1 (HEM) ואחר באו משה ואהרן ויאמרו אל פרעה כה אמר יהוה אלהי ישראל שלח את עמי ויחגו לי במדבר׃
1 (KAT) Potom Mojžiš a Áron išli a vraveli faraónovi: „Toto ti odkazuje Pán, Boh Izraela: »Prepusť môj ľud, aby mi na púšti pripravil slávnosť!«“
1 (UKJV) And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus says the LORD God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness.

2 (HEM) ויאמר פרעה מי יהוה אשר אשמע בקלו לשלח את ישראל לא ידעתי את יהוה וגם את ישראל לא אשלח׃
2 (KAT) Faraón však odvetil: „Kto je Pán, aby som ho počúval a prepustil Izrael? Pána nepoznám a Izrael neprepustím!“
2 (UKJV) And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go.

3 (HEM) ויאמרו אלהי העברים נקרא עלינו נלכה נא דרך שלשת ימים במדבר ונזבחה ליהוה אלהינו פן יפגענו בדבר או בחרב׃
3 (KAT) Vtedy mu povedali: „Zjavil sa nám Boh Hebrejov. Máme ísť na tri dni cesty do púšte a tam priniesť Pánovi, nášmu Bohu, obetu, aby nás nenavštívil morom alebo mečom.“
3 (UKJV) "And they said, The God of the Hebrews has met with us: let us go, we pray you, three days' journey into the desert, and sacrifice unto the LORD our God; lest he fall upon us with pestilence, or with the sword. "

4 (HEM) ויאמר אלהם מלך מצרים למה משה ואהרן תפריעו את העם ממעשיו לכו לסבלתיכם׃
4 (KAT) Ale egyptský kráľ im odvetil: „Mojžiš a Áron, prečo chcete odviesť ľud od jeho práce? Len choďte za svojou robotou!“
4 (UKJV) And the king of Egypt said unto them, Wherefore do all of you, Moses and Aaron, let the people from their works? get you unto your burdens.

5 (HEM) ויאמר פרעה הן רבים עתה עם הארץ והשבתם אתם מסבלתם׃
5 (KAT) A faraón ešte hovoril: „Ľudu v krajine je veľa a vy by ste im chceli dožičiť odpočinok od robôt?!“
5 (UKJV) And Pharaoh said, Behold, the people of the land now are many, and all of you make them rest from their burdens.

6 (HEM) ויצו פרעה ביום ההוא את הנגשים בעם ואת שטריו לאמר׃
6 (KAT) A v ten istý deň faraón prikázal dozorcom a predákom ľudu:
6 (UKJV) And Pharaoh commanded the same day the taskmasters of the people, and their officers, saying,

7 (HEM) לא תאספון לתת תבן לעם ללבן הלבנים כתמול שלשם הם ילכו וקששו להם תבן׃
7 (KAT) „Nabudúce nedodávajte ľudu slamu na výrobu tehál ako doteraz. Sami nech si idú nazbierať slamy!
7 (UKJV) All of you shall no more give the people straw to make brick, as in time past: let them go and gather straw for themselves.

8 (HEM) ואת מתכנת הלבנים אשר הם עשים תמול שלשם תשימו עליהם לא תגרעו ממנו כי נרפים הם על כן הם צעקים לאמר נלכה נזבחה לאלהינו׃
8 (KAT) Ale vy žiadajte od nich také množstvo tehál, aké vyrábali doteraz. Nič im nezľavujte, lebo sú leniví! Veď prečo kričia: »Chceme odísť, chceme obetovať nášmu Bohu!«?
8 (UKJV) "And the tale of the bricks, which they did make in time past, all of you shall lay upon them; all of you shall not diminish ought thereof: for they be idle; therefore they cry, saying, Let us go and sacrifice to our God. "

9 (HEM) תכבד העבדה על האנשים ויעשו בה ואל ישעו בדברי שקר׃
9 (KAT) Robotou treba týchto ľudí pritisnúť, aby sa starali o ňu a nestarali sa o hlúpe reči!“
9 (UKJV) "Let there more work be laid upon the men, that they may labour therein; and let them not regard vain words. "

10 (HEM) ויצאו נגשי העם ושטריו ויאמרו אל העם לאמר כה אמר פרעה אינני נתן לכם תבן׃
10 (KAT) Dozorcovia (prác) a zapisovatelia šli a povedali ľudu: „Toto hovorí faraón: »Slamu vám už nedodám.
10 (UKJV) And the taskmasters of the people went out, and their officers, and they spoke to the people, saying, Thus says Pharaoh, I will not give you straw.

11 (HEM) אתם לכו קחו לכם תבן מאשר תמצאו כי אין נגרע מעבדתכם דבר׃
11 (KAT) Sami si choďte zbierať slamu, kde nájdete! Z vašej úlohy sa však nič nezľaví!«“
11 (UKJV) Go all of you, get you straw where all of you can find it: yet not ought of your work shall be diminished.

12 (HEM) ויפץ העם בכל ארץ מצרים לקשש קש לתבן׃
12 (KAT) A ľud sa rozpŕchol po celej egyptskej krajine zbierať slamu na tehlu.
12 (UKJV) So the people were scattered abroad throughout all the land of Egypt to gather stubble instead of straw.

13 (HEM) והנגשים אצים לאמר כלו מעשיכם דבר יום ביומו כאשר בהיות התבן׃
13 (KAT) Dozorcovia však naliehali a vraveli: „Konajte si svoju prácu ako vtedy, keď bola slama!“
13 (UKJV) And the taskmasters hasted them, saying, Fulfill your works, your daily tasks, as when there was straw.

14 (HEM) ויכו שטרי בני ישראל אשר שמו עלהם נגשי פרעה לאמר מדוע לא כליתם חקכם ללבן כתמול שלשם גם תמול גם היום׃
14 (KAT) A bili izraelských predákov, na ktorých dozorcovia zvaľovali vinu a hovorili: „Prečo ste včera a dnes nevyhotovili také množstvo tehál ako doteraz?“
14 (UKJV) And the officers of the children of Israel, which Pharaoh's taskmasters had set over them, were beaten, and demanded, Wherefore have all of you not fulfilled your task in making brick both yesterday and to day, as in time past?

15 (HEM) ויבאו שטרי בני ישראל ויצעקו אל פרעה לאמר למה תעשה כה לעבדיך׃
15 (KAT) I pobrali sa predáci izraelského ľudu a sťažovali si u faraóna: „Prečo tak nakladáš so svojimi sluhami?
15 (UKJV) Then the officers of the children of Israel came and cried unto Pharaoh, saying, Wherefore deal you thus with your servants?

16 (HEM) תבן אין נתן לעבדיך ולבנים אמרים לנו עשו והנה עבדיך מכים וחטאת עמך׃
16 (KAT) Slama sa nedodáva tvojim sluhom, ale »tehly - hovoria nám - len vyrábajte!« Ešte aj bijú tvojich sluhov! Veru, krivdíš svojmu ľudu!“
16 (UKJV) "There is no straw given unto your servants, and they say to us, Make brick: and, behold, your servants are beaten; but the fault is in your own people. "

17 (HEM) ויאמר נרפים אתם נרפים על כן אתם אמרים נלכה נזבחה ליהוה׃
17 (KAT) On však odvetil: „Leniví ste, leniví! Preto žiadate: »Chceme odísť, aby sme obetovali Pánovi.«
17 (UKJV) But he said, All of you are idle, all of you are idle: therefore all of you say, Let us go and do sacrifice to the LORD.

18 (HEM) ועתה לכו עבדו ותבן לא ינתן לכם ותכן לבנים תתנו׃
18 (KAT) A už sa berte, pracujte! Slama sa vám nedodá, ale množstvo tehál odovzdáte!“
18 (UKJV) "Go therefore now, and work; for there shall no straw be given you, yet shall all of you deliver the tale of bricks. "

19 (HEM) ויראו שטרי בני ישראל אתם ברע לאמר לא תגרעו מלבניכם דבר יום ביומו׃
19 (KAT) Tu videli izraelskí predáci, že sú v zlom položení, lebo sa im prikazovalo: „Nič sa vám nezľaví z vašej dennej výroby tehál!“
19 (UKJV) And the officers of the children of Israel did see that they were in evil case, after it was said, All of you shall not diminish ought from your bricks of your daily task.

20 (HEM) ויפגעו את משה ואת אהרן נצבים לקראתם בצאתם מאת פרעה׃
20 (KAT) Keď vyšli od faraóna, stretli sa s Mojžišom a Áronom, ktorí na nich čakali, a povedali im:
20 (UKJV) And they met Moses and Aaron, who stood in the way, as they came forth from Pharaoh:

21 (HEM) ויאמרו אלהם ירא יהוה עליכם וישפט אשר הבאשתם את ריחנו בעיני פרעה ובעיני עבדיו לתת חרב בידם להרגנו׃
21 (KAT) „Nech vás vidí Pán a nech súdi! Veď ste nás urobili nenávidenými v očiach faraóna a jeho služobníkov. Meč ste mu vtisli do rúk, aby nás povraždil!“
21 (UKJV) "And they said unto them, The LORD look upon you, and judge; because all of you have made our savour to be abhorred in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of his servants, to put a sword in their hand to slay us. "

22 (HEM) וישב משה אל יהוה ויאמר אדני למה הרעתה לעם הזה למה זה שלחתני׃
22 (KAT) Nato sa Mojžiš obrátil na Pána a prosil: „Pane, prečo dávaš tomuto ľudu toľko trpieť?
22 (UKJV) And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, LORD, wherefore have you so evil pleaded this people? why is it that you have sent me?

23 (HEM) ומאז באתי אל פרעה לדבר בשמך הרע לעם הזה והצל לא הצלת את עמך׃
23 (KAT) Veď odvtedy, čo som vkročil k faraónovi, aby som hovoril v tvojom mene, on gniavi tento ľud a ty svoj národ vôbec nevyslobodzuješ!“
23 (UKJV) "For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has done evil to this people; neither have you delivered your people at all. "
