1 (HEM) ויען משה ויאמר והן לא יאמינו לי ולא ישמעו בקלי כי יאמרו לא נראה אליך יהוה׃
1 (KAT) Mojžiš namietal: „A keď mi nebudú veriť, a nebudú počúvať môj hlas, ale budú vravieť: »Nezjavil sa ti Pán!«?“
1 (UKJV) And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD has not appeared unto you.

2 (HEM) ויאמר אליו יהוה מזה בידך ויאמר מטה׃
2 (KAT) Pán mu povedal: „Čo to máš v ruke?“ On odvetil: „Palicu.“
2 (UKJV) And the LORD said unto him, What is that in your hand? And he said, A rod.

3 (HEM) ויאמר השליכהו ארצה וישליכהו ארצה ויהי לנחש וינס משה מפניו׃
3 (KAT) A on vravel: „Hoď ju na zem!“ Keď ju hodil na zem, premenila sa na hada, takže Mojžiš pred ním utekal.
3 (UKJV) "And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it. "

4 (HEM) ויאמר יהוה אל משה שלח ידך ואחז בזנבו וישלח ידו ויחזק בו ויהי למטה בכפו׃
4 (KAT) Potom Pán povedal Mojžišovi: „Načiahni ruku a chyť ho za chvost!“ A keď načiahol ruku a chytil ho, premenil sa v jeho ruke na palicu.
4 (UKJV) And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth your hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:

5 (HEM) למען יאמינו כי נראה אליך יהוה אלהי אבתם אלהי אברהם אלהי יצחק ואלהי יעקב׃
5 (KAT) „To preto, aby uverili, že sa ti zjavil Pán, Boh ich otcov, Boh Abraháma, Boh Izáka a Boh Jakuba.“
5 (UKJV) That they may believe that the LORD God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has appeared unto you.

6 (HEM) ויאמר יהוה לו עוד הבא נא ידך בחיקך ויבא ידו בחיקו ויוצאה והנה ידו מצרעת כשלג׃
6 (KAT) A Pán mu hovoril ďalej: „Vlož si ruku do záňadria!“ I vložil si ruku do záňadria, a keď ju vytiahol, ruka bola malomocná ako sneh.
6 (UKJV) And the LORD said furthermore unto him, Put now your hand into your bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous as snow.

7 (HEM) ויאמר השב ידך אל חיקך וישב ידו אל חיקו ויוצאה מחיקו והנה שבה כבשרו׃
7 (KAT) Potom mu povedal: „Opäť si vlož ruku do záňadria!“ On opäť vložil ruku do svojho záňadria, a keď ju zo záňadria vytiahol, div, bola ako ostatné jeho telo.
7 (UKJV) "And he said, Put your hand into your bosom again. And he put his hand into his bosom again; and plucked it out of his bosom, and, behold, it was turned again as his other flesh. "

8 (HEM) והיה אם לא יאמינו לך ולא ישמעו לקל האת הראשון והאמינו לקל האת האחרון׃
8 (KAT) „A keby ti neverili a nepočúvali na hlas prvého zázraku, uveria na hlas druhého zázraku.
8 (UKJV) And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe you, neither hearken to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the voice of the latter sign.

9 (HEM) והיה אם לא יאמינו גם לשני האתות האלה ולא ישמעון לקלך ולקחת ממימי היאר ושפכת היבשה והיו המים אשר תקח מן היאר והיו לדם ביבשת׃
9 (KAT) A ak by neverili ani týmto dvom zázrakom a nepočúvali by tvoj hlas, potom vezmi trochu vody z Nílu a vylej ju na suchú zem. A voda, ktorú vezmeš z Nílu, premení sa na suchej zemi na krv.“
9 (UKJV) And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto your voice, that you shall take of the water of the river, and pour it upon the dry land: and the water which you take out of the river shall become blood upon the dry land.

10 (HEM) ויאמר משה אל יהוה בי אדני לא איש דברים אנכי גם מתמול גם משלשם גם מאז דברך אל עבדך כי כבד פה וכבד לשון אנכי׃
10 (KAT) Nato Mojžiš povedal Pánovi: „Nie tak, Pane! Ja nie som výrečný muž. Nebol som predtým a nie som ani teraz, odkedy sa rozprávaš so svojím sluhom, lebo mám nemotorné ústa a ťarbavý jazyk.“
10 (UKJV) And Moses said unto the LORD, O my LORD, I am not eloquent, neither in time past, nor since you have spoken unto your servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.

11 (HEM) ויאמר יהוה אליו מי שם פה לאדם או מי ישום אלם או חרש או פקח או עור הלא אנכי יהוה׃
11 (KAT) Pán mu odvetil: „A kto dáva človeku ústa, alebo kto ho robí nemým alebo hluchým, vidiacim alebo slepým? Azda nie ja, Pán?
11 (UKJV) And the LORD said unto him, Who has made man's mouth? or who makes the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?

12 (HEM) ועתה לך ואנכי אהיה עם פיך והוריתיך אשר תדבר׃
12 (KAT) A teraz len choď! Ja budem s tvojimi ústami a poučím ťa, čo máš hovoriť!“
12 (UKJV) Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and teach you what you shall say.

13 (HEM) ויאמר בי אדני שלח נא ביד תשלח׃
13 (KAT) On však odpovedal: „Prosím, Pane, pošli niekoho iného!“
13 (UKJV) And he said, O my LORD, send, I pray you, by the hand of him whom you will send.

14 (HEM) ויחר אף יהוה במשה ויאמר הלא אהרן אחיך הלוי ידעתי כי דבר ידבר הוא וגם הנה הוא יצא לקראתך וראך ושמח בלבו׃
14 (KAT) Tu sa Pán nahneval na Mojžiša a povedal: „Či nie je tvoj brat Áron, levita?! Viem, že on veľmi dobre rozpráva. On ti ide oproti, a keď ťa uvidí, bude sa zo srdca radovať.
14 (UKJV) And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite your brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he comes forth to meet you: and when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.

15 (HEM) ודברת אליו ושמת את הדברים בפיו ואנכי אהיה עם פיך ועם פיהו והוריתי אתכם את אשר תעשון׃
15 (KAT) Ty mu porozprávaš a vložíš mu slová do úst a ja budem s tvojimi i s jeho ústami a poučím vás, čo máte robiť.
15 (UKJV) And you shall speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with your mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what all of you shall do.

16 (HEM) ודבר הוא לך אל העם והיה הוא יהיה לך לפה ואתה תהיה לו לאלהים׃
16 (KAT) On bude namiesto teba hovoriť ľudu; a tak on bude tvojimi ústami, kým ty budeš preň ako Boh.
16 (UKJV) And he shall be your spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to you instead of a mouth, and you shall be to him instead of God.

17 (HEM) ואת המטה הזה תקח בידך אשר תעשה בו את האתת׃
17 (KAT) Túto palicu si však zober do ruky, ňou budeš robiť zázraky!“
17 (UKJV) And you shall take this rod in your hand, wherewith you shall do signs.

18 (HEM) וילך משה וישב אל יתר חתנו ויאמר לו אלכה נא ואשובה אל אחי אשר במצרים ואראה העודם חיים ויאמר יתרו למשה לך לשלום׃
18 (KAT) Tu Mojžiš šiel a vrátil sa k svojmu tesťovi Jetrovi a povedal mu: „Chcel by som ísť navštíviť svojich bratov v Egypte a pozrieť sa, či ešte žijú.“ Jetro odpovedal Mojžišovi: „Len choď v pokoji!“
18 (UKJV) And Moses went and returned to Jethro his father in law, and said unto him, Let me go, I pray you, and return unto my brethren which are in Egypt, and see whether they be yet alive. And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace.

19 (HEM) ויאמר יהוה אל משה במדין לך שב מצרים כי מתו כל האנשים המבקשים את נפשך׃
19 (KAT) A Pán povedal Mojžišovi ešte v Madiánsku: „Choď, vráť sa do Egypta, veď všetci, čo ti striehli na život, sú mŕtvi!“
19 (UKJV) And the LORD said unto Moses in Midian, Go, return into Egypt: for all the men are dead which sought your life.

20 (HEM) ויקח משה את אשתו ואת בניו וירכבם על החמר וישב ארצה מצרים ויקח משה את מטה האלהים בידו׃
20 (KAT) Mojžiš vzal svoju ženu a svojich synov, vyložil ich na osla a vracal sa do Egypta. Do ruky si však vzal Božiu palicu.
20 (UKJV) And Moses took his wife and his sons, and set them upon an ass, and he returned to the land of Egypt: and Moses took the rod of God in his hand.

21 (HEM) ויאמר יהוה אל משה בלכתך לשוב מצרימה ראה כל המפתים אשר שמתי בידך ועשיתם לפני פרעה ואני אחזק את לבו ולא ישלח את העם׃
21 (KAT) A pán mu ešte povedal: „Keďže sa vraciaš do Egypta, dávaj pozor, aby si urobil pred faraónom všetky tie zázraky, nad ktorými som ti dal moc. Ja však zatvrdím jeho srdce a on neprepustí ľud.
21 (UKJV) And the LORD said unto Moses, When you go to return into Egypt, see that you do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in your hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go.

22 (HEM) ואמרת אל פרעה כה אמר יהוה בני בכרי ישראל׃
22 (KAT) Potom povieš faraónovi: Toto hovorí Pán: »Izrael je môj prvorodený syn.«
22 (UKJV) And you shall say unto Pharaoh, Thus says the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:

23 (HEM) ואמר אליך שלח את בני ויעבדני ותמאן לשלחו הנה אנכי הרג את בנך בכרך׃
23 (KAT) Povedal som ti: Prepusť môjho syna, aby mi slúžil! Ty si však odmietol prepustiť ho. Preto ja usmrtím tvojho prvorodeného syna.“
23 (UKJV) And I say unto you, Let my son go, that he may serve me: and if you refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay your son, even your firstborn.

24 (HEM) ויהי בדרך במלון ויפגשהו יהוה ויבקש המיתו׃
24 (KAT) Na ceste počas nočného oddychu sa však naň oboril Pán a chcel ho usmrtiť.
24 (UKJV) And it came to pass by the way in the inn, that the LORD met him, and sought to kill him.

25 (HEM) ותקח צפרה צר ותכרת את ערלת בנה ותגע לרגליו ותאמר כי חתן דמים אתה לי׃
25 (KAT) Tu Sefora vzala ostrý kameň, obrezala predkožku svojho syna a dotkla sa jeho nôh, a povedala: „Ženíchom krvi si mi!“
25 (UKJV) Then Zipporah took a sharp stone, and cut off the foreskin of her son, and cast it at his feet, and said, Surely a bloody husband are you to me.

26 (HEM) וירף ממנו אז אמרה חתן דמים למולת׃
26 (KAT) Potom ho nechal, lebo povedala: „Ženíchom krvi si pre obriezku.“
26 (UKJV) So he let him go: then she said, A bloody husband you are, because of the circumcision.

27 (HEM) ויאמר יהוה אל אהרן לך לקראת משה המדברה וילך ויפגשהו בהר האלהים וישק לו׃
27 (KAT) Pán hovoril aj Áronovi: „Choď na púšť naproti Mojžišovi!“ On šiel, stretol ho pri Božom vrchu a pobozkal ho.
27 (UKJV) And the LORD said to Aaron, Go into the wilderness to meet Moses. And he went, and met him in the mount of God, and kissed him.

28 (HEM) ויגד משה לאהרן את כל דברי יהוה אשר שלחו ואת כל האתת אשר צוהו׃
28 (KAT) A Mojžiš oznámil Áronovi všetky Pánove slová, ktorými ho vyslal, a všetky zázraky, ktoré mu prikázal.
28 (UKJV) And Moses told Aaron all the words of the LORD who had sent him, and all the signs which he had commanded him.

29 (HEM) וילך משה ואהרן ויאספו את כל זקני בני ישראל׃
29 (KAT) Nato Mojžiš a Áron šli a zhromaždili starších Izraela.
29 (UKJV) And Moses and Aaron went and gathered together all the elders of the children of Israel:

30 (HEM) וידבר אהרן את כל הדברים אשר דבר יהוה אל משה ויעש האתת לעיני העם׃
30 (KAT) Áron im predniesol všetky slová, ktoré Pán hovoril Mojžišovi, a on robil zázraky pred očami ľudu,
30 (UKJV) And Aaron spoke all the words which the LORD had spoken unto Moses, and did the signs in the sight of the people.

31 (HEM) ויאמן העם וישמעו כי פקד יהוה את בני ישראל וכי ראה את ענים ויקדו וישתחוו׃
31 (KAT) a ľud uveril. A keď počuli, že Pán (sústrastne) pozoroval Izraelitov a videl ich utrpenie, padli na kolená a klaňali sa.
31 (UKJV) And the people believed: and when they heard that the LORD had visited the children of Israel, and that he had looked upon their affliction, then they bowed their heads and worshipped.
