1 (KJV) And thou shalt make an altar to burn incense upon: of shittim wood shalt thou make it.
1 (B21) "Z akáciového dřeva zhotovíš také oltář k pálení kadidla.

2 (KJV) A cubit shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof; foursquare shall it be: and two cubits shall be the height thereof: the horns thereof shall be of the same.
2 (B21) Ať je čtvercový, loket na délku a loket na šířku; na výšku ať má dva lokte a ať z něj vystupují rohy.

3 (KJV) And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns thereof; and thou shalt make unto it a crown of gold round about.
3 (B21) Obložíš jej čistým zlatem: jeho vršek, jeho stěny kolem dokola i jeho rohy. Po jeho obvodu uděláš zlatý věnec.

4 (KJV) And two golden rings shalt thou make to it under the crown of it, by the two corners thereof, upon the two sides of it shalt thou make it; and they shall be for places for the staves to bear it withal.
4 (B21) Pod tím věncem k němu na obou bocích připevníš dva zlaté kruhy, a to po obou stranách. Budou to úchyty pro tyče, aby se na nich dal nosit.

5 (KJV) And thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.
5 (B21) Tyče vyrobíš z akáciového dřeva a obložíš je zlatem.

6 (KJV) And thou shalt put it before the vail that is by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.
6 (B21) Tento oltář postavíš před oponu zastírající Truhlu svědectví, před slitovnici přikrývající Svědectví, kde se s tebou budu setkávat.

7 (KJV) And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it.
7 (B21) Áron na něm bude pálit vonné kadidlo. Bude je pálit každé ráno, když vyčistí kahany,

8 (KJV) And when Aaron lighteth the lamps at even, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the LORD throughout your generations.
8 (B21) a bude je pálit za soumraku, když kahany zapálí. Kadidlo bude před Hospodinem stále, po všechna vaše pokolení.

9 (KJV) Ye shall offer no strange incense thereon, nor burnt sacrifice, nor meat offering; neither shall ye pour drink offering thereon.
9 (B21) Nezapálíte na něm nepatřičné kadidlo ani zápalnou ani moučnou oběť, nevylijete na něj ani úlitbu.

10 (KJV) And Aaron shall make an atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements: once in the year shall he make atonement upon it throughout your generations: it is most holy unto the LORD.
10 (B21) Jen jednou za rok vykoná Áron na jeho rozích obřad smíření. Po všechna vaše pokolení se na něm bude krví oběti za hřích konat obřad smíření, a to jednou za rok, v Den smíření. Kadidlový oltář bude svatosvatý Hospodinu."

11 (KJV) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
11 (B21) Hospodin promluvil k Mojžíšovi:

12 (KJV) When thou takest the sum of the children of Israel after their number, then shall they give every man a ransom for his soul unto the LORD, when thou numberest them; that there be no plague among them, when thou numberest them.
12 (B21) "Když budeš sčítáním zjišťovat počet synů Izraele, dá při tom každý z nich Hospodinu výkupné za svůj život, aby mezi ně kvůli tomu sčítání nepřišla zhoubná rána.

13 (KJV) This they shall give, every one that passeth among them that are numbered, half a shekel after the shekel of the sanctuary: (a shekel is twenty gerahs:) an half shekel shall be the offering of the LORD.
13 (B21) Každý, kdo bude zahrnut do sčítání, odevzdá půl šekelu stříbra (měřeno podle šekelu svatyně, což je 20 ger). Tento půlšekel je příspěvkem Hospodinu.

14 (KJV) Every one that passeth among them that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give an offering unto the LORD.
14 (B21) Ten věnuje Hospodinu každý, kdo bude zahrnut do sčítání, od dvacetiletých výše.

15 (KJV) The rich shall not give more, and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel, when they give an offering unto the LORD, to make an atonement for your souls.
15 (B21) Když budete Hospodinu odevzdávat tento příspěvek k vykoupení vašich životů, nedá bohatý více a chudý nedá méně než půl šekelu.

16 (KJV) And thou shalt take the atonement money of the children of Israel, and shalt appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; that it may be a memorial unto the children of Israel before the LORD, to make an atonement for your souls.
16 (B21) Toto výkupné stříbro, které vybereš od synů Izraele, vynaložíš na službu ve Stanu setkávání. Synům Izraele to bude před Hospodinem připomínkou vykoupení vašich životů."

17 (KJV) And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
17 (B21) Hospodin promluvil k Mojžíšovi:

18 (KJV) Thou shalt also make a laver of brass, and his foot also of brass, to wash withal: and thou shalt put it between the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar, and thou shalt put water therein.
18 (B21) "Zhotov bronzové umyvadlo s bronzovým podstavcem. Postav je mezi Stanem setkávání a oltářem a nalij do něj vodu.

19 (KJV) For Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet thereat:
19 (B21) Tou si pak Áron a jeho synové budou omývat ruce a nohy.

20 (KJV) When they go into the tabernacle of the congregation, they shall wash with water, that they die not; or when they come near to the altar to minister, to burn offering made by fire unto the LORD:
20 (B21) Kdykoli budou vcházet do Stanu setkávání nebo přistupovat k oltáři, aby sloužili Hospodinu dýmáním ohnivé oběti, omyjí se vodou, aby nezemřeli.

21 (KJV) So they shall wash their hands and their feet, that they die not: and it shall be a statute for ever to them, even to him and to his seed throughout their generations.
21 (B21) Budou si omývat ruce a nohy, aby nezemřeli. To pro ně bude věčné ustanovení - pro Árona i pro jeho símě po všechna jejich pokolení."

22 (KJV) Moreover the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
22 (B21) Hospodin promluvil k Mojžíšovi:

23 (KJV) Take thou also unto thee principal spices, of pure myrrh five hundred shekels, and of sweet cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty shekels, and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty shekels,
23 (B21) "Vezmi nejlepší balzámy: 500 šekelů tekuté myrhy a poloviční množství, totiž 250 šekelů, vonné skořice, dále 250 šekelů vonného puškvorce,

24 (KJV) And of cassia five hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of oil olive an hin:
24 (B21) 500 šekelů kasie (vše měřeno podle šekelu svatyně) a jeden hin olivového oleje.

25 (KJV) And thou shalt make it an oil of holy ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the apothecary: it shall be an holy anointing oil.
25 (B21) Voňavkářským způsobem pak z toho připravíš olej svatého pomazání jako vonnou mast. To je olej svatého pomazání.

26 (KJV) And thou shalt anoint the tabernacle of the congregation therewith, and the ark of the testimony,
26 (B21) Pomažeš jím Stan setkávání i Truhlu svědectví,

27 (KJV) And the table and all his vessels, and the candlestick and his vessels, and the altar of incense,
27 (B21) stůl s veškerým jeho náčiním, svícen s jeho náčiním, kadidlový oltář,

28 (KJV) And the altar of burnt offering with all his vessels, and the laver and his foot.
28 (B21) oltář pro zápalné oběti s veškerým jeho náčiním a také umyvadlo s podstavcem.

29 (KJV) And thou shalt sanctify them, that they may be most holy: whatsoever toucheth them shall be holy.
29 (B21) Tak je posvětíš a budou svatosvaté. Cokoli se jich dotkne, bude svaté.

30 (KJV) And thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office.
30 (B21) Pomažeš také Árona s jeho syny a posvětíš je, aby mi konali kněžskou službu.

31 (KJV) And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.
31 (B21) Synům Izraele řekneš: ‚Toto bude po všechna vaše pokolení můj olej svatého pomazání.

32 (KJV) Upon man's flesh shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any other like it, after the composition of it: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you.
32 (B21) Nebude se lít na tělo kteréhokoli člověka a neuděláte žádný olej podobného složení. Je svatý a svatý pro vás zůstane.

33 (KJV) Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a stranger, shall even be cut off from his people.
33 (B21) Každý, kdo namíchá takovou mast nebo ji vylije na nepovolaného, bude vyobcován ze svého lidu.'"

34 (KJV) And the LORD said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each shall there be a like weight:
34 (B21) Hospodin promluvil k Mojžíšovi: "Vezmi vonné látky: tekutou pryskyřici, onychu a galbanum. Tyto vonné látky a smíchej stejným dílem s čistým kadidlem

35 (KJV) And thou shalt make it a perfume, a confection after the art of the apothecary, tempered together, pure and holy:
35 (B21) a voňavkářským způsobem z toho připrav kadidlovou směs: osolenou, čistou a svatou.

36 (KJV) And thou shalt beat some of it very small, and put of it before the testimony in the tabernacle of the congregation, where I will meet with thee: it shall be unto you most holy.
36 (B21) Část z ní rozdrtíš na prášek a položíš před Svědectví ve Stanu setkávání, kde se s tebou budu setkávat. Kadidlo pro vás bude svatosvaté.

37 (KJV) And as for the perfume which thou shalt make, ye shall not make to yourselves according to the composition thereof: it shall be unto thee holy for the LORD.
37 (B21) Neuděláte si kadidlo stejného složení jako toto. Bude ti svaté; patří Hospodinu.

38 (KJV) Whosoever shall make like unto that, to smell thereto, shall even be cut off from his people.
38 (B21) Každý, kdo takové udělá, aby jím voněl, bude vyobcován ze svého lidu."
