל ועזוז יחדו ישכבו בל יקומו דעכו כפשתה כבו׃
17 (UKJV) "Which brings forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow. "

18 (HEM) אל תזכרו ראשנות וקדמניות אל תתבננו׃
18 (UKJV) Remember all of you not the former things, neither consider the things of old.

19 (HEM) הנני עשה חדשה עתה תצמח הלוא תדעוה אף אשים במדבר דרך בישמון נהרות׃
19 (UKJV) "Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall all of you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. "

20 (HEM) תכבדני חית השדה תנים ובנות יענה כי נתתי במדבר מים נהרות בישימן להשקות עמי בחירי׃
20 (UKJV) The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.

21 (HEM) עם זו יצרתי לי תהלתי יספרו׃
21 (UKJV) "This people have I formed for myself; they shall show forth my praise. "

22 (HEM) ולא אתי קראת יעקב כי יגעת בי ישראל׃
22 (UKJV) "But you have not called upon me, O Jacob; but you have been weary of me, O Israel. "

23 (HEM) לא הביאת לי שה עלתיך וזבחיך לא כבדתני לא העבדתיך במנחה ולא הוגעתיך בלבונה׃
23 (UKJV) "You have not brought me the small cattle of your burnt offerings; neither have you honoured me with your sacrifices. I have not caused you to serve with an offering, nor wearied you with incense. "

24 (HEM) לא קנית לי בכסף קנה וחלב זבחיך לא הרויתני אך העבדתני בחטאותיך הוגעתני בעונתיך׃
24 (UKJV) You have bought me no sweet cane with money, neither have you filled me with the fat of your sacrifices: but you have made me to serve with your sins, you have wearied me with your iniquities.

25 (HEM) אנכי אנכי הוא מחה פשעיך למעני וחטאתיך לא אזכר׃
25 (UKJV) I, even I, am he that blots out your transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember your sins.

26 (HEM) הזכירני נשפטה יחד ספר אתה למען תצדק׃
26 (UKJV) Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare you, that you may be justified.

27 (HEM) אביך הראשון חטא ומליציך פשעו בי׃
27 (UKJV) Your first father has sinned, and your teachers have transgressed against me.

28 (HEM) ואחלל שרי קדש ואתנה לחרם יעקב וישראל לגדופים׃
28 (UKJV) Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches.
