Kniha proroka Izaiáša

1 (UKJV) Send all of you the lamb to the ruler of the land from Sela to the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion.
1 (ROH) Pošlite baranca panovníkovi zeme od Sela až do púšte na vrch dcéry Siona!

2 (UKJV) For it shall be, that, as a wandering bird cast out of the nest, so the daughters of Moab shall be at the fords of Arnon.
2 (ROH) A stane sa toto: Jako vták poletuje sem a ta, keď je vyhnaný z hniezda, také budú dcéry Moábove pri brodoch Arnona.

3 (UKJV) "Take counsel, execute judgment; make your shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday; hide the outcasts; betray not him that wanders. "
3 (ROH) Daj radu, dcéro Siona, učiň súd a rozrieš, učiň svoju tôňu ako noc, na pravé poludnie, ukry zahnaných, Moába, ktorý nemá miesta, neodkry a nevyzraď!

4 (UKJV) "Let mine outcasts dwell with you, Moab; be you a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortionist is at an end, the spoiler ceases, the oppressors are consumed out of the land. "
4 (ROH) Nech bývajú u teba jako pohostíni moji zahnaní, Moábiti, buď im skrýšou pred zhubcom, lebo veď raz prestane násilník, bude koniec pustošeniu; tí, ktorí šliapu, zahynú zo zeme.

5 (UKJV) And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.
5 (ROH) Ale trón bude pevne postavený na milosti, a sedieť bude na ňom panovník, panujúci v pravde v stáne Dávidovom, ktorý bude súdiť a vyhľadávať súd a bude rýchly vykonať spravedlivosť.

6 (UKJV) "We have heard of the pride of Moab; he is very proud: even of his haughtiness, and his pride, and his wrath: but his lies shall not be so. "
6 (ROH) Slýchali sme o pýche Moábovej, že je veľmi pyšný, o jeho hrdosti, o jeho pýche, o jeho prchlivosti, o jeho lživých rečiach chlubných.

7 (UKJV) "Therefore shall Moab wail for Moab, every one shall wail: for the foundations of Kirhareseth shall all of you mourn; surely they are stricken. "
7 (ROH) Preto bude kvíliť Moáb pre Moába, každý z nich bude kvíliť, pre obnažené základy Kír-charéseta budete úpieť, celí zdrtení.

8 (UKJV) For the fields of Heshbon languish, and the vine of Sibmah: the lords of the heathen have broken down the principal plants thereof, they are come even unto Jazer, they wandered through the wilderness: her branches are stretched out, they are gone over the sea.
8 (ROH) Pretože úrodné polia Chešbona uvädnú; vinič Sibmy bude zkazený, pánovia národov potlčú jeho výborné révy, ktoré sahajú až do Jazera, blúdiac zabiehajú až na púšť, jeho úponkovité výhonky ťahajú sa ďaleko, prešly až za Soľné more.

9 (UKJV) Therefore I will mourn for with the weeping of Jazer the vine of Sibmah: I will water you with my tears, O Heshbon, and Elealeh: for the shouting for your summer fruits and for your harvest is fallen.
9 (ROH) Preto nech oplakávam vinič Sibmy plačom Jazera! Polievam ťa svojimi slzami, ó, Chešbone a Eleále, lebo na tvoju oberačku a na tvoju žatvu padol útočný krik nepriateľa.

10 (UKJV) "And gladness is taken away, and joy out of the plentiful field; and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither shall there be shouting: the treaders shall tread out no wine in their presses; I have made their vintage shouting to cease. "
10 (ROH) A tak bude sprataná radosť a plesanie s úrodného poľa, a vo viniciach sa nebude spievať, ani sa nebude výskať; vína v lisoch nebude šliapať ten, kto šliapava. Učiním to, aby prestal radostný krik oberačov.

11 (UKJV) Wherefore my bowels shall sound like an harp for Moab, and mine inward parts for Kirharesh.
11 (ROH) Preto moje srdce, moje útroby žalostne zvučia pre Moába jako citara a moje vnútro pre Kír-cheres.

12 (UKJV) "And it shall come to pass, when it is seen that Moab is weary on the high place, that he shall come to his sanctuary to pray; but he shall not prevail. "

13 (UKJV) This is the word that the LORD has spoken concerning Moab since that time.

14 (UKJV) "But now the LORD has spoken, saying, Within three years, as the years of a worker, and the glory of Moab shall be contemned, with all that great multitude; and the remnant shall be very small and feeble. "
14 (ROH) A teraz hovorí Hospodin takto: Vo troch rokoch ako v rokoch nájomníka bude potupená sláva Moábova so všetkým tým veľkým množstvom, a ostatok bude malý, malinký, nepatrný.
