1 (UKJV) And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
1 (ROH) A Hospodin hovoril Mojžišovi a riekol:
2 (UKJV) Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that gives it willingly with his heart all of you shall take my offering.
2 (ROH) Hovor synom Izraelovým, aby mi vybrali obeť pozdvihnutia. Od každého človeka, ktorého srdce učiní ochotného, prijmete moju obeť pozdvihnutia.
3 (UKJV) "And this is the offering which all of you shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass, "
3 (ROH) A toto je tá obeť pozdvihnutia, ktorú vyberiete od nich: zlato, striebro a meď,
4 (UKJV) And blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' hair,
4 (ROH) hyacintovomodrý postav, purpur, červec, dvakrát farbený, kment a koziu srsť
5 (UKJV) And rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, and shittim wood,
5 (ROH) i baranie kožky farbené na červeno, i jazvečie kožky a šittímové drevo;
6 (UKJV) Oil for the light, spices for anointing oil, and for sweet incense,
6 (ROH) olej na svetlo, voňavé veci na olej na pomazávanie a voňavé koreniny na kadivo;
7 (UKJV) Onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.
7 (ROH) onychínové kamene a iné kamene na osádzanie do efoda a náprsníka.
8 (UKJV) "And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them. "
8 (ROH) A spravia mi svätyňu, aby som býval prostred nich.
9 (UKJV) According to all that I show you, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall all of you make it.
9 (ROH) Podľa všetkého toho, čo ti ukážem, podobu Božieho príbytku a podobu všetkého jeho náradia, tak učiníte všetko.
10 (UKJV) And they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.
10 (ROH) A spravia truhlu zo šittímového dreva, ktorá bude dva a pol lakťa dlhá, jeden a pol lakťa bude široká a jeden a pol lakťa bude vysoká.
11 (UKJV) And you shall overlay it with pure gold, within and without shall you overlay it, and shall make upon it a crown of gold round about.
11 (ROH) Pokryješ ju čistým zlatom, zvnútra i zvonku ju pokryješ a spravíš na nej zlatý veniec dookola.
12 (UKJV) "And you shall cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it. "
12 (ROH) A uleješ jej štyri zlaté obrúčky, ktoré dáš na jej štyri uhly, dve obrúčky na jej jednu stranu a dve obrúčky na jej druhú stranu.
13 (UKJV) And you shall make staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.
13 (ROH) A spravíš sochory zo šittímového dreva a pokryješ ich zlatom.
14 (UKJV) And you shall put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them.
14 (ROH) A sochory vovlečieš do obrúček na bokoch truhly nosiť na nich truhlu.
15 (UKJV) The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it.
15 (ROH) Sochory budú stále v obrúčkach truhly; neuhnú od nej.
16 (UKJV) And you shall put into the ark the testimony which I shall give you.
16 (ROH) A dáš do truhly svedoctvo, ktoré ti dám.
17 (UKJV) And you shall make a mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.
17 (ROH) A spravíš pokrývku čiže zľutovnicu z čistého zlata. Dva a pol lakťa bude dlhá a lakeť a pol bude široká.
18 (UKJV) And you shall make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shall you make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat.
18 (ROH) A spravíš dvoch cherubov zo zlata, z kujného zlata ich spravíš, z oboch koncov pokrývky.
19 (UKJV) And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall all of you make the cherubims on the two ends thereof.
19 (ROH) A sprav jedného cheruba z jedného konca a druhého cheruba z druhého konca; z pokrývky, vedno z nej, spravíte cherubov, na jej oboch koncoch.
20 (UKJV) "And the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be. "
20 (ROH) A cherubi budú mať roztiahnuté krýdla svrchu zakrývajúc svojimi krýdlami pokrývku, a svoje tvári budú mať obrátené jeden k druhému. Na pokrývku budú obrátené tvári cherubov.
21 (UKJV) "And you shall put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark you shall put the testimony that I shall give you. "
21 (ROH) A dáš pokrývku na truhlu svrchu a do truhly dáš svedoctvo, ktoré ti dám.
22 (UKJV) And there I will meet with you, and I will commune with you from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give you in commandment unto the children of Israel.
22 (ROH) A tam budem prichádzať k tebe a budem hovoriť s tebou zponad pokrývky, zpomedzi obidvoch cherubov, ktorí budú nad truhlou svedoctva, o všetkom, čo ti rozkážem, dotyčne synov Izraelových.
23 (UKJV) You shall also make a table of shittim wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.
23 (ROH) A spravíš stôl zo šittímového dreva; dva lakte bude dlhý, lakeť široký a jeden a pol lakťa vysoký.
24 (UKJV) And you shall overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about.
24 (ROH) A pokryješ ho čistým zlatom a spravíš mu zlatý veniec dookola.
25 (UKJV) And you shall make unto it a border of an hand breadth round about, and you shall make a golden crown to the border thereof round about.
25 (ROH) A taktiež mu spravíš obrubu z doštice, širokej na dlaň, dookola, a spravíš jeho obrube zlatý veniec dookola.
26 (UKJV) And you shall make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof.
26 (ROH) A spravíš mu štyri zlaté obrúčky a obrúčky dáš na štyri uhly, ktoré sú pri jeho štyroch nohách.
27 (UKJV) Opposite to the border shall the rings be for places of the staves to bear the table.

28 (UKJV) And you shall make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold, that the table may be borne with them.

29 (UKJV) And you shall make the dishes thereof, and spoons thereof, and covers thereof, and bowls thereof, to cover likewise: of pure gold shall you make them.
29 (ROH) A spravíš jeho misy, jeho lyžice, jeho čaše a jeho konvice, ktorými sa bude lievať liata obeť; spravíš ich z čistého zlata.
30 (UKJV) And you shall set upon the table showbread before me always.
30 (ROH) A na stôl dáš chlieb tvári Božej, aby bol predo mnou ustavične.
31 (UKJV) And you shall make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.
31 (ROH) Spravíš aj svietnik z čistého zlata, z kujného zlata sa spraví svietnik, jeho bedro i jeho driek, jeho kalíšky, jeho makovice a jeho kvety budú z neho.
32 (UKJV) "And six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side: "
32 (ROH) Šesť ramien bude vychádzať z jeho bokov, tri ramená svietnika z jeho jedného boku a tri ramená svietnika z jeho druhého boku.
33 (UKJV) "Three bowls made like unto almonds, with a the shape of round apples and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a the shape of round apples and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the candlestick. "
33 (ROH) Tri kalíšky mandlovej podoby na jednom rameni, makovička a kvet a tri kalíšky mandlovej podoby na druhom rameni, makovička a kvet; tak sa spraví všetkým šiestim ramenám, vychádzajúcim zo svietnika.
34 (UKJV) And in the candlesticks shall be four bowls made like unto almonds, with their knops and their flowers.
34 (ROH) A na samom svietniku tiež budú štyri kalichy mandlovej podoby, jeho makovice a jeho kvety.
35 (UKJV) And there shall be a the shape of round apples under two branches of the same, and a the shape of round apples under two branches of the same, and a the shape of round apples under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick.
35 (ROH) Makovica bude pod dvoma ramenami z neho a makovica pod druhými dvoma ramenami z neho a makovica pod tretími ramenami z neho. Tak bude všetkým šiestim ramenám, vychádzajúcim zo svietnika.
36 (UKJV) Their knops and their branches shall be of the same: all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold.
36 (ROH) Ich makovice aj ich ramená budú z neho. Celý bude z jedného kusa kujného zlata čistého.
37 (UKJV) And you shall make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light opposite to it.
37 (ROH) A spravíš jeho lampy, sedem, a kňaz bude zapaľovať jeho lampy a bude svietiť do popredia predeň.
38 (UKJV) And the tongs thereof, and the intruments for snuffings thereof, shall be of pure gold.
38 (ROH) I jeho štipce na čistenie i jeho dusítka budú z čistého zlata.
39 (UKJV) Of a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels.
39 (ROH) Z centa čistého zlata ho spravia so všetkými tými nádobami.
40 (UKJV) And look that you make them after their pattern, which was showed you in the mount.
40 (ROH) A hľaď, aby si spravil veci podľa ich podoby, ktorá ti bola ukázaná na vrchu.

Verš 2
Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that gives it willingly with his heart all of you shall take my offering.
Ex 35:5 - "Take all of you from among you an offering unto the LORD: whosoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it, an offering of the LORD; gold, and silver, and brass, "
1Krn 29:3 - Moreover, because I have set my affection to the house of my God, I have of mine own proper good, of gold and silver, which I have given to the house of my God, over and above all that I have prepared for the holy house.
1Krn 29:5 - The gold for things of gold, and the silver for things of silver, and for all manner of work to be made by the hands of artificers. And who then is willing to consecrate his service this day unto the LORD?
1Krn 29:9 - Then the people rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with perfect heart they offered willingly to the LORD: and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.
1Krn 29:14 - But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of you, and of your own have we given you.
Ezd 2:68 - And some of the chief of the fathers, when they came to the house of the LORD which is at Jerusalem, offered freely for the house of God to set it up in his place:
Ezd 3:5 - And afterward offered the continual burnt offering, both of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of the LORD that were consecrated, and of every one that willingly offered a freewill offering unto the LORD.
Neh 11:2 - And the people blessed all the men, that willingly offered themselves to dwell at Jerusalem.

Onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.
Ex 28:4 - "And these are the garments which they shall make; a breastplate, and an ephod, and a robe, and a broidered coat, a turban, and a girdle: and they shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, and his sons, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office. "
Verš 40
And look that you make them after their pattern, which was showed you in the mount.
Sk 7:44 - Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking unto Moses, that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen.
Heb 8:5 - Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, says he, that you make all things according to the pattern showed to you in the mount.

And they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it.
1Kr 8:8 - And they drew out the staves, that the ends of the staves were seen out in the holy place before the oracle, and they were not seen without: and there they are unto this day.

And you shall put into the ark the testimony which I shall give you.
Heb 9:4 - "Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant; "

Verš 22
And there I will meet with you, and I will commune with you from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give you in commandment unto the children of Israel.
Nm 7:89 - And when Moses was gone into the tabernacle of the congregation to speak with him, then he heard the voice of one speaking unto him from off the mercy seat that was upon the ark of testimony, from between the two cherubims: and he spoke unto him.
Verš 31
And you shall make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.
Ex 37:17 - "And he made the candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work made he the candlestick; his shaft, and his branch, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, were of the same: "
Ex 25,1 - Desatoro prikázaní a kniha zmluvy mali usmerňovať a riadiť náboženský, sociálny a mravný život Izraelitov. Ustanovenia a nariadenia o bohoslužbe dáva Mojžiš v nasledujúcich hlavách 25 – 31.
Ex 25,3-7 - Kovy, drahokamy a všelijaké hmoty, ktoré Izraeliti mali obetovať na zariadenie, výzdobu svätostánku, mohli Izraeliti mať z Egypta (3,21 n.; 12,35 n.), alebo si ich zaobstarali od karaván, ktoré tiahli často z východu do Egypta. – Belasý purpur, hyacint, je tmavofialová farba a potom látka zafarbená touto farbou. Farbu vyrábali z tekutiny, ktorú vylučuje lastúra Murex trunculus. Červený purpur, tmavočervená farba, ktorú vyrábali z lastúry Murex brandaris; táto sa vo veľkom počte nachádza na pobreží Stredozemného mora. Karmazín, jasná červená farba. Vyrábali ju z hmyzu, žijúceho na určitých druhoch dubov v Malej Ázii (Lecanium ilicis). Jemné plátno, byssus, alebo kment, hebr. šéš, je ľanové plátno farby snehobielej a veľmi jemné (Gn 41,42). Tachášové kože sú pravdepodobne kože delfína. Koža tohto zvieraťa je pevná a mastná, preto veľmi dobre poslúžila za vrchnú pokrývku svätostánku. Chránila ho pred prudkými dažďami. O kameni ónyxovom pozri Gn 2,12. O efóde a náprsníku porov. 28,6 n. a 28,15 n.
Ex 25,10 - Archa je truhla, skriňa z dreva. Lakeť obyčajný obnášal 49,5 cm, lakeť kráľovský zasa 55 cm. Lenže v Egypte táto miera bola menšia: obyčajný lakeť mal 45 cm, druhý lakeť však 52,8 cm.
Ex 25,16 - Zákon označuje dve kamenné tabule, desatoro Božích prikázaní (31,18; 32,15). Preto archa volá sa aj archou zákona alebo archou zmluvy (Nm 10,33; Dt 10,8).
Ex 25,17 - Vrchnák na arche volá sa tiež zľutovnicou, pretože na tomto vrchnáku v deň zmierenia vykonával veľkňaz očistenie ľudu a svätyne od hriechov, kropil ho krvou (Lv 16,14 n.).
Ex 25,19 - Cherubi, anjeli v ľudskej podobe s krídlami, predstavovali trón Boží (1 Sam 4,4; 2 Sam 6,2; Ž 80,2), kým archa so zľutovnicou bola podnožou Božou. "Prázdne miesto" medzi oboma cherubmi bolo znamením, že Boha nemožno spodobniť a že je nepredmetný.
Ex 25,22 - Na arche sa zjavoval Pán, bol tam mimoriadnym spôsobom prítomný (Nm 10,34 n.; Dt 1,30.42). Boh je síce všade, ale osobitným spôsobom bol tam, kde bola archa (1 Sam 1 – 4).
Ex 25,30 - Stôl predkladných chlebov, dosl. stôl chlebov tváre, čiže stôl Božej tváre, pretože chleby sa kládli pred Pána, pred jeho tvár.
Ex 25,39 - Hrivna zlata bolo asi 49 kg.
